然后, 内嵌 PCEF的网元与在线计 费系统交互进行信用控制。 具体地, 内嵌 PCEF的网元安装执行计费规则, 然后, 允许用户设备免 费使用一定用量的业务。 其中, 一定用量可以至少包括以下之一: 一定流量、 一定时长。 优选地, 内嵌 PCEF的网元可以为 P-GW或网关通用分组无线业务支持 节点 ( Gateway General Packet Radio Service Supporting Node,简称为 GGSN )。 通过该实施例,在增强 PCC架构来实现上述动态数据用量策略控制的思 路里增强现有的计费方案, 实现了在第三方业务提供商或运营商允许用户免 费使用一定用量的业务的场景中进行在线计费。 下面以图 4为例说明这个在线计费方法流程。 实施例一 某用户已经付费给某第三方业务提供商购买了一本电子书, 该第三方业 务提供商允许该用户免费下载这本电子书, 如: 通过允许一定的业务流量下 载的方式 ( Volume Allowance ), 下面结合图 4对该过程进行详细描述。 图 4是根据本发明实施例的针对动态数据用量增强策略提出的在线计费 消息的流程图, 如图 4所示, 假定该实施例以使用的是 EPC核心网为例, 具 体计费信息的产生过程包括如下的步骤: 步骤 401 : UE附着到 EPS网络上, 即, UE附着到 P-GW上。 步骤 402, P-GW与 PCRF进行 IP-CAN会话建立。 步骤 403 : UE向 AF尝试访问由运营商或第三方业务提供商提供的电子 书下载业务, 即, UE连接到业务提供商请求业务。 步骤 404: 第三方业务提供商的 AF被触发为用户建立允许的动态数据 用量连接, 这种触发可以基于不同的应用场景, 这里是: 用户已经购买电子 书, 第三方业务提供商提供一定的业务允许给用户, 可以是允许的流量或时 长等信息, 这里不做限定, 此实施例以允许的流量信息为例提供免费的流量 下载 ( Volume Allowance ) 给用户下载已经购买的电子书。 步骤 405 : AF通过 Rx接口下发业务数据流信息和对应的允许用户设备 免费使用的信息 (即, 上述的一定用量的信息在该实施例中是允许的流量信 息 Id flow info Volume Allowance ) 和计费建议信息 ( Advice of Charging ) 给 PCRF。 需要说明的是, 这里的计费建议信息可以是 0%, 以表示建议承载侧 对这段用量釆用原来资费的 0%进行计费, 原因是用户已经在第三方付费购 买了电子书, 第三方对这部分用量下载已经收过费用, 因此不建议运营商的 承载侧再次收费。 需要指出的是, 对于计费建议信息的具体格式和值定义, 这里只是示例, 不作限定。 步骤 406: PCRF向 AF返回 Ack响应消息。 步骤 407: PCRF进行计费规则分发。 步骤 408: PCRF通过 Gx接口向 P-GW提供计费规则 ( rule ) 及对应的 允许用户设备免费使用的流量信息( Volume Allowance ), 相关计费建议信息 和事件触发 ( Event trigger ) 等。 步骤 409: 内嵌 PCEF的 P-GW安装执行计费规则。 步骤 410-412: P-GW与在线计费系统 OCS进行在线计费信用控制交互。 具体地,步骤 410: P-GW向在线计费系统 OCS发送信用控制请求 CCR。 步骤 411 : OCS执行信用控制。 步骤 412: OCS向 P-GW返回信用控制响应 CCA。 实施例二 在用户决定付费购买网上电影之前, 该第三方业务提供商允许该用户免 费浏览一定时间的片花, 如: 通过允许一定的时长的片花预览的方式 (Time Allowance ), 下面结合图 4对该过程进行详细描述。 图 4是根据本发明实施例的针对动态数据用量增强策略提出的在线计费 消息的流程图, 如图 4所示, 假定该实施例以使用的是 EPC核心网为例, 具 体计费信息的产生过程包括如下的步骤: 步骤 401 : UE附着到 EPS网络上, 即, UE附着到 P-GW上。 步骤 402, P-GW与 PCRF进行 IP-CAN会话建立。 步骤 403 : UE向 AF尝试访问由运营商或第三方业务提供商提供的影片 片花免费浏览, 即, UE连接到业务提供商请求业务。 步骤 404: 第三方业务提供商的 AF被触发为用户建立允许的动态数据 用量, 这种触发可以基于不同的应用场景, 这里是: 用户在决定付费收看电 影前, 第三方业务提供商提供一定时长的免费的片花浏览( Time Allowance ) 给用户。 步骤 405 : AF通过 Rx接口下发业务数据流信息和对应的允许用户设备 免费使用的信息,(即, 上述的一定用量的信息在该实施例中是允许的时长信 息 Time Allowance ) 给 PCRF„ 步骤 406: PCRF向 AF返回 Ack响应消息。 步骤 407: PCRF进行计费规则分发。 步骤 408: PCRF通过 Gx接口向 P-GW提供计费规则及对应的允许用户 设备免费使用的时长信息 Time Allowance和事件触发等。 步骤 409: 内嵌 PCEF的 P-GW安装执行计费规则, 在线计费时, 一旦 发现收到允许用户设备免费使用的时长信息 Time Allowance , 就允许用户设 备获取相应时长的对应业务后, 再开始与在线计费系统 OCS的信用控制交 互。 步骤 410-412: P-GW与在线计费系统 OCS进行在线计费信用控制交互。 具体地,步骤 410: P-GW向在线计费系统 OCS发送信用控制请求 CCR。 步骤 411 : OCS执行信用控制。 步骤 412: OCS向 P-GW返回信用控制响应 CCA。 根据本发明的实施例, 提供了一种在线计费装置, 该装置可以用于实现 上述的在线计费方法,图 5是才艮据本发明实施例的在线计费装置的结构框图 , 如图 5所示, 该装置包括: 处理模块 2和控制模块 4 , 下面对上述结构进行 详细描述。 处理模块 2 , 用于允许用户设备免费使用一定用量的业务; 控制模块 4 , 连接至处理模块 2 , 用于在处理模块 2允许用户设备免费使用一定用量的业 务之后, 与在线计费系统交互进行信用控制。 优选地, 一定用量可以包括以下之一: 一定流量、 一定时长。 其中, 该装置可以通过内嵌 PCEF的网元来实现, 在线计费装置可以为 P-GW或网关通用分组无线业务支持节点 ( Gateway General Packet Radio Service Supporting Node , 简称为 GGSN )„ 通过本发明的上述实施例, 内嵌 PCEF的网元允许用户设备免费使用一 定用量的业务, 然后, 内嵌 PCEF的网元与在线计费系统交互进行信用控制, 解决了相关技术中在第三方业务提供商或运营商允许用户免费使用一定的业 务的场景中无法实现在线计费的问题, 进而可以在第三方业务提供商或运营 商允许用户免费使用一定的业务的场景中实现在线计费。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并 且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件 结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的^"神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

6. —种在线计费装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
处理模块, 用于允许用户设备免费使用所述一定用量的业务; 控制模块, 用于在所述处理模块允许所述用户设备免费使用所述 一定用量的业务之后, 与在线计费系统交互进行信用控制。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述一定用量至少包括以 下之一: 一定流量、 一定时长。
8. 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述在线计费装置为 分组数据网络网关 P-GW。
