本实施例通过上述模块, 用户在想要对电子商店中的商品进行支付的 情况下, 仅需将上述二维码扫描后进行发送, 就可以根据该二维码中包含 的对应账户的支付信息从该账户中进行扣费, 无需借助第三方账户, 也无 需在支付操作时进行其他信息的输入, 解决了相关技术中对电子商店中的 商品进行支付的方式较为繁瑣的问题, 使用户在对电子商店中的商品进行 支付时方便快捷。
图 3是根据本发明实施例的支付装置的优选结构框图, 如图 3所示, 该装置还可以包括: 调用模块 32, 与获取模块 22相连, 设置为调用终端内 的二维码识别应用对获取到的二维码进行识别。
优选地, 调用模块 32还可以设置为在终端内存在多个二维码识别应用 的情况下, 按照预设的优先级选择其中一个二维码识别应用对获取到的二 维码进行识别。
图 4是根据本发明实施例的支付模块 26的优选结构框图,如图 4所示, 在支付请求中携带待支付商品的金额的情况下, 支付模块 26可以包括: 返 回模块 262, 设置为在账户的余额大于或等于待支付商品的金额的情况下, 在账户的余额中扣除金额, 并向终端返回支付成功信息; 或者, 在账户的 余额小于待支付商品的金额的情况下, 向终端返回支付失败信息。 本实施例一方面简化了用户在购买网上商店中的收费商品的支付过 程, 同时为运营商提供了一种新的宣传和促销手段。
下面结合优选实施例进行说明, 以下优选实施例结合了上述实施例及 其优选实施方式。
目前的网上手机应用商店, 例如 wostore、 移动 mm、 天翼空间等场所, 以及 appstore等网上商店,均通过注册第三方帐户后和银联卡或者信用卡绑 定来完成支付, 或者通过扣取手机话费来完成支付。
本优选实施例以在应用商店中购买付费应用为例进行说明, 提供了一 种应用商店中使用 QR码支付的方法。在本优选实施例中,运营商事先将包 含一定金额和唯一密钥的 QR码出售或者赠送给用户,用户在应用商店下载 付费商品后,通过使用手机或者电脑上的摄像头扫描该 QR码来完成支付过 程。
目前的 QR码支付过程中, QR码都是作为验证码使用, 支付过程需要 和第三方银行帐户相关联, 目的是增加电子支付的安全性; 本优选实施例 中的支付方法能够简化在智能手机应用商店中支付付费商品的支付流程。
传统的非智能手机正逐步退出市场, 智能手机是当前发展潮流。 智能 机的最大特点是可以按照用户喜好安装各种各样的应用软件, 而手机应用 软件商店也慢慢被广大用户所接受, 成为电信运营商的必争之地。 但是, 在应用商店购买付费商品的支付方式需要借助于第三方的支付帐户, 对于 初次尝试购买收费应用的用户来说, 第三方帐户的注册、 与应用商店帐户 关联、 充值都是相对繁瑣的操作, 这令一部分用户望而却步。 本优选实施 例简化了支付过程, 用户即使是第一次使用, 也可以顺利完成购买流程。
使用本优选实施例的支付方案对网上应用商店中的商品进行支付的流 程如下:
步骤 S2: 用户在网页中选中需要购买的商品, 点击购买。 步骤 S4: 网页收到用户点击的交易请求,将该交易请求发送至服务器。 步骤 S6: 服务器根据上述交易请求得到购买该商品所需的金额, 并发 回给网页。
步骤 S8: 网页将金额显示给用户, 并询问用户采用的付款方式。
步骤 S10: 如果用户选择 QR码支付, 则判断该用户是否为首次采用该 QR码支付方式, 如果是, 则进入步骤 S12, 否则进入步骤 S14。
步骤 S12: 在网页中弹出 QR码支付所需的支付插件, 用户安装该支付 插件。
步骤 S14: 用户对 QR码进行扫描, 用户所在终端获取到该 QR码后通 过安装完成的支付插件调用该终端内的 QR码识别应用进行识别。其中,该 QR码包含加密后的用户信息,用户信息的加密算法和解密计算可以由结算 方提供, 也可以由其他第三方提供。
步骤 S16: 用户将识别出的 QR码信息发送给网页。
步骤 S18: 网页将该包含加密信息的 QR码信息以及商品价格等信息发 送给结算方或提供解密计算的第三方。
步骤 S20: 如果发给结算方, 则所述结算方对 QR码信息进行解密, 获 取到该 QR码对应账户的支付信息。如果发给提供解密计算的第三方,则该 第三方对该 QR码信息进行解密后将解密结果发送给结算方。
步骤 S22: 结算方判断账户内余额是否大于等于商品金额, 如果是, 则 使用支付信息进行支付, 并返回支付成功信息给网页; 如果否, 则支付失 败, 返回支付失败信息给网页。 此外, 还可以同时返回其他账户信息给网 页, 例如账户有效期、 余额等。
步骤 S24: 网页将结算方返回的结果显示给用户。
在另外一个实施例中, 还提供了一种软件, 该软件设置为执行上述实 施例及优选实施例中描述的技术方案。 在另外一个实施例中, 还提供了一种存储介质, 该存储介质中存储有 上述软件, 该存储介质包括但不限于光盘、 软盘、 硬盘、 可擦写存储器等。
显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤 可以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者 分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执 行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来 执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的 步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模 块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特 定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于 本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1.一种支付方法, 包括:
在接收到来自终端的支付请求后, 获取来自所述终端的二维码, 其中, 所述二维码中包含对应账户的支付信息;
读取所述二维码中包含的所述账户的支付信息;
根据所述支付请求, 使用所述支付信息对所述账户进行扣费。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述对应账户的支付信息包括: 所述二维码的对应账户的标识信息以及所述对应账户用于支付的唯一 密钥。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其中, 获取来自所述终端的二维码之 前, 所述方法还包括:
调用所述终端内的二维码识别应用对所述终端获取到的所述二维码进 行识别。
4.根据权利要求 3 所述的方法, 其中, 所述终端调用所述终端内的二 维码识别应用对获取到的所述二维码进行识别包括:
在所述终端内存在多个二维码识别应用的情况下, 按照预设的优先级 选择其中一个二维码识别应用对获取到的所述二维码进行识别。
5.根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述支付请求中 携带待支付商品的金额, 根据所述支付请求使用所述支付信息对所述账户 进行扣费包括:
在所述账户的余额大于或等于所述待支付商品的金额的情况下, 在所 述账户的余额中扣除所述金额, 并向所述终端返回支付成功信息; 或者, 在所述账户的余额小于所述待支付商品的金额的情况下, 向所述终端 返回支付失败信息。
6.根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述二维码为 QR 码。
7.—种支付装置, 包括:
获取模块, 设置为在接收到来自终端的支付请求后, 获取来自所述终 端的二维码, 其中, 所述二维码中包含对应账户的支付信息;
读取模块, 设置为读取所述二维码中包含的所述账户的支付信息; 支付模块, 设置为根据所述支付请求, 使用所述支付信息对所述账户 进行扣费。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
调用模块, 设置为调用所述终端内的二维码识别应用对所述终端获取 到的所述二维码进行识别。
9.根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述调用模块还设置为在所述 终端内存在多个二维码识别应用的情况下, 按照预设的优先级选择其中一 个二维码识别应用对获取到的所述二维码进行识别。
10. 根据权利要求 7至 9中任一项所述的装置, 其中, 在所述支付请 求中携带待支付商品的金额的情况下, 所述支付模块包括:
返回模块, 设置为在所述账户的余额大于或等于所述待支付商品的金 额的情况下, 在所述账户的余额中扣除所述金额, 并向所述终端返回支付 成功信息; 或者, 在所述账户的余额小于所述待支付商品的金额的情况下, 向所述终端返回支付失败信息。
