Description

步骤 210、 建立第一会话, 将所述第一会话的开始时间信息和用户标识 信息发送给策略及计费规则功能实体 PCRF;
步骤 220、 根据所述 PCRF下发的时长计费策略, 与在线计费系统 OCS 建立会话计费连接; 通过所述会话计费连接, 利用所述时长计费策略对所述 第一会话进行计费;
PCEF基于下发的时长计费策略与 OCS建立第一会话的计费连接;通过 第一会话计费连接, 利用时长计费策略对第一会话进行计费;
步骤 230、 建立第二会话, 将所述第二会话的开始时间信息和用户标识 信息发送给所述 PCRF;
具体地, 用户建立第二会话, 将第二会话的开始时间信息和用户标识信 息发送给 PCRF;
步骤 240、 当所述第一会话终止时, 通知所述 PCRF所述第一会话终止 信息;
具体地, 第一用户创建会话后, PCEF向 PCRF发送第一用户会话的开 始时间信息和用户组标识信息, PCRF接收到第一会话开始时间信息和用户 组标识信息后, 指示 PCEF上报第一用户访问非指定业务的实际开始时间信 息, 并向 PCEF下发第一用户会话的时长计费策略; PCEF根据下发的时长 计费策略与 OCS建立第一用户会话的计费连接, 并申请第一用户会话的可 使用时长; PCEF启动会话时长计费后, 监听第一用户会话是否终止, 若第 一用户会话终止, 则向 PCRF发送第一用户会话结束时间信息, PCRF将第 一用户会话结束时间信息保存, 判断是否还存在其他用户活动的会话(如, 第二用户会话);
需要说明的是, 一个用户组中可以同时存在多个用户的会话, 如第二用 户会话, 第三用户会话等, 每个用户创建会话时, PCEF均会向 PCRF发送 该用户会话的开始时间信息和用户组标识信息, PCRF将该用户会话的开始 时间信息和用户组标识信息存储起来, 用于在当前一个用户会话结束后, 判 断是否还存在其他活动的用户会话;
由于用户在创建会话时, PCEF均会向 PCRF发送该用户会话的开始时 间信息和用户组标识信息, 因此, PCRF判断接收的用户组标识信息是否为 同一用户组的标识信息, 若是同一用户组的标识信息, 则存储该用户会话的 开始时间信息和用户组标识信息, 否则, 不存储;
下面结合图 3对图 2中步骤 220具体的工作过程做详细描述, 图 3为本 发明实施例公开的计费控制方法中预留 /启动时长计费的具体流程图;
步骤 310、 PCEF完成 PDP激活过程;
具体地, 用户发送一个激活 PDP上下文请求信息至 SGSN, 在请求信息 中包括 APN信息; SGSN对用户访问签权通过后, 即对用户身份识别, 数据 加密和压缩步骤, 基于 APN获取服务的 GGSN的地址信息, 向 GGSN发送 创建 PDP上下文请求信息, GGSN分配给用户 IP地址信息, 并完成 PDP激 活过程, 同时与 SGSN之间建立连接通道; 用户通过分配的 IP地址访问数 据网络, 如浏览网页、 接收 /发送彩信、 访问互联网等。 步骤 320、 PCEF向 PCRF发送 CCRI信息;
CCRI::=
X-Session-StartTime (扩展字段, 用于标识会话开始时间);
User-ID(CCRI已有 AVP)
步骤 330、 PCRF判断第一会话是否为用户的第一次会话, 设置用户是 否访问非指定业务时启动时长计费;
具体地, PCRF接收到 PCEF发送的第一会话开始时间信息和用户标识 信息后, 根据标识信息判断是否为用户的第一次会话, 如果是, 则 PCRF设 置用户是否访问非指定业务时启动时长计费, 如果不是, 则不设置用户是否 访问非指定业务时启动时长计费;
CCAI::=
X-Session-Charging-Prearrangement (扩展组合 AVP,标识向 PCEF预置时 长计费策略, 包含如下信息) X-Duration-Charging-Key (扩展 AVP , 指示用户对应的会话计费标识) X-Charging-Start-Time (扩展 AVP, 指示时长计费实际开始时间) *[X-Duration-Charging-Filter] (扩展 AVP, 指示监听的业务标识, 访问 非指定业务需要 PCEF上报)
步骤 340、PCEF监听第一会话触发时长计费的非指定业务信息,向 PCRF 发送 CCRU信息;
CCRU::=
X-Duration-Charging-Key (扩展 AVP , 同 CCAI中下发的计费标识) X-Charging-Start-Time (扩展 AVP,上报实际非指定业务访问开始时间) X-Charging-Status ( Start, 扩展 AVP, 上报时长计费可触发标识) 步骤 350、 PCRF设置用户访问指定业务时启动时长计费功能, 则 PCRF 判断第一会话是否需要启动时长计费, 向 PCEF发送 CCAU信息;
CCAU::=
X-Duration-Charging-Install (扩展组合 AVP, 加载时长计费策略) X-Duration-Charging-Key (扩展 AVP , 同 CCAI中下发的计费标识) X-Charging-Start-Time (扩展 AVP, 指示时长计费实际开始时间) X-Granted-Duration-Time (扩展 AVP,指示触发下次时长计费上报请求 的额度值)
步骤 360、 PCEF启动时长计费功能, 并与 OCS建立计费会话, 申请使 用时长;
下面结合图 4对图 2中步骤 240具体的工作过程做详细描述, 图 4为本 发明实施例公开的计费控制方法中上报 /终止时长计费的具体流程图;
步骤 410、 PCEF监控第一会话使用时长;
CCRU::=
X-Duration-Charging-Report (扩展组合 AVP, 上报会话时长使用信息) X-Duration-Charging-Key (扩展 AVP , 同 CCAI中下发的计费标识) X-Charging-Start-Time (扩展 AVP, 指示本次上报时长计费实际开始时 间)
步骤 420、 PCRF累计使用记录并保存;
CCAU::=
X-Duration-Charging-Key (扩展 AVP , 同 CCAI中下发的计费标识) X-Charging-Start-Time (扩展 AVP, 指示时长计费实际开始时间) X-Granted-Duration-Time (扩展 AVP,指示下次时长计费请求的额度值)
步骤 430、 PCEF上报第一会话结束时间;
CCRT::=
步骤 440、 PCRF指示会话时长计费的处理方式;
CCAT::=
X-Duration-Charging-Key (扩展 AVP , 同 CCAI中下发的计费标识) X-Charging-Stop-Time (扩展 AVP,指示 PCRF记录的时长计费终止 时间)
步骤 450、 PCEF与 OCS结束计费会话连接;
下面结合图 5对图 2中步骤 250具体的工作过程做详细描述, 图 5为本 发明实施例公开的计费控制方法中迁移时长计费的具体流程图;
步骤 510、 PCEF上报当前会话结束时间;
步骤 520、 PCRF判断是否还存在其他会话;
CCAT::=
步骤 530、 PCRF指示其他活动会话继续执行时长计费策略;
RAR::=
步骤 540、 PCEF上报结果代码;
步骤 550、 PCEF监控多个会话, 启动时长计费功能, 向 OCS申请使用 时长;
步骤 610、 建立第一会话, 将所述第一会话的开始时间信息和用户标识 信息发送给策略及计费规则功能实体 PCRF, 以使所述 PCRF与在线计费系 统实体 OCS建立所述第一会话的计费连接, 通过所述计费连接, 利用所述 PCRF存储的时长计费策略对所述第一会话进行计费;
PCRF接收到 PCEF发送的第一会话开始时间信息和用户标识信息后, 根据标识信息判断是否为用户的第一次会话, 如果是, 则 PCRF设置用户是 否访问非指定业务时启动时长计费, 如果不是, 则不设置;
如果 PCRF设置用户访问指定业务时启动时长计费功能, 则 PCRF判断 第一会话是否需要启动时长计费, 如果第一会话需要启动时长计费策略, 则 PCRF与 OCS建立计费会话连接, 申请会话的可使用时长;
或者, PCRF根据 PCEF上报的第一会话访问非指定业务的实际开始时 间信息, PCRF与 OCS建立计费会话连接, 申请会话的可使用时长; 通过第 一会话计费连接, 对第一会话进行计费;
步骤 620、 建立第二会话, 将所述第二会话的开始时间信息和用户标识 信息发送给所述 PCRF;
具体地, 用户建立第二会话, 将第二会话的开始时间信息和用户标识信 息发送给 PCRF;
具体地, 第一用户创建会话后, PCEF向 PCRF发送第一用户会话的开 始时间信息和用户组标识信息, PCRF接收到第一会话开始时间信息和用户 组标识信息后, 指示 PCEF上报第一用户访问非指定业务的实际开始时间信 息, PCRF根据 PCEF上报第一用户访问非指定业务的实际开始时间信息, 与 OCS建立第一用户会话的计费连接, 并申请第一用户会话的可使用时长; 向 PCEF下发第一用户会话的时长计费策略; PCEF监听第一用户会话是否 终止, 若第一用户会话终止, 则向 PCRF发送第一用户会话结束时间信息, PCRF将第一用户会话结束时间信息保存, 判断是否还存在其他用户活动的 会话(如, 第二用户会话);
需要说明的是, 一个用户组中可以同时存在多个用户的会话, 如第二用 户会话, 第三用户会话等, 每个用户创建会话时, PCEF均会向 PCRF发送 该用户会话的开始时间信息和用户组标识信息, PCRF将该用户会话的开始 时间信息和用户组标识信息存储起来, 用于在当前一个用户会话结束后, 判 断是否还存在同一用户组内其他活动的用户会话;
由于用户在创建会话时, PCEF均会向 PCRF发送该用户会话的开始时 间信息和用户组标识信息, 因此, PCRF判断接收的用户组标识信息是否为 同一用户组的标识信息, 若是同一用户组的标识信息, 则存储该用户会话的 开始时间信息和用户组标识信息, 否则, 不存储;
下面结合图 7对图 6中步骤 610具体的工作过程做详细描述, 图 7为本 发明实施例公开的计费控制方法中预留 /启动时长计费的具体流程图;
步骤 710、 PCEF完成 PDP激活过程;
步骤 720、 PCEF向 PCRF发送 CCRI信息;
X-Session-StartTime (扩展字段, 用于标识会话开始时间);
User-ID(CCRI已有 AVP)
步骤 730、 PCRF判断当前会话是否为用户的第一次会话, 设置用户是 否访问非指定业务时启动时长计费;
具体地, PCRF接收到 PCEF发送的第一会话开始时间信息和用户标识 信息后, 根据标识信息判断是否为用户的第一次会话, 如果是, 则 PCRF设 置用户是否访问非指定业务时启动时长计费, 如果不是, 则不设置用户是否 访问非指定业务时启动时长计费;
CCAI::=
X-Duration-Charging-Key (扩展 AVP , 指示用户对应的会话计费标识) X-Charging-Start-Time (扩展 AVP, 指示时长计费实际开始时间)
CCRU::=
X-Charging-Start-Time (扩展 AVP,上报实际非免费业务访问开始时间) X-Charging-Starts ( Start, 扩展 AVP, 上报时长计费可触发标识) 步骤 750、 PCRF判断第一会话是否需要启动时长计费会话, 与 OCS建 立计费会话连接, 申请使用时长, 向 PCEF发送 CCAU信息;
具体地, 根据步骤 730中 PCRF的判断, 如果 PCRF设置用户访问指定 业务时启动时长计费功能, 则 PCRF再判断第一会话是否需要启动时长计费 功能, 若第一会话需要启动时长计费功能, 则 PCRF与 OCS建立计费会话 连接, 申请第一会话的可使用时长;
或者, 根据步骤 740中的 PCEF上报的用户访问非指定业务的实际开始 时间信息, PCRF与 OCS建立计费会话连接, 申请会话的可使用时长;
X-Duration-Charging-Key (扩展 AVP, 同 CCAI中下发的计费标识) X-Charging-Start-Time (扩展 AVP, 指示时长计费实际开始时间) X-Granted-Duration-Time (扩展 AVP , 指示下次时长计费请求的额度 值)
图 8 为本发明实施例公开的计费控制方法中上报 /终止时长计费的具体 流程图;
步骤 810、 PCEF监控第一会话使用时长;
CCRU::=
X-Duration-Charging-Report (扩展组合 AVP, 上报会话时长使用信息) X-Duration-Charging-Key (扩展 AVP , 同 CCAI中下发的计费标识) X-Charging-Start-Time (扩展 AVP, 指示本次上报时长计费实际开始时 间)
PCRF接收到 CCRU信息后,更新用户累计时长计费的使用记录并保存, 步骤 820、 PCRF累计使用记录并保存;
CCAU::=
X-Charging-Start-Time (扩展 AVP, 指示时长计费实际开始时间) X-Granted-Duration-Time (扩展 AVP,指示下次时长计费请求的额度 值)
步骤 830、 PCEF上报第一会话结束时间;
CCRT::=
步骤 840、 PCRF指示当前会话时长计费的处理方式;
CCAT::=
X-Charging-Stop-Indicator(Stop) (扩展 AVP, 指标 PCEF是否终止时 长计费会话, STOP表示立即终止) 图 9 为本发明实施例公开的计费控制方法中迁移时长计费的具体流程 图;
步骤 910、 PCEF上报当前会话结束时间;
CCRT::=
步骤 920、 PCRF判断是否还存在其他会话;
CCAT::=
X-Duration-Charging-Key (扩展 AVP , 同 CCAI中下发的计费标识) X-Charging-Stop-Time (扩展 AVP, 指示 PCRF记录的时长计费终止时 间)
步骤 930、 PCRF下发时长计费策略至其他活动会话中;
RAR::=
X-Duration-Charging-Key (扩展 AVP, 同 CCAI中下发的计费标识) X-Charging-Start-Time (扩展 AVP, 指示时长计费开始时间) 步骤 940、 PCEF上报结果代码;
步骤 950、 PCEF监控会话, 上报时长信息;
步骤 960、 PCRF继续向 OCS申请可使用的时长;
