Abstract

A wall-mounted air conditioner is provided into which an air purifying device can be easily and reliably fixed. For this purpose, the air conditioner includes: a main body having an air intake port in a top portion and an air discharge port in a bottom portion; a cover provided on a front portion of the main body; a fan provided inside the main body to draw in air from the air intake port and send the air to the air discharge port; a heat exchanger provided between the air intake port and the fan; a filter provided so as to cover the heat exchanger from the same side as the cover; a fixed frame provided between the filter and the heat exchanger; and an air purifying device provided in the fixed frame on the same side as the filter. When installation of the air purifying device provided in the fixed frame on the same side as the filter is incomplete, the air purifying device is fixed in the fixing frame by pushing on the filter in which the closed cover has been pushed.

Description

Air conditioner
This invention relates to an air conditioner.
A wall-mounted air conditioner equipped with an air cleaning device has been proposed that firmly fixes the air cleaning device and the fixed frame using a locking mechanism of a fixed frame fixed to an inclined heat exchanger. . According to the air conditioner, the air cleaning device can be prevented from falling (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, if the locking mechanism described in Patent Document 1 is made strong, fitting installation of the air cleaning device becomes difficult. When a wall-mounted air conditioner is installed near the ceiling, an operator works by pushing up the main body lid of the air conditioner toward the ceiling. That is, the air purification device is installed from the lower side where the work space is located toward the ceiling. For this reason, the locking mechanism is disposed at a position far from the operator's hand. For this reason, it is difficult for an operator to visually recognize the complete installation of the air cleaning device. When the installation of the air cleaning device is incomplete, a gap is formed in the power supply portion of the air cleaning device. When power is supplied to the air cleaning device in this state, abnormal discharge or unpleasant discharge noise is generated.
In contrast, a ceiling-embedded air conditioner equipped with an air purification device has been proposed in which the air purification device is installed by closing the lid with the air purification device placed on a horizontally laid rail. . According to the air conditioner, installation of the air cleaning device can be simplified (for example, see Patent Document 2).
Japan Reality Fair No. 6-23850
However, when the rail described in Patent Document 2 is applied to a wall-mounted air conditioner, the rail is attached to an inclined heat exchanger. For this reason, an air purifying device falls before closing a main body cover.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a wall-mounted air conditioner capable of easily and reliably fixing an air cleaning device.
An air conditioner according to the present invention includes a main body having an air inlet at an upper portion and a blower opening at a lower portion, a lid provided at a front portion of the main body, and provided in the main body. In FIG. 1, the back surface of the main body 1 of the air conditioner is hung on the wall of the room. An intake port 2 is formed in the upper part of the main body 1. A blower port 3 is provided at the lower part of the main body 1. A flap 4 is provided at the air blowing port 3. A main body lid 5 is provided at the front portion of the main body 1.
A blower fan 6 is provided inside the main body 1. The blower fan 6 has a function of taking air from the intake port 2 and sending the air to the blower port 3. A heat exchanger 7 is provided between the air inlet 2 of the main body 1 and the blower fan 6. The heat exchanger 7 is refracted so as to surround the blower fan 6. The heat exchanger 7 has an inclined surface that approaches the main body lid 5 as it goes downward. A filter 8 is provided inside the main body 1 so as to cover the heat exchanger 7 from the main body lid 5 side.
A fixed frame 9 is attached to the inclined surface of the heat exchanger 7 on the main body lid 5 side. An air cleaning device 10 is detachably attached to the fixed frame 9. A handle 11 is provided at the center of the lower edge of the air cleaning device 10. The handle 11 is formed so that it can be gripped when a person holds the air cleaning device 10 by hand.
In the air conditioner, when the blower fan 6 is driven, external air is taken into the main body 1 from the air inlet 2. Bacteria, molds, viruses, etc. floating in the air are also taken into the main body 1.
At this time, corona discharge is generated in the air cleaning device 10. For this reason, bacteria, molds, viruses and the like are destroyed by the electric field and discharge products when passing through the air cleaning device 10. Bacteria, fungi, viruses, etc. are killed or inactivated by the destruction. Killed or inactivated bacteria, molds, viruses, etc. are discharged from the air cleaning device 10. Thereby, bacteria, molds, viruses, etc. floating in the room are removed.
Meanwhile, indoor dust accumulates on the air cleaning device 10. For this reason, it is necessary to wash the air cleaning device 10 with running water at a frequency of at least once every six months. Specifically, the filter 8 is easily removed with the body lid 5 opened. Thereafter, dust such as dust attached to the surface of the filter 8 is removed.
In the state where the filter 8 is removed, the air cleaning device 10 is exposed to the operator. In this state, the handle 11 is lifted from the fixed frame 9. Thereafter, the air cleaning device 10 is easily detached from the fixed frame 9. Thereafter, the air cleaning device is washed with running water.
Next, a method for installing the air purification device 10 after running water cleaning will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a state in which the main body lid of the air conditioner in Embodiment 1 of the present invention is closed.
As shown in FIG. 2, a push-up portion 5 a is provided at the center of the back surface of the main body lid 5. A protrusion is provided below the push-up portion 5a. The protrusion protrudes toward the filter 8 side. A contact portion 8 a is provided on the surface of the filter 8. A first protrusion is provided on the side of the main body lid 5 below the contact portion 8a. The first protrusion protrudes toward the main body lid 5 side. A second protruding portion is provided on the handle 11 side below the contact portion 8a. The second protrusion protrudes toward the handle 11 side.
When installing the air cleaning device 10 after washing with running water, the air cleaning device 10 is installed on the fixed frame 9. Thereafter, the filter 8 is installed at a predetermined position. Only when the installation of the device is incomplete, the contact portion 8 a of the filter 8 contacts the handle 11 of the air cleaning device 10. In this state, the main body lid 5 is closed. At this time, the protrusion of the push-up portion 5a of the main body lid 5 pushes up the first protrusion of the contact portion 8a of the filter 8 from below against gravity. By the push-up, the second protrusion of the contact portion 8a of the filter 8 pushes up the handle 11 of the air cleaning device 10 against the gravity from below. The air cleaning device 10 is completely installed on the fixed frame 9 by the push-up.
Next, the air purification device 10 will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the air cleaning device mounted on the air conditioner according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
The air cleaning device 10 is formed so as to be substantially rectangular when viewed from the front. The outer shape of the air cleaning device is formed by the upper frame 12 and the lower frame 13. The upper frame 12 and the lower frame 13 contain the discharge electrode 14, the counter electrode 15, the first support portion 16, the second support portion 17, the first power supply terminal 18, and the second power supply terminal 19.
The upper frame 12 is disposed on the most windward side of the air cleaning device 10. For example, the entire upper frame 12 is made of resin. A handle 11 is integrally formed at one center of the long edge portion of the upper frame 12. A lattice is integrally formed on the upper frame 12. The lattice is formed to prevent human fingers from entering the air cleaning device 10. Each hole divided by the lattice becomes an opening.
The upper rib is integrally provided on the lattice. For example, the upper rib is made of a plate-like member having a triangular shape. The upper rib projects the tip into the air cleaning device 10 so as to be perpendicular to the surface of the upper frame 12 where the opening is formed. A pair of fitting portions 12 a are integrally formed at one center of the long edge portion of the upper frame 12. The pair of fitting portions 12 a are formed so as to be surrounded by the handle 11.
The lower frame 13 is disposed on the most leeward side of the air cleaning device 10. For example, the entire lower frame 13 is made of resin. A lattice is integrally formed on the lower frame 13. Each hole divided by the lattice becomes an opening. The opening is formed so that air taken into the air cleaning device 10 can be discharged to the outside of the air cleaning device 10.
The lower rib is integrally formed on the lattice. For example, the lower rib is made of a plate-like member having a triangular shape. The lower rib projects the tip into the air cleaning device 10 so as to be perpendicular to the surface of the lower frame 13 in which the opening is formed. A pair of fitting portions 13 a are integrally formed at one center of the long edge portion of the lower frame 13. A pair of fitting part 13a is formed so that it can fit with a pair of fitting part. A locking portion 13b is integrally formed at one center of the lower long edge portion. The locking portion 13b is formed between the pair of fitting portions 13a.
The main part of the discharge electrode 14 is made of a long plate-shaped member made of metal. As a material of the discharge electrode 14, tungsten, copper, nickel, stainless steel, zinc, iron, molybdenum, or the like is preferable. The discharge electrode 14 may be an alloy containing the above metal as a main component, or may be one obtained by plating a noble metal such as silver, gold, or platinum on the surface of the metal.
The cross section of the discharge electrode 14 has a rectangular shape surrounded by a short side and a long side. For example, in the cross section of the discharge electrode 14, the length of the short side is 0.01 to 0.1 mm. The length of the long side is 0.1 to 1.0 mm. A terminal is attached to each end of the discharge electrode 14. The terminal has a ring shape. The middle part of the discharge electrode 14 is housed in the air cleaning device 10 in a state of being folded back about 2 to 4 times.
Note that the discharge electrode 14 may be a wire wire of several tens to several hundreds of microns, a needle electrode, or a protruding electrode.
The counter electrode 15 is manufactured by cutting and bending a metal plate-like member. As a material of the counter electrode 15, tungsten, copper, nickel, stainless steel, zinc, iron, molybdenum, or the like is preferable. The counter electrode 15 may be an alloy containing the above metal as a main component, or may be one obtained by plating a noble metal such as silver, gold, or platinum on the surface of the metal.
For example, the counter electrode 15 includes an electrode part, a horizontal part, and a bent part.
The electrode part is composed of a plurality of plates having a width equal to or larger than the width of the opening of the upper frame 12. Each electrode part is arrange | positioned along with the x-axis direction so that it may mutually become parallel at equal intervals. Each electrode portion is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the opening surface of the upper frame 12 (and the opening surface of the lower frame 13). In the present embodiment, the electrode portion has an inclination angle of 45 to 60 degrees with respect to the opening surface of the upper frame 12.
One edge of the horizontal part is connected to the lower part of the end of the electrode part. The horizontal portion is a flat plate. The horizontal portion is arranged in parallel with the opening surface of the upper frame 12.
One edge of the bent part is connected to the other edge of the horizontal part. The bent portion is formed of a triangular plate that is bent so as to protrude toward the upper frame 12.
The horizontal portion and the bent portion do not face the opening surface of the upper frame 12 (and the opening surface of the lower frame 13). That is, the horizontal portion and the bent portion are not exposed at the location where air flows in the air cleaning device 10. For this reason, the airflow in the air cleaning device 10 is not obstructed by the horizontal portion and the bent portion.
The ends of adjacent electrode parts are connected by a bent part and a horizontal part. That is, the end portion of the counter electrode 15 has a wave shape in which bent portions and horizontal portions are alternately arranged.
By manufacturing the counter electrode 15 with a metal plate, the electrode part is formed more precisely than when manufactured by resin molding. Moreover, the secular change of the inclination of an electrode part is also suppressed significantly.
On the lower surface of the first support portion 16, concave portions and flat portions are alternately formed. The recess is formed so as to be recessed in a triangular shape corresponding to the bent portion of the counter electrode 15. The flat portion is formed in a flat shape corresponding to the horizontal portion of the counter electrode 15. The first support portion 16 sandwiches one end portion of the counter electrode 15 from the z-axis direction together with the lower frame 13.
On the lower surface of the second support portion 17, concave portions and flat portions are alternately formed. The recess is formed so as to be recessed in a triangular shape corresponding to the bent portion of the counter electrode 15. The flat portion is formed in a flat shape corresponding to the horizontal portion of the counter electrode 15. The second support portion 17 sandwiches the other end portion of the counter electrode 15 from the Z-axis direction together with the lower frame 13.
The first power supply terminal 18 is made of a metal member. The first power supply terminal 18 is provided in contact with the counter electrode 15. The first power supply terminal 18 is formed so that the counter electrode 15 can be grounded.
The second power supply terminal 19 is made of a metal member. The second power supply terminal 19 is formed to pull the discharge electrode 14 in the longitudinal direction via a spring. The second power supply terminal 19 is formed so as to be connected to a power source (not shown) for supplying a voltage of 4 to 7 kV to the discharge electrode 14 (and between the counter electrodes 15).
Next, a temporary installation method before completely installing the air cleaning device 10 will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a fixed frame of the air conditioner according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the xy plane of the first power feeding section provided on the fixed frame of the air conditioner according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along the yz plane of the second power feeding portion provided on the fixed frame of the air conditioner according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 4, the surface (front surface) on the positive side of the z-axis of the fixed frame 9 is an installation surface of the air cleaning device 10. On the front surface of the fixed frame 9, a pair of support portions 9a, a pair of locking portions 9b, a first power feeding portion 9c, and a second power feeding portion 9d are provided. The pair of support portions 9a are formed with an interval equal to the width of the air cleaning device 10 in the y direction. The height of the support portion 9a is higher than the thickness of the air cleaning device 10 in the z direction. A pair of latching | locking part 9b is formed so that the other edge part of the air purifying device 10 can be fixed. The 1st electric power feeding part 9c is formed so that the 1st electric power feeding terminal 18 of the air purification device 10 can be fitted. 9 d of 2nd electric power feeding parts are formed so that the 2nd electric power feeding terminal 19 of the air purifying device 10 can be fitted.
A plurality of fixing portions 9e are formed on the rear surface of the fixing frame 9. Each fixing portion 9e is formed in accordance with the diameter of the refrigerant sealing tube of the heat exchanger 7. The fixing portion 9e is fixed to the refrigerant sealing tube so that the fixing frame 9 cannot be removed from the heat exchanger 7 by the user. Each fixing portion 9e has an appropriate distance from the fins of the heat exchanger 7. Due to the interval, the discharge from the discharge electrode 14 to the heat exchanger 7 is suppressed.
A locking portion 9 f is formed on one of the long edges of the fixed frame 9. The system stop portion 9f is formed so as to be able to fit with a locking portion 13b formed on the lower frame 13 of the air cleaning device 10.
As shown in FIG. 5, the 1st electric power feeding part 9c is formed with resin etc. with high insulation. A metal first terminal 20 is installed in the first power feeding unit 9c. The first power supply unit 9c opens in the x direction so that the first power supply terminal 18 of the air cleaning device 10 can be inserted from the x direction.
As shown in FIG. 6, the 2nd electric power feeding part 9d is formed with resin etc. with high insulation. A metal second terminal 21 is installed in the second power feeding unit 9d. The second power supply unit 9d opens in the z direction so that the second power supply terminal 19 of the air cleaning device 10 can be inserted from the z direction.
When the air cleaning device 10 is temporarily installed, the air cleaning device 10 is inserted between the support portions 9a of the fixed frame 9 until it collides with the locking portion 9b. At this time, the first power supply terminal 18 of the air cleaning device 10 is completely fitted to the first power supply portion 9 c of the fixed frame 9. As a result, the other edge of the air cleaning device 10 is fixed.
At this time, the second power feeding portion 9d of the fixed frame 9 supports the handle 11 side with respect to the center of gravity in the direction along the short edge of the air cleaning device 10. For this reason, the air purification device 10 does not fall. Thereafter, the handle 11 is moved closer to the fixed frame 9 side with the other edge of the air cleaning device 10 as an axis. As a result, the second power supply terminal 19 of the air cleaning device 10 is fitted into the second power supply portion 9 d of the fixed frame 9. If the main body lid 5 is closed and the air cleaning device 10 is completely installed in this state, the second power supply terminal 19 of the air cleaning device 10 is completely fitted to the second power supply portion 9 d of the fixed frame 9.
According to the first embodiment described above, when the main body lid 5 is closed, the handle 11 of the air cleaning device 10 is applied to the contact portion 8 a of the filter 8 pushed up by the push-up portion 5 a of the main body lid 5. Pushed up. As a result, the air cleaning device 10 is completely installed. That is, the air purification device 10 can be easily and reliably fixed by simply closing the main body lid 5 without visual inspection. For this reason, the space | gap of the 1st electric power feeding part 9c of the fixed frame 9 and the 1st electric power feeding terminal 18 of the air purification device 10 can be eliminated reliably. A gap between the second power feeding portion 9d of the fixed frame 9 and the second power feeding terminal 19 of the air cleaning device 10 can be reliably eliminated. As a result, the air cleaning device 10 can be prevented from generating abnormal discharge or unpleasant discharge noise.
When the air cleaning device 10 is temporarily installed, the second power feeding unit 9d of the fixed frame 9 is in a state where the first power feeding terminal 18 of the air cleaning device 10 and the first power feeding unit 9c of the fixed frame 9 are fitted. The handle 11 side is supported rather than the center of gravity in the direction along the short edge of the air cleaning device 10. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the air purification device 10 from falling before the air purification device 10 is completely installed.
The air cleaning device 10 can be attached to and detached from the fixed frame 9. For this reason, it is possible to remove the air cleaning device 10 and easily wash with running water.
A limit switch may be provided on the main body 1 or the main body lid 5. In this case, when it is not mechanically detected by the limiter switch that the main body lid 5 is closed, the power supply to the air cleaning device 10 may be cut off by the control of the control unit built in the main body 1. In this case, it is possible to reliably prevent the air cleaning device 10 that is not completely installed from generating abnormal discharge or unpleasant discharge noise.
The air purifying device for an air conditioner according to the present invention can be mounted in products such as room air conditioners, packaged air conditioners, cleaners, hand dryers, air purifiers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, refrigerators and the like.
