技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造草坪。
背景技术
人造草坪在许多场合被广泛使用,它一般由相互连接在一起的塑料底座和位于塑料底座上面的人造草皮构成(一个塑料底座和一块人造草皮构成一个草坪单元,使用时,再将多个草坪单元连接在一起便构成了一大块草坪)。传统的人造草坪,其塑料底座与人造草皮之间都是通过粘结剂粘连在一起的,这种结构形式的人造草坪存在以下两大缺点:
1 、用于粘连人造草皮和塑料底座的粘结剂是一种化学有机物,其挥发出的一些有害物质会对人体造成伤害,不环保。
2 、人造草坪在经过长时间的雨水冲刷之后,用于粘连人造草皮和塑料底座的粘结剂容易失去粘性,而导致人造草皮从塑料底座上分离下来。
发明内容
本发明目的是:提供一种新型结构的人造草坪,旨在解决传统人造草坪中存在的人造草皮与塑料底座之间易分离、用于粘连人造草皮和塑料底座的粘结剂对人体有害的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:所述的人造草坪,包括塑料底座以及位于该塑料底座上面的人造草皮,其特征在于:所述人造草坪还包括若干个塑料膨胀铆钉,所述塑料底座上制有若干个铆钉定位孔,所述塑料膨胀铆钉穿过所述人造草皮并固定在所述铆钉定位孔中,从而将所述人造草皮和塑料底座固定连接在一起。
作为优选,所述塑料膨胀铆钉由上部的铆钉头和下部的铆钉杆构成,所述铆钉杆由两端向中部逐渐变粗,且铆钉杆上开有膨胀槽。
作为优选,所述铆钉定位孔的孔壁上设有向铆钉定位孔轴线方向延伸的限位凸缘。
作为优选,所述限位凸缘设在所述铆钉定位孔顶部的孔口处。
作为优选,所述铆钉杆的下端为尖端。
本发明的优点是:本发明的人造草坪采用塑料膨胀铆钉将人造草皮和塑料底座固定连接在一起。不仅避免了传统结构中粘结剂挥发物对人体的不利影响,而且也不会出现该人造草坪使用时间过久后,其上的人造草皮和塑料底座发生分离的现象。

具体实施方式
参照图 1 和图 2 所示,本实施例的人造草坪包括塑料底座 2 、位于该塑料底座上面的人造草皮 1 、以及若干个塑料膨胀铆钉 3 。所述塑料底座 2 上制有若干个铆钉定位孔 2-1 ,所述塑料膨胀铆钉 3 穿过所述人造草皮 1 并固定在所述铆钉定位孔 2-1 中,从而将所述人造草皮 1 和塑料底座 2 固定连接在一起。
如图 3 和图 4 所示,所述塑料膨胀铆钉 3 由上部的铆钉头 3-1 和下部的铆钉杆 3-2 构成(二者连成一体),所述铆钉杆 3-2 由两端向中部逐渐变粗(即该铆钉杆是一根由两端向中部逐渐变粗的杆体),且铆钉杆 3-2 上开有膨胀槽 3-2-1 。
而且,本例在所述铆钉定位孔 2-1 的孔壁上设有向铆钉定位孔轴线方向延伸的限位凸缘 2-1-1 。实施时,利用外力将所述铆钉杆 3-2 穿透过人造草皮 1 ,当铆钉杆 3-2 的中部(较粗部)到达铆钉定位孔 2-1 上方孔口时,在膨胀槽 3-2-1 的作用下铆钉杆中部会发生收缩(膨胀槽受压变小)而进入铆钉定位孔 2-1 内,直至铆钉头 3-1 完全压在人造草皮 1 的上表面,此时铆钉杆中部进入限位凸缘 2-1-1 以下,由于空间变大铆钉杆中部发生膨胀(膨胀槽变大)而卡在所述限位凸缘 2-1-1 上,从而使得塑料膨胀铆钉 3 被牢牢地固定在铆钉定位孔 2-1 中,这样一来,人造草皮 1 和塑料底座 2 便紧紧固定在一起了,即便是经过长时间的雨水冲刷,人造草皮 1 和塑料底座 2 也不会发生分离。
本实施例为使方便塑料膨胀铆钉 3 的装配,特将所述限位凸缘 2-1-1 设在所述铆钉定位孔 2-1 顶部的孔口处。
此外,为了使所述塑料膨胀铆钉 3 能够非常方便地穿透人造草皮 1 伸入铆钉定位孔 2-1 中,也可以将所述铆钉杆 3-2 的下端设置成尖端(本例未这样设置)。
当然,上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让人们能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明主要技术方案的精神实质所做的等效变换或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种人造草坪,包括塑料底座( 2 )以及位于该塑料底座上面的人造草皮( 1 ),其特征在于:所述人造草坪还包括若干个塑料膨胀铆钉( 3 ),所述塑料底座( 2 )上制有若干个铆钉定位孔( 2-1 ),所述塑料膨胀铆钉( 3 )穿过所述人造草皮( 1 )并固定在所述铆钉定位孔( 2-1 )中,从而将所述人造草皮( 1 )和塑料底座( 2 )固定连接在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的人造草坪,其特征在于:所述塑料膨胀铆钉( 3 )由上部的铆钉头(3-1 )和下部的铆钉杆( 3-2 )构成,所述铆钉杆( 3-2 )由两端向中部逐渐变粗,且铆钉杆( 3-2 )上开有膨胀槽( 3-2-1 )。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的人造草坪,其特征在于:所述铆钉定位孔( 2-1 )的孔壁上设有向铆钉定位孔轴线方向延伸的限位凸缘( 2-1-1 )。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的人造草坪,其特征在于:所述限位凸缘( 2-1-1 )设在所述铆钉定位孔( 2-1 )顶部的孔口处。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 或 2 或 3 或 4 所述的人造草坪,其特征在于:所述铆钉杆( 3-2 )的下端为尖端。
