Abstract
The invention solves the construction of combustion chamber for combustion of gas containing hydrogen and oxygen which uses the medium as a combustion gas that contains hydrogen and oxygen, through which the combustion chamber does not require atmospheric air. This set consists of a nozzle for combustion, gas input, non-flammable liner resistant to high temperatures with radiant vents, heat exchangers, outlet of condensate and outlet of combustion gases. Into the combustion nozzle by an input of gas a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen is driven, from which the flame burns and which heats the non-flammable liner resistant to high temperatures, which heats up to high temperature, thanks to which there are created the substances that support combustion and also through the outlet of combustion gases a surplus of oxygen is leaving. Non-flammable ceramic liner passes the heat to the heating exchanger, on which condenses the water that drains off through the outlet of condensate.
Description
Combustion chamber for combustion of gas containing hydrogen and oxygen
Technology area
The invention relates to construction of combustion chamber for combustion of gas containing hydrogen and oxygen.
Present condition of technology
Currently, the combustion chambers are especially for the solid and gaseous fuels, we can also meet the boilers for fuel oils. These boilers include the combustion grates for combustion of solid fuels, oil combustion nozzle, surface burners or radiant gas burners which radiates the heat directly into the combustion chamber to the heat exchanger. When using these fuels it is necessary to support combustion by atmospheric air when harmful emissions such as C02 , NOx, S02 , etc. are created. Mostly, these combustion systems do not reach temperatures higher than 1300 0 C. The combustion chamber for combustion of gas containing hydrogen and oxygen solves almost zero emission, high combustion temperature and production of 20 % oxygen extra.
Principle of technical solution
The above deficiencies largely solves the combustion chamber for combustion of gas containing hydrogen and oxygen which uses the medium as a combustion gas that contains hydrogen and oxygen, through which the combustion chamber does not require atmospheric air. It is known that a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen gases can reach temperatures over 3000 0 C, so it is suitable for the combustion chamber to use the materials resistant to high temperatures. This set consists of a nozzle for combustion, gas input , non-flammable liner resistant to high temperatures with radiant vents, heat exchangers, outlet of condensate and outlet of combustion gases. Into the combustion nozzle by an input of gas a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen is driven, from which the flame burns and which heats the nonflammable liner resistant to high temperatures, which heats up to high temperature, thanks to
which there are created the substances that support combustion and also through the outlet of combustion gases a surplus of oxygen is leaving. Non-flammable ceramic liner passes the heat to the heating exchanger, on which condenses the water that drains off through the outlet of condensate.
List of pictures on the drawings
Technical solutions will be further illustrated by a drawing in which Figure 1 shows schematicly the set of the combustion chamber for combustion of gas containing hydrogen and oxygen which consist of the gas input, flange of the combustion chamber, nozzle for combustion of hydrogen and oxygen, non-flammable liner resistant to high temperatures, the heating exchanger, shell of combustion chamber, outlet of combustion gases and outlet of condensate .
Example of technical solution conduct
The combustion chamber for combustion of gas containing hydrogen and oxygen consists of the gas input 1, flange 2 of the combustion chamber, nozzle 3 for combustion of hydrogen and oxygen, non-flammable liner 4 resistant to high temperatures with the radiant vents 5, the heat exchanger 6, shell 7 of combustion chamber, outlet of combustion gases 8 and outlet of condensate 9. A gas input I drives into the combustion nozzle 3 the mixture of hydrogen and oxygen, which is fitted altogether with non-flammable liner 4 resistant to high temperatures with radiant vents 5 on the flange 2, which is attached to the shell of the combustion chamber 7, in which the heat exchanger 6 is closed. This causes that during the ignition of the mixture of hydrogen and oxygen the non-flammable ceramic liner 4 starts to heat - this liner immediately begins to pass the heat into the heat exchanger 6, on which condenses the water that leaves through outlet of condensate 8 and through outlet of combustion gases 7 the trace amounts of C02 and excess 20 % oxygen leave.
Industrial efficiency
This technical solution is especially useful for heating systems. It eliminates harmful substances and C02 in emissions and produces an extra 20 % oxygen in combustion gases.
