本发明的较佳实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明, 应当理解, 以下所 说明的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。
当用户终端和待接收文件终端配对后,接收终端将其位置信息发送到用户 终端的位置信息存储器中; 信息处理器通过对用户终端自身的位置信息和存 储器中的接收终端的位置信息进行比较得出接收终端相对于用户终端的方 位; 在用户需要传输文件时, 用户只需拖住待传输文件图标或 "发送"选项快 速朝接收终端的方位滑动, 当信息处理器判断用户对文件的操作为快速滑动, 并且滑动方向和接收终端方位信息一致时, 触发文件发送指令, 即完成了文 件发送。
图 1是本发明提供的一种实现文件传输方法的流程图, 如图 1所示, 包 括以下步骤:
步骤 S101 : 发送终端通过将自身位置信息与获取的接收终端的位置信息 进行比较, 得到在所述发送终端上的接收终端方位;
步骤 S102: 通过在所述发送终端的触摸屏上朝所述接收终端方位滑动, 获得向接收终端发送文件的指令, 以便按照该指令将所述文件传输到所述接 收终端。
本发明还包括步骤: 所述发送终端和所述接收终端配对后, 通过各自的 终端定位系统分别得到所述发送终端和所述接收终端的自身位置信息并进行 存储。
本发明还包括步骤:发送终端通过接收并存储接收终端发送的位置信息, 得到接收终端的位置信息。
本发明所述通过在所述发送终端的触摸屏上朝所述接收终端方位滑动, 获得向接收终端发送文件的指令的步骤包括: 对所述发送终端的触摸屏上朝 所述接收终端方位的滑动进行判断; 若所述滑动是快速滑动, 则将获得向接 收终端发送文件的指令。
本发明所述向接收终端发送文件的指令包括: 所述发送终端触摸屏上的 滑动方位与所述发送终端上的接收终端方位相同的方位指令, 以及所述发送 终端触摸屏上的滑动速度大于限定速度的速度指令。
本发明所述发送终端通过将自身的位置信息与获取的接收终端的位置信 息进行比较, 得到在所述发送终端上的接收终端方位的步骤包括: 所述发送 终端通过将自身的位置信息与获取的接收终端的位置信息进行比较, 得到所 述接收终端相对于所述发送终端的方位; 所述发送终端通过自身的磁传感器 对所述接收终端相对于所述发送终端的方位进行处理, 得到在所述发送终端 上的接收终端方位。
图 2是本发明提供的一种实现文件传输装置的示意图, 如图 2所示, 包 括: 获取方位模块 201 , 其设置成通过将发送终端的位置信息与获取到的接 收终端的位置信息进行比较, 得到在所述发送终端上的接收终端方位; 文件 传输模块 202 , 其设置成通过在所述发送终端的触摸屏上朝所述接收终端方 位滑动, 获得向接收终端发送文件的指令, 以便按照该指令将所述文件传输 到所述接收终端。
还包括定位单元, 其设置成分别获取所述发送终端和所述接收终端的自 身位置信息。
所述获取方位模块 201 包括: 获取位置信息单元, 其设置成通过接收并 存储接收终端发送的位置信息, 获取接收终端的位置信息; 比较单元, 其设 置成通过将所述发送终端的位置信息与所述接收终端的位置信息进行比较, 得到所述接收终端相对于所述发送终端的方位; 以及获取方位单元, 其设置 成通过所述发送终端的磁传感器对所述接收终端相对于所述发送终端的方位 进行处理, 得到在所述发送终端上的接收终端方位。
所述文件传输模块 202包括: 判断单元, 其设置成判断所述发送终端的 触摸屏上朝所述接收终端方位的滑动; 获取指令单元, 其设置成当所述判断 单元判断所述滑动是快速滑动时, 获得向接收终端发送文件的指令; 以及传 输单元, 其设置成根据所述发送文件的指令, 将所述文件传输到所述接收终 端。
图 3是本发明实施例提供的定向滑动文件传输系统的示意图, 如图 3所 示, 包括位置信息存储器 301、 信息处理器 302以及触控感应系统 303。 所 述位置信息存储器 301设置成: 存储用户终端及已配对的所有终端的位置信 息, 并当已配对终端重新在用户终端可搜索到范围内或位置信息发生改变时 进行位置信息的更新, 同时当用户终端位置发生变化时也向已配对终端发送 自身的更新位置信息; 所述信息处理器 302设置成: 得到已配对终端的位置 信息并与用户终端的位置信息进行比较得出已配对终端相对用户终端的方 向, 并将此方向信息返回到位置信息存储器中标记为已配对终端的方向; 所 述触控感应系统 303设置成: 判断用户触控待发送文件的速度是否处于文件 发送触发值; 文件滑动方向是否与接收终端方向一致; 进一步地, 当用户滑 动速度(滑动长度 /滑动时间 ) 大于某一限定值时启动文件传输。
其中, 所述信息处理器 302是设置成将所述触控感应系统中的相关触控 距离、 触控时间以及触控方向信息进行处理判断。
图 4是本发明实施例提供的终端定位系统的结构示意图, 包括 GPS定位 系统 401、 三轴陀螺仪 +加速传感器 402以及位置信息存储器 403。 所述 GPS 定位系统 401设置成使用户在户外时能够准确确定终端的位置信息并将所述 位置信息发送并存储在位置信息存储器 403中;所述三轴陀螺仪 +加速传感器 402设置成使用户在室内时准确确定终端的位置信息, 并将所述位置信息发 送并存储在位置信息存储器 403中。
其中所述三轴陀螺仪 +加速传感器 402包括: 三轴陀螺仪, 其设置成判断 终端的方向变化; 加速传感器, 其设置成计算终端方向加速度的距离, 进而 根据无 GPS信号时的初始位置信息便能计算出终端在室内的进一步位置信 息。 流程图, 如图 5所示, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 S501 : 终端 1与终端 2通过无线方式 (蓝牙或 WIFI等) 已经进行 过配对, 则进行步骤 S503;
步骤 S502: 终端 1与终端 2未通过无线方式进行过配对, 则所述终端 1 与终端 2通过无线方式进行搜索密钥配对, 配对完成后进行步骤 S503;
步骤 S503: 终端 1与终端 2分别将各自的当前位置信息发送到对方, 并 进行存储 (定时进行位置信息更新);
步骤 S504: 当在终端 1(终端 2)上传输命令启动时, 滑动方向 b按照终端 2(终端 1)的位置方向, 则文件发送对象判断为终端 2(终端 1)。
图 6是本发明实施例提供的终端自身方向定位及文件传输判断示意图, 如图 6所示, 终端 1位置固定后, 通过自身的磁传感器确定终端的方位, 如 图所示, 终端顶部朝向正北, 当终端 1与终端 2互发位置信息, 并确认终端 2的位置信息 nl时, 用户滑动文件, 此时触控屏幕计算用户滑动方向 b及滑 动速度 a, 当 a > m时, 终端 1启动发送指令, 若 b=nl时, 则终端 1发送文 件对象为终端 2。
图 7是本发明实施例提供的终端文件定位发送流程图,如图 7所示, 包括 以下步骤:
步骤 S701 : 发送终端与接收终端进行搜索配对;
步骤 S702:发送终端选择待发送文件并长按文件使终端给予反馈; 此时终端反馈有两种可能: 一、 当用户操作界面类似 windows PC电脑桌 面时, 各文件以图标形式排列在终端显示屏界面, 用户只需长按文件图标, 当图标可拖动时, 用户只需快速朝被发送终端滑动图标便可实现文件传输, 此时, 反馈形式便是文件图标变为可拖拽移动; 二、 当用户的文件是以标题 列表形式显示在终端界面上, 用户只需长按文件名, 此时弹出复制、 黏贴、 发送等常见选项, 用户只需再长按"发送"选项, 当"发送"选项变为可拖拽移 动时, 终端便可向接收终端方向快速滑动屏幕, 实现文件的传输, 此时, 反 馈形式便是"发送"选项变为可拖拽移动。
步骤 S703:当终端给予反馈时, 文件就可以进行拖拽移动, 用户在屏幕上 朝接收终端的方向快速滑动文件;
步骤 S704:当滑动速度 a >定值 m时, 终端 1启动发送指令, 若滑动方向 b=nl , 则进行步骤 S706; 若滑动方向 b=n2, 则进行步骤 S707;
步骤 S705:当滑动速度 a≤定值 m时, 终端 1不启动发送指令, 只进行一 般文件移动;
步骤 S706: 终端 1将文件发送给 nl所标识终端 2;
步骤 S707: 终端 1将文件发送给 n2所标识终端 3。
综上所述, 本发明具有以下技术效果:
本发明在整个发送过程中用户无需从自己的已配对用户列表中选取接收 终端, 特别是家庭用户局域网中, 每个用户可能都有很多已配对的无线终端, 且都可以进行无线数据互传, 本发明的优点就在于用户发送文件时只需要向 被发送终端滑动待发送文件即可, 减少了以往文件发送的步骤, 增加了用户 的操控感, 同时也带来了操控的娱乐感, 增加了用户体验的感受。
尽管上文对本发明进行了详细说明, 但是本发明不限于此, 本技术领域 技术人员可以根据本发明的原理进行各种修改。 因此, 凡按照本发明原理所 作的修改, 都应当理解为落入本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
与有关技术相比较, 本发明的有益效果在于: 用户在发送文件时只需要 向接收终端快速滑动待发送文件即可, 减少了以往文件发送的步骤, 增加了 用户的操控感, 同时也带来了操控的娱乐感, 提高了用户体验。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种实现文件传输的方法, 包括以下步骤:
发送终端通过将自身位置信息与获取的接收终端的位置信息进行比较, 得到在所述发送终端上的接收终端方位; 以及
通过在所述发送终端的触摸屏上朝所述接收终端方位滑动, 获得向接收 终端发送文件的指令, 以便按照该指令将所述文件传输到所述接收终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 还包括:
所述发送终端和所述接收终端配对后, 通过各自的终端定位系统分别得 到所述发送终端和所述接收终端的自身位置信息并进行存储。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 还包括: 发送终端通过接收并存储接收 终端发送的位置信息, 获取接收终端的位置信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 通过在所述发送终端的触摸屏上 朝所述接收终端方位滑动, 获得向接收终端发送文件的指令的步骤包括: 对所述发送终端的触摸屏上朝所述接收终端方位的滑动进行判断; 若所述滑动是快速滑动, 则获得向接收终端发送文件的指令。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述向接收终端发送文件的指令 包括: 所述发送终端触摸屏上的滑动方位与所述发送终端上的接收终端方位 相同的方位指令, 以及所述发送终端触摸屏上的滑动速度大于限定速度的速 度指令。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述发送终端通过将自身的位置 信息与获取的接收终端的位置信息进行比较, 得到在所述发送终端上的接收 终端方位的步骤包括:
所述发送终端通过将自身的位置信息与获取的接收终端的位置信息进行 比较, 得到所述接收终端相对于所述发送终端的方位; 以及
所述发送终端通过自身的磁传感器对所得到的接收终端相对于所述发送 终端的方位进行处理, 得到在所述发送终端上的接收终端方位。
7、一种实现文件传输的装置,用于终端中,其特征在于, 所述装置包括: 获取方位模块, 其设置成在所述终端用作发送终端时, 通过将所述发送 终端的位置信息与获取的接收终端的位置信息进行比较, 得到在所述发送终 端上的接收终端方位; 以及,
文件传输模块, 其设置成在所述终端用作发送终端时, 通过在所述发送 终端的触摸屏上朝所述接收终端方位滑动,获得向接收终端发送文件的指令, 以便按照该指令将所述文件传输到所述接收终端。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 还包括:
定位单元, 其设置成获取所述终端的自身位置信息。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述获取方位模块包括: 获取位置信息单元,其设置成通过接收并存储接收终端发送的位置信息, 获取接收终端的位置信息;
比较单元, 其设置成通过将所述发送终端的位置信息与所述接收终端的 位置信息进行比较, 得到所述接收终端相对于所述发送终端的方位; 以及 获取方位单元, 其设置成通过所述发送终端的磁传感器对所述接收终端 相对于所述发送终端的方位进行处理, 得到在所述发送终端上的接收终端方 位。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述文件传输模块包括: 判断单元, 其设置成判断所述发送终端的触摸屏上朝所述接收终端方位 的滑动;
获取指令单元, 其设置成当所述判断单元判断所述滑动是快速滑动时, 获得向接收终端发送文件的指令; 以及
传输单元, 其设置成根据所述发送文件的指令, 将所述文件传输到所述 接收终端。
