本发明公开了一种环保空气过滤器,包括过滤仓,所述过滤仓的内腔设有安装管,所述安装管的顶端贯穿并延伸至过滤仓的外侧,所述过滤仓表面设有安装环,所述安装环与过滤仓底端之间的过滤仓表面设有进气孔,所述安装环上设有限位孔,所述限位孔内转动连接有限位柱,所述安装管的右侧设有排气孔,本环保空气过滤器,经过滤网、紫外线灯和吸附板,从而对空气进行过滤、杀菌和吸附,能够有效的对空气进行处理,同时电热管能够对空气进行加热,从而便于人们在寒冷的季节使用,同时通过从雾化喷头中喷出水,从而能够对空气进行加湿作业,多样化的设计,使得产品的适用范围更加的广泛,从而便于使用者的使用。

本发明涉及空气过滤技术领域,具体为一种环保空气过滤器。
背景技术
空气净化装置随着日益严重的空气污染已经越来越体现出其对于生活、医疗、生产等等方面的重要性,目前市场上比较流行的空气净化设备均使用平板过滤纸,很少使用水进行过滤,且平板过滤纸需过滤空气通过滤纸的拦截,起到了灰尘细菌等杂质与纯净空气相分离的作用,虽然能够满足人们净化空气的基本需求,但是由于设计的原因使得效果较为单一,从而并不能满足人们日益复杂化的需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种环保空气过滤器,可以对空气进行过滤,同时能够对空气进行加热,还能够对空气进行加湿作业,从而使得功能较为多样化,从而便于使用者的使用,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保空气过滤器,包括过滤仓,所述过滤仓的内腔设有安装管,所述安装管的顶端贯穿并延伸至过滤仓的外侧,所述过滤仓表面设有安装环,所述安装环与过滤仓底端之间的过滤仓表面设有进气孔,所述安装环上设有限位孔,所述限位孔内转动连接有限位柱,所述安装管的右侧设有排气孔,所述过滤仓与安装管之间设有滤网,所述滤网与安装管之间设有紫外线灯,所述过滤仓的侧面设有控制开关组,所述控制开关组的输出端电连接紫外线灯的输入端。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述安装管的底端设有第一安装架,所述第一安装架的顶端设有吸附板。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述吸附板侧面的安装管内腔设有第二安装架,所述第二安装架上设有风扇,所述控制开关组的输出端电连接风扇的输入端。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述风扇侧面的安装管内壁上设有第三安装架,所述第三安装架内设有电热管,所述电热管的输入端电连接控制开关组的输出端。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述第三安装架侧面的安装管上设有管道,所述管道贯穿并延伸至安装管的外侧,所述安装管内腔的管道顶端设有雾化喷头,所述安装管外侧的管道上设有电磁阀,所述控制开关组的输出端电连接电磁阀的输入端。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本环保空气过滤器,经过滤网、紫外线灯和吸附板,从而对空气进行过滤、杀菌和吸附,能够有效的对空气进行处理,同时电热管能够对空气进行加热,从而便于人们在寒冷的季节使用,同时通过从雾化喷头中喷出水,从而能够对空气进行加湿作业,多样化的设计,使得产品的适用范围更加的广泛,从而便于使用者的使用。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种环保空气过滤器,包括过滤仓1,过滤仓1的内腔设有安装管4,安装管4的顶端贯穿并延伸至过滤仓1的外侧,过滤仓1表面设有安装环2,安装环2与过滤仓1底端之间的过滤仓1表面设有进气孔3,能够对空气中的较大的物体进行过滤,安装环2上设有限位孔6,限位孔6内转动连接有限位柱7,便于对整体进行安装和固定,安装管4的右侧设有排气孔5,过滤仓1与安装管4之间设有滤网9,滤网9与安装管4之间设有紫外线灯10,安装管4的底端设有第一安装架11,第一安装架11的顶端设有吸附板13,便于对空气中的微小颗粒进行吸附,吸附板13侧面的安装管4内腔设有第二安装架12,第二安装架12上设有风扇14,为空气的流通提供动力,风扇14侧面的安装管4内壁上设有第三安装架15,第三安装架15内设有电热管16,能够对空气进行加热处理,第三安装架15侧面的安装管4上设有管道17,管道17贯穿并延伸至安装管4的外侧,且与外界的水源进行连接,安装管4内腔的管道17顶端设有雾化喷头18,安装管4外侧的管道17上设有电磁阀19,通过控制开关组8打开电磁阀19,使得外界的水流能从雾化喷头18中喷出,从而对空气进行加湿作业,过滤仓1的侧面设有控制开关组8,控制开关组8的输出端电连接紫外线灯10、风扇14、电热管16和电磁阀19的输入端,控制开关组8控制紫外线灯10、风扇14、电热管16和电磁阀19工作均采用现有技术中常用的方法。
在使用时:使用者通过限位柱7从而把设备安装在相应的位置处,通过控制开关组8使得风扇14工作,使得外界的空气从风扇14进入到过滤仓1中,然后由滤网9进行过滤,再由紫外线灯10进行杀菌,最后经吸附板13进行吸附,然后再从排气孔5中排出,从而对空气进行过滤。
本发明通过滤网9能够对空气进行过滤,通过紫外线灯10能够对空气进行杀菌,通过吸附板13能够对空气中的物质进行吸附,从而能够较为彻底的对空气进行处理,同时在较为寒冷时,电热管16工作,能够对空气进行加热作业,通过打开电磁阀19,从而使得雾化喷头18中有水雾喷出,从而对空气进行加湿,多样化的设置,能够满足人们多种的使用需求,便于产品的推广,同时也便于人们的使用。

1.一种环保空气过滤器,包括过滤仓(1),其特征在于:所述过滤仓(1)的内腔设有安装管(4),所述安装管(4)的顶端贯穿并延伸至过滤仓(1)的外侧,所述过滤仓(1)表面设有安装环(2),所述安装环(2)与过滤仓(1)底端之间的过滤仓(1)表面设有进气孔(3),所述安装环(2)上设有限位孔(6),所述限位孔(6)内转动连接有限位柱(7),所述安装管(4)的右侧设有排气孔(5),所述过滤仓(1)与安装管(4)之间设有滤网(9),所述滤网(9)与安装管(4)之间设有紫外线灯(10),所述过滤仓(1)的侧面设有控制开关组(8),所述控制开关组(8)的输出端电连接紫外线灯(10)的输入端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保空气过滤器,其特征在于:所述安装管(4)的底端设有第一安装架(11),所述第一安装架(11)的顶端设有吸附板(13)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种环保空气过滤器,其特征在于:所述吸附板(13)侧面的安装管(4)内腔设有第二安装架(12),所述第二安装架(12)上设有风扇(14),所述控制开关组(8)的输出端电连接风扇(14)的输入端。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种环保空气过滤器,其特征在于:所述风扇(14)侧面的安装管(4)内壁上设有第三安装架(15),所述第三安装架(15)内设有电热管(16),所述电热管(16)的输入端电连接控制开关组(8)的输出端。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种环保空气过滤器,其特征在于:所述第三安装架(15)侧面的安装管(4)上设有管道(17),所述管道(17)贯穿并延伸至安装管(4)的外侧,所述安装管(4)内腔的管道(17)顶端设有雾化喷头(18),所述安装管(4)外侧的管道(17)上设有电磁阀(19),所述控制开关组(8)的输出端电连接电磁阀(19)的输入端。
