상기 제어부는, 상기 에너지 정보 수집부가 수집한 전기 자동차 에너지 관련 정보로부터 충전을 필요로 하는 전기 자동차를 파악하고, 충전이 필요한 전기 자동차를 위한 충전 스테이션을 선택하여 선택한 충전 스테이션에 대한 정보를 상기 충전이 필요한 전기 자동차에게 전송한다.
상기 전기 자동차 에너지 관련 정보는 전기 자동차의 주행 위치 및 배터리 잔량 정보를 포함한다.
상기 발전 관련 정보는, 충전 스테이션의 위치, 발전 효율, 및 예측 발전량에 대한 정보 중 하나 이상을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제어부는 또한, 발전량이 전기 자동차에 저장되는 경우 하나 이상의 과금 기준에 따라 책정된 탄력 요금에 따라 상기 전기 자동차에 대해 과금한다.
상기 과금 기준은, 전기 자동차의 전력소비율, 전기 자동차의 충전 스테이션까지의 이동 거리, 및 전기 자동차의 배터리 잔량 중 하나 이상을 포함한다.
상기 에너지 관리 시스템은, 상기 에너지 정보 수집부 및 발전 정보 수집부가 수집한 전기 자동차 에너지 관련 정보 및 발전 관련 정보를 저장하는 데이터베이스를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 전기 자동차는, 전기 자동차의 에너지 관련 정보를 주기적으로 데이터 센터로 송신하는 에너지 정보 송신부 및 배터리 잔량 정보에 기초하여 충전이 필요한지 판단하고 충전이 필요한 경우 충전 안내 요청을 상기 데이터 센터로 송신하며 상기 데이터 센터로부터 충전 스테이션 안내 메시지를 수신하는 충전 제어부를 포함한다.
상기 전기 자동차의 에너지 관련 정보는 전기 자동차의 주행 위치 및 배터리 잔량 정보를 포함한다.
상술한 바와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 전기 자동차와 데이터센터 간의 데이터 교환을 통하여 전기 자동차에 신재생 에너지에서 발전된 전기를 직접 배터리에 충전함으로써 신재생 에너지의 무변전을 통해 전기 자동차의 충전 단가를 효과적으로 낮출 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따르면 순간 발생하는 잉여 전력을 전기 자동차 배터리에 분산 저장할 수 있다.

도 1은 본 발명에 따른 전기 자동차를 위한 충전 시스템의 개념도이다.
도 1에서는 전기 자동차의 수요전력과 신재생에너지의 발전 전력의 밸런스를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 충전 시스템의 구조를 도시한다.
도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 충전 시스템은 에너지 그리드(100), 데이터 센터(110), 에너지 발전단지(200), 충전 스테이션(210)를 포함할 수 있다.
본 명세서에서 에너지 그리드(100)는 지능형 전력망을 뜻하는 스마트 그리드의 의미를 포함한다. 에너지 그리드 또는 스마트 그리드는 발전으로부터 송배전을 거쳐 판매로 이어지는 전력망에 IT 기술을 접목하여, 전력공급자와 소비자가 양방향으로 실시간 정보를 교환하고 에너지효율을 최적화한 전력망을 의미한다.
에너지 그리드(100)는 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 전력 관련 정보를 관리하는 전력망 관리센터(100A)를 포함할 수 있으며, 전력망 관리센터(100A)는 본 발명에 따른 에너지 관리를 수행하는 데이터 센터(110)와 밀접하게 연동한다.
본 발명에 따른 전기 자동차(300)는 도 1에 도시된 바와 같은 충전 시스템에 접속하여, 전기 자동차(300)에서 소비될 전력을 신재생 에너지 발전으로부터 충당함으로써 에너지 효율을 높인다.
본 발명에 따른 에너지 발전단지(200)에서는 신재생 에너지 발전을 수행하며, 예를 들어, 태양광에서 발전되는 DC 전류는 인버터를 통하여 AC로 변환되어 에너지 그리드(100)로 전달된다. 에너지 발전단지(200)는 태양광, 태양열, 풍력, 연료전지, 수소, 바이오, 폐기물, 석탄가스화 및 액화, 지열, 수력, 해양 에너지 등 다양한 종류의 신재생 에너지 중 하나 이상의 에너지를 생산한다.
본 발명에 따른 에너지 발전단지(200)는 에너지 발전단지의 설치 위치, 발전효율, 예측발전량에 관한 정보를 데이터 센터(110)에 전달한다(S103).
본 발명에 따른 데이터 센터(110)는 여러 곳에 설치된 다수의 에너지 발전단지(200)로부터, 에너지 발전단지의 설치 위치, 발전효율, 예측발전량에 관한 정보를 수신하고, 특정 신재생 에너지의 발전량을 파악한다. 각 발전단지에서 발생한 에너지의 발전량을 파악한 데이터 센터(110)는 충전이 필요한 전기 자동차(300)를 충전 스테이션(210)으로 안내함으로써(S102), 전기 자동차(300)가 충전할 수 있도록 서비스한다.
각 전기 자동차(300)는 자신의 운행위치, 배터리잔량 정보를 데이터 센터(110)에 전달한다(S103). 본 발명에 따른 전기 자동차는, 전기 자동차의 에너지 관련 정보를 주기적으로 데이터 센터로 송신하는 에너지 정보 송신부 및 배터리 잔량 정보에 기초하여 충전이 필요한지 판단하고 충전이 필요한 경우 충전 안내 요청을 상기 데이터 센터로 송신하며 상기 데이터 센터로부터 충전 스테이션 안내 메시지를 수신하는 충전 제어부를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
한편, 에너지 발전단지(200)에서 신재생 에너지 발전을 통해 생성된 전기에서 잉여분이 발생하면, 잉여분은 에너지 그리드(100) 계통에 인가된다(S104). 에너지 그리드(100)와 밀접하게 연동하는 데이터 센터(110)는 에너지 그리드(100)가 보유하는 에너지의 양을 상시 파악하여 관리한다.
따라서, 예를 들어, 신재생 에너지의 발전량이 부족하여 충전을 원하는 전기 자동차(300)가 일반 전기로 충전을 해야 하는 경우, 데이터 센터(110)는 에너지 그리드(100)의 전력망 관리센터(100A)와 교신하여 해당 전기 자동차(300)를 일반 전기 자동차 충전 스테이션으로 안내할 수 있다(S102).
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전기 자동차의 동작 흐름도이다.
본 발명에 따른 전기 자동차는 자신의 정보, 예를 들어, 주행위치, 배터리 잔량 정보를 주기적으로 데이터 센터에 송신한다(S200). 또한, 전기 자동차는 자신의 배터리 잔량 정보를 기초로 충전이 필요한지 판단하고(S211), 충전이 필요한 경우에는 충전 스테이션 안내 요청을 데이터 센터로 전송한다(S212).
한편, 본 발명에 따른 데이터 센터는, 전기 자동차로부터 수신한 전기 자동차 정보에 기초하여 해당 전기 자동차의 배터리 잔량이 임계치 이하인 경우 충전이 필요하다고 판단하고 해당 전기 자동차에게 가장 적합한 충전 스테이션의 위치를 안내할 수 있다. 따라서, 이러한 경우 전기 자동차가 자신이 충전이 필요하다고 판단하고 데이터 센터에 충전 스테이션 안내 요청을 전송하는 절차(S210)는 생략될 수 있다.
즉, 전기 자동차로부터의 충전 스테이션 안내 요청(S210)은, 전기 자동차가 충전이 필요한 상황에서 데이터 센터로부터 적절한 충전 스테이션 위치 안내를 수신하지 못하는 경우, 전기 자동차가 능동적으로 데이터 센터에 안내해 줄 것을 요청하는 보완적인 절차라 할 것이다.
전기 자동차가 데이터 센터로부터 충전 스테이션 안내를 수신하면(S220), 안내 받은 충전 스테이션으로 이동하여 충전을 수행한다(S230).
도 2를 통해 도시한 전기 자동차의 동작 방법은, 컴퓨터로 독출가능한 기록매체에 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 프로그램 코드로서 구현하는 것이 가능하다. 컴퓨터가 독출가능한 기록매체는 컴퓨터 시스템에 의해 읽혀질 수 있는 데이터가 저장되는 모든 종류의 기록장치를 포함한다. 예컨대, ROM, RAM, CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, 블루레이, 자기테이프, 플로피디스크, 광데이터 저장장치 등이 있으며, 또한 캐리어 웨이브(예컨대, 인터넷을 통한 전송)의 형태로 구현되는 것도 포함한다.
본 발명에 따른 전기 자동차의 동작 방법이 기록된 컴퓨터로 독출가능한 기록매체는 전기 자동차에 부착 또는 탑재 가능한 단말에 장착될 수 있으며, 전기 자동차에 내장되는 형태로 장착될 수도 있다. 여기서, 단말은 어떤 형태의 단말이든 무방하다 할 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 데이터 센터의 에너지 관리를 위한 동작 흐름도이다.
이하의 실시예 설명에서 본 발명의 에너지 관리 방법을 구성하는 각 단계들이 도 7을 통하여 설명될 데이터 센터의 대응되는 구성요소에서 수행되는 동작으로 이해될 수 있으나, 방법을 구성하는 각 단계들은 각 단계를 정의하는 기능 자체로서 한정되어야 한다. 즉, 각 단계를 수행하는 것으로 예시된 구성요소의 명칭에 의해서 각 단계의 수행주체가 한정되지 않음에 유의하여야 한다.
도 2에 도시된 실시예의 설명에서 전기 자동차가 자신의 에너지 관련 정보, 예를 들어, 주행 위치, 배터리 잔량 정보를 주기적으로 데이터 센터에 송신함을 설명하였다.
그에 따라 데이터 센터는 전기 자동차로부터 에너지 관련 정보를 수집하여(S301), 각 전기 자동차(EV: Electric Vehicle) 별로 배터리 잔량과 위치 정보, 그리고 위치 정보로부터 계산된 차속 정보 등의 정보를 관리한다.
또한, 앞서 본 발명에 따른 각 신재생 에너지 발전단지가 충전위치, 발전효율, 예측 발전량을 데이터 센터에 전달함을 설명하였다. 본 발명에 따른 데이터 센터는 여러 신재생 에너지 발전소로부터 정보를 취합하고(S302), 각 신재생 에너지 발전소 별로 발전량을 관리한다.
여기서, 전기 자동차로부터 에너지 관련 정보를 수집하는 단계(S301)와 여러 신재생 에너지 발전소로부터 정보를 취합하는 단계(S302)는 설명의 편의상 순차적으로 도시하였으나, 주기적으로 수행되는 단계로서 동시에 수행될 수도 있고 그 순서가 역순일 수도 있음이 이해되어야 할 것이다.
전기 자동차 및 신재생 에너지 발전소로부터 전기 자동차 에너지 관련 정보 및 발전 관련 정보를 수집한 에너지 센터는, 신재생 에너지 발전소로부터 취합한 발전량이 EV 소비 예상량을 넘어서는지 판단한다(S303). 발전량이 EV 소비 예상량보다 큰 경우, 잉여 전력량을 에너지 그리드로 송전한다(S330). 발전량이 EV 소비 예상량보다 크지 않다면 발전량을 충전 스테이션의 배터리에 저장하거나 EV에 저장한다(S304).
도 3에 도시하지 않았으나, 데이터 센터는 발전량을 효율적으로 EV에 저장하기 위하여, 각 EV의 배터리 잔량, 위치, 차속 정보를 근거로 충전 우선순위가 높은 EV에게 적절한 충전 스테이션을 안내한다.
구체적으로, 본 발명에 따른 에너지 관리 방법은, 데이터 센터가 단계 S301에서 수집한 전기 자동차 에너지 관련 정보로부터 충전을 필요로 하는 전기 자동차를 파악하고, 충전이 필요한 전기 자동차를 위한 충전 스테이션을 선택하여, 선택한 충전 스테이션에 대한 정보를 상기 충전이 필요한 전기 자동차에게 전송하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 전기 자동차와 전기 자동차가 이용하는 태양광 충전 스테이션의 배치 개념도이다.
도 4에서는 2개의 태양광 충전 스테이션 ST1(211), ST2(212)가 위치하고 있으며, 충전을 필요로 하는 3개의 전기 자동차 EV1(301), EV2(302), EV3(303)가 도로에 있다고 가정한다.
도 4에서, a11은 ST1(211) 및 EV1(301) 간의 거리를, a12은 ST2(212) 및 EV1(301) 간의 거리를 나타낸다. b21은 ST1(211) 및 EV2(302) 간의 거리를, b22은 ST2(212) 및 EV2(302) 간의 거리를 나타낸다. 또한, c31은 ST1(211) 및 EV3(303) 간의 거리를, c32은 ST2(212) 및 EV3(303) 간의 거리를 나타낸다.
본 발명에 따른 데이터 센터는 각 태양광 충전 스테이션의 위치, 이동 중인 전기 자동차의 현재 위치 및, 각 태양공 충전 스테이션으로부터 이동중인 전기 자동차까지의 이동거리에 대한 정보를 지속적이고 주기적으로 관리한다. 데이터 센터는 또한, 각 충전 스테이션의 발전효율, 전기 자동차의 전력소비율 정보 또한 관리함으로써, 효율적인 에너지 공급과 소비를 수행할 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 충전 스테이션 선택을 위해 관리되는 에너지 정보 개념도이다.
도 5에서는 충전 스테이션이 태양광 충전 스테이션인 경우의 실시예를 설명한다. 도 5에서 dmn은 충전 스테이션 m과 전기 자동차 n 간의 거리를 나타내며, Cm 은 충전 스테이션 m의 발전 효율을 의미하며, 충전 스테이션의 발전 효율은 예를 들어, 현재 발전량, 현재 배터리 저장량, 예측 발전량 등과 관련된다. Bn은 전기 자동차 n의 전력소비율을 의미하며, 전기 자동차의 전력 소비율은 예를 들어, 현재 차속, 현재 소비전력, 현재 배터리 잔량 등과 관련된다.
도 5를 참조하면, 태양광으로부터 에너지 공급이 한정되어 있는 태양광 충전 스테이션(210)의 배터리 저장용량(6000), PV(Photovoltaic)로부터 에너지가 단위 시간당 발생되는 양(4000), 그리고 현재 충전된 양(6100)에 대한 정보가 개념적으로 도시되어 있다. 또한, 전기 자동차의 배터리 용량(7000), 전기 자동차에 현재 충전된 양(7100), 전기 자동차에서 현재 소비되고 있는 전력량(5000) 정보와 충전 스테이션에서 커버 가능한 전기 자동차들의 이동 거리(dnm)가 개념적으로 나타나 있다.
데이터 센터는 이러한 정보, 즉, 충전 스테이션(210)의 배터리 저장용량(6000)에 PV(Photovoltaic)로부터 에너지가 단위 시간당 발생되는 양(4000), 및 현재 충전된 양(6100)에 대한 정보, 그리고 예측 발전량 정보를 파악하여, 충전 스테이션의 위치 정보와 함께 저장, 관리한다.
데이터 센터는 또한, 이동 중인 전기 자동차의 위치, 이동속도, 전기 자동차의 배터리 용량(7000), 현재 충전된 양(7100), 현재 소비되고 있는 전력량(5000) 정보와 충전 스테이션에서 커버 가능한 전기 자동차들의 이동 거리(dnm)를 실시간으로 분석 및 관리하고 있다.
데이터 센터에서는 이러한 정보를 기반으로 전기 자동차 충전요금에 탄력 전기료를 적용할 수 있고, 전기 자동차의 이동 모니터링 분석을 통하여 태양광 PV 충전 스테이션을 추가로 설치해야 하는 위치를 계산할 수도 있다. 이러한 활용 방법은, 1개의 PV 충전 스테이션에서 발생되는 전력량을 기반으로 커버가 가능한 전기 자동차를 매핑함으로써 이루어질 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 탄력 요금 적용 방법의 동작 순서도이다.
이하의 실시예 설명에서 본 발명의 전기 자동차 과금 방법을 구성하는 각 단계들이 도 7을 통하여 설명될 데이터 센터의 대응되는 구성요소에서 수행되는 동작으로 이해될 수 있으나, 방법을 구성하는 각 단계들은 각 단계를 정의하는 기능 자체로서 한정되어야 한다. 즉, 각 단계를 수행하는 것으로 예시된 구성요소의 명칭에 의해서 각 단계의 수행주체가 한정되지 않음에 유의하여야 한다.
도 6을 이용해 본 발명에 따른 탄력요금 적용 방법의 일 실시예에 대해 설명하면 아래와 같다.
본 발명의 탄력요금 적용 방법에 따르면, 우선 충전 스테이션의 배터리가 완충 상태인지 판단한다(S610).
PV 충전 스테이션의 배터리가 완충 상태라면, 특정 전기 자동차를 이동 배터리로 이용하는 경우 해당 전기 자동차에 전기료를 가장 저렴하게 적용하여(S611) 과금함으로써, 에너지 그리드(100)로 보내질 전력 또는 라인에서 손실되는 전기를 활용할 수 있다.
데이터 센터에서는 각 EV(Electric Vehicle)의 전력소비율에 대해 정보를 관리하고 있으므로, 제1 기준인 EV 전력소비율에 따라 전기 자동차들을 정렬한다(S620). 데이터 센터는 또한, 충전 스테이션과 EV 간의 거리 정보를 관리하므로, 제2 기준인 전기 자동차로부터 충전 스테이션가지의 이동 거리에 따라 전기 자동차들을 정렬한다(S630). 추가적으로, 데이터 센터는 EV들의 배터리 잔량에 대해 정보를 관리하므로, 제3 기준인 EV 배터리 잔량에 따라 전기 자동차들을 정렬한다(S640).
본 발명에서 제1 기준 내지 제3 기준에 따라 전기 자동차들을 정렬하여 우선순위를 부여하는 이유는 차별적이고 탄력적인 요금을 적용하기 위한 것이다. 따라서, 단계 S620, 단계 S620, 및 단계 S630는 편의를 위해 순차적으로 도시되었을 뿐 동시에 이루어질 수도 있고, 그 순서가 변경되어 시리될 수도 있다. 또한, 본 실시예에서 나타낸 정렬 기준은 예시적인 것에 불과하며 다양한 변형 및 별도 기준의 추가 또한 가능하다 할것이다.
제1 기준 내지 제3 기준에 따라 전기 자동차들을 정렬하여 판단한 결과, 배터리 잔량이 가장 적고, 전력 소비율이 가장 높으며, 충전 스테이션까지의 이동거리가 가장 먼 전기 자동차인 것으로 판단된(S650) 전기 자동차의 경우, 가장 비싼 요금을 적용받게 된다(S651). 나머지 전기 자동차의 경우 제1 내지 제3 판단 기준을 고려하여 책정된 탄력 요금에 따라 자신에게 적합한 요금을 적용받게 된다(S660).
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 데이터 센터의 블록 구성도이다.
아래에서 설명할 구성요소들은 물리적인 구분이 아니라 기능적인 구분에 의해서 정의되는 구성요소들로서 각각이 수행하는 기능들에 의해서 정의될 수 있다. 각각의 구성요소들은 하드웨어 및/또는 각각의 기능을 수행하는 프로그램 코드 및 프로세싱 유닛으로 구현될 수 있을 것이며, 두 개 이상의 구성요소의 기능이 하나의 구성요소에 포함되어 구현될 수도 있을 것이다.
따라서, 이하의 실시예에서 구성요소에 부여되는 명칭은 각각의 구성요소를 물리적으로 구분하기 위한 것이 아니라 각각의 구성요소가 수행하는 대표적인 기능을 암시하기 위해서 부여된 것이며, 구성요소의 명칭에 의해서 본 발명의 기술적 사상이 한정되지 않는 것임에 유의하여야 한다.
본 발명에 따른 데이터 센터는, EV 에너지 정보 수집부(111), 발전 관련 정보 수집부(112), 제어부(113), 에너지 및 발전 정보 데이터베이스(114)를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 데이터 센터는 전기 자동차를 위한 신재생 에너지 관리 시스템으로도 칭할 수 있다.
EV 에너지 정보 수집부(111)는 하나 이상의 전기 자동차로부터 전기 자동차 에너지 관련 정보를 수집한다. 발전 관련 정보 수집부(112)는 하나 이상의 발전 단지로부터 발전 관련 정보를 취합한다.
제어부(113)는 취합한 전체 발전량과 전기 자동차 소비 예상량을 비교하여 잉여 전력량 또는 발전량을 처리한다. 구체적으로 제어부(113)는, 전체 발전량이 전기 자동차 소비 예상량을 초과하는 경우 잉여 전력량을 에너지 그리드로 송전하며 상기 전체 발전량이 전기 자동차 소비 예상량 이하인 경우 발전량을 충전 스테이션 또는 전기 자동차에 저장하도록 충전 스테이션 또는 전기 자동차를 제어한다.
제어부(113)는 또한, EV 에너지 정보 수집부(111)가 수집한 전기 자동차 에너지 관련 정보로부터 충전을 필요로 하는 전기 자동차를 파악하고, 충전이 필요한 전기 자동차를 위한 충전 스테이션을 선택하여, 선택한 충전 스테이션에 대한 정보를 상기 충전이 필요한 전기 자동차에게 전송한다.
본 발명에 따른 데이터 센터(또는 에너지 관리 시스템)는 잉여 전력량 또는 발전량을 처리하는 과정에서 발전량이 전기 자동차에 저장되는 경우 하나 이상의 과금 기준에 따라 책정된 탄력 요금에 따라 전기 자동차에 대해 과금하는 과금 제어부(미도시)를 별도로 포함할 수 있다.
한편, 과금 제어부는 제어부(113)에 그 기능이 포함되어 제어부(113)와 하나의 블록으로 통합되도록 구성될 수 있다.
에너지 및 발전 정보 데이터베이스(114)는 EV 에너지 정보 수집부(111) 및 발전 관련 정보 수집부(112)가 수집한 전기 자동차 에너지 관련 정보 및 발전 관련 정보를 저장하고 관리한다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 데이터베이스(database)라는 용어는 관계형(relational), 객체지향형(objected-oriented) 데이터베이스와 같이 엄밀한 형태의 데이터베이스를 의미하는 것이 아니라 정보를 저장하는 기능적 구성요소를 의미하는 것으로, 다양한 형태로 구현될 수 있다.
예컨대, 본 발명에서 사용되는 파일 베이스(file-base) 형태의 간단한 정보 저장 구성요소로서 구성될 수도 있다.
상술한 바와 같은 다양한 실시예를 통해 실현되는 본 발명의 구성에 따르면, 전기 자동차의 수요전력과 신재생에너지 발전 전력의 밸런스를 효율적으로 관리하여 에너지 효율이 향상되도록 제어할 수 있다.
특히, 태양광 발전의 경우 솔라셀 효율에 따라 대용량 배터리를 구축해야 하는데, 전기 자동차를 이동형 배터리로 활용함으로써 대용량 배터리 규모를 소형화함으로써 비용 절감 효과가 있다.
또한, 전기 자동차가 충전을 필요로 하여 인근에 태양광 충전 스테이션을 찾을 때 현재 발전 효율이 좋은 충전 스테이션으로 안내함으로써 태양광에서 발전된 전기를 직접 전기 자동차로 저장할 수 있는 효과도 얻을 수 있다.
뿐만 아니라, PV 충전 스테이션과 전기 자동차에 대한 정보를 수집하여 분석, 관리하는 데이터 센터를 별도로 구축함으로써 에너지 공급과 수요의 균형을 조정하여 에너지 효율화를 높일 수 있는 이점이 있다.
이상 실시예를 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술 분야의 숙련된 당업자는 하기의 특허 청구의 범위에 기재된 본 발명의 사상 및 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (19)

  1. 하나 이상의 전기 자동차로부터 전기 자동차 에너지 관련 정보를 수집하는 단계;
    하나 이상의 신재생 에너지 발전소로부터 발전 관련 정보를 취합하는 단계; 및
    취합한 전체 발전량과 전기 자동차 소비 예상량을 비교하여 잉여 전력량 또는 발전량을 처리하는 단계를 포함하는, 에너지 관리 방법.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 잉여 전력량 또는 발전량을 처리하는 단계는,
    상기 전체 발전량이 전기 자동차 소비 예상량을 초과하는 경우 잉여 전력량을 에너지 그리드로 송전하는 단계를 포함하는, 에너지 관리 방법.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 잉여 전력량 또는 발전량을 처리하는 단계는,
    상기 전체 발전량이 전기 자동차 소비 예상량 이하인 경우 발전량을 충전 스테이션 또는 전기 자동차에 저장하는 단계를 포함하는, 에너지 관리 방법.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 전기 자동차 에너지 관련 정보는,
    전기 자동차의 주행 위치, 전력 소비율 및 배터리 잔량 중 하나 이상의 정보를 포함하는, 에너지 관리 방법.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 발전 관련 정보는, 에너지 발전 단지의 위치, 충전 스테이션의 위치, 발전 효율, 및 예측 발전량에 대한 정보 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 에너지 관리 방법.
  6. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 잉여 전력량 또는 발전량을 처리하는 단계에서 발전량이 전기 자동차에 저장되는 경우,
    하나 이상의 과금 기준에 따라 책정된 탄력 요금에 따라 상기 전기 자동차에 대해 과금하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 에너지 관리 방법.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 과금 기준은,
    전기 자동차의 전력소비율, 전기 자동차의 충전 스테이션까지의 이동 거리, 및 전기 자동차의 배터리 잔량 중 하나 이상을 포함하는, 에너지 관리 방법.
  8. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    수집한 전기 자동차 에너지 관련 정보로부터 충전을 필요로 하는 전기 자동차를 파악하는 단계;
    충전이 필요한 전기 자동차를 위한 충전 스테이션을 선택하는 단계; 및
    선택한 충전 스테이션에 대한 정보를 상기 충전이 필요한 전기 자동차에게 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 에너지 관리 방법.
  9. 하나 이상의 전기 자동차로부터 전기 자동차 에너지 관련 정보를 수집하는 에너지 정보 수집부;
    하나 이상의 신재생 에너지 발전소로부터 발전 관련 정보를 취합하는 발전 정보 수집부; 및
    취합한 전체 발전량과 전기 자동차 소비 예상량을 비교하여 잉여 전력량 또는 발전량을 처리하는 제어부를 포함하는, 에너지 관리 시스템.
  10. 청구항 9에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는,
    상기 전체 발전량이 전기 자동차 소비 예상량을 초과하는 경우 잉여 전력량을 에너지 그리드로 송전하는, 에너지 관리 시스템.
  11. 청구항 9에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는,
    상기 전체 발전량이 전기 자동차 소비 예상량 이하인 경우 발전량을 충전 스테이션 또는 전기 자동차에 저장하도록 상기 충전 스테이션 또는 전기 자동차를 제어하는, 에너지 관리 시스템.
  12. 청구항 9에 있어서,
    상기 전기 자동차 에너지 관련 정보는 전기 자동차의 주행 위치, 전력 소비율 및 배터리 잔량 중 하나 이상의 정보를 포함하는, 에너지 관리 시스템.
  13. 청구항 9에 있어서,
    상기 발전 관련 정보는, 충전 스테이션의 위치, 발전 효율, 및 예측 발전량에 대한 정보 중 하나 이상을 포함하는, 에너지 관리 시스템.
  14. 청구항 9에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는,
    발전량이 전기 자동차에 저장되는 경우 하나 이상의 과금 기준에 따라 책정된 탄력 요금에 따라 상기 전기 자동차에 대해 과금하는, 에너지 관리 시스템.
  15. 청구항 12에 있어서,
    상기 과금 기준은,
    전기 자동차의 전력소비율, 전기 자동차의 충전 스테이션까지의 이동 거리, 및 전기 자동차의 배터리 잔량 중 하나 이상을 포함하는, 에너지 관리 시스템.
  16. 청구항 9에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는,
    상기 에너지 정보 수집부가 수집한 전기 자동차 에너지 관련 정보로부터 충전을 필요로 하는 전기 자동차를 파악하고, 충전이 필요한 전기 자동차를 위한 충전 스테이션을 선택하여 선택한 충전 스테이션에 대한 정보를 상기 충전이 필요한 전기 자동차에게 전송하는, 에너지 관리 시스템.
  17. 청구항 9에 있어서,
    상기 에너지 정보 수집부 및 상기 발전 정보 수집부가 수집한 전기 자동차 에너지 관련 정보 및 발전 관련 정보를 저장하는 데이터베이스를 더 포함하는, 에너지 관리 시스템.
  18. 전기 자동차의 에너지 관련 정보를 주기적으로 데이터 센터로 송신하는 에너지 정보 송신부; 및
    배터리 잔량 정보에 기초하여 충전이 필요한지 판단하고 충전이 필요한 경우 충전 안내 요청을 상기 데이터 센터로 송신하며 상기 데이터 센터로부터 충전 스테이션 안내 메시지를 수신하는 충전 제어부를 포함하는, 전기 자동차.
  19. 청구항 18에 있어서,
    상기 전기 자동차의 에너지 관련 정보는 전기 자동차의 주행 위치, 전력 소비율 및 배터리 잔량 중 하나 이상의 정보를 포함하는, 전기 자동차.
