参见图 1, 在具体实施时, 第一车库门框架单元 301及第二车库门框架 单元 302上各开一个铰链安装孔 8, 铰链安装孔 8的尺寸大小比螺栓头 10稍 大, 以螺栓头 10能刚好置入铰链安装孔 8为宜。螺杆 11与螺栓头 10在使用 中为一体构件, 将螺栓头 10置入铰链安装孔 8, 超过框架铝材厚度, 90 旋 转螺杆 11, 利用螺杆 11上面的螺栓头 10卡住铰链安装孔 8, 将铰链 7上面 的铰链装配孔 9对准螺杆 11并穿过, 取螺母 12旋入螺杆 11即可。 参见图 3、 图 4及图 5所示, 本发明在所述第一门板底板单元 13及第二 门板底板单元 14上固定设有装饰模块。装饰模块的结构及样式可根据具体设 计要求进行调整。
参见图 3所示, 根据尺寸设计要求, 取凸槽形框架横梁 1需要尺寸, 取 凹槽框架横梁 2需要尺寸, 将凸槽形框架横梁 1及凹槽框架横梁 2结合相关 配件组成第一车库门框架单元 301、第二车库门框架单元 302、第三车库门框 架单元 303及第四车库门框架单元 304。每套车库门体需要 4块门板底板单元, 第一车库门框架单元 301、第二车库门框架单元 302、第三车库门框架单元 303 及第四车库门框架单元 304组合成 4块相同门板框架。
参见图 3所示, 取第一门板底板单元 13, 将门板底板边口凹槽型插口 22 插入凹槽底板木材卡边 5, 将门板底板边口凸槽型插口 23插入凸槽底板木材 卡边 6, 排满第一门板框架; 类似操作将第二门板底板单元 14、 第三门板底 板单元 15及第四门板底板单元 16依次排满第二门板框架、 第三门板框架及 第四门板框架。 第一门板底板单元 13、 第二门板底板单元 14、 第三门板底板 单元 15及第四门板底板单元 16分别采用组合底板结构。 各个底板之间通过 槽口嵌入式组装模式依次形成第一门板底板单元 13、 第二门板底板单元 14、 第三门板底板单元 15及第四门板底板单元 16。
取竖条贴面板单元 17, 依据设计图纸铺至第一门板底板单元 13、第二门 板底板单元 14、第三门板底板单元 15及第四门板底板单元 16。取螺丝 20对 准装饰面板螺丝孔 22旋进, 取螺丝孔圆木盖 21盖到装饰面板螺丝孔 22上, 竖条贴面板完成。
取横条贴面板 18, 依据设计图纸铺至第一门板底板单元 13、第二门板底 板单元 14、第三门板底板单元 15及第四门板底板单元 16。取螺丝 20对准装 饰面板螺丝孔 22旋进, 取螺丝孔圆木盖 21盖到装饰面板螺丝孔 22上, 横条 贴面板完成。
参见图 5所示, 取斜条贴面板 19, 依据设计图纸铺至第一门板底板单元 13、 第二门板底板单元 14、 第三门板底板单元 15及第四门板底板单元 16。 取螺丝 20对准装饰面板螺丝孔 24旋进,取螺丝孔圆木盖 21盖到装饰面板螺 丝孔 24上, 斜条贴面板完成, 整体车库门组装完成。
如需更换装饰面, 只需取下螺丝孔圆木盖 21, 旋出螺丝 20, 去掉所有竖 条贴面板单元 17、 横条贴面板 18及斜条贴面板 19, 换上新的装饰面即可。
参见图 5所示,将门板底板边口凹槽型插口 22插入凹槽底板木材卡边 5, 将门板底板边口凸槽型插口 23插入凸槽底板木材卡边 6, 这种插入固定法避 免了传统的螺丝固定法, 使得框架和木材融为一体。

权利要求
1.一种模块化分节提升车库门, 其特征在于, 包括第一车库门框架单元 (301 ) 及第二车库门框架单元 (302); 所述第一车库门框架单元 (301 ) 经 铰链 (7) 与第二车库门框架单元 (302) 固定相接; 在所述第一车库门框架 单元 (301 ) 上固定嵌接第一门板底板单元 (13); 在所述第二车库门框架单 元 (302) 上固定嵌接第二门板底板单元 (14)。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的模块化分节提升车库门, 其特征在于: 还包括 第三车库门框架单元 (303); 所述第二车库门框架单元 (302) 经铰链 (7) 与第三车库门框架单元 (303) 固定相接; 所述第三车库门框架单元 (303) 上固定嵌接第三门板底板单元 (15)。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的模块化分节提升车库门, 其特征在于: 还包括 第四车库门框架单元 (304); 所述第三车库门框架单元 (303) 经铰链 (7) 与第四车库门框架单元 (304) 固定相接; 所述第四车库门框架单元 (304) 上固定嵌接第四门板底板单元 (16)。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的模块化分节提升车库门, 其特征在于: 所述第 一车库门框架单元(301) 的框架横梁采用凹槽框架横梁(2); 所述第二车库 门框架单元(302) 的框架横梁采用凸槽形框架横梁(1 ); 所述凸槽形框架横 梁 (1) 与凹槽框架横梁 (2) 可实现吻合扣接。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的模块化分节提升车库门, 其特征在于: 所述凸 槽形框架横梁 (1 ) 上设有凸槽底板木材卡边 (6); 所述凹槽框架横梁 (2) 上设有凹槽底板木材卡边 (5); 所述第一门板底板单元 (13)及第二门板底 板单元 (14) 分别与凹槽底板木材卡边 (5) 及凸槽底板木材卡边 (6) 固定 嵌接。
6.根据权利要求 1、 4或 5所述的模块化分节提升车库门, 其特征在于: 所述第一门板底板单元 (13) 及第二门板底板单元 (14) 分别采用组合底板 结构。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的模块化分节提升车库门, 其特征在于: 在所述 第一车库门框架单元 (301 ) 及第二车库门框架单元 (302) 上分别开有铰链 安装孔 (8); 在所述铰链 (7) 上对应铰链安装孔 (8) 位置设有铰链装配孔
(9); 所述铰链(7)通过铰链安装孔(8)及铰链装配孔 (9)上的螺栓与第 一车库门框架单元 (301 )及第二车库门框架单元(302) 固定相接。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的模块化分节提升车库门, 其特征在于: 所述铰 链安装孔 (8)与铰链装配孔 (9)分别采用条形孔结构; 铰链安装孔 (8)与 铰链装配孔 (9) 的空间夹角为 90° 。
9.根据权利要求 8所述的模块化分节提升车库门, 其特征在于: 所述螺 栓采用异型螺栓结构, 其包括螺杆 (11 )、 螺栓头 (10) 及螺母 (12) ; 所述 螺杆 (11 ) 与螺栓头 (10) 的横截面为条形; 所述螺栓头 (10) 可穿入铰链 安装孔 (8) 并完成 90° 转角。
10.根据权利要求 9所述的模块化分节提升车库门, 其特征在于: 在所述 第一门板底板单元 (13) 及第二门板底板单元 (14) 上固定设有装饰模块。
