Abstract
【課題】専用の動力源を要することなく、ガラス管の管内をその切断直後に清浄できる構成簡素なガラス管の清浄装置及び清浄切断装置を提供すること。 【解決手段】コンベヤ400により管軸に対し直交方向へ並列状態で搬送される所定長さのガラス管G1の管内を清浄するガラス管の清浄装置において、各ガラス管G1を搬送方向に所定間隔を隔てて一本ずつ仕切る仕切り手段31と、仕切り手段31により仕切られた各ガラス管G1の一の端部側の開口部へ清浄空気を吹き込む噴気手段32と、噴気手段32により清浄空気A2を吹き込まれるガラス管G1の外周面を叩打して衝撃を与える打撃手段33と、を設け、打撃手段33を、装置フレームFrに基端が固定された弾性部材331と、弾性部材331の先端側に設けられた叩打部材332と、から構成した。この清浄装置をガラス管の清浄切断装置において、連続ガラス管を所定長ずつ切断した直後に設けた。
