背景技术
骨折是指由于外伤或病理等原因致使骨的连续性及完整性被部分或完全破坏的一种疾病。复位、固定、功能锻炼等是主要的骨折治疗步骤。在骨科手术中,通常会借助于各种不同的植入器械来矫正或固定骨骼,促使骨折部位能正常愈合并恢复功能。钢板弹片是一种常用内固定器械,目前市面上的钢板弹片呈弯曲片状或直板状,固定使用时,将钢板弹片锤击至骨质内进行固定。在钢板弹片作用下使折端间保持一定压力,可促进骨折愈合。但 对于骨质疏松的患者,由于松质骨内骨小梁变薄、稀疏甚至消失,采用钢板弹片固定容易出现对局部固定强度不足,固定后易出现切割、松动、移位等状况,造成固定手术失败。因此,急需出现一种固定强度较高、不易松动移位且安全可靠的骨固定弹片以满足现状需求。

技术解决方案

进一步,衔接块的侧面呈沙漏状,沙漏的颈部即为所述的易断部。这样,沙漏颈部形状的易断部要细于或窄于衔接块的其他部位,使得该易断部的断裂强度低于衔接块的其他部位,从而使 在主体端部受敲击时衔接块上的该易断部能自然断开,有利于在做内固定术时两弹性片能及时分离开并向不同方向进行插接固定。
