Description

一种经包装的百草枯制剂及其使用方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有环保型包装物的百草枯制剂及该制剂的使用方 法。 背景技术
除草剂百草枯对各种一年生、 多年生杂草有强烈的杀伤作用, 其化学 名称 1-1-二曱基 -4- 4-联吡啶阳离子盐, 结构式为:

传统的百草枯制剂通常为水剂, 并采用塑料瓶包装。 近年来, 多次发 生这种制剂被人误服的事件, 而且百草枯在人体内会产生很大危害, 现还 无特效解药治疗。 为解决这一问题, 业内目前正在研发一系列新型百草枯 固体剂型, 如凝胶剂、 膏剂、 颗粒剂、 片剂、 粉剂等。 上述制剂虽然克服 了百草枯水剂易发生误服的缺点, 但其中如粉剂等固体制剂具有以下缺 点: 一是部分制剂容易残留在包装物中造成制剂损失, 二是在使用时容易 造成粉尘, 产生的粉尘可能会对环境造成不利影响; 或者, 这些制剂在施 用过程中可能与人体接触、 或被直接或间接吸入, 从而对人体造成累积伤 害或直接伤害。 发明内容
为了解决上述问题, 本发明提供了一种经包装的新型百草枯制剂, , 用以防止在使用百草枯固体制剂时由包装物造成的物料损失, 同时避免 在使用过程中造成粉尘的扩散, 从而避免对使用者的人身伤害以及环境污 染。
本发明的经包装的百草枯制剂包括百草枯制剂以及一种水溶性的包 装物, 所述包装物为包装袋或包装膜或制剂表面的涂层的形式。
所述水溶性的包装袋或膜或涂层包括选自聚乙烯醇、 聚烷氧基乙烷、 羟丙基纤维素、 羟丙基曱基纤维素、 曱基纤维素、 羧曱基纤维素钠、 聚丙 烯酸钠、 藻酸、 明胶、 茁霉多糖、 可溶性淀粉的一种或两种以上水溶性材 料。
所述百草枯制剂包括百草枯的凝胶剂、 膏剂、可溶粒剂、水分散粒剂、 片剂、 可溶粉剂等, 尤其优选可溶粒剂、 水分散粒剂、 片剂、 可溶粉剂等。
可以直接将本发明的经包装的百草枯制剂作为商品出售; 也可以在每 装; 或者, 可将多个单位剂型的本发明的经包装的百草枯制剂一起用同一 个常规外包装物再次包装。 通过用常规外包装物再次包装, 可防止所述水 溶性包装物吸潮或破损。
所述常规外包装物的材质主要包括但不限于金属、 纸、铝箔、 PE、 0PP 等材料。 并且, 所述常规外包装物的形式包括但不限于袋、 盒、 箱、 瓶、 杯、 壶、 罐、 桶等 0
对于本发明的经包装的百草枯制剂, 一般情况下, 每个单位剂型容纳 0. 1 g-15 kg百草枯制剂。 然而, 也可以根据百草枯的施用习惯、 施用规 模以及施用条件, 采用其他容量, 以利于运输、 保存和使用。
当本发明的经包装的百草枯制剂不另外采用任何其他外包装物时, 优 选每个单位剂型容纳百草枯制剂 0. 1 g-8 kg , 更优选 1 g -5 kg; 当本发 明的经包装的百草枯制剂之外再套一层其他外包装物时, 优选每个单位剂 型容纳百草枯制剂 0. 1 g-15 kg , 更优选 1 g- 10 kg o
本发明的经包装的百草枯制剂中, 所述水溶性包装物的厚度优选为 1-3500 μ πι, 更优选小于 1000 μ πι。这样的厚度能保证包装物在施用时迅速 溶解于水中, 从而提高效率, 并且不影响百草枯的正常使用。
当水溶性包装物为包装袋或包装膜形式时, 可通过本领域中已知的合 适方法将水溶性材料制备成包装袋或包装膜的形式, 并在其中装入百草枯 制剂而制成本发明的经包装的百草枯制剂。 当水溶性包装物为涂层形式 时, 可以将所述水溶性材料经加水及适当添加剂处理然后采用喷雾、 浸泡 等方式直接涂覆于百草枯制剂表面, 从而制成本发明的经包装的百草枯制 剂。
用于进行涂覆的所述水溶性材料的喷雾液或浸泡液通常为水溶液。 并 且, 所述喷雾液或浸泡液可任选地含有常规的表面活性剂、 增塑剂、 防腐 剂、 增粘剂、 着色剂、 润滑剂、 填充剂、 渗透剂、 ρΗ调节剂、 崩解剂中的 一种或两种以上。
本发明还提供施用百草枯制剂的方法, 包括将本发明的经包装的百草 枯制剂投入水性溶剂中进行溶解, 并通过常规方法施用所得的溶液。
通过使用本发明的经包装的百草枯制剂, 有效避免了在使用百草枯制 剂时人体与药剂的直接接触以及粉尘被人吸入,从而提高了安全性。并且, 由于包装物被一同投入用于溶解百草枯的溶剂中, 因此避免了除去包装物 时导致的物理损耗, 且使操作更加简便。 具体实施方式

实施例 1
将 20%百草枯可溶粒剂 50g装入 105 * 145mm的水溶性袋中并封口, 所 述水溶性袋的材质为聚乙烯醇与可溶性淀粉的混合物, 厚度为 75 μ πι。 使 用时, 直接将水溶性袋放入喷桶中, 待溶解均勾后使用。
实施例 2
将 20%百草枯可溶粒剂 50g装入 105 * 145mm的水溶性袋中并封口, 所 述水溶性袋的材质为聚乙烯醇与可溶性淀粉的混合物, 厚度 35 μ πι, 再将 该水溶性袋装入 120* 160mm的铝箔袋中, 封口。 使用时, 先打开铝箔袋, 然后将水溶性袋直接放入喷桶中, 待溶解均勾后使用。
实施例 3
将聚乙烯醇水溶液均勾喷洒于 20%百草枯可溶粒剂表面, 使聚乙烯醇 在 20%百草枯可溶粒剂表面形成涂膜, 烘干机烘干后, 涂膜厚度约 Ι Ο μ πι, 通过分包机, 装入 120* 160mm铝箔袋中, 封口。 使用时, 先打开铝箔袋, 然后将药剂直接倒入喷桶等器具中, 待溶解均匀后使用。

1.一种经包装的百草枯制剂, 其包括百草枯制剂以及一种水溶性 的包装物, 所述包装物为包装袋或包装膜或制剂表面的涂层。
2. 权利要求 1的经包装的百草枯制剂, 其特征在于, 所述包装物 包括原料选自为聚乙烯醇、 聚烷氧基乙烷、 羟丙基纤维素、 羟丙基曱 基纤维素、 曱基纤维素、 羧曱基纤维素钠、 聚丙烯酸钠、 藻酸、 明胶、 茁霉多糖、 可溶性淀粉中的一种或一两种以上水溶性材料物质。
3. 权利要求 1的制剂, 其特征在于, 所述百草枯制剂包括百草枯 的凝胶剂、 膏剂、 可溶粒剂、 水分散粒剂、 片剂和 /或可溶粉剂。
4. 权利要求 1的制剂, 其特征在于, 每个单位剂型的所述经包装 的百草枯制剂外侧以常规外包装物再次包装; 或者, 多个单位剂型的 所述经包装的百草枯制剂一起用同一个常规外包装物再次包装。
5. 权利要求 1的制剂, 其特征在于, 每个单位剂型含有 0. 1 g-15 kg百草枯制剂。
6. 权利要求 5的制剂, 其特征在于, 当所述经包装的百草枯制剂 不另外采用任何其他外包装物时, 每个单位剂型含有百草枯制剂 0. 1 g-8 kg , 优选 1 g -5 kg。
7. 权利要求 5的制剂, 其特征在于, 当所述经包装的百草枯制剂 之外再套一层其他外包装物时, 每个单位剂型包含百草枯制剂 0. 1 g-15 kg , 优选 1 g- 10 kg o
8. 权利要求 1的制剂, 其特征在于, 所述水溶性包装物的厚度为 1-3500 μ πι, 优选小于 1000 μ πι。
9. 一种施用百草枯制剂的方法, 包括将权利要求 1-8中任一项的 经包装的百草枯制剂投入水性溶剂中进行溶解, 并通过常规方法施用 所得的溶液。
