本发明的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种结构简单,净化效果好、且能改变室内温度的 喷淋式空气净化空调器 ; 本发明既能有效减少空气中所含的灰尘等杂质,净化室内空气,又能调节空气湿度,改善室内空气质量。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的方案:一种喷淋式空气净化空调器,包括壳体、净化装置,所述净化装置安装在壳体上,净化装置所设的中空腔体为喷淋室,净化装置所设中空腔体的腔壁上分别设有与喷淋室连通的进气口和排气口,喷淋室内设有能洒水的喷淋装置,喷淋装置与供水装置连通,壳体上还设有能将外部空气通过进气口吸入喷淋室内的抽风装置,所述壳体上还设有对进入喷淋装置内的水进行冷却的制冷装置。
上 述制冷装置包括压缩机及冷却管,冷却管两端分别与压缩机的高压接口和低压接口连接,所述喷淋装置通过热交换管与供水装置连通,制冷装置的冷却管嵌入热交换管的中空通道内。
上述喷淋室内设有曲折的净化通道,净化通道的两端分别与进气口和排气口连通。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。
本发明的 喷淋式空气净化空调器 结构如附图1所示,包括壳体1,净化装置2、供水装置3、抽风装置4、制冷装置5、热交换管6、鼓风机8。其中,净化装置2安装在壳体1内,净化装置2所设的中空腔体为喷淋室23,净化装置2所设中空腔体的腔壁设有进气口21和排气口22,进气口21和排气口22分别与喷淋室23连通,喷淋室23的顶部还设有能对喷淋室23洒水的喷淋装置24,喷淋装置24通过热交换管6与供水装置3连通,抽风装置4安装在净化装置2的排气口22上,抽风装置4能将喷淋室23内的空气通过排气口22抽出器外,同时也可以把器外的空气通过进气口21吸入喷淋室23内,鼓风机8安装在净化装置2的进气口21,鼓风机8能将器外空气引进喷淋室23内,抽风装置4和鼓风机8共同作用, 提高了通过 净化通道25 的空气流量,从而提高了净化空气的排气量。 制冷装置5包括压缩机51及冷却管52,冷却管52两端分别与压缩机51的高压接口51a和低压接口51b连接,制冷装置5的冷却管52嵌入热交换管6的中空通道内,压缩机51运行时,冷却管52的温度会降得很低,冷却管52嵌入热交换管6的部分内的冷媒流向与热交换管6内水的流向相反,流经热交换管6中空通道内的水会与冷却管52经行热交换,以致进入喷淋装置24的水的温度降低。
本实施例中,上述喷淋室23内设有若干上下交错的上隔板24a和下隔板24b,上隔板24a和下隔板24b彼此相隔、等距离分布,所有上隔板24a和下隔板24b分别置于在喷淋装置24正下方,上隔板24a和下隔板24b相错开的位置与上隔板24a和下隔板24b之间的通道连通形成曲折的净化通道25,净化通道25的两端分别与进气口21和排气口22连通,喷淋装置24喷洒出的水能穿梭净化通道25内,空气从进气口21进入到曲折的净化通道25,增加了空气在喷淋室23内流动的时间,到达提高空气与水的接触率,有效减少空气所含的灰尘等杂质 。
上述 供水装置3包括水箱31和水泵32,热交换管6的进水口通过水管与水泵32的出水口连通,热交换管6的出水口通过水管与喷淋装置24连通,水泵32的进水口与水箱31连通,水箱31置于净化装置2的下方,上述喷淋室23底部设有排水管11,排水管11的两端分别与喷淋室23和水箱31连通,所述水箱31的内腔设有过滤网90,水泵32的进水口和排水管11的排水口分别置于过滤网90的两侧,从喷淋装置24洒出的水落到喷淋室23底部,然后通过排水管11流回到水箱31的内腔,流回水箱31内腔的水经过过滤网90过滤后再被水泵32泵到喷淋装置24上,实现水的循环使用。本发明工作时,积在喷淋室23底部的水的水面不能等于或高于上隔板24a的下边缘,否则净化通道25会被水封,排水管11的排水口向上设置,避免了排水管11的水流直接冲击水箱31底部,造成沉淀在水箱31底部的杂质扩散,水箱31内还设有活性炭包93,活性炭包93吸附水箱中水中的有毒、有害物质,净化水源。
为了检测水箱31中的水温,避免压缩机51长时间运行造成电能浪费,上述水箱31的内腔还设有温度传感器7,制冷装置5还设有用于控制压缩机51运行的控制装置53,温度传感器7与控制装置53电连接。本发明工作时,温度传感器7即时检测水箱31内的水温,温度传感器7检测到温度信号反馈给控制装置53,控制装置53根据接收的温度信号进行控制压缩机51的运行,即是当控制装置53接收到温度传感器7反馈的水温低于设定的某一温度,控制装置53切断压缩机51的电源,压缩机51停止运行,当控制装置53接收到温度传感器7反馈的水温高于设定的某一温度,控制装置53接通压缩机51的电源,压缩机51运行,保证水箱31的水温保持在一定的温度范围。
为了能有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体,杀灭空气中的有害细菌, 上 述净化装置2的排气口22上还设有光触媒网91和紫外线发射器92,为了进一步保证排出空气的洁净度,上述排气口22上还设有气液过滤网94和活性炭复合网95。
本实施例中,壳体1的底部还设有支撑脚12,支撑脚12上设有触碰开关13及复位弹簧14,复位弹簧14一端与支撑脚12连接,另一端与壳体1连接。
本发明的控制电路如附图2所示,包括主电路15和自控电路16,其中水泵32、抽风装置4、鼓风机8、压缩机51和紫外线发射器92分别并联在主电路15上,主电路15与电源连接的电路上设有档位开关15a;触碰开关13连接在自控电路16上,自控电路16还连接有蜂鸣器16a及电磁开关16b,电磁开关16b的开关触点连接在主电路15与电源连接的电路上,当箱体1侧翻时,至少一个支撑脚12离地,触碰开关13在复位弹簧14的作用自动闭合而接通自控电路16,此时蜂鸣器16a鸣响报警,同时电磁开关16b的开关触点断开把主电路15切断,水泵32、抽风装置4、鼓风机8、压缩机51和紫外线发射器92停止工作,,反之,电磁开关16b闭合,主电路15接通,水泵32、抽风装置4、鼓风机8和压缩机51启动,蜂鸣器17不响。
本发明的工作时:运行前,先在水箱31注入一定的水,接通电源后,水泵32、抽风装置4、鼓风机8启动,温度传感器7检测水箱31的水温,如果水温高于控制装置53设定的温度上限值时,压缩机51运行,水温低于控制装置53设定的温度下限值时,压缩机51不运行,通过调整档位开关15a,可以改变水泵32、抽风装置4、鼓风机8和压缩机51的输出功率,满足用户的需求,本发明工作一定时间后,水箱31内的水会混有很多杂质,故必需定期更换水箱中的水。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种喷淋式空气净化空调器,包括壳体(1)、净化装置(2),所述净化装置(2)安装在壳体(1)上,净化装置(2)所设的中空腔体为喷淋室(23),净化装置(2)所设中空腔体的腔壁上分别设有与喷淋室(23)连通的进气口(21)和排气口(22),喷淋室(23)内设有能洒水的喷淋装置(24),喷淋装置(24)与供水装置(3)连通,壳体(1)上还设有能将外部空气通过进气口(21)吸入喷淋室(23)内的抽风装置(4),其特征在于,所述壳体(1)上还设有对进入喷淋装置(24)内的水进行冷却的制冷装置(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的喷淋式空气净化空调器,其特征在于,所述制冷装置(5)包括压缩机(51)及冷却管(52),冷却管(52)两端分别与压缩机(51)的高压接口(51a)和低压接口(51b)连接,所述喷淋装置(24)通过热交换管(6)与供水装置(3)连通,制冷装置(5)的冷却管(52)嵌入热交换管(6)的中空通道内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的喷淋式空气净化空调器,其特征在于,所述喷淋室(23)内设有曲折的净化通道(25),净化通道(25)的两端分别与进气口(21)和排气口(22)连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的喷淋式空气净化空调器,其特征在于,所述喷淋室(23)内设有若干上下交错的上隔板(24a)和下隔板(24b),上隔板(24a)和下隔板(24b)分别固定在喷淋装置(24)的下方,上隔板(24a)和下隔板(24b)相错开的位置与上隔板(24a)和下隔板(24b)之间的通道连通形成曲折的净化通道(25)。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的喷淋式空气净化空调器,其特征在于,所述供水装置(3)包括水箱(31)和水泵(32),水泵(32)的进水口与水箱(31)连通,热交换管(6)的进水口与水泵(32)的出水口连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的喷淋式空气净化空调器,其特征在于,所述水箱(31)的内腔还设有温度传感器(7),制冷装置(5)还设有用于控制压缩机(51)运行的控制装置(53),温度传感器(7)与控制装置(53)电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的喷淋式空气净化空调器,其特征在于,所述喷淋室(23)的底部设有排水管(11),排水管(11)的两端分别与喷淋室(23)和水箱(31)连通;所述水箱(31)的内腔设有过滤网(90),水泵(32)的进水口和排水管(11)的排水口分别置于过滤网(90)的两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的喷淋式空气净化空调器,其特征在于,所述抽风装置(4)安装在净化装置(2)的排气口(22)上,净化装置(2)的进气口(21)上还设有鼓风机(8)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的喷淋式空气净化空调器,其特征在于,所述净化装置(2)的排气口(22)上还设有光触媒网(91)和/或紫外线发射器(92)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的喷淋式空气净化空调器,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)的底部还设有支撑脚(12),支撑脚(12)上设有复位弹簧(14)和能控制电源的通断的触碰开关(13),复位弹簧(14)一端与支撑脚(12)连接,另一端与壳体(1)连接。
