Abstract

一种中空分叉髓内钉,包括:一本体,该本体一端设有若干分别沿轴向方向延伸的叉体,该若干叉体间分别设有沿轴向延伸的沟槽;一活动杆,其穿套于本体中,该活动杆在穿过叉体的一端上设有一挡体,该挡体呈由靠近叉体一端向另一端逐渐向外扩张状,所述活动杆凸露在本体的另一端外设有一定位件。其可直接穿入断裂骨头中,而使该骨折处可牢牢结合在一起。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中空分叉髓内钉,其为一种可直接穿入断裂骨头中,而使该骨折处可牢牢结合在一起的装置。
背景技术
如图1所示,结合断裂骨头1的方式,一般是将一钉体2穿套在骨髓腔中,但因该钉体2呈平直状,故当该钉体2进入骨髓腔中时,为防止其由骨髓腔中脱落,因此,必须在骨髓腔表面的径向方向钉入辅助钉3,同时,为使该若干辅助钉3能准确抵压在该钉体2上,则在手术时必须有X光透视的辅助才能完成,并且在断裂处通过连接件的连接,才能确实使该断裂骨头结合在一起,如此,不但增加手术时间,而且无法使新长出的血管与骨痂有效的包覆在骨头上,使断裂的骨头结合成一起,在实用型上大打折扣,增加患者的痛苦,上述种种缺点,长久以来,一直困扰着医疗业者及患者。
为了解决上述缺点,于是出现一种前端呈开叉状的髓内钉,这种髓内钉虽可在进入骨髓腔中时,凭借前端的开叉体撑抵在骨髓腔内,从而使该髓内钉可直接固定在骨髓腔中,但由于该髓内钉前端开叉的角度太小,而无法达到抵撑在骨髓腔内的功效,而如该髓内钉前端开叉的角度太大,则在行进时不容易进入另一端骨髓腔,必须用手术钳夹住,但因钉体表面平滑,手术钳不易夹持其上,因此在使用上会不方便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种中空分叉髓内钉,其可直接穿入断裂骨头中,而使该骨折处可牢牢结合在一起。
所述中空分叉髓内钉设有一本体,该本体一端设有分别向轴向方向延伸的叉体,该若干叉体间分别设有沿轴向延伸的沟槽,且该本体中穿设有活动杆,该活动杆在穿过叉体的一端上设有一挡体,以令本体的叉体由断裂骨髓腔一端进入其中,并穿过断裂处,而推入另一端时,可将定位件向本体移动,使在本体中的活动杆随着定位件的移动而向本体内移动,而使原本在叉体外的挡体随着移入本体中,而使该若干叉体在挡体挤压下,慢慢向外张开至一定角度,进而使本体能固定其中,不致脱离,进而达到将断裂的骨髓腔连接在一起的目的。
进一步,所述活动杆在远离叉体另一端设有一定位件,以令本体在向断裂骨髓腔推入时,可凭借定位件的挡靠,使在本体中的活动杆可固定在所在位置上,进而使挡体不致在叉体未被推入预定位置时,该若干叉体即会受到挡体的挤压,而向外张开。

如图2所示:本发明的中空分叉髓内钉,其是一种可使断裂的骨髓腔固定结合成一体的装置,该装置上设有一本体10,于本实施例所述本体10为一中空筒体,该本体10一端外围设有一个以上分别沿轴向方向延伸的叉体11,该若干叉体11间分别设有沿轴向延伸的沟槽12,以使叉体11可向外张开,且该本体10中穿设有活动杆20,于本实施例为一杆体,该活动杆20在穿过叉体11的一端上设有一挡体21,于本实施例为一锥形块体,以使该挡体21可顺利滑入本体10中,另,该活动杆20凸露在本体10的另一端外则设有一定位件30,于本实施例为螺套,又,该活动杆20上设有与定位件30配合的扣合部22,于本实施例为螺纹。
请参照图3、4、5所示,使用时,可让本体10上的叉体11由断裂骨髓腔一端进入其中,而在本体10向断裂骨髓腔推入时,可凭借定位件30的挡靠,使在本体10中的活动杆20可固定在所在位置上,而使在叉体11外的挡体21不致滑近各叉体11处,以使叉体11未被推入预定位置时,不会有张开的情形发生,再将该本体10由断裂骨髓腔一端穿过断裂处,最后进入断裂骨髓腔另一端时,可将定位件30向本体10移动,使在本体中的活动杆20随着定位杆30的移动而向本体10内移动,而使原本在叉体11上的挡体21随着移入各叉体11中,而使该等叉体11在挡体21挤压下,慢慢向外张开至一定角度,进而使本体10能固定其中,不致脱离,进而达到将断裂的骨髓腔连接在一起的目的。

Claims (3)

1、一种中空分叉髓内钉,其特征在于,包括:
一本体,该本体一端设有若干分别沿轴向方向延伸的叉体,该若干叉体间分别设有沿轴向延伸的沟槽;
一活动杆,其穿套于本体中,该活动杆在穿过叉体的一端上设有一挡体,该挡体呈由靠近叉体一端向另一端逐渐向外扩张状,所述活动杆凸露在本体的另一端外设有一定位件。
2、根据权利要求1所述的中空分叉髓内钉,其特征在于,所述的挡体呈由靠近叉体一端向另一端逐渐向外扩张状。
3、根据权利要求1所述的中空分叉髓内钉,其特征在于,所述的定位件为螺套。
