Description

在线计费方法 ^^置 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种在线计费方法及装置。 背景技术 在第三代合作伙伴计戈1 K 3rd Generation Partnership Project,简称为 3GPP ) 通信标准组织中定义了相关的计费系统和计费信息传送的方法。 居通信的 计费实时性区分为后付费的离线计费方式和预付费的在线计费方式。 图 1是根据相关技术中的在线计费逻辑示意图, 如图 1所示, 在线计费 方式的信用控制请求 /响应消息 ( Credit Control Request/ Credit Control Answer, 简称为 CCR/CCA ) 是通过内嵌在网元的计费触发功能 ( Charging Trigger Function, 简称为 CTF ) 遵循 Diameter十办议通过 R。接口与在线计费 系统 ( Online Charging System, 简称为 OCS )进行实时交互的。 图 1中的网 元 ( Network Element, 简称为 NE ) 内部可以内嵌策略和计费执行功能实体 ( Policy and Charging Enforcement Function, 简称为 PCEF ) 也可以不内嵌。 内嵌 PCEF就是本发明所针对的部署策略和计费控制 ( Policy and Charging Control , 简称为 PCC ) 的情况。 随着通信的发展, 在动态数据用量方面, 存在一种由第三方支付用户业 务流量的应用场景, 例如, 用户从网上书店下载已购买的电子书, 或者用户 从运营商购买和下载游戏, 或者用户浏览网上电影以决定是否购买整部电影 等。在这些场景中,运营商或第三方控制的业务提供者支付用户使用的用量。 因此,通过对策略和计费控制( Policy and Charging Control,简称为 PCC ) 架构的增强来实现上述事务 IP业务的策略控制, 例如, 从用户的用量中扣除 业务提供商或运营商授权的数据用量等。 图 2是根据相关技术中的顺应运营 商和第三方业务提供商的业务使用场景增强的 PCC的流程图, 如图 2所示, 包括如下的步骤: 步骤 S201 , 用户设备( User Equipment , 简称为 UE )附着到演进的分组 域系统 ( Evolved Packet System , 简称为 EPS ) 网络上, 即, UE附着到分组 数据网络网关 ( Packet Data Network Gateway , 简称为 P-GW ) 上。 步骤 S202 , P-GW与策略和计费规则功能实体( Policy and Charging Rules Function, 简称为 PCRF ) 进行网络协议连接访问网络 ( Internet Protocol Connectivity Access Network, 简称为 IP-CAN )会话建立。 步骤 S203 , UE向应用功能实体 ( Application Function, 简称为 AF ) 尝 试访问由运营商或第三方业务提供商提供的业务, 即, UE连接到业务提供 商请求业务。 步骤 S204, AF被触发为用户建立允许的动态数据用量连接, 这种触发 可以基于不同的应用场景, 例如, 用户买电子书, 第三方业务提供商提供一 段免费的流量下载给用户预览电子书的内容等。 步骤 S205 , AF通过 Rx接口下发业务数据流信息和对应的允许用户设 备免费使用的信息(例如,允许的流量信息( Volume allowance )等)给 PCRF。 步骤 S206, PCRF向 AF返回确认 ( Acknowledgement, 简称为 Ack )响 应消息。 步骤 S207 , PCRF进行计费规则分发。 步骤 S208 , PCRF通过 Gx接口向 P-GW提供计费规则 ( rule )及对应的 允许用户设备免费使用的信息 (allowances )和事件触发 ( Event trigger )等。 步骤 S209, P-GW内嵌策略和计费执行功能实体 ( Policy and Charging Enforcement Function, 简称为 PCEF ) 安装执行计费规则。 步骤 S210, P-GW响应 PCRF, 向 PCRF发送响应消息 Ack。 步骤 S211 , 用户设备收到想要的业务。 对以上描述的应用场景拓展开去不排除另一种第三方支付用户部分用量 的应用场景, 即, 用户从运营商购买和下载游戏, 或者用户浏览网上电影以 决定是否购买整部电影等场景中, 运营商或第三方控制的业务提供者支付部 分用户使用的用量, 并告知运营商他们为用户提供使用其它资费的大约多少 用量。 针对相关技术中在第三方业务提供商或运营商允许用户以其它资费或免 费使用一定的业务的场景中如何实现在线计费的问题, 目前尚未提出有效的 解决方案。 发明内容 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种在线计费方法及装置, 以至少解决上述 问题。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种在线计费方法, 包括: 当用户设备 被允许以原资费以外的其它资费和 /或免费使用一定用量的业务时, 内嵌策略 和计费执行功能实体 PCEF的网元发送信用控制请求给在线计费系统,其中, 信用控制请求中携带有一定用量的信息。 优选地, 当用户设备被允许免费使用一定用量的业务时, 在内嵌 PCEF 的网元发送信用控制请求给在线计费系统之后, 上述方法还包括: 在线计费 系统接收来自内嵌 PCEF的网元的信用控制请求; 在线计费系统才艮据一定用 量的信息进行在线计费信用控制。 优选地, 在内嵌 PCEF的网元发送信用控制请求给在线计费系统之前, 上述方法还包括: 应用功能实体经由策略和计费规则功能实体 PCRF向内嵌 PCEF的网元发送一定用量的信息。 优选地, 在内嵌 PCEF的网元发送信用控制请求给在线计费系统之前, 上述方法还包括: 在线计费系统接收来自应用功能实体的一定用量的信息; 系统接收来自应用功能实体的用户设备被允许免费使用的业务的一定用量的 信息; 在线计费系统根据用量信息进行在线计费信用控制。 根据本发明的一个方面, 又提供了一种在线计费方法, 包括: 在线计费 系统接收来自应用功能实体的用户设备被允许以原资费以外的其它资费使用 的业务的一定用量的信息和对业务的资费建议信息; 在线计费系统根据一定 用量的信息和计费建议信息进行在线计费信用控制。 根据本发明的另一个方面, 提供了一种在线计费装置, 包括: 发送模块, 用于当用户设备被允许以原资费以外的其它资费和 /或免费使用一定用量的 业务时, 发送信用控制请求给在线计费系统, 其中, 信用控制请求中携带有 一定用量的信息。 通过本发明, 当用户设备被允许以原资费以外的其它资费和 /或免费使用 一定用量的业务时, 内嵌策略和计费执行功能实体 PCEF的网元发送信用控 制请求给在线计费系统, 其中, 所述信用控制请求中携带有所述一定用量的 信息, 解决了在第三方业务提供商或运营商允许用户以其它资费或免费使用 一定的业务的场景中无法实现在线计费的问题, 进而可以在第三方业务提供 商或运营商允许用户以其它资费或免费使用一定的业务的场景中实现在线计 费。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部 分, 本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 线计费消息的流程示意图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 方法实施例 根据本发明的实施例, 提供了一种在线计费方法。 图 3是根据本发明实 施例的在线计费方法的流程示意图, 如图 3所示, 该方法包括: 当用户设备 被运营商或第三方业务提供商允许以原资费以外的其它资费和 /或免费使用 一定用量的业务时, 内嵌 PCEF的网元发送信用控制请求给 OCS , 其中, 信 用控制请求中携带有一定用量的信息。 优选地, 一定用量的信息可以至少包括以下之一: 流量信息、 时长信息。 其中, 内嵌 PCEF的网元可以包括以下之一: P-GW、 网关通用分组无线 业务支持节点 ( Gateway General Packet Radio Service Supporting Node, 简称 为 GGSN )„ 在内嵌 PCEF的网元发送信用控制请求给 OCS之前, AF经由 PCRF向 内嵌 PCEF的网元发送一定用量的信息。 当用户设备被允许免费使用一定用量的业务时, 在内嵌 PCEF的网元发 送信用控制请求给 OCS之后, OCS接收来自内嵌 PCEF的网元的信用控制 请求; OCS根据一定用量的信息进行在线计费信用控制。 在内嵌 PCEF的网元发送信用控制请求给 OCS之前, OCS接收来自 AF 的一定用量的信息; OCS根据一定用量的信息进行在线计费信用控制。 优选地, 当用户设备被允许以原资费以外的其它资费使用一定用量的业 务时, 信用控制请求中还携带有对应于一定用量的信息的计费建议信息。 在内嵌 PCEF的网元发送信用控制请求给 OCS之后, OCS接收来自内 嵌 PCEF的网元的信用控制请求; OCS对于用于用户设备的一定用量按照计 费建议信息进行信用控制。 在 OCS对于用于用户设备的一定用量按照计费建议信息进行信用控制 之后, 在 OCS与内嵌 PCEF的网元进行信用控制交互时的 CCR中不再携带 一定用量的信息或一定用量的值为 0。 在内嵌 PCEF的网元发送信用控制请求给 OCS之前, AF经由 PCRF向 内嵌 PCEF的网元发送一定用量的信息和计费建议信息。 在内嵌 PCEF的网元发送信用控制请求给 OCS之前, OCS接收来自 AF 的一定用量的信息和计费建议信息; OCS 居一定用量的信息和计费建议信 息进行在线计费信用控制。 通过该实施例,在增强 PCC架构来实现上述动态数据用量策略控制的思 路里增强现有的计费方案, 实现了在第三方业务提供商或运营商允许用户免 费和 /或使用其他资费使用一定用量的业务的场景中进行在线计费。 才艮据本发明的上述实施例, 其中, 对于 OCS的部分操作可以独立执行。 因此, 本发明的实施例还提供了四种 OCS侧的离线计费方法, 下面进行详细 描述。 第一种 OCS侧的离线计费方法包括: OCS接收来自内嵌策略和计费执 行功能实体 PCEF的网元的信用控制请求, 其中, 该信用控制请求携带有用 户设备被允许免费使用业务的一定用量的信息; OCS根据一定用量的信息进 行在线计费信用控制。 第二种 OCS侧的离线计费方法包括: OCS接收来自内嵌策略和计费执 行功能实体 PCEF的网元的信用控制请求, 其中, 该信用控制请求携带有用 户设备被允许以原资费以外的其它资费使用业务的一定用量的信息和对业务 的资费建议信息; OCS对于用于用户设备的一定用量的信息按照计费建议信 息进行信用控制。 第三种 OCS侧的离线计费方法包括: OCS接收来自 AF的用户设备被允 许免费使用业务的一定用量的信息; OCS根据用量信息进行在线计费信用控 制。 第四种 OCS侧的离线计费方法包括: OCS接收来自 AF的用户设备被允 许以原资费以外的其它资费使用的业务的一定用量的信息和对业务的资费建 议信息; OCS根据一定用量的信息和计费建议信息进行在线计费信用控制。 下面结合图 4和图 5说明本发明实施例的在线计费的处理过程。 实施例一 某用户已经付费给某第三方业务提供商购买了一本电子书, 该第三方业 务提供商允许该用户免费下载这本电子书, 例如, 通过允许一定的业务流量 下载的方式 ( Volume Allowance ), 下面结合图 4对该过程进行详细描述。 图 4是根据本发明实施例的针对动态数据用量增强策略提出的承载侧在 线计费消息的流程示意图, 如图 4所示, 假定该实施例以使用的是 EPC核心 网为例, 具体计费信息的产生过程包括如下的步骤: 步骤 S401 , UE附着到 EPS网络上, 即, UE附着到 P-GW上。 步骤 S402 , P-GW与 PCRF进行 IP-CAN会话建立。 步骤 S403 , UE向 AF尝试访问由运营商或第三方业务提供商提供的电 子书下载业务, 即, UE连接到业务提供商请求业务。 步骤 S404, 第三方业务提供商的 AF被触发为用户建立允许的动态数据 用量连接, 这种触发可以基于不同的应用场景, 这里是: 用户已经购买电子 书, 第三方业务提供商提供一定的业务允许给用户, 可以是允许的流量或时 长等信息, 这里不做限定, 此实施例以允许的流量信息为例提供免费的流量 下载 ( Volume Allowance ) 给用户下载已经购买的电子书。 步骤 S405 , AF通过 Rx接口下发业务数据流信息和对应的允许用户设 备免费使用的信息 (即, 上述的一定用量的信息在该实施例中是允许的流量 信息 Volume Allowance ) 和计费建议信息 ( Advice of Charging ) 给 PCRF。 需要说明的是, 这里的计费建议信息可以是 0%表示建议承载侧对这段用量 釆用原来资费的 0%进行计费, 因为用户已经在第三方付费购买了电子书, 第三方对这部分用量下载已经收过费用, 不建议运营商的承载侧再次收费。 当然对于计费建议信息的具体格式和值定义, 这里只是示例, 不作限定。 步 4聚 S406 , PCRF向 AF返回 Ack响应消息。 步骤 S407 , PCRF进行计费规则分发。 步骤 S408, PCRF通过 Gx接口向 P-GW提供计费规则 ( rule )及对应的 允许用户设备免费使用的流量信息( Volume Allowance ), 相关计费建议信息 和事件触发 ( Event trigger ) 等。 步骤 S409 , 内嵌 PCEF的 P-GW安装执行计费规则。 步骤 S410, 在线计费时, P-GW发送到 OCS的信用控制请求 CCR中携 带对应所述业务的允许的流量信息 Volume Allowance和相关计费建议信息 等。 步骤 S411 , —旦 OCS发现接收到的 CCR中含有流量信息 Volume Allowance和对应的计费建议信息(例如, 这里为 0%表示建议承载侧对这段 用量釆用原来资费的 0%进行计费), 就根据计费建议的资费计算费用并从用 户账户预扣金额 (根据本例的情况是不对用户的账户进行预扣;)。 步骤 S412 , OCS返回 CCA消息给 P-GW, 使用户在不消耗自身账户费 用的前提下获取免费的对应流量的业务。 步骤 S413 , 在允许的流量执行完后, P-GW开始与 OCS的如同现有技 术的在线计费信用控制, 此时的 CCR中不再携带允许用户设备免费使用的 流量信息 Volume Allowance和对应的计费建议信息或者携带这两个字段, 但 取值都为 0, 本发明对实现的具体方式不作限定。 同时, 在上述过程中, OCS还可以与 AF进行实时信用控制。 图 5是根据本发明实施例的针对动态数据用量增强策略提出的应用侧在 线计费消息的流程示意图, 如图 5所示, 包括如下的步骤: 步骤 S501 , UE附着到网络, 并尝试访问由运营商或第三方业务提供商 提供的业务, AF被触发为用户建立允许的免费或其它资费建议的动态数据 用量。 步骤 S502, AF在发送给 OCS的信用控制请求 CCR中包含允许用户设 备以其它资费和 /或免费使用的流量信息 Volume Allowance (即, 上述的一定 用量的信息在该实施例中是通过流量信息来体现的)和相关计费建议信息(例 如, 这里建议承载侧以 0%的资费计费, 也就是说业务侧需要以 100%的资费 计费) 等。 步骤 S503 , OCS执行信用控制, 一旦发现 CCR中存在用量信息和对应 的计费建议, 就才艮据计费建议进行对这部分用量的业务侧信用控制, 例如, 这里对业务侧需要以 100%的资费计费, 本发明对计费建议的具体格式、 取 值和实现方式不作限定。 步骤 S504 , OCS返回信用控制响应消息给内嵌 PCEF的网元。 步骤 S505 , 当这部分用量处理完后, 网元侧与 OCS侧继续按照现有技 术的信用控制交互流程进行, 后续的 CCR中可以不再携带用量和对应的计 费建议这两个字段, 也可以携带这两个字段, 其取值为 0。 本发明对这种实 现可能性不作限定。 实施例二 在用户决定付费购买网上电影之前, 该第三方业务提供商允许该用户免 费浏览一定时间的片花,例如,通过允许一定的时长的片花预览的方式( Time Allowance ), 下面结合图 4对该过程进行详细描述。 图 4是根据本发明实施例的针对动态数据用量增强策略提出的承载侧在 线计费消息的流程示意图, 如图 4所示, 假定该实施例以使用的是 EPC核心 网为例, 具体计费信息的产生过程包括如下的步骤: 步骤 S401 , UE附着到 EPS网络上, 即, UE附着到 P-GW上。 步骤 S402, P-GW与 PCRF进行 IP-CAN会话建立。 步骤 S403 , UE向 AF尝试访问由运营商或第三方业务提供商提供的影 片片花免费浏览业务, 即, UE连接到业务提供商请求业务。 步骤 S404, 第三方业务提供商的 AF被触发为用户建立允许的动态数据 用量连接, 这种触发可以基于不同的应用场景, 这里是: 用户在决定付费收 看电影前, 第三方业务提供商提供一定时长的免费的片花浏览 (Time Allowance ) 给用户。 步骤 S405 , AF通过 Rx接口下发业务数据流信息和对应的允许用户设 备免费使用的信息 (即, 上述的一定用量的信息在该实施例中允许的是时长 信息 Time Allowance ) 和计费建议信息 ( Advice of Charging ) 给 PCRF。 需 要说明的是, 这里的计费建议信息可以是 0%表示建议承载侧对这段用量釆 用原来资费的 0%进行计费, 因为第三方业务提供商允许该用户免费浏览一 定时间的片花, 不建议运营商的承载侧对此收费。 当然对于计费建议信息的 具体格式和值定义, 这里只是示例, 不作限定。 步 4聚 S406 , PCRF向 AF返回 Ack响应消息。 步骤 S407 , PCRF进行计费规则分发。 步骤 S408 , PCRF通过 Gx接口向 P-GW提供计费规则及对应的允许用 户设备免费使用的时长信息 Time Allowance和事件触发等。 步骤 S409 , 内嵌 PCEF的 P-GW安装执行计费规则。 步骤 S410, 在线计费时, P-GW发送到 OCS的信用控制请求 CCR中携 带对应所述业务的使用其他资费和 /或免费使用的用量信息: 时长信息 Time Allowance及对应的资费建议信息等。 步骤 S411 , —旦 OCS发现收到的 CCR中含有允许用户设备免费使用的 时长信息 Time Allowance和对应的计费建议信息 (例如, 这里为 0%表示建 议承载侧对这段用量釆用原来资费的 0%进行计费), 就根据计费建议的资费 计算费用并从用户账户预扣金额, (根据本例的情况不对用户的账户进行预 扣)并返回 CCA消息给 P-GW, 使用户在不消耗自身账户费用的前提下获取 免费的对应用量的业务。 步骤 S412, OCS返回 CCA消息给 P-GW。 步骤 S413 , 在允许的用量执行完后, P-GW开始与 OCS的如同现有技 S501 , UE附着到网络, 并尝试访问由运营商或第三方业务提供商 提供的业务, AF被触发为用户建立允许的免费或其它资费建议的动态数据 用量。 步骤 S502, AF在发送给 OCS的信用控制请求 CCR中包含允许用户设 备以其它资费和 /或免费使用的时长信息 Time Allowance (即, 上述的一定用 量的信息在该实施例中是通过时长信息来体现的) 和相关计费建议信息 (例 如, 这里建议业务侧以 0%的资费计费, 也就是说业务提供商需要对这段免 费开放以吸引用户后续的付费购买行为) 等。 步骤 S503 , OCS执行信用控制, 一旦发现 CCR中存在用量信息和对应 的计费建议, 就才艮据对 载侧的计费建议进行对这部分用量的业务侧信用控 制, 例如, 这里建议业务侧以 0%的资费计费, 也就是说业务提供商需要对 这段免费开放以吸引用户后续的付费购买行为, 本发明对计费建议的具体格 式、 取值和实现方式不作限定。 步骤 S504 , OCS返回信用控制响应消息给内嵌 PCEF的网元。 步骤 S505 , 当这部分用量处理完后, 网元侧与 OCS侧继续按照现有技 术的信用控制交互流程进行, 后续的 CCR中可以不再携带用量和对应的计 费建议这两个字段, 也可以携带这两个字段, 其取值为 0。 本发明对这种实 现可能性不作限定。 实施例三 在用户决定付费购买网上电影之前, 该第三方业务提供商允许该用户以 较低资费浏览一定时间的片花, 下面结合图 4对该过程进行详细描述。 图 4是根据本发明实施例的针对动态数据用量增强策略提出的承载侧在 线计费消息的流程示意图, 如图 4所示, 假定该实施例以使用的是 EPC核心 网为例, 这个实施例只在资费建议上与实施例二有所区别, 具体计费信息的 产生过程包括如下的步骤: 步骤 S401 , UE附着到 EPS网络上, 即, UE附着到 P-GW上。 步骤 S402, P-GW与 PCRF进行 IP-CAN会话建立。 步骤 S403 , UE向 AF尝试访问由运营商或第三方业务提供商提供的以 较低资费浏览一定时间的片花业务, 即, UE连接到业务提供商请求业务。 步骤 S404, 第三方业务提供商的 AF被触发为用户建立允许的动态数据 用量, 这种触发可以基于不同的应用场景, 这里是: 用户在决定付费收看电 影前, 第三方业务提供商提供一定时长的免费的片花浏览( Time Allowance ) 给用户。 步骤 S405 , AF通过 Rx接口下发业务数据流信息和对应的允许用户设 备以较低资费使用的信息 (即, 上述的一定用量的信息在该实施例中为时长 信息 Time Allowance ) 和计费建议信息 ( Advice of Charging ) 给 PCRF。 需 要说明的是, 这里的计费建议信息可以是 5%表示建议承载侧对这段用量釆 用原来资费的 5%进行计费, 因为第三方业务提供商想要允许该用户以较低 资费浏览一定时间的片花以吸引用户的后续购买行为。 当然对于计费建议信 息的具体格式和值定义, 这里只是示例, 不作限定。 步骤 S406 , PCRF向 AF返回 Ack响应消息。 步骤 S407 , PCRF进行计费规则分发。 步骤 S408 , PCRF通过 Gx接口向 P-GW提供计费规则及对应的允许用 户设备免费使用的时长信息 Time Allowance和事件触发等。 步骤 S409 , 内嵌 PCEF的 P-GW安装执行计费规则。 步骤 S410, 在线计费时, P-GW发送到 OCS的信用控制请求 CCR中携 带对应所述业务的使用其他资费和 /或免费使用的用量信息: 时长信息 Time Allowance及对应的资费建议信息等。 步骤 S411 , —旦 OCS发现收到的 CCR中含有允许用户设备以低资费使 用的时长信息 Time Allowance和对应的计费建议信息 (例如, 这里为 5%表 示建议 7 载侧对这段用量釆用原来资费的 5%进行计费), 就才艮据计费建议的 资费计算费用并从用户账户预扣金额, 并返回 CCA消息给 P-GW, 使用户在 消耗自身账户很少费用的前提下获取对应用量的业务。 步骤 S412, OCS返回 CCA消息给 P-GW。 步骤 S413 , 在允许的用量执行完后, P-GW开始与 OCS的如同现有技 术的在线计费信用控制, 此时的 CCR中不再携带允许用户设备免费使用的 用量信息 Time Allowance和对应的资费建议信息或者携带这两个字段, 但取 值都为 0, 本发明对实现的具体方式不作限定。 同时, 在上述过程中, OCS还可以与 AF进行实时信用控制。 图 5是根据本发明实施例的针对动态数据用量增强策略提出的应用侧在 线计费消息的流程示意图, 如图 5所示, 包括如下的步骤: 步骤 S501 , UE附着到网络, 并尝试访问由运营商或第三方业务提供商 提供的业务, AF被触发为用户建立允许的免费或其它资费建议的动态数据 用量。 步骤 S502, AF在发送给 OCS的信用控制请求 CCR中包含允许用户设 备以其它资费和 /或免费使用的时长信息 Time Allowance (即, 上述的一定用 量的信息在该实施例中是通过时长信息来体现的) 和相关计费建议信息 (例 如, 这里建议业务侧以 0%的资费计费) 等。 步骤 S503 , OCS执行信用控制, 一旦发现 CCR中存在用量信息和对应 的计费建议, 就才艮据计费建议进行对这部分用量的业务侧信用控制, 比如: 这里对业务侧的计费建议为 0%的资费, 本发明对计费建议的具体格式、 取 值和实现方式不作限定。 步骤 S504 , OCS返回信用控制响应消息给内嵌 PCEF的网元。 步骤 S505 , 当这部分用量处理完后, 网元侧与 OCS侧继续按照现有技 术的信用控制交互流程进行, 后续的 CCR中不再携带用量和对应的计费建 议, 或即使携带这两个字段, 其取值也为 0。 本发明对这种实现可能性不作 限定。 装置实施例 根据本发明的实施例, 提供了一种在线计费装置, 该装置可以用于实现 上述的在线计费方法, 该装置包括: 发送模块, 用于当用户设备被允许以原 资费以外的其它资费和 /或免费使用一定用量的业务时,发送信用控制请求给 OCS , 其中, 信用控制请求中携带有一定用量的信息。 优选地, 一定用量的信息可以至少包括以下之一: 流量信息、 时长信息。 其中, 该装置可以通过内嵌 PCEF的网元来实现, 内嵌 PCEF的网元可 以包括以下之一: P-GW、 GGSN。 在发送模块发送信用控制请求给 OCS之前, AF经由 PCRF向内嵌 PCEF 的网元发送一定用量的信息。 在发送模块发送信用控制请求给 OCS之前, OCS接收来自 AF的一定用 量的信息; OCS在根据携带的一定用量的信息进行在线计费信用控制。 优选地, 当用户设备被允许以原资费以外的其它资费使用一定用量的业 务时, 发送模块发送的信用控制请求中还携带有对应于一定用量的信息的计 费建议信息。 在发送模块发送信用控制请求给 OCS之后, OCS接收来自内嵌 PCEF 的网元的信用控制请求; OCS对于用于用户设备的一定用量按照计费建议信 息进行信用控制。 在 OCS对于用于用户设备的一定用量按照计费建议信息进行信用控制 之后, 在 OCS与内嵌 PCEF的网元进行信用控制交互时的 CCR中不再携带 一定用量的信息或一定用量的值为 0。 在发送模块发送信用控制请求给 OCS之前, AF经由 PCRF向内嵌 PCEF 的网元发送一定用量的信息和计费建议信息。 在发送模块发送信用控制请求给 OCS之前, OCS接收来自 AF的一定用 量的信息和计费建议信息; OCS在根据携带的一定用量的信息和计费建议信 息进行在线计费信用控制。 通过本发明的上述实施例, 当用户设备被允许以原资费以外的其它资费 和 /或免费使用一定用量的业务时, 内嵌策略和计费执行功能实体 PCEF的网 元发送信用控制请求给在线计费系统, 其中, 所述信用控制请求中携带有所 述一定用量的信息, 解决了在第三方业务提供商或运营商允许用户以其它资 费或免费使用一定的业务的场景中无法实现在线计费的问题, 进而可以在第 三方业务提供商或运营商允许用户以其它资费或免费使用一定的业务的场景 中实现在线计费。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并 且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件 结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的^"神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

1. 一种在线计费方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 当用户设备被允许以原资费以外的其它资费和 /或免费使用一定 用量的业务时, 内嵌策略和计费执行功能实体 PCEF的网元发送信用 控制请求给在线计费系统, 其中, 所述信用控制请求中携带有所述一 定用量的信息。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当用户设备被允许免费使 用一定用量的业务时, 在所述内嵌 PCEF的网元发送所述信用控制请 求给所述在线计费系统之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述在线计费系统接收来自所述内嵌 PCEF的网元的所述信用控 制请求;
所述在线计费系统根据所述一定用量的信息进行在线计费信用控 制。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述内嵌 PCEF的网元 发送所述信用控制请求给所述在线计费系统之前, 所述方法还包括: 应用功能实体经由策略和计费规则功能实体 PCRF向所述内嵌 PCEF的网元发送所述一定用量的信息。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述内嵌 PCEF的网元 发送所述信用控制请求给所述在线计费系统之前, 所述方法还包括: 所述在线计费系统接收来自应用功能实体的所述一定用量的信 息;
所述在线计费系统根据所述一定用量的信息进行在线计费信用控 制。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当用户设备被允许以原资 费以外的其它资费使用所述一定用量的业务时, 所述信用控制请求中 还携带有对应于所述一定用量的信息的计费建议信息。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述内嵌 PCEF的网元 发送所述信用控制请求给所述在线计费系统之后, 所述方法还包括: 所述在线计费系统接收来自所述内嵌 PCEF的网元的所述信用控 制请求;
所述在线计费系统对于用于所述用户设备的所述一定用量按照所 述计费建议信息进行信用控制。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述在线计费系统对于 用于用户设备的所述一定用量按照所述计费建议信息进行信用控制之 后, 所述方法还包括:
在所述在线计费系统与所述内嵌 PCEF的网元进行信用控制交互 时的 CCR中不再携带所述一定用量的信息或所述一定用量的值为 0。
8. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述内嵌 PCEF的网元 发送所述信用控制请求给所述在线计费系统之前, 所述方法还包括: 应用功能实体经由策略和计费规则功能实体 PCRF向所述内嵌 PCEF的网元发送所述一定用量的信息和所述计费建议信息。
9. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述内嵌 PCEF的网元 发送所述信用控制请求给所述在线计费系统之前, 所述方法还包括: 所述在线计费系统接收来自所述应用功能实体的所述一定用量的 信息和所述计费建议信息;
所述在线计费系统根据所述一定用量的信息和所述计费建议信息 进行在线计费信用控制。
10. 根据权利要求 1至 9中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述一定用 量的信息至少包括以下之一: 流量信息、 时长信息。
11. 根据权利要求 1至 9中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述内嵌 PCEF 的网元包括以下之一: 分组数据网络网关 P-GW、 网关通用分组无线 业务支持节点 GGSN。
12. 一种在线计费方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 在线计费系统接收来自内嵌策略和计费执行功能实体 PCEF的网 元的信用控制请求, 其中, 所述信用控制请求携带有用户设备被允许 免费使用的业务的一定用量的信息;
所述在线计费系统根据所述一定用量的信息进行在线计费信用控 制。
13. —种在线计费方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 在线计费系统接收来自内嵌策略和计费执行功能实体 PCEF的网 元的信用控制请求, 其中, 所述信用控制请求携带有用户设备被允许 以原资费以外的其它资费使用的业务的一定用量的信息和对所述业务 的资费建议信息;
所述在线计费系统对于用于所述用户设备的所述一定用量按照所 述计费建议信息进行信用控制。
14. 一种在线计费方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 在线计费系统接收来自应用功能实体的用户设备被允许免费使用 的业务的一定用量的信息;
所述在线计费系统根据所述用量信息进行在线计费信用控制。
15. —种在线计费方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 在线计费系统接收来自应用功能实体的用户设备被允许以原资费 以外的其它资费使用的业务的一定用量的信息和对所述业务的资费建 议信息;
所述在线计费系统根据所述一定用量的信息和所述计费建议信息 进行在线计费信用控制。
16. —种在线计费装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送模块, 用于当用户设备被允许以原资费以外的其它资费和 /或 免费使用一定用量的业务时, 发送信用控制请求给在线计费系统, 其 中, 所述信用控制请求中携带有所述一定用量的信息。
