可选地, 上述方法还包括:
所述通讯终端接收远程发送的设置信息, 并根据所述设置信息, 激活终 端转移信息功能, 设置用于接收通知消息的目的终端的终端号码。
可选地,所述通知消息中还包括用于定位所述通讯终端的 GPS定位信息。 根据本申请的另一方面, 提供了一种终端转移信息的装置, 包括: 记录行为信息模块, 设置为对通讯终端的包括来电和提醒的业务行为进 行实时监测, 并当监测到所述业务行为时, 将所述业务行为对应的业务行为 信息进行存储;
监控行为模块, 设置为监听用户对所述业务行为的操作行为;
判断转移模块, 设置为若在预定的时间内, 未监听到所述操作行为, 则 生成包含所述业务行为信息的通知消息, 发送到预定的目的终端。
可选地, 所述记录行为信息模块包括:
查询子模块, 设置为当监测到所述业务行为时, 在预定的转移业务种类 列表中查询对应于所述业务行为的业务种类;
记录子模块, 设置为当所述预定的转移业务种类列表中存在对应于所述 业务行为的业务种类时, 将所述业务行为信息和所述业务行为的发起时间进 行存储, 并生成唯一的数据标识。
可选地, 上述装置还包括:
清理行为记录模块, 设置为在预定的时间内监听到所述操作行为时或在 所述通知消息发送后, 将所述数据标识对应的业务行为信息和所述业务行为 的发起时间删除。
可选地, 上述装置还包括:
异常行为通知模块, 设置为当通讯终端无法通过通知消息向预定的目的 终端转移对应于所述业务行为的业务行为信息时, 生成异常行为通知指令。 可选地, 上述装置中, 所述判断转移模块还设置为按照所述异常行为通 知指令, 生成终端异常消息, 发送至预定的目的终端。
可选地, 上述装置还包括:
远程设置模块, 设置为根据远程发送的设置信息, 激活终端转移信息功 能, 并设置用于接收通知消息的目的终端的终端号码。
与相关技术相比较, 本申请的有益效果在于:
1、 本发明实施例能够使通信终端实时地、 智能监控收到的业务行为, 当 通过智能筛选, 确定对应于所述业务行为的业务行为信息需要转移时, 转移 到特定的目的终端上, 使目的终端能够实时地、 无遗漏地接收各种外部信息;
2、 本发明实施例只需要在通信终端开发应用支持, 不需要运营商支持。 附图概述

下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
实施例 1
本申请在通信终端发生某个业务行为时, 通过监控用户是否对通信终端 发生的所述业务行为进行操作, 智能判断是否需要将对应于所述业务行为的 业务行为信息转移到目的终端。
图 1是本发明实施例提供的终端转移信息的方法原理框图,如图 1所示, 步骤包括步骤 101至 104:
步骤 101、 通信终端实时监测本终端包括来电和提醒的业务行为。 所述步骤 101 中, 所述来电的业务行为包括电话呼入、 短信接收、 邮件 接收, 所述提醒的业务行为包括闹铃发起、 日程提醒、 应用软件提醒。
步骤 102、 当监测到所述业务行为时, 将所述业务行为对应的业务行为 信息进行存储。
所述步骤 102中, 当监测到所述业务行为时, 通信终端在预定的转移业 务种类列表中查询对应于所述业务行为的业务种类, 若存在对应于所述业务 行为的业务种类, 则将所述业务行为信息和所述业务行为的发起时间进行存 储, 并生成唯一的数据标识。
步骤 103、 通信终端监听用户对所述业务行为信息的操作行为。
所述步骤 103中, 若监听到用户对所述业务行为的操作行为, 则保存所 述操作行为的发起时间。
步骤 104、 若在预定的时间内, 未监听到所述操作行为, 则生成包含所 述业务行为信息的通知消息, 发送到预定的目的终端。
所述步骤 104中, 通信终端在监测到业务行为的同时, 开启计时器, 并 在预设的时间内监听对所述业务行为信息的操作行为, 若监听到操作行为, 则将所述数据标识对应的业务行为信息和所述业务行为的发起时间删除, 若 未监听到操作行为, 则生成通知消息, 发送至预定的目的终端, 所述通知消 息包含所述业务行为信息, 还可以包含用于定位所述通讯终端的 GPS定位信 息。 在所述通知消息发送后, 将所述数据标识对应的所述业务行为信息和所 述业务行为的发起时间删除。
可选地, 当通讯终端无法通过通知消息向预定的目的终端转移对应于所 述业务行为的业务行为信息时, 生成异常行为通知指令, 并按照所述指令, 生成终端异常消息, 发送至目的终端。
可选地, 所述通讯终端还可以接收设置信息, 并根据所述设置信息, 激 活终端转移信息功能, 设置用于接收通知消息的目的终端的终端号码。
本发明实施例应用在具有可进行消息通信的终端上, 比如具有电子邮件 收发、 短消息收发功能的通信终端上。 为实现该方案, 需要在通信终端上开 发转移信息装置, 该实时智能的转移业务行为信息的装置可通过软件方式实 现, 它可以为用户的通信终端提供设置的友好界面, 并在界面上实现以下几 个主要功能:
第一、 是否打开实时智能转移信息功能。
第二、 设置可转移的转移业务种类列表, 分为默认的监控业务和用户自 定义两种,用户自定义是用户可以根据自己的需要设置需要转移的业务行为。
第三、 设置转移的通信方式, 比如短信、 邮件, 以及需要转移到的目的 终端的通信地址, 可以有一个或者多个地址。
第四、设置智能判断的有效时间, 这个时间是判断是否转移的重要依据, 在终端上发生业务行为时开始计时, 在这个有效的时间段里, 用户对该通信 终端的业务行为无处理, 则判断为需要转移的业务行为, 在有效的时间段里, 用户对该通信终端的业务行为有处理, 则判断为不需要转移的业务行为。
第五、 是否开启 GPS定位信息。 如果开启, 则会在需要转移的包含业务 行为信息的通信消息中, 添加通信终端的位置信息。
第六、 短信远程激活设置转移功能, 终端收到短信后, 远程设置模块根 据通过约定的关键字段和格式完成自我设置, 设置内容包括目的终端号码、 启动默认信息的转移功能。
通过这些设置, 对于此通信终端, 如果实时智能的转移信息装置处在激 活状态, 则在业务行为发生后, 比如短信接收、 电话呼入、 闹铃响起, 日程 提醒等等, 对业务行为的业务行为信息按照一定标准进行记录, 并存入闪存 中, 并且生成唯一识别的数据 ID。 若在规定的时间里对业务行为无处理, 则 通过数据 ID 获取到对应的业务行为信息, 将该信息生成文本形式的通知消 息, 通过预定的通信方式转移到目的终端上。 如果用户不知道自己的手机遗 忘在什么地方了, 也可以通过这个功能, 呼叫遗忘终端, 遗忘终端会自动转 移信息到你的目的终端, 这样用户就知道终端所在位置。
例如某一用户有两部手机 A和 B, 手机 A有电话呼入、 短信息接收、 电 子邮件接收的功能, 同时在其手机 A中安装有实时智能的转移信息装置, 用 户可以设置电话呼入、 短消息接收、 电子邮件接收为可转移的业务行为, 设 置通信方式为短信, 地址为: 138xxxxxxxx (手机 B的号码) , 设置的时间为 30分钟。 用户没有携带手机 A,只携带了手机 B。 此时手机 A有电话呼入, 手 机 A在 30分钟内,若用户无操作行为,则实时智能的转移信息装置将此次电 话呼入的号码提取, 进行号码匹配, 同时获取到此次呼入的时间, 生成文本 形式的通知消息通过短信发送到手机 B , 这样用户就通过手机 B获取手机 A 的电话呼入的业务行为的具体信息, 知道何时何人呼叫了他, 可以让用户第 一时间获得手机 A的信息。 如果手机 A的这个电话被接听或者回拨, 那么转 移信息装置就判断不需要对该业务行为的业务行为信息进行转移, 不再执行 转移操作。
这个功能的实现, 用户只需预先在手机终端中设置可转移的转移业务列 表, 及转移的通信方式, 智能判断有效时间, 手机会智能实现业务行为的信 息, 实时的转移。
以下通过图 2和图 3对本发明实施例进行详细说明。
图 2是本发明实施例提供的终端转移信息的装置模块框图,如图 2所示, 包括: 远程设置模块、 包括查询子模块和记录子模块的记录行为信息模块、 监控行为模块、包括判断行为子模块和转移行为信息子模块的判断转移模块、 清理行为记录模块、 异常行为通知模块。
所述远程设置模块可以设置为根据接收的远程发送的设置信息, 激活终 端转移信息功能, 并设置用于接收通知消息的目的终端的终端号码。 所述远 程设置模块还可以设置为预先设定转移业务种类列表、 时间、 通信方式等。 所述转移业务种类列表中具有需要转移的业务种类, 例如电话呼叫, 短信等。 所述通信方式取决于通信终端能够提供的消息通信方式, 不同的通信方式具 有特定的地址存储。 所述时间是用于有效判断的时间, 在业务行为发生后, 在所述时间到达后, 执行转移功能。
所述记录行为信息模块设置为对通讯终端的包括来电和提醒的业务行为 进行实时监测, 并当监测到所述业务行为时, 将所述业务行为对应的业务行 为信息进行存储。 也就是说, 当通信终端有电话呼入、 短信接收、 闹铃发起、 曰程提醒, 邮件接收等等业务行为发生时, 所述记录行为信息模块开始记录 这些业务行为, 同时记录所述业务行为的包含内容, 并存储在闪存里。
可选地, 所述记录行为信息模块的查询子模块设置为当监测到所述业务 行为时,在预定的转移业务种类列表中查询对应于所述业务行为的业务种类。 所述记录行为信息模块的记录子模块设置为当所述预定的转移业务种类列表 中存在对应于所述业务行为的业务种类时, 将所述业务行为信息和所述业务 行为的发起时间进行存储, 并生成唯一的数据标识。
所述监控行为模块设置为监听用户对所述业务行为的操作行为。 所述监 控行为模块监听业务行为发生的处理事件, 若用户对发生的所述业务行为进 行操作处理, 则记录所述业务行为被操作的时间, 即记录操作行为的发生时 间。所述监控行为模块的监控结果直接送入判断转移模块的判断行为子模块, 以供所述判断转移模块解析相应的处理, 即如果用户在预先设定的时间内对 发生的所述业务行为没有进行处理, 比如查看、 停止、 删除等操作, 那么发 送转移指令至所述判断转移模块的转移行为信息子模块, 如果用户在预先设 定的时间内对发生的所述业务行为进行了处理, 则发送清除指令至所述清理 行为记录模块。
所述判断转移模块设置为在预定的时间内未监听到所述操作行为时, 生 成包含所述业务行为信息的通知消息, 发送到预定的目的终端。 其中, 所述 判断转移模块的判断行为子模块收到转移指令后, 判断是否执行转移行为, 如果需要转移则发指令给转移行为信息子模块, 如果不需要转移, 发指令给 清理行为记录模块。 所述判断转移模块的转移行为信息子模块收到指令后, 将记录的行为内容生成文本内容,并通过终端设置的通信方式告知目的终端, 完成后发指令给清理行为记录模块。 所述转移行为信息子模块还设置为按照 所述异常行为通知指令, 生成终端异常消息, 发送至预定的目的终端。
所述异常行为通知模块设置为当通讯终端无法向预定的目的终端转移对 应于所述业务行为的业务行为信息时, 生成异常行为通知指令。 可选地, 当 所述异常行为通知模块收到通信终端电量不足、 或者终端转移信息装置可能 无法正常工作的因素时, 发送指令至转移行为信息子模块, 以便及时告知特 定的目的终端。
所述清理行为记录模块设置为在预定的时间内监听到所述操作行为时或 在所述通知消息发送后, 将所述数据标识对应的业务行为信息和所述业务行 为的发起时间删除, 具体地说, 所述清理行为记录模块收到指令后, 将记录 的行为内容从闪存中清除, 4敦销对该业务行为的监控行为。
釆用上述方案后, 在通信终端上的上述各个模块只需用软件实现, 不需 要在通信终端增加任何新的硬件模块, 因此可以在任何带有无线通信模块、 应用模块的通信终端上方便容易的实现该方案, 该方案能够智能判断什么情 况下需要转移信息到目的终端, 能够实时地、 无遗漏的接收各种外部的信息。
图 3是本发明实施例提供的终端转移信息的装置工作流程图, 如图 3所 示, 步骤包括步骤 301至 320:
步骤 301、 监测到终端的业务行为, 例如电话呼入、 接收短信、 闹铃响 起等手机的业务行为被激活。
步骤 302、 从远程设置模块中获取转移业务种类列表, 判断当前业务行 为是否为需要转移的业务行为, 如果需要转移, 则执行步骤 303 , 如果不需 要转移, 退出该功能。
步骤 303、 记录行为信息模块将业务行为的信息进行解析, 并按照一定 标准记录, 形成业务行为信息, 将所述业务行为信息和所述业务行为的发起 时间存入内部存储(闪存), 并通过生成唯一的数据标识 ID进行识别。 对业 务行为信息进行解析时, 如果有国际标准, 则按照国际标准进行数据解析和 保存, 保证数据的完整性和安全。 如果无标准, 则按照通信终端自己的标准 进行解析和保存。
步骤 304、 监控行为模块设置监听, 激活监听行为, 并且记录每个数据 ID的监听时间, 如果监听到有操作行为时, 则记录该数据 ID对应的业务行 为被操作的时间。
步骤 305、 判断行为子模块从远程设置模块中获取到设置的时间, 然后 根据所述数据 ID、 业务行为的发起时间和被操作的时间、 设置的时间, 判断 是否要执行转移,如果要转移,执行步骤 306,如果不要转移,执行步骤 307。
步骤 306、 转移信息子模块被启动后, 启动终端通信接口, 该接口从远 程设置模块获取。
步骤 307、 清理行为记录模块根据数据 ID, 清理闪存中存储的所述业务 行为的相关数据。 步骤 308、 执行通信, 根据数据 ID从闪存中获取具体的业务行为信息, 生成包含业务行为信息的通知消息, 并按照通信接口标准组成发送包, 通信 成功后, 通过执行步骤 307, 将数据 ID对应的业务行为数据清除, 清除完成 后退出。
步骤 320: 异常行为通知模块在终端遇到手机电量低告警、 手机关机等 操作时, 告知转移行为信息模块, 以便立即告知目的终端, 及时告知用户该 终端无法正常执行转移功能。
综上所述, 本发明实施例能够实时地、 智能监测各种业务行为, 并将监 测到的对应于所述业务行为的业务行为信息实时、 智能、 准确地转移到目的 终端, 而不必担心错过或丟失重要信息, 而无需用户干预转移行为。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 上述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明实施例不限 制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案而非限制, 仅仅参照较佳实施 例对本申请进行了详细说明。 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解, 可以对本申 请的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换, 而不脱离本申请技术方案的精神和范 围, 均应涵盖在本申请的权利要求范围当中。
工业实用性 本发明实施例能够实时地、 智能监测各种业务行为, 并将监测到的对应 于所述业务行为的业务行为信息实时、 智能、 准确地转移到目的终端, 而不 必担心错过或丟失重要信息, 而无需用户干预转移行为。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种终端转移信息的方法, 包括:
对通讯终端的包括来电和提醒的业务行为进行实时监测;
当监测到所述业务行为时, 将所述业务行为对应的业务行为信息进行存 储;
监听用户对所述业务行为信息的操作行为;
若在预定的时间内, 未监听到所述操作行为, 则生成包含所述业务行为 信息的通知消息, 发送到预定的目的终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述来电的业务行为包括电话呼 入、 短信接收和邮件接收, 所述提醒的业务行为包括闹铃发起、 日程提醒和 应用软件提醒。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 当监测到所述业务行为时, 将所 述业务行为对应的业务行为信息进行存储的步骤包括:
在预定的转移业务种类列表中查询对应于所述业务行为的业务种类, 若 存在对应于所述业务行为的业务种类, 则将所述业务行为信息和所述业务行 为的发起时间进行存储, 并生成唯一的数据标识。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 所述方法还包括:
若在预定的时间内, 监听到所述操作行为, 则将所述数据标识对应的业 务行为信息和所述业务行为的发起时间删除。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 所述方法还包括:
在所述通知消息发送到预定的目的终端后, 将所述数据标识对应的所述 业务行为信息和所述业务行为的发起时间删除。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 生成包含所述业务行为信息的通 知消息时, 如果无法生成通知消息, 该方法还包括:
当通讯终端无法通过所述通知消息向预定的目的终端转移对应于所述业 务行为的业务行为信息时, 生成异常行为通知指令, 并按照所述指令, 生成 终端异常消息, 发送至目的终端。
7、 根据权利要求 1-6任意一项所述的方法, 所述方法还包括: 所述通讯终端接收远程发送的设置信息, 并根据所述设置信息, 激活终 端转移信息功能, 设置用于接收通知消息的目的终端的终端号码。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中, 所述通知消息中还包括用于定位 所述通讯终端的 GPS定位信息。
9、 一种终端转移信息的装置, 包括:
记录行为信息模块, 设置为对通讯终端的包括来电和提醒的业务行为进 行实时监测, 并当监测到所述业务行为时, 将所述业务行为对应的业务行为 信息进行存储;
监控行为模块, 设置为监听用户对所述业务行为的操作行为;
判断转移模块, 设置为若在预定的时间内, 未监听到所述操作行为, 则 生成包含所述业务行为信息的通知消息, 发送到预定的目的终端。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中, 所述记录行为信息模块包括: 查询子模块, 设置为当监测到所述业务行为时, 在预定的转移业务种类 列表中查询对应于所述业务行为的业务种类;
记录子模块, 设置为当所述预定的转移业务种类列表中存在对应于所述 业务行为的业务种类时, 将所述业务行为信息和所述业务行为的发起时间进 行存储, 并生成唯一的数据标识。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 该装置还包括:
清理行为记录模块, 设置为在预定的时间内监听到所述操作行为时或在 所述通知消息发送后, 将所述数据标识对应的业务行为信息和所述业务行为 的发起时间删除。
12、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 该装置还包括:
异常行为通知模块, 设置为当通讯终端无法通过所述通知消息向预定的 目的终端转移对应于所述业务行为的业务行为信息时, 生成异常行为通知指 令。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的装置, 其中, 所述判断转移模块还设置为按 照所述异常行为通知指令, 生成终端异常消息, 发送至预定的目的终端。
14、 根据权利要求 9-13任意一项所述的装置, 该装置还包括: 远程设置模块, 设置为根据远程发送的设置信息, 激活终端转移信息功 能, 并设置用于接收通知消息的目的终端的终端号码。
