Description

一种全手势操作的烧烤叉 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种烧烤叉,特别涉及一种全手势操作的烧烤叉。
背景技术
目前,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们每逢节假日都喜欢到户外进行烧烤活动,但是传统外出烧烤的用具是用铁线(支)自制的铁叉,这种铁叉烧烤既不方便,也卫生。后市面上出现了智能烧烤叉,其操作主要通过若干按键进行,比如:清除记忆数值,产品复位按键,产品启动按键,温度单位切换等等。当烧烤叉的温度到达一预设温度后,由蜂鸣片发出' BB '的声音提示。但这些烧烤叉都只是检测温度功能,与' BB '声提示,对于一些特殊群体:视力不好,听力较差的群体;这样的烧烤叉不太实用,设计不够人性化。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题,在于提供一种全手势操作的烧烤叉,其通过手势动作,使产品能进行启动或复位;且带有语音提示功能,通过振动马达能产生振动提示。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种全手势操作的烧烤叉,包括手柄上盖和手柄下盖以及设置在手柄上盖和手柄下盖上的烧烤叉杆,所述烧烤叉杆内设置有温度传感器,所述手柄上盖和手柄下盖之间设置有 PCB 板、手势复位机构、压力开关、显示屏、 MCU 、语音芯片以及喇叭;所述 MCU 集成于所述 PCB 板上,所述手势复位机构设置于 PCB 板上;所述温度传感器、压力开关、显示屏、语音芯片均与所述 MCU 连接,所述喇叭与所述语音芯片连接。
进一步地,所述手势复位机构包括至少 8 根铜柱和一铜锤,所述铜锤、 8 根铜柱均垂直设置于所述 PCB 板上,所述 8 根铜柱位置以所述铜锤为中心成环状分布;所述铜锤包括一弹性导体和铜球,所述弹性导体的一端垂直设置于所述 PCB 板上,另一端与所述铜球连接。
进一步地,所述手柄内还设置有电池,该电池与所述 MCU 连接。
进一步地,所述手柄内还设置有振动马达,该振动马达与所述 MCU 连接。
本实用新型的优点在于:
1 、手势启动产品:采用一压力开关,当需要烧烤时,稍用力压烧烤叉尾部挂钩处(往下压,边烧烤边压也可以,用手掌压),连续 N 秒钟,产品立即启动。解决了传统产品每次使用时必须按启动键,方可启动。
2 、手势复位机构:当第一次烧烤结束,需要清除第一次的数据时,将产品摇晃(上下,左右均可) N 次,产品摇晃时,铜锤会与周围的铜柱进行接触导通,从而触发 PCB 板对 IO 接口进行复位,产品自动复位后,清除之前数据,重新开始新的计数。解决了传统产品每次需要手动按键清楚数据的动作,方便简单。
3 、省电模式:设置 MCU ,当温度低时,每 60 秒检测一次, 50 度以上开始 2~3 秒钟检测一次。连续 N 分钟,温度低于 50 度,自动关机,说明没有使用 .
4 、语音提示 : 当到达设定温度时,语音提示已烤熟、这样省事,不用老看温度。用语音代替' BB' 声,更显人性化设计。
5 、倒顺计时:在 MCU 中提前设定好烧烤时间,时间到后自动播语音,提示时间已到,可以食用。可做成顺计时与倒计时两种方式。
6 、振动提示:当温度到达预设值时,烧烤叉内的振动马达立即转动,产品振动提示。

请参阅图 1 和图 2 所示,本实用新型第一实施的一种全手势操作的烧烤叉,包括手柄上盖 10 (图 1 中未图示)和手柄下盖 20 (图 1 中未图示)以及设置在手柄上盖 10 和手柄下盖 20 上的烧烤叉杆 1 ,所述烧烤叉杆 1 内设置有温度传感器 2 (图 2 中未图示),所述手柄上盖 10 和手柄下盖 20 之间设置有 PCB 板 3 、手势复位机构 4 、压力开关 5 (图 2 中未图示)、显示屏 6 (图 2 中未图示)、 MCU (图 2 中未图示)、语音芯片 7 (图 2 中未图示)以及喇叭 8 (图 2 中未图示);所述 MCU 集成于所述 PCB 板 3 上,所述手势复位机构 4 设置于 PCB 板 3 上;所述温度传感器 2 、压力开关 5 、显示屏 6 、语音芯片 7 均与所述 MCU 连接,所述喇叭 8 与所述语音芯片 7 连接;其中如图 3 所示,所述手势复位机构 4 包括至少 8 根铜柱 41 和一铜锤 42 ,所述铜锤 42 、 8 根铜柱 41 均垂直设置于所述 PCB 板 3 上,所述 8 根铜柱 41 位置以所述铜锤 42 为中心成环状分布;所述铜锤 42 包括一弹性导体 43 和铜球 44 ,所述弹性导体 43 的一端垂直设置于所述 PCB 板 3 上,另一端与所述铜球 44 连接。当轻轻用力甩动产品,烧烤叉摇晃时,铜锤 42 会与周围的铜柱 41 进行接触导通,从而触发 PCB 板 3 对 IO 接口(未图示)进行复位,从而使产品自动复位。其烧烤叉的启动和复位全部是通过手势进行操作控制。
如图 4 所示, 是本实用新型第二实施例的结构示意图。其与第一实施例的区别在于: 所述手柄内还设置有电池 9 ,该电池 9 与所述 MCU 连接,该电池 9 为烧烤叉提供电源;所述手柄上盖和手柄下盖内还设置有振动马达 11 ,该振动马达 11 与所述 MCU 连接;该振动马达 11 能产生振动提示。
本实用新型的各部件的功能如下:
烧烤叉杆 1 :直接插入烧烤实物体,移动食物。
温度传感器 2 :置于烧烤叉杆 1 内,检测烧烤食物内部温度。
手柄上盖 10 和手柄下盖 20 :是使用者手持把柄。
PCB 板 3: 用于控制各部件的工作。
手势复位机构 4: 当第一次烧烤结束,轻甩几下,或来回转动几次,产品自动复位,并清除之前数据,归零,可重新使用。
压力开关 5 :当在外力作用下,此开关动作闭合(或打开),产品启动工作。
显示屏 6 :显示当前温度以及工作状态。
MCU :用于完成所有动作的指令,以及显示,温度的读写等等。
语音芯片 7 :用于解析语音信号。
喇叭 8 :当温度到达预设值时,语音播放提示。
电池 9 :用于提供工作电源。
振动马达 11 :当温度到达预设值时,烧烤叉内的振动马达立即转动,产品振动提示。适用于听力,视力较差群体;以及适合环境噪音大等的地方烧烤。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:
使用烧烤叉时,将食物直接插入烧烤叉杆 1 ,然后稍用力压烧烤叉尾部挂钩处(往下压,边烧烤边压也可以,用手掌压),使压力开关 5 动作,此时启动产品,会有'嘟'一声提示;或通过语音芯片 7 和喇叭 8 进行语音播放'产品已启动,可开始使用';或通过振动马达 11 振动几秒,手掌明显感觉震动,说明产品已经启动,可开始使用。此时,可以压住挂环 8 秒,进入设置模式,对 PCB 板 3 上的 MCU 进行设置,显示屏 6 中的数字闪烁时,再短压一次,数字加 1 ,长期压住,将快速递加数字,直到需要的温度。松手后 N 秒,自动保存数值,设定完毕。当温度传感器 2 感应到温度到达一预设值后,产品自动播音,或震动,或' BB' 声提示,可以开始食用。当钢叉离开烤炉时,自动记忆最高温度,及温度只往高走,当开始走低时,立即记忆当前最高温度。取出食物后,轻轻用力甩动产品,或反复旋转产品,烧烤叉摇晃时,铜锤 42 会与周围的铜柱 41 进行接触导通,从而触发 PCB 板 3 对 IO 接口(未图示)进行复位,从而使产品自动复位,清除之前记忆数值,开始新的烧烤。烧烤完毕:如果在 N 分钟内没有高温的出现, MCU 将认为停止烧烤,将自动关机,进入睡眠省电模式。
总之,本实用新型结构简单、操作灵活方便,通过一定的手势动作,使产品启动或复位;带有语音提示功能,当烧烤叉的温度达到一设置值时,通过振动马达产生振动;适用于听力差,视力不好的群体,且适用于环境噪音大的地方进行烧烤。

1 、一种全手势操作的烧烤叉,包括手柄上盖和手柄下盖以及设置在手柄上盖和手柄下盖上的烧烤叉杆,其特征在于:所述烧烤叉杆内设置有温度传感器,所述手柄上盖和手柄下盖之间设置有 PCB 板、手势复位机构、压力开关、显示屏、 MCU 、语音芯片以及喇叭;所述 MCU 集成于所述 PCB 板上,所述手势复位机构设置于 PCB 板上;所述温度传感器、压力开关、显示屏、语音芯片均与所述 MCU 连接,所述喇叭与所述语音芯片连接。
2 、根据权利要求 1 所述的一种全手势操作的烧烤叉,其特征在于:所述手势复位机构包括至少 8 根铜柱和一铜锤,所述铜锤、 8 根铜柱均垂直设置于所述 PCB 板上,所述 8 根铜柱位置以所述铜锤为中心成环状分布;所述铜锤包括一弹性导体和铜球,所述弹性导体的一端垂直设置于所述 PCB 板上,另一端与所述铜球连接。
3 、根据权利要求 1 所述的一种全手势操作的烧烤叉,其特征在于:所述手柄内还设置有电池,该电池与所述 MCU 连接。
4 、根据权利要求 1 所述的一种全手势操作的烧烤叉,其特征在于:所述手柄内还设置有振动马达,该振动马达与所述 MCU 连接。
