可选地, 所述第二模块还设置成: 如播放到所述点播节目列表中最后一 个节目的结束位置时, 向所述机顶盒发送点播节目结束消息。
可选地, 所述第二模块还设置成:
如接收到快进命令, 则对所述点播节目列表中节目进行快进处理, 当快 进到所述点播节目列表中最后一个节目的结束位置时, 向所述机顶盒发送点 播节目结束消息;
如接收到快退命令, 则对所述点播节目列表中节目进行快退处理, 当快 退到所述点播节目列表中第一个节目的起始位置时, 向所述机顶盒发送点播 节目开始消息。
可选地, 所述第二模块还设置成:
如接收到定点播放请求, 则将节目切换到所述定点播放请求指定节目的 指定时间点。
上述技术方案的点播节目方法及装置,用户可以在 EPG上选择多个想观 看的 VOD节目, 制作成节目列表, 流媒体服务器根据节目列表自动播放列 表中的节目, 以达到点播可定制的目的, 提供用户体验。 附图概述

为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 下文中将结合附图 对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申 请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
图 1为本发明实施例的点播节目的方法的流程图, 如图 1所示, 本实施 例的方法包括:
Sl l、 机顶盒将用户选中的节目加入定制栏, 生成点播节目列表; S12、 机顶盒接收到用户的指令后, 向流媒体服务器发起点播播放请求, 所述点播播放请求携带所述点播节目列表;
513、 流媒体服务器接收到携带点播节目列表的点播播放请求后, 存储 所述点播节目列表;
514、 流媒体服务器按照所述节目列表的顺序向对应的机顶盒播放节目。 通过本实施例的方法可以在 EPG上部署 VOD 节目定制栏目, 机顶盒
( STB, Set Top Box )用户可以通过浏览 EPG, 选择 VOD节目并加入栏目 来定制自己的播放列表。 然后 STB通过实时流传输协议(RTSP, Real Time Streaming Protocol )点播信令的扩展字段,将用户定制好的 VOD节目列表带 给流媒体服务器, 流媒体服务器存储该节目列表, 然后按照列表顺序自动播 放列表中的节目。
本实施例可以在 RTSP 的 Describe (描述) 信令中加入消息体 ( ContentBody )扩展字段, 实际上是一个遵守会话描述协议( SDP )语法的 消息体。通过 Content-Body给流服务系统携带一个或者多个 a=x-playlist属性 行, 用来指示需要播放的一个或者多个内容及其相关属性。
x-playlist属性定义如下:
a=x-playlist:<contentID><type>[bitrate][<range>]
语义要求:
a= ""是描述媒体属性的 SDP语法, 遵循 RFC2327。
contentID表示内容资产的标识
type标识了内容的类型, 可分别取值为 ad (标识广告内容)、 vod (普通点 播节目)、 npvr (时移节目)。 此参数为可选。
Bitrate为媒体文件的码率, 以 bps为单位。 此参数为可选。
range表示播放范围, 格式为 [<start-npt>]-[<stop-npt>]。 start-npt标识了 该内容文件播放的起始位置, stop-npt 标识了该内容文件播放的结束位置。 npt以秒为单位。
对于 x-playlist 所列出的 contentID 内容文件, 流服务服务器需要按照 range范围进行播放。
本实施例可以兼容一个内容和多个内容两种模式, 即普通播放模式和列 表播放模式。
( 1 )普通播放模式:
当此 SDP消息体中只有一个 x-playlist内容情况下, 称之为普通播放模 式。
普通播放模式下, 当正常或反向播放到该文件的 start-npt或 stop-npt点 时,流服务器系统必须向机顶盒发出 AN OU CE(宣告)命令,标识 EOS(End of Stream, 达到了视频播放的结束位置)或 BOS(Begin of Stream, 达到了视频 播放的起始位置)。 此模式等同于一般的 VOD点播。
( 2 ) 列表播放模式:
当此 SDP消息体中有多个 x-playlist内容情况下, 称之为列表播放模式, 由流媒体服务器按照其在 SDP中列出的顺序先后播放。 列表播放模式下, 当正常或反向播放到某文件的 start-npt或 stop-npt点 时, 流媒体服务器必须按照所有列表内容, 自动播放前面一个节目或后面一 个节目; 只有当达到了列表中第一个节目的 B0S(Begin of Stream, 视频播放 的起始位置)或列表中最后一个节目的 E0S(End of Stream, 视频播放的结束 位置)时, 才需要向机顶盒发出 ANNOUNCE命令。
此模式下, 当用户请求快进 /快退服务时, 从当前节目播放位置开始快进 /快退, 当快进 /快退到一个节目的 E0S/B0S 时, 查找播放列表中的下一个 / 上一个节目, 然后从下一个 /上一个节目的 B0S/E0S开始继续按同样的倍速 快进 /快退。 只有当到达第一个节目的 B0S或者最后一个节目的 EOS, 才向 机顶盒发出 ANNOUNCE命令。
当用户需要定点播放时, 流媒体服务器接收到定点播放请求时, 将所有 节目按顺序排列,将它们看成一个时间上连续的整体,根据当前播放的节目、 当前节目开始播放时间和当前时间可以计算出用户请求的时间段所对应的节 目及时间点, 通过切换到对应节目并定点 (指定时间点)播放, 为用户提供 服务。
图 2为本发明实施例的机顶盒的示意图, 如图 2所示, 本实施例的机顶 盒包括 EPG模块 201和处理模块 202, 其中:
EPG模块 201设置成: 将用户选中的节目加入定制栏, 生成点播节目列 表;
处理模块 202设置成: 接收到用户的指令后, 向流媒体服务器发起点播 播放请求, 所述点播播放请求携带所述点播节目列表。
其中, 所述点播播放请求为实时流传输协议消息,
所述处理模块 202设置成按照如下方式向流媒体服务器发起点播播放请 求: 在实时流传输协议消息的描述信令中加入消息体扩展字段, 所述消息体 包括所述点播节目列表。
图 3为本发明实施例的流媒体服务器的示意图, 如图 3所示, 本实施例 的流媒体服务器包括第一模块 301和第二模块 302, 其中:
第一模块 301设置成: 接收到携带点播节目列表的点播播放请求后, 存 储所述点播节目列表;
第二模块 302设置成: 按照所述节目列表的顺序向对应的机顶盒播放节 。
其中, 所述第二模块 302还设置成: 如播放到所述点播节目列表中最后 一个节目的结束位置时, 向所述机顶盒发送点播节目结束消息。
其中, 所述第二模块 302还可以设置成: 如接收到快进命令, 则对所述 点播节目列表中节目进行快进处理, 当快进到所述点播节目列表中最后一个 节目的结束位置时, 向所述机顶盒发送点播节目结束消息, 或如接收到快退 命令, 则对所述点播节目列表中节目进行快退处理, 当快退到所述点播节目 列表中第一个节目的起始位置时, 向所述机顶盒发送点播节目开始消息。
其中, 所述第二模块 302还可以设置成: 如接收到定点播放请求, 则将 节目切换到所述定点播放请求的指定节目的指定时间点。
图 4为本发明实施例的 IPTV系统的示意图,如图 4所示,包括 STB401、 EPG402、 IPTV业务系统 403和流媒体服务器 404, 其中:
STB401设置成: 与 EPG及流媒体服务器交互以获取服务。
EPG402设置成: 负责展示和提供系统可提供的内容、 频道等业务, 在 本发明实施例中, 增加 VOD定制栏目, 用于用户定制 VOD列表服务。
IPTV业务系统 403设置成: 管理流媒体服务器上的内容和频道等业务。 流媒体服务器 404包括协议处理模块 4041、业务处理模块 4042、流媒体 模块 4043和数据管理模块 4044, 其中:
协议处理模块 4041接收和处理用户发送的请求, 为用户提供服务。 业务处理模块 4042设置成:接收和处理 IPTV业务系统发送的业务请求, 在流媒体服务器上实现内容的管理。
流媒体模块 (相当于上文的第二模块 302 ) 4043设置成: 接收来自用户 管理模块和频道管理模块的媒体服务请求, 实现媒体的控制、 分析、 存储和 传输。
数据管理模块 4044设置成: 管理和存储各种数据。 业务处理模块 4042和数据管理模块 4043的组合相当于上文的第一模块
301。
基于以上的系统组成, 本实施例中实现 VOD定制及播放的方法如下: 步骤 101、 IPTV业务系统向流媒体服务器发送内容发布的请求; 流媒体 服务器的业务处理模块通知流媒体模块将内容下拉到本节点, 流媒体模块下 拉成功后,将节目时长等信息上报给业务处理模块,业务处理模块将节目 ID、 节目时长等信息保存在数据管理模块, 并向 IPTV业务系统上 发布成功。
步骤 102、 IPTV业务系统将发布成功的内容同步到 EPG, EPG将内容展 示出来。
步骤 103、 STB用户通过 EPG浏览内容, 将选中的内容加入定制栏, 然 后 STB向流媒体服务器发起 VOD播放请求, 在请求中将定制栏中的节目列 表规定发送给流媒体服务器的协议处理模块。
步骤 104、协议处理模块接收到 VOD列表播放请求,将列表中节目列表 信息保存到数据管理模块, 并按照顺序通知流媒体模块开始播放节目, 协议 处理模块还需要记录用户请求的时间。
步骤 105、 流媒体模块播放节目, 将媒体流发送至 STB用户。
当一个节目播放完毕时, 流媒体模块向协议处理模块上报 EOS 结束消 息, 协议处理模块向数据库管理模块查找播放列表中下一个节目, 通知流媒 体模块播放下一个节目。 每次切换节目, 协议处理模块记录下当前节目和当 前节目开始播放的时间。 如果当前节目是列表中最后一个, 协议处理模块向 STB用户发送 ANNOUNCE命令表示已经播放到尾。
当 STB用户请求快进 /快退服务时,从当前节目播放位置开始快进 /快退, 当快进 /快退到一个节目的 EOS/BOS时, 查找播放列表中的下一个 /上一个节 只有当到达第一个节目的 BOS或者最后一个节目的 EOS, 才向机顶盒发出 ANNOUNCE命令。
当 STB用户请求定点播放时,协议处理模块向数据管理模块获取播放列 表中所有节目的时长, 将所有节目按顺序排列, 将它们看成一个时间上连续 的整体。 根据之前记录的当前节目和当前节目开始播放的时间, 与当前时间 比较, 就能得出当前播放到的节目位置。 然后就可以根据 STB用户的请求定 位到的时间点, 定位到对应的节目和时间点, 切换到对应节目并定点播放。 比如某节目从第几分钟起是精彩片段, 用户就定点到该时间点定点播放。
当 STB用户请求一键到头时,协议处理模块定位到整个播放列表的第一 个节目的开头进行播放。
当 STB用户请求一键到尾时,协议处理模块定位到整个播放列表的最后 一个节目的结尾。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例, 当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下, 熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本 发明作出各种相应的改变和变形, 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明 所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
上述技术方案的点播节目方法及装置,用户可以在 EPG上选择多个想观 看的 VOD节目, 制作成节目列表, 流媒体服务器根据节目列表自动播放列 表中的节目, 以达到点播可定制的目的, 提供用户体验。 因此本发明具有很 强的工业实用性。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种点播节目的方法, 包括:
机顶盒将用户选中的节目加入定制栏, 生成点播节目列表;
接收到用户的指令后, 向流媒体服务器发起点播播放请求, 所述点播播 放请求携带所述点播节目列表。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中:
所述点播播放请求为实时流传输协议消息;
所述点播播放请求携带所述点播节目列表的步骤包括:
在实时流传输协议消息的描述信令中加入消息体扩展字段, 所述消息体 包括所述点播节目列表。
3、 一种机顶盒, 包括电子节目菜单模块和处理模块, 其中:
所述电子节目菜单模块设置成: 将用户选中的节目加入定制栏, 生成点 播节目列表;
所述处理模块设置成: 接收到用户的指令后, 向流媒体服务器发起点播 播放请求, 在所述点播播放请求携带所述点播节目列表。
4、如权利要求 3所述的机顶盒, 其中: 所述点播播放请求为实时流传输 协议消息,
所述处理模块设置成按照如下方式在所述点播播放请求携带所述点播节 目列表: 在实时流传输协议消息的描述信令中加入消息体扩展字段, 所述消 息体包括所述点播节目列表。
5、 一种点播节目的方法, 包括:
流媒体服务器接收到携带点播节目列表的点播播放请求后, 存储所述点 播节目列表;
按照所述节目列表的顺序向对应的机顶盒播放节目。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 该方法还包括:
所述流媒体服务器如播放到所述点播节目列表中最后一个节目的结束位 置时, 向所述机顶盒发送点播节目结束消息。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 该方法还包括:
所述流媒体服务器如接收到快进命令, 则对所述点播节目列表中节目进 行快进处理, 当快进到所述点播节目列表中最后一个节目的结束位置时, 向 所述机顶盒发送点播节目结束消息, 或
所述流媒体服务器如接收到快退命令, 则对所述点播节目列表中节目进 行快退处理, 当快退到所述点播节目列表中第一个节目的起始位置时, 向所 述机顶盒发送点播节目开始消息。
8、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 该方法还包括:
所述流媒体服务器如接收到定点播放请求, 则将节目切换到所述定点播 放请求的指定节目的指定时间点。
9、 一种流媒体服务器, 包括第一模块和第二模块, 其中:
所述第一模块设置成: 接收到携带点播节目列表的点播播放请求后, 存 储所述点播节目列表;
所述第二模块设置成: 按照所述节目列表的顺序向对应的机顶盒播放节 目。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的流媒体服务器, 其中:
所述第二模块还设置成: 如播放到所述点播节目列表中最后一个节目的 结束位置时, 向所述机顶盒发送点播节目结束消息。
11、如权利要求 9所述的流媒体服务器, 其中: 所述第二模块还设置成: 如接收到快进命令, 则对所述点播节目列表中节目进行快进处理, 当快 进到所述点播节目列表中最后一个节目的结束位置时, 向所述机顶盒发送点 播节目结束消息;
如接收到快退命令, 则对所述点播节目列表中节目进行快退处理, 当快 退到所述点播节目列表中第一个节目的起始位置时, 向所述机顶盒发送点播 节目开始消息。
12、如权利要求 9所述的流媒体服务器, 其中: 所述第二模块还设置成: 如接收到定点播放请求, 则将节目切换到所述定点播放请求指定节目的 指定时间点。
