Abstract

Vitrocéramique de chalcogénure, ayant par exemple la composition suivante GeSe2-Sb2Se3–CuI, cette vitrocéramique comportant au moins une phase cristalline, caractérisée en ce que le taux de cristallisation et les dimensions d'au moins certains cristaux de la phase cristalline sont tels que ces cristaux sont sensiblement en contact les uns avec les autres de façon à ce que cette phase cristalline présente une conductivité électrique supérieure ou égale à 10-4s.cm-1 qui augmente sous éclairage du fait de la création d'un photo-courant au sein de la phase cristalline.
