Abstract

一种镜脚易装易换的眼镜。该眼镜包括枢座(2)和枢轴(1),枢座(2)和枢轴(1)分别直接形成在镜框角板(3)和镜脚(4)上。枢轴(1)具有圆柱形的竖直轴部(11)和水平连接部(12),竖直轴部(11)为第一磁性元件,竖直轴部(11)的中段固定在水平连接部(12)的前端,水平连接部(12)的后端连接在镜脚(4)或镜框角板(3)上。枢座(2)具有一个供枢轴(1)的竖直轴部(11)插置的竖直插槽(21)和与竖直插槽(21)中段贯通且供水平连接部(12)在镜脚(4)展开时容纳的让位槽(22),竖直插槽(21)的上端安装第二磁性元件(25),竖直插槽(21)的下端形成供竖直轴部(11)插入的缺口(24)。枢轴(1)的竖直轴部(11)借助第一磁性元件和第二磁性元件(25)的磁性吸附作用而以可转动的方式插置在枢座(2)的竖直插槽(21)中,使枢轴(1)和枢座(2)枢接在一起。该眼镜的组装、拆卸及更换都十分方便、容易。

Description

一种镜脚易装易换的眼镜 技术领域
本发明涉及一种眼镜,特指一种镜脚易装易换的眼镜。
背景技术
通常,眼镜铰链如图1所示,是由分别位于镜框角板10和镜脚20的两个枢座30、40以及螺丝50组成。因为采用螺丝50枢接,螺丝50需借助工具才能拧紧或旋松,使得眼镜不论组装还是拆卸、更换都非常不方便。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种镜脚易装易换的眼镜,使眼镜的组装、拆卸及更换都十分方便、容易。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种镜脚易装易换的眼镜,包括枢座和枢轴,枢座和枢轴分别直接形成在镜框角板和镜脚上;枢轴具有圆柱形的竖直轴部和水平连接部,竖直轴部为第一磁性元件,竖直轴部的中段固定在水平连接部的前端,此水平连接部的后端连接在镜脚或镜框角板上;枢座具有一个供枢轴的竖直轴部插置的竖直插槽和与竖直插槽中段贯通且供水平连接部在镜脚展开时容纳的让位槽,竖直插槽的上端安装第二磁性元件而下端形成供竖直轴部插入的缺口;枢轴的竖直轴部借助第一磁性元件和第二磁性元件的磁性吸附作用而以可转动的方式插置在枢座的竖直插槽中,使枢轴和枢座枢接在一起。
所述竖直插槽的横截面呈C型,C型开口小于竖直轴部的直径而大于水平连接部的宽度。
所述第一磁性元件为磁铁棒,第二磁性元件为磁铁块。
所述第一磁性元件为磁铁棒,第二磁性元件为可与磁铁棒磁性吸附的金属块。
所述第二磁性元件为磁铁块,第一磁性元件为可与磁铁块磁性吸附的金属棒。
所述第一磁性元件和第二磁性元件的横截面为方形、圆形或椭圆形。
所述枢座直接形成在镜框角板上,枢轴直接形成在镜脚上,竖直插槽的C型开口靠近镜框角板的转弯处。
所述水平连接部的前端形成插环,竖直轴部的中段固定在插环中。
采用上述方案后,本发明的枢座和枢轴可通过模具分别直接形成在镜框角板和镜脚上,第一磁性元件和第二磁性元件在加工时直接成型在枢轴和枢座上,制造容易。
组装时,将枢轴的竖直轴部插在枢座的竖直插槽中,借助第一磁性元件和第二磁性元件的磁性吸附作用,使镜脚和镜框角板通过枢座和枢轴以铰链的形式连接在一起。
拆卸更换时,克服第一磁性元件和第二磁性元件的磁性吸附作用,将枢轴的竖直轴部从枢座的竖直插槽中退出即可。
这样,本发明避免使用螺丝连接,眼镜的组装、拆卸及更换都不需再借助工具,操作十分方便、容易,而且,鉴于拆装的便利性,使用者可以根据喜爱随意更换特色镜脚,以搭配不同的发型、衣着或服饰等,成为一种更符合潮流的DIY眼镜。
以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,是本发明的较佳实施例。一种镜脚易装易换的眼镜,包括枢座2和枢轴1,枢座2和枢轴1分别直接形成在镜框角板3和镜脚4上。此实施例的具体结构如下所述。
枢轴1直接形成在镜脚4上。枢轴1具有圆柱形的竖直轴部11和水平连接部12,竖直轴部11为第一磁性元件,竖直轴部11的中段固定在水平连接部12的前端,此水平连接部12的后端连接在镜脚4上。为了方便组装,此实施例是在水平连接部12的前端形成插环13,竖直轴部11的中段固定在插环13中。
枢座2直接形成在镜框角板3上。枢座2具有竖直插槽21和让位槽22,竖直插槽21是用于供枢轴1的竖直轴部11插置,竖直插槽21的上端安装第二磁性元件25而下端形成供竖直轴部11插入的缺口24,让位槽22与竖直插槽21中段贯通,让位槽22是用于供水平连接部12在镜脚4展开时容纳其中。为了防止枢座2与枢轴1组合后,枢轴1沿水平方向从枢座2中脱出,竖直插槽21的横截面呈C型,C型开口23小于竖直轴部21的直径而大于水平连接部12的宽度。考虑到要防止枢轴1沿轴线方向从枢座2中随意脱出,此实施例还将竖直插槽21的C型开口23成型在靠近镜框角板3的转弯处,使镜脚4在自然收折角度水平连接部12与开口23的位置错开,因为通常镜脚4在无外力特别作用时很难收折至完全紧靠镜框,所以,枢轴1也就无法沿轴线方向从枢座2中脱出,确保了眼镜铰链连接的牢固性。
当然,也可以将枢座1直接形成在镜脚4上,枢轴2直接形成在镜框角板3上,功效等同。至于第一磁性元件(竖直轴部11)可以为磁铁棒,第二磁性元件25则为磁铁块或者为与磁铁棒磁性吸附的金属块;或者第二磁性元件25可以为磁铁块,第一磁性元件(竖直轴部11)则为与磁铁块磁性吸附的金属棒。第一磁性元件(竖直轴部11)和第二磁性元件25具体采用何种材料,不受本文限制,只要能够相互磁性吸附即可。
另外,此实施例一中,第一磁性元件(竖直轴部11)和第二磁性元件25的横截面为方形,第一磁性元件(竖直轴部11)和第二磁性元件25的横截面也可为圆形(见实施例二)或椭圆形(见实施例三),而方形横截设计在使用中,镜脚4展开和收折时的手感更好,回复力更大。
本发明组装时,如图3和图4所示,将枢轴1的竖直轴部11对准枢座2竖直插槽21的缺口24,并将水平连接部12对准枢座2竖直插槽21的C型开口23,然后,借助第一磁性元件和第二磁性元件25的磁性吸附作用而将竖直轴部11以可转动的方式插置在竖直插槽21中,使镜脚4和镜框角板3通过枢座2和枢轴1以铰链的形式连接在一起,拆卸时,克服第一磁性元件和第二磁性元件25的磁性吸附作用,用力压将镜脚4,使水平连接部12与开口23的位置对齐,竖直轴部11从竖直插槽21中退出即可。
以上所述仅为本发明的一个实施例,并非对本案设计的限制,凡依本案的设计关键所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1、一种镜脚易装易换的眼镜,其特征在于:包括枢座和枢轴,枢座和枢轴分别直接形成在镜框角板和镜脚上;枢轴具有圆柱形的竖直轴部和水平连接部,竖直轴部为第一磁性元件,竖直轴部的中段固定在水平连接部的前端,此水平连接部的后端连接在镜脚或镜框角板上;枢座具有一个供枢轴的竖直轴部插置的竖直插槽和与竖直插槽中段贯通且供水平连接部在镜脚展开时容纳的让位槽,竖直插槽的上端安装第二磁性元件而下端形成供竖直轴部插入的缺口;枢轴的竖直轴部借助第一磁性元件和第二磁性元件的磁性吸附作用而以可转动的方式插置在枢座的竖直插槽中,使枢轴和枢座枢接在一起。
2、如权利要求1所述的镜脚易装易换的眼镜,其特征在于:所述竖直插槽的横截面呈C型,C型开口小于竖直轴部的直径而大于水平连接部的宽度。
3、如权利要求1所述的镜脚易装易换的眼镜,其特征在于:所述第一磁性元件为磁铁棒,第二磁性元件为磁铁块。
4、如权利要求1所述的镜脚易装易换的眼镜,其特征在于:所述第一磁性元件为磁铁棒,第二磁性元件为可与磁铁棒磁性吸附的金属块。
5、如权利要求1所述的镜脚易装易换的眼镜,其特征在于:所述第二磁性元件为磁铁块,第一磁性元件为可与磁铁块磁性吸附的金属棒。
6、如权利要求1所述的镜脚易装易换的眼镜,其特征在于:所述第一磁性元件和第二磁性元件的横截面为方形、圆形或椭圆形。
7、如权利要求1所述的镜脚易装易换的眼镜,其特征在于:所述枢座直接形成在镜框角板上,枢轴直接形成在镜脚上,竖直插槽的C型开口靠近镜框角板的转弯处。
8、如权利要求1所述的镜脚易装易换的眼镜,其特征在于:所述水平连接部的前端形成插环,竖直轴部的中段固定在插环中。
