用于吸取母乳的吸奶器十分普遍。它通常将一个真空泵装置连接一个或两个吸奶罩 以及用于收集所吸取母乳的收集容器, 如奶瓶。 真空泵使放置在乳房上的吸奶罩产生负 压, 通过对负压的控制来吸取母乳并将其收集在奶瓶中。
在人体安全温度范围内的远红外热疗具有显著的理疗保健效果。 由于远红外线与 人体内细胞分子的振动频率基本一致, 远红外线作用于皮肤后, 大部分能量被皮肤 所吸收。 被吸收的能量转化为热能, 引起皮温升高, 刺激皮肤内热感受器, 通过丘 脑反射, 使血管平滑肌松弛, 血管扩张, 血液循环加快。 另一方面, 由于热作用, 引起血管活性物质的释放, 血管张力降低, 浅小动脉、 浅毛细管和浅静脉扩张, 血 液循环加快, 血液循环得以改善。 通过中国医学科学院血液病研究所检测, 20分钟 远红外热疗即可使微循环血流量提高 114%。 医用远红外线或称长波红外线, 波长 4 微米〜 400微米, 可穿透人体组织深度 3-5厘米。
乳腺管的生理构造与血管类似, 也是由平滑肌组成的, 且乳晕下的乳窦分布着 集乳管, 乳腺组织分泌的乳汁会集聚在乳窦中。 集乳管容易因各种原因 (如婴儿吮 吸不足、 母亲情绪抑郁、 母亲身体不适、 不当或过度使用常规吸奶罩等) 而粘连并 引发闭塞, 导致排乳困难, 或引发乳房肿胀。 因此, 将远红外线作用于乳晕部分, 可使乳腺管 (尤其是集乳管)平滑肌松弛, 乳腺管扩展, 乳管堵塞症状就可以得到迅速 缓解, 乳晕也会很快变软, 从而促进乳汁更快流动, 使乳汁能更轻松地被婴儿吮吸或 更快地被吸奶罩吸出。 由于母乳流速加快, 则会刺激丘脑反射, 促进催乳素的更多 分泌, 从而增加了泌乳量。 国际最新的医学研究证明, 母乳喂养不足及哺乳期过短 与妇女乳腺癌之间有着某种直接的关联。根据来自 35个国家的 100位世界顶级科学 家长达 5年的研究,世界癌症研究基金会和美国癌症研究所于 2007年 10月 31 日向 全球发布最新的癌症研究报告。 这份报告在世界上首次权威确认, 六个月纯母乳喂 养可以有效预防母亲发生乳腺癌, 同时预防儿童超重及肥胖症。
产妇在分娩后的最初一段时间内应避免直接接触冷的或凉的物体。 在冬天, 如 果使用常规吸奶罩, 没有加热功能的吸奶罩直接接触乳房皮肤后, 可能会因为温度 较低而使乳腺管遇凉而收缩, 影响泌乳, 甚至导致乳汁排出不畅。 有些人采取先将 吸奶罩在热水中泡热后使用, 但是这种方法费时费力, 温度也会很快下降。
因此, 对哺乳期母亲的乳暈进行远红外热疗以确保母亲可以借助吸奶罩及时排 空乳房内剩余或淤积乳汁、 预防或及时解除乳腺堵塞, 这对于提高母亲哺乳质量、 促进人类纯母乳喂养率的提高以及确保母婴健康都具有十分重要的意义。
中国专利申请 200680047746.1(公开号为 CN101340937A)公开了一种包含碳纤 维电阻电热元件的吸奶罩, 其主要加热部件位于吸奶罩喇叭口外侧, 加热部件的温 度控制主要依赖于外加温度传感器。 但由于其结构相对复杂, 制造工艺要求相对较 高, 且碳纤维加热元件受到碳纤维材料天然性质的局限, 存在加热点不均匀、 长时 间加热后易发生电阻变化并产生温度焦点等缺陷,且需附加温度传感器来控制温度, 故在规模化生产以及实际使用中会存在不少问题。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有电加热罩的吸奶器。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种具有电加热罩的吸奶器,包括 容器, 位于容器上方与容器连通的主机部件, 以及位于主机部件的前侧与容器相连通的 电加热罩, 所述主机部件内具有微型电动真空泵, 其特征在于: 所述电加热罩包括呈一 体的内层和外层, 所述内层和外层之间还设有电加热元件以及隔热棉, 所述隔热棉位于 所述外层与电加热元件之间,所述电加热元件的正负电极通过连接线连接至固定于外层 内侧的导电片,所述导电片的部分露出于该外层外侧表面与主机部件前端下方的接触片 之间相互扣合接触进行电连接。
所述容器的上方设有一连接部件,所述连接部件的下方与容器密封连接,所述连接 部件的前端伸出有一导管密封连接该电加热罩, 所述连接部件的上方具有一通孔, 主机 部件固定位于该连接部件的上方并且通过其底部的管道插入通孔与容器密封连通。
优选地, 所述电加热元件为电加热膜, 所述电加热膜固定于所述内层的外侧, 所述 隔热棉固定贴于电加热膜外侧,所述导电片的一端位于内层和外层之间并且与电加热膜 之间通过连接线连接, 所述导电片的另一端露出于外层外侧。
所述电加热膜包括间隔贴于所述内层外侧的多片, 该多片电加热膜相互并联后连 接至该导电片, 或者所述电加热膜是一环形的整体, 其正负极连接至该导电片。
所述内层和外层均采用不含双酚胺 (BPA) 的硬质塑料材料。
所述电加热膜采用聚四氟乙烯基 PTC自恒温远红外电加热材料。
所述导电片和接触片釆用表面镀金的铜薄片。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于本发明吸奶器具有的电加热罩,采用注塑和超 声波焊接的工艺, 使具有内层、 外层的电加热罩形成一完全密封的整体, 电加热元件固 定于内层和外层之间, 不会松脱, 也不会受到外界力的作用损坏, 不但便于加热罩的清 洗消毒, 而且使外形更加美观紧凑, 也使得该吸奶器的加工工艺相对简单, 符合严苛的 环保及婴幼儿用品标准, 容易实现大规模生产。 同时, 该电加热罩通过二次注塑工艺固 定在外层表面的导电片与主机部件下方的接触片之间进行接触电连接, 不仅外观美观, 而且结构简单、 紧凑、 可靠, 便于批量生产。 该吸奶器的电加热罩看不到任何外置的连 接线, 而且电加热罩采用不透明材料, 使用者无法看到内层和外层之间的电加热元件和 内部结构, 不但外观时尚、 精致, 使用该吸奶器的母亲基本不会联想到有电流在电加热 罩上, 因而会拥有较高的安全感。 附图说明

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图 1-5所示, 为本发明的具有电加热罩的吸奶器, 该吸奶器包括容器 3, 位于容 器 3上方与容器 3连通的主机部件 2, 以及位于主机部件 2的前侧、 与容器 3相连通的 电加热罩 1。
该主机部件 2内设有微型电动真空泵、控制真空负压的微型电磁阀、气路组件以及 IC电路板, 甚至可以包括可充锂电池, 为该吸奶器提供动力。该电加热罩 1的前端为喇 叭形状, 前端口径比母亲乳晕略大, 使乳晕与电加热罩的接触更理想; 电加热罩 1后端 内径大于乳头的直径, 优选地比正常哺乳期乳头外径大一倍左右, 而且电加热罩 31 后 端为截面为圆形的直管, 并有一定长度, 这样可以为乳头提供足够大的空间, 避免在吸 奶过程中乳头被挤压产生的不适感。这样的设计模拟吸奶时婴儿口腔及嘴唇对于乳房的 接触环境。
优选地, 该容器 3的上方具有一连接部件 31, 该连接部件 31的底部与容器 3的开 口处用螺纹旋接并相互连通, 两者之间具有硅胶平垫密封圈 34; 连接部件 31的前端伸 出有一导管密封连接电加热罩 1的后端, 导管前端的开口为截面为圆形的直管, 其上设 有 0型硅胶密封圈 33。连接部件 31的上方还具有一通孔 32连通至主机部件 2, 主机部 件 2固定位于该连接部件 31的上方并且通过其底部的吸气导管 22插入通孔 32与容器 3 连通, 该通孔 32上设有硅胶 0型密封圈 321。 该连接部件 31的前端与电加热罩 1的后 端采用插拔的方式固定连接, 也可以釆用螺纹旋接或卡口旋接等方式连接。
该电加热罩 1包括内层 11和外层 12, 如图 3所示, 该内层 11和外层 12之间还设 有电加热元件以及隔热棉 14,该电加热元件可以为电加热膜、电加热丝或者其他电加热 材料。优选地, 该电加热元件为电加热膜 13, 电加热膜 13固定贴于内层 11的外侧, 隔 热棉 14位于电加热膜 13外侧, 位于电加热膜 13与外层 12之间, 电加热膜 13的正负 电极通过连接线分别连接至固定于外层 12内侧的 2个导电片 15, 2个导电片 15的部分 露出于该外层 12外侧表面。 优选地, 该导电片 15的一端位于内层 11和外层 12之间并 且与电加热膜 13的连接线连接, 导电片 15的另一端露出于外层 12外侧表面。
当该电加热罩 1连接于连接部件 31的前端,主机部件 2扣在连接部件 31的上面固 定时, 主机部件 2的前端下方设有的接触片 21与导电片 15接触, 来自主机部件的电源 通过上述接触片 21和导电片 15为该电加热罩 1进行供电。
由于该电加热罩 1 具有电加热的功能, 该内层 11 和外层 12 均釆用不含双酚胺 (BPA)的食品级硬质塑料材料,如聚丙烯(PP),优选地采用美国伊士曼公司(Eastman Chemical Company) 生产的耐高温婴幼儿用品专用的 TRITAN共聚聚合物。
该电加热罩 1 制造时, 可将外层 12采用二次注塑工艺制作。 先将两个导电片 15 单独注塑形成为一个导电片嵌件, 然后将该嵌件与外层 12—起注塑成形, 使导电片 15 与外层 12连为一体, 并且导电片 15的一端位于外层 12内侧, 导电片 15的另一端露出 于外层 12的外侧表面, 露出的导电片部分与外层 12的外侧表面无缝衔接, 且在同一平 面上, 没有高度差异, 然后将内层 11的外侧固定上电加热膜 13以及隔热棉 14, 将电加 热膜 13的正负电极与导电片 15连接后, 通过超声波焊接工艺将电加热罩 1的内层 11 和外层 12完全密封压合在一起形成一整体的结构。 这样, 从外表面看, 该电加热罩 1 上看不到任何连接线以及插座连接器等部件, 只有外露在外层 12外侧表面的 2个大小 一致且平行排列的导电片 15。 主机部件 2前端下方的 2个接触片 21与该电加热罩 1后 端外侧表面的导电片 15端面接触连接, 使得结构更加简单, 使用更方便, 外观也更加 美观。 优选地, 该电加热膜 13采用工作电压为 7.4V的聚四氟乙烯基 PTC自恒温远红外 电加热材料, 电加热膜 13的厚度约为 0.2mm-0.5mm, 电加热膜 13可以为如图 3所示的 环形的一整块环绕于内层 11外侧, 也可以是多片间隔贴于内层 11外侧, 优选地, 采用 外形尺寸为 15mm X 30mm的 3-5片, 相互之间采用导电铜箔进行并联连接。 导电铜箔 优选地采用导电胶。 该电加热膜 13可以采用普通双面胶固定于内层 11的外侧, 连接线 的一端可以用焊锡焊接于该电加热膜 13上的导电铜箔上。如果采用多片电加热膜 13的 形式, 可以将这些电加热膜相互并联然后再连接至导电片 15。 隔热棉 14优选地采用厚 度为 3mm-5mm的带背胶的柔性保温棉质片材, 可以牢固地贴在电加热膜 13上面, 既 可以固定电加热膜 13,避免因振动等原因导致电加热膜松动脱落而使电阻发生变化, 同 时还可以避免远红外能量向外层 12散发, 将远红外能量集中向乳晕辐射, 以达到更佳 的保健效果, 并节约电源。
本发明中的电加热膜 13的工作电压为 7.4V, 电阻仅 40欧姆左右, 功率不到 1.4W, 如此低的功率水平可以使主机部件采用超小型的可充锂电池,使该吸奶器可以设计得更 小巧、 更便携, 在外观上也具有更大的设计灵活性。 而且该电加热罩的工作温度恒定在 摄氏 38-40度, 略高于婴儿口腔温度, 这个范围的温度是对乳暈进行热敷保健的最佳温 度, 母亲无论在冬天还是夏天使用, 都会感觉十分舒适。
而且该电加热罩 1的内侧可设有一与电加热罩 1的曲面吻合并可以拆卸的具有按摩 凸点的硅胶护垫 4, 可以在使用时使乳房皮肤直接接触柔软的硅胶护垫, 提高舒适度。
所述导电片和接触片均采用表面镀金的铜薄片,镀金铜薄片不仅具有优越的导电性 能, 而且不会生锈、 容易清洁, 更能增加产品的美观度和精致感, 镀金铜薄片也更符合 严苛的环保和婴幼儿食品接触容器国际标准。
本发明的吸奶器具有的电加热罩,具有内层和外层并且中间夹有电加热元件,采用 二次注塑和超声波悍接的工艺, 使具有内层、 外层的电加热罩形成一完全密封的整体, 电加热元件固定于内层和外层之间, 不会松脱或者受到外界的力的作用损坏, 不但便于 电加热罩的清洗消毒,而且使外形更加美观紧凑,也使得该吸奶器的加工工艺相对简单, 容易实现大规模生产。
并且该电加热罩上通过二次注塑工艺固定在外层上的导电片与主机部件的接触片 之间进行接触电连接, 结构简单、 紧凑、 稳定, 使用可靠, 也便于批量生产, 而且该吸 奶器的电加热罩看不到任何外置的连接线; 电加热罩采用不透明材料, 使用者无法看到 内层和外层之间的电加热元件, 不但外观美观、 精致, 也使使用者拥有安全感。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、一种具有电加热罩的吸奶器, 包括容器 (3), 位于容器 (3)上方与容器 (3)连通的主 机部件 (2), 以及位于主机部件 (2)的前侧与容器 (3)相连通的电加热罩 (1), 所述主机部件 (2)内具有微型电动真空泵, 其特征在于:
所述电加热罩 (1)包括呈一体的内层 (11)和外层 (12),所述内层 (11)和外层 (12)之间还 设有电加热元件以及隔热棉 (14), 所述隔热棉 (14)位于所述外层 (12)与电加热元件之间, 所述电加热元件的正负电极通过连接线连接至固定于外层 (12)内侧的导电片 (15), 所述 导电片 (15)的部分露出于该外层 (12)外侧表面与主机部件 (2)前端下方的接触片 (21)之间 相互扣合接触进行电连接。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的吸奶器, 其特征在于: 所述容器 (3)的上方设有一连接部件 (31),所述连接部件 (31)的下方与容器 (3)密封连接, 所述连接部件 (31)的前端伸出有一导 管密封连接该电加热罩 (1), 所述连接部件 (31)的上方具有一通孔 (32), 主机部件 (2)固定 位于该连接部件 (31)的上方并且通过其底部的管道 (22)插入通孔 (32)与容器 (3)密封连通。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的吸奶器, 其特征在于: 所述电加热元件为电加热膜 (13), 所述电加热膜 (13)固定于所述内层 (11)的外侧, 所述隔热棉 (14)固定贴于电加热膜 (13)外 侧, 所述导电片 (15)的一端位于内层 (11)和外层 (12)之间并且与电加热膜 (13)之间通过连 接线连接, 所述导电片 (15)的另一端露出于外层 (12)外侧。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的吸奶器, 其特征在于: 所述电加热膜 (13)包括间隔贴于所 述内层 (11)外侧的多片, 该多片电加热膜 (13)相互并联后连接至该导电片 (15), 或者所述 电加热膜 (15)是一环形的整体, 其正负极连接至该导电片 (15)。
5、如权利要求 1-4中任一一项所述的吸奶器,其特征在于:所述内层 (11)和外层 (12) 均采用不含双酚胺 (BPA)的硬质塑料材料。
6、 如权利要求 3或 4所述的吸奶器, 其特征在于: 所述电加热膜 (13)采用聚四氟 乙烯基 PTC自恒温远红外电加热材料。
7、如权利要求 1-4中任一一项所述的吸奶器, 其特征在于: 所述导电片 (15)和接触 片 (21)采用表面镀金的铜薄片。
