本发明实施例公开了一种设备管理方法及装置、系统,服务器接收设备转让请求消息,所述设备转让请求消息中包括所述设备的受让方信息和所述设备的信息;根据所述设备转让请求消息向所述设备发送待转让指令,所述待转让指令中包括所述设备的受让方信息,所述待转让指令用以指示所述设备将所述设备的激活状态设置为待激活状态,且所述设备设置为所述待激活状态之后只能通过指定的用户信息激活所述设备,所述指定的用户信息包括所述设备的转让方信息和/或所述设备的受让方信息。使得设备的转让方不能恶意清除设备的受让方的数据,保证设备的受让方使用设备的安全性。

技术领域
本发明实施例涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种设备管理方法及装 置、 系统。 背景技术
手机防盗的毁灭开关 (kill switch ) 主要是指用户的手机被偷盗之后, 合法的授权用户可以远程对被盗手机进行毁灭操作, 类似于远程锁定手 机、远程擦除手机上的所有用户数据、并且使得该被盗手机无法正常使用。
然而, 毁灭开关的功能虽然能够有效地抑制手机的非法二手转让, 打 击小偷的偷盗行为。 但同时, 毁灭开关的功能极有可能会被用户不合理地 利用, 例如, 设备转让方合法转让自己的手机给设备受让方, 设备转让方 仍可以恶意地远程对该手机执行毁灭开关的功能, 并导致合法的设备受让 方的数据被恶意清除, 直接威胁到设备受让方使用手机的安全性。
因此, 现有的手机防盗技术中不能保证合法受让方使用手机的安全 性。 发明内容
本发明提供一种设备管理方法及装置、 系统, 当设备转让方将设备合 法转让给设备的受让方时, 由于该设备被设置为待激活状态, 使得设备的 转让方不能恶意清除设备的受让方的数据, 保证设备的受让方使用设备的 安全性。
第一方面, 本发明提供一种设备管理方法, 服务器上存储了所述设备 与所述设备的转让方信息的绑定关系, 包括:
服务器接收设备转让请求消息, 所述设备转让请求消息中包括所述设 备的受让方信息和所述设备的信息;
所述服务器根据所述设备转让请求消息向所述设备发送待转让指令, 所述待转让指令中包括所述设备的受让方信息, 所述待转让指令用以指示 所述设备将所述设备的激活状态设置为待激活状态, 且所述设备设置为所 述待激活状态之后只能通过指定的用户信息激活所述设备, 所述指定的用 户信息包括所述设备的转让方信息和 /或所述设备的受让方信息。
可选地, 所述服务器根据所述设备转让请求消息向所述设备发送待转 让指令之后, 还包括:
所述服务器接收所述设备发送的第一激活请求消息, 所述第一激活请 求消息中包括所述设备的受让方信息和所述设备的信息;

第四方面提供一种设备管理方法, 服务器上存储了所述设备与所述设 备的转让方信息的绑定关系, 包括:
设备接收服务器发送的待转让指令, 所述待转让指令中包括所述设备 的受让方信息;
所述设备根据所述待转让指令, 将所述设备的激活状态设置为待激活 状态;
所述待转让指令是所述服务器在接收到设备转让请求消息之后, 根据 所述设备转让请求消息中包括所述设备的受让方信息和所述设备的信息 向所述设备发送的待转让指令。
可选地, 所述设备将所述设备的激活状态设置为待激活状态之后, 包括:

本发明实施例的服务器在接收到设备转让请求消息, 其中, 所述设备 转让请求消息中包括所述设备的受让方信息和所述设备的信息; 根据所述 设备转让请求消息向所述设备发送待转让指令, 所述待转让指令中包括所 述设备的受让方信息, 所述待转让指令用以指示所述设备将所述设备的激 活状态设置为待激活状态, 且所述设备设置为所述待激活状态之后只能通 过指定的用户信息激活所述设备, 所述指定的用户信息包括所述设备的转 让方信息和 /或所述设备的受让方信息。 因此, 使用本发明实施例所述的技 术方案, 当设备转让方将设备合法转让给设备的受让方时, 由于该设备被 设置为待激活状态,使得设备的转让方不能恶意清除设备的受让方的数据, 保证设备的受让方使用设备的安全性。 附图说明

101、 服务器接收设备转让请求消息, 所述设备转让请求消息中包括 所述设备的受让方信息和所述设备的信息;
其中, 服务器可以通过设备转让方使用的设备接收设备转让请求消 息。
其中, 设备的受让方信息例如包括受让方的用户名 (举例: 如果设备 是 Apple设备,则受让方信息就是受让方的 Apple ID; 如果设备是 Android 设备, 则受让方信息就是受让方的 Google account) ;
设备的转让方信息例如包括转让方的用户名, 设备的信息例如为唯一 标识设备的标识。
需要说明地, 在歩骤 101之前, 所述方法还包括:
设备的转让方通过设备向服务器发送第三激活请求消息, 其中, 第三 激活请求消息中包括设备的转让方信息和设备的信息;

此时, 设备处于待激活状态, 设备只能根据指定的用户信息激活所述 设备,所述指定的用户信息包括所述设备的转让方信息和 /或所述设备的受 让方信息; 例如, 在交易成功时可以利用受让方信息激活该设备, 或者在 交易不成功时可以利用转让方信息激活该设备, 即使设备被盗或丢失, 第 三人也无法激活和使用该设备。
当设备转让成功时, 受让方可以通过该设备向服务器请求激活该设 备, 则歩骤 103之后, 具体包括:

本发明实施例的服务器在接收到设备转让请求消息, 其中, 所述设备 转让请求消息中包括所述设备的受让方信息和所述设备的信息; 根据所述 设备转让请求消息向所述设备发送待转让指令, 所述待转让指令中包括所 述设备的受让方信息, 所述待转让指令用以指示所述设备将所述设备的激 活状态设置为待激活状态, 且所述设备设置为所述待激活状态之后只能通 过指定的用户信息激活所述设备, 所述指定的用户信息包括所述设备的转 让方信息和 /或所述设备的受让方信息。 因此, 使用本发明实施例所述的技 术方案, 当设备转让方将设备合法转让给设备的受让方时, 由于该设备被 设置为待激活状态,使得设备的转让方不能恶意清除设备的受让方的数据, 保证设备的受让方使用设备的安全性。
以下以设备为 iPhone和服务器为 iCloud为例对本发明实施例的具体 流程进行详细说明, 需要说明的是, 本发明实施例所述的设备包括但不限 于 Apple产品, 服务器包括但不限于 iCloud, 例如设备还可以 Andorid手 机, 服务器还可以是 Google Play服务器。
图 2为本发明另一实施例提供的设备管理方法的信令图,如图 2所示, 本实施例的方法可以包括:
1、 卖方使用卖方的 Apple ID信息, 请求联网激活 iPhone手机。
其中, 卖方的 Apple ID信息为 Apple ID和密码, 激活时将卖方的 Apple ID信息发送到服务器进行激活, iPhone手机激活后, 服务器上会存放卖方 Apple ID信息和 iPhone手机的 ID信息的绑定关系。 2、 iPhone手机发送卖方的 Apple ID信息和 iPhone手机的 ID信息给 iCloud服务器;
3 、 iCloud服务器对收到的卖方的 Apple ID信息验证通过后, 建立并 存储卖方 Apple ID信息和 iPhone手机的 ID信息的绑定关系;
4 、 iCloud服务器向 iPhone手机发送激活指令,用于指示 iPhone手机以 卖方的 Apple ID信息激活该设备;
具体地, 歩骤 4之后, iCloud服务器就建立了卖方的 Apple ID信息与 iPhone手机的 ID信息之间的绑定关系。 至此, iPhone手机就可以正常使用。
5 、 卖方通过网络浏览器使用卖方的 Apple ID登录 iCloud服务器; 6 、 卖方通过网络浏览器选择设备进行转让;
例如, 卖方在通过网络浏览器选择歩骤 1激活的 iPhone手机进行转让, 卖方同时需要提供接收该 iPhone手机的买方的 Apple ID信息。
7、 网络浏览器向 iCloud服务器发送转让请求, 其中包含 iPhone手机 的 ID信息和买方的 ID信息;
8、 iCloud服务器根据转让请求中的买方的 Apple ID信息给买方发送 通知邮件。
例如, 通知邮件中包含一个统一资源定位符 ( Uniform/Universal Resource Locator, URL) , 以便于买方在收到该通知邮件后, 通过点击该 URL向 iCloud确认同意接收该设备;
9、 iCloud服务器接收到买方的确认信息;
iCloud服务器就能确定买方的身份, 并继续执行转让操作。
10、 iCloud服务器发送待转让指令到 iPhone手机, 待转让指令中包含 买方的 Apple ID信息;
11、 iPhone手机根据接收到的 iCloud服务器发送的待转让指令进入待 激活状态;
在该设备进入待激活状态时, 此时, 该设备只能使用卖方的 Apple ID 或买方的 Apple ID信息来进行联网激活。
12 、 iPhone手机进入待激活状态的同时, 发送确认信息通知 iCloud服 务器其已经进入待激活状态;
13 、 iCloud服务器收到 iPhone手机的确认信息后, 向买方发送邮件, 通知其可以使用买方的 Apple ID信息激活该 iPhone手机。
14、 买方收到该邮件后, 可以在 iPhone手机上输入买方的 Apple ID信 息, 请求联网激活该 iPhone手机;
15 、 iPhone手机发送买方的 Apple ID信息和 iPhone手机 ID信息给 iCloud服务器;
16 、 iCloud服务器接收到 iPhone手机发送的买方 Apple ID信息和 iPhone手机的 ID信息, 对买方的 Apple ID信息验证通过后, 解除卖方 Apple ID信息与 iPhone手机的 ID信息的绑定关系, 建立买方 Apple ID与 iPhone手 机的 I D信息之间的绑定关系;
17、 iCloud服务器向 iPhone手机发送转让激活指令, 用于指示 iPhone 手机擦除该 iPhone手机上卖方的用户数据并以买方的 Apple ID信息激活该 iPhone手机;
18 、 iPhone手机根据接收到 iCloud服务器发送的转让激活指令擦除 iPhone手机上卖方的用户数据并以买方的 Apple ID信息激活该 iPhone手机。
需要说明的是,假设转让不成功的话,则上述歩骤 14中,激活该 iPhone 手机的 Apple ID信息是卖方的 Apple ID信息,则歩骤 15中 iPhone手机发送的 激活信息是卖方的 Apple ID信息和 iPhone手机 ID信息; 歩骤 16中, iCloud 服务器仍保留卖方 Apple ID信息与 iPhone手机的 ID信息之间的绑定关系, 并以卖方的 Apple ID信息激活该 iPhone手机; 歩骤 17中 iCloud服务器向 iPhone手机发送激活指令, 只用于以卖方的 Apple ID信息激活该 iPhone手 机, 而保留在 iPhone手机中的卖方用户数据也不会被擦除, 歩骤 18iPhone 手机在收到该激活指令后, 只以卖方的 Apple ID信息激活该 iPhone手机, 而保留在 iPhone手机中的卖方用户数据也不会被擦除。
上述以设备为 iPhone和服务器为 iCloud为例对本发明实施例的具体 流程进行详细说明, 当卖方向服务器请求转让设备时, 可以通过服务器向 设备发送待转让指令, 以使设备处于待激活状态, 只有交易成功时才能利 用买方用户信息激活该设备, 或者在交易不成功时才能利用卖方用户信息 才能激活该设备,即使设备被盗或丢失,第三人也无法激活和使用该设备, 当交易成功时, 服务器删除了卖方用户信息与设备的信息之间的对应关 系, 从而使得合法转让的买方用户不能恶意清除买方用户的数据, 保证买方 用户使用转让设备的安全性。
图 3为本发明一实施例提供的设备管理装置的结构示意图; 如图 3所 示, 本实施例的设备管理装置位于服务器侧, 服务器上存储了所述设备与 所述设备的转让方信息的绑定关系, 具体包括:
接收模块 31, 用于接收设备转让请求消息, 所述设备转让请求消息中 包括所述设备的受让方信息和所述设备的信息;
发送模块 32,用于根据所述设备转让请求消息向所述设备发送待转让 指令, 所述待转让指令中包括所述设备的受让方信息, 所述待转让指令用 以指示所述设备将所述设备的激活状态设置为待激活状态, 且所述设备设 置为所述待激活状态之后只能通过指定的用户信息激活所述设备, 所述指 定的用户信息包括所述设备的转让方信息和 /或所述设备的受让方信息。
可选地, 所述接收模块 31, 还用于接收所述设备发送的第一激活请求 消息, 所述第一激活请求消息中包括所述设备的受让方信息和所述设备的

接收模块 51, 用于接收服务器发送的待转让指令, 所述待转让指令中 包括所述设备的受让方信息;
设置模块 52, 用于根据所述待转让指令, 将所述设备的激活状态设置 为待激活状态;

可选地, 所述接收模块 51, 还用于接收所述服务器发送的第一激活0 指令; 所述的装置还包括:
删除模块 54, 用于根据所述第一激活指令, 删除所述设备上保存的所 述设备的转让方的用户数据;
激活模块 55, 用于根据所述第一激活指令, 使用所述设备的受让方信 息激活所述设备。
可选地, 所述发送模块 53, 还用于向所述服务器发送第二激活请求消 息, 所述第二激活请求消息中包括所述设备的转让方信息和所述设备的信 息; 以使所述服务器向所述设备发送第二激活指令, 所述第二激活指令用 于指示所述设备使用所述设备的转让方信息激活所述设备;
所述激活模块 55, 还用于根据所述第二激活指令, 使用所述设备的转 让方信息激活所述设备。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种设备管理方法, 服务器上存储了所述设备与所述设备的转让 方信息的绑定关系, 其特征在于, 包括:
所述服务器接收设备转让请求消息, 所述设备转让请求消息中包括所 述设备的受让方信息和所述设备的信息;
所述服务器根据所述设备转让请求消息向所述设备发送待转让指令, 所述待转让指令中包括所述设备的受让方信息, 所述待转让指令用以指示 所述设备将所述设备的激活状态设置为待激活状态, 且所述设备设置为所 述待激活状态之后只能通过指定的用户信息激活所述设备, 所述指定的用 户信息包括所述设备的转让方信息和 /或所述设备的受让方信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务器根据所述 设备转让请求消息向所述设备发送待转让指令之后, 还包括:
所述服务器接收所述设备发送的第一激活请求消息, 所述第一激活请 求消息中包括所述设备的受让方信息和所述设备的信息;
所述服务器根据所述第一激活请求消息删除所述服务器上存储的所 述设备与所述设备的转让方信息的绑定关系, 并建立所述设备与所述设备 的受让方信息之间的绑定关系。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务器建立所述 设备与所述设备的受让方信息之间的绑定关系之后, 还包括:
所述服务器向所述设备发送第一激活指令, 所述第一激活指令用于指 示所述设备删除所述设备上保存的所述设备的转让方的用户数据, 并使用 所述设备的受让方信息激活所述设备。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务器根据所述 设备转让请求消息向所述设备发送待转让指令之后, 还包括:
所述服务器接收所述设备发送的第二激活请求消息, 所述第二激活请 求消息中包括所述设备的转让方信息和所述设备的信息;
所述服务器向所述设备发送第二激活指令, 所述第二激活指令用于指 示所述设备使用所述设备的转让方信息激活所述设备。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务器根 据所述设备转让请求消息向所述设备发送待转让指令, 包括: 所述服务器根据所述设备的受让方信息, 向所述受让方信息指向的受 让方终端发送转让确认请求消息, 以使所述受让方终端向所述服务器发送 转让确认应答消息;
所述服务器根据所述转让确认应答消息, 向所述设备发送待转让指
6、 一种设备管理装置, 位于服务器侧, 服务器上存储了所述设备与 所述设备的转让方信息的绑定关系, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收设备转让请求消息, 所述设备转让请求消息中包 括所述设备的受让方信息和所述设备的信息;
发送模块, 用于根据所述设备转让请求消息向所述设备发送待转让指 令, 所述待转让指令中包括所述设备的受让方信息, 所述待转让指令用以 指示所述设备将所述设备的激活状态设置为待激活状态, 且所述设备设置 为所述待激活状态之后只能通过指定的用户信息激活所述设备, 所述指定 的用户信息包括所述设备的转让方信息和 /或所述设备的受让方信息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于:
所述接收模块, 还用于接收所述设备发送的第一激活请求消息, 所述 第一激活请求消息中包括所述设备的受让方信息和所述设备的信息; 所述装置还包括:
删除模块, 用于根据所述第一激活请求消息删除所述服务器上存储的 所述设备与所述设备的转让方信息的绑定关系;
建立模块, 用于根据所述第一激活请求消息建立所述设备与所述设备 的受让方信息之间的绑定关系。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于:
所述发送模块, 还用于向所述设备发送第一激活指令, 所述第一激活 指令用于指示所述设备删除所述设备上保存的所述设备的转让方的用户 数据, 并使用所述设备的受让方信息激活所述设备。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于:
所述接收模块, 还用于接收所述设备发送的第二激活请求消息, 所述 第二激活请求消息中包括所述设备的转让方信息和所述设备的信息; 所述发送模块, 还用于向所述设备发送第二激活指令, 所述第二激活 指令用于指示所述设备使用所述设备的转让方信息激活所述设备。
10、 根据权利要求 6-9任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于:
所述发送模块, 还用于根据所述设备的受让方信息, 向所述受让方信 息指向的受让方终端发送转让确认请求消息, 以使所述受让方终端向所述 服务器发送转让确认应答消息;
所述发送模块, 还用于根据所述转让确认应答消息, 向所述设备发送 待转让指令。
11、 一种设备管理装置, 位于服务器侧, 服务器上存储了所述设备与 所述设备的转让方信息的绑定关系, 其特征在于, 包括处理器和存储器, 所述处理器和存储器通过通信总线连接, 所述存储器中保存有实现权利要 求 1-5任一项所述的设备管理方法的指令, 所述处理器调取所述存储器中 的指令, 可以执行权利要求 1-5任一项所述的设备管理方法。
12、 一种设备管理方法, 服务器上存储了所述设备与所述设备的转让 方信息的绑定关系, 其特征在于, 包括:
设备接收服务器发送的待转让指令, 所述待转让指令中包括所述设备 的受让方信息;
所述设备根据所述待转让指令, 将所述设备的激活状态设置为待激活 状态;
所述待转让指令是所述服务器在接收到设备转让请求消息之后, 根据 所述设备转让请求消息中包括所述设备的受让方信息和所述设备的信息 向所述设备发送的待转让指令。
13、根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述设备将所述设备 的激活状态设置为待激活状态之后, 包括:
所述设备向所述服务器发送第一激活请求消息, 所述第一激活请求消 息中包括所述设备的受让方信息和所述设备的信息; 以使所述服务器根据 所述第一激活请求消息删除所述服务器上存储的所述设备与所述设备的 转让方信息的绑定关系, 并建立所述设备与所述设备的受让方信息之间的 绑定关系。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于,还包括: 所述设备接收所述服务器发送的第一激活指令;
所述设备根据所述第一激活指令, 删除所述设备上保存的所述设备的 转让方的用户数据, 并使用所述设备的受让方信息激活所述设备。
15、根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述设备将所述设备 的激活状态设置为待激活状态之后, 还包括:
所述设备向所述服务器发送第二激活请求消息, 所述第二激活请求消 息中包括所述设备的转让方信息和所述设备的信息; 以使所述服务器向所 述设备发送第二激活指令, 所述第二激活指令用于指示所述设备使用所述 设备的转让方信息激活所述设备;
所述设备根据所述第二激活指令, 使用所述设备的转让方信息激活所 述设备。
16、 一种设备管理装置, 位于设备侧, 服务器上存储了所述设备与所 述设备的转让方信息的绑定关系, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收服务器发送的待转让指令, 所述待转让指令中包 括所述设备的受让方信息;
设置模块, 用于根据所述待转让指令, 将所述设备的激活状态设置为 待激活状态;
所述待转让指令是所述服务器在接收到设备转让请求消息之后, 根据 所述设备转让请求消息中包括所述设备的受让方信息和所述设备的信息 向所述设备发送的待转让指令。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
发送模块, 用于向所述服务器发送第一激活请求消息, 所述第一激活 请求消息中包括所述设备的受让方信息和所述设备的信息; 以使所述服务 器根据所述第一激活请求消息删除所述服务器上存储的所述设备与所述 设备的转让方信息的绑定关系, 并建立所述设备与所述设备的受让方信息 之间的绑定关系。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的装置, 其特征在于:
所述接收模块, 还用于接收所述服务器发送的第一激活指令; 所述的装置还包括:
删除模块, 用于根据所述第一激活指令, 删除所述设备上保存的所述 设备的转让方的用户数据;
激活模块, 用于根据所述第一激活指令, 使用所述设备的受让方信息 激活所述设备。
19、 根据权利要求 16所述的装置, 其特征在于:
所述发送模块, 还用于向所述服务器发送第二激活请求消息, 所述第 二激活请求消息中包括所述设备的转让方信息和所述设备的信息; 以使所 述服务器向所述设备发送第二激活指令, 所述第二激活指令用于指示所述 设备使用所述设备的转让方信息激活所述设备;
所述激活模块, 还用于根据所述第二激活指令, 使用所述设备的转让 方信息激活所述设备。
20、 一种设备管理装置, 位于设备侧, 服务器上存储了所述设备与所 述设备的转让方信息的绑定关系, 其特征在于, 包括: 处理器和存储器, 所述处理器和存储器通过通信总线连接, 所述存储器中保存有实现权利要 求 12-15任一项所述的设备管理方法的指令, 所述处理器调取所述存储器 中的指令, 可以执行权利要求 12-15任一项所述的设备管理方法。
21、 一种设备管理系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 服务器和与其连接的设 备;
所述服务器包括如权利要求 6-10任一项所述的设备管理装置; 所述设备包括如权利要求 16-19任一项所述的设备管理装置。
