Description

一种用于自行车增力装置的箱体 技术领域
本发明涉及一种箱体, 特别涉及一种用于自行车增力装置的箱体。 背景技术
目前, 自行车以其经济、 环保、 便捷等优点, 已成为世界上应用最广 泛的交通工具, 技术人员也在不断对其进行改进。 现有改进方案中, 一个 重要方向就是将骑行过程中由于骑行人的姿势变化或者道路的颠簸产生的 重力变化转化为力矩, 并通过复杂的增力装置, 将力矩提供给自行车中轴, 为自行车提供助力。 但一般自行车中轴安装在车架的五通内, 空间狭小, 无法容纳复杂的增力装置, 使得这些装置只能暴露在自然环境下。 实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种箱体, 替代传统的自行车五通, 容纳自 行车中轴及附加的增力装置。
为实现上述目的, 本实用新型提供了如下技术方案:
一种用于自行车增力装置的箱体, 包括:
前壳体;
后壳体;
扇形板;
容纳腔;
所述前壳体和所述后壳体具有相对的螺栓孔, 所述螺栓孔内装入螺栓 将所述前壳体和所述后壳体连接到一起限定出所述容纳腔, 所述前壳体和 所述后壳体具有相对的一个或者多个轴孔, 所述扇形板位于所述前壳体或 / 和所述后壳体上端。
可选择地, 所述扇形板上还具有定位孔。
可选择地, 所述前壳体和所述后壳体的轴孔中具有轴承座。
可选择地, 所述前壳体和所述后壳体具有交错的凸缘。 可选择地, 所述扇形板与所述前壳体和 /或所述后壳体通过铸造一体成 型。
可选择地, 所述扇形板上具有螺栓孔。
箱体大小能够根据需要加工制作, 自行车中轴及附加的增力装置能够 被容纳在容纳腔内, 中轴及附加增力装置的轴能够从轴孔中伸出, 执行各 自功能, 箱体通过扇形板安装到车架上, 取代传统的自行车五通。
进一步地, 由于轴孔中具有轴承座, 有利于箱体中各轴的旋转。
进一步地, 由于前壳体和后壳体具有交错的凸缘, 使得容纳腔密闭性 更好, 有利于保护其中的装置。
进一步地, 扇形板与前壳体和 /或后壳体铸造成型, 加工方便。
进一步地, 扇形板上具有螺栓孔, 能够很容易地安装到车架上或者进 行拆下, 便于维修。 附图说明

参考图 1 , 自行车由于重力变化产生的力矩传递给增力轴 24, 再通过 一套复杂的增力装置传递给自行车中轴 22, 为自行车提供助力。 从增力轴 24到自行车中轴 22 —整套增力装置被封装在箱体 1 中, 箱体 1安装在自 行车车架上, 替代传统的五通。
图 2是本实用新型的实施例的箱体主视图, 从前壳体 11外侧观察。 前 壳体 11上具有两个螺栓孔 12,相应地,后壳体 20具有相对的两个螺栓孔, 增力装置装入前壳体 11或者后壳体 20后, 将螺栓孔 12内插入螺栓, 将两 个壳体连接到一起形成箱体 1。 本领域普通技术人员能够想象, 前壳体 11 和后壳体 20上能够根据需要具有多于两个的螺栓孔 12, 使连接更稳固。 前壳体 11上具有轴孔 13、 14、 15 , 用于图 3中示出的各个轴 22、 23、 24。 相应地, 后壳体 20上具有相对的轴孔。 本领域普通技术人员能够想象, 前 壳体 11和后壳体 20上应当至少具有一个轴孔 15 , 以安装自行车中轴 22, 也可根据需要, 具有多个轴孔。 为了配合各个轴的安装, 各轴孔 13、 14、 15周围能够各自具有轴承座 19。 前壳体上端具有扇形板 16, 扇形板 16上 开有螺栓孔 17, 用于将箱体 1安装到自行车车架上。 本领域普通技术人员 能够理解, 扇形板 16 能够不存在螺栓孔 17, 而通过焊接等方式安装到车 架上, 但通过螺栓安装, 使得箱体 1 的拆装更方便, 便于其中所容纳的增 力装置的维护, 因此存在螺栓孔 17显然更具优势。 扇形板 16上还具有定 位孔 18, 其中能够插入定位销, 使得前壳体 11、 后壳体 20与增力装置组 装时更方便。 本领域普通技术人员能够很容易地想象, 扇形板 16既能够位 于前壳体 11上, 也能够位于后壳体 20上, 或者前壳体 11和后壳体 20上 均具有扇形板 16。 当前壳体 11和后壳体 20上均具有扇形板 16时, 前壳 体 11和后壳体 20的结构大致对称。
图 3是沿图 2中的平面 A-A剖开的剖视图, 图中同时示意性示出了所 容纳的增力装置。前壳体 11和后壳体 20连接到一起后限定出了容纳腔 21 , 从增力轴 24、 中间轴 23及自行车中轴 22 , 以及它们之间的各元件均被容 纳在其中。
图 4是图 3中示出的位置 I处的局部放大图。 由图可见, 前壳体 11与 后壳体 20之间的连接部分为相互交错的凸缘,两者连接后,凸缘互相吻合, 良好地封闭了容纳腔 21 , 保护了其中的增力装置。
虽然本实用新型是结合以上实施例进行描述的, 但本实用新型并不限 定于上述实施例, 而只受所附权利要求的限定, 本领域普通技术人员能够 容易地对其进行修改和变化, 但并不离开本实用新型的实质构思和范围。

1. 一种用于自行车增力装置的箱体, 包括:
前壳体;
后壳体;
扇形板;
容纳腔;
所述前壳体和所述后壳体具有相对的螺栓孔, 所述螺栓孔内装入螺栓 将所述前壳体和所述后壳体连接到一起限定出所述容纳腔, 所述前壳体和 所述后壳体具有相对的一个或者多个轴孔, 所述扇形板位于所述前壳体或 / 和所述后壳体上端。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的箱体, 其特征在于, 所述扇形板上还具有定 位孔。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的箱体, 其特征在于, 所述前壳体和所述后壳 体的轴孔中具有轴 7|座。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的箱体, 其特征在于, 所述前壳体和所述后壳 体具有交错的凸缘。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的箱体, 其特征在于, 所述扇形板与所述前壳 体和 /或所述后壳体通过铸造一体成型。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的箱体, 其特征在于, 所述扇形板上具有螺栓 孔。
