无棉电子烟的雾化器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子烟产品,特别是涉及一种无棉电子烟的雾化装置。
背景技术
现有技术中的电子烟的油都是存储在棉花里的,这样在吸的时候焦味比较大,且不环保、不卫生。另外,现有技术中的电子烟还具有结构复杂、不紧凑、易漏油的问题。
技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种无棉、无焦味、环保、卫生、不漏油、供油顺的无棉电子烟的雾化装置。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术解决方案是所述无棉电子烟的雾化装置,包括:依次设置的吸嘴、储油杯、过滤组件和发热单元;雾化器还包括电源连接组件,电源连接组件与发热单元电连接。
作为优选:储油杯包括筒体,筒体的内部是储油腔,筒体的外表面具有用于形成烟道的缺口。
作为优选:过滤组件包括渗油片和过滤片。
作为优选:电源连接组件包括环状的内电极和外电极,内电极与外电极之间设置有绝缘层。
作为优选:外电极上设置有螺纹。
作为优选:雾化器还包括支架,发热单元支撑在支架上。
作为优选:雾化器还包括保护套,储油杯、过滤组件和发热单元设置在保护套内,吸嘴设置在保护套的第一端,电源连接组件设置在保护套的第二端。
作为优选:吸嘴的内侧设置在收纳槽。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点:该无棉电子烟的雾化器将油直接存储在储油杯内,不需要使用棉花来存储油,因此在吸的过程中,不会有因燃烧棉花带来的焦味,因此改善了口感。另外,由于无棉电子烟的雾化器是无棉的,因此具有环保、卫生、无焦味、供油顺等的特点。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明下面将结合附图作进一步详述:
如图1和2所示,所述电子烟的雾化器包括:依次设置的吸嘴10、储油杯30、过滤组件40和发热单元50;雾化器还包括电源连接组件60,电源连接组件60与发热单元50电连接。使用时,将外部电源插入电源连接组件60,从而得发热单元50供电,使由储油杯30内流出的油经过过滤组件40后被雾化。
本实施例中,过滤组件40包括渗油片42和过滤片41,其中,过滤片41固定于储油杯30上,不会轻易掉落,防止漏油。
油直接存储在储油杯30内,不需要使用棉花来存储油,因此在吸的过程中,不会因燃烧棉花带来的焦味,因此改善了口感。另外,由于该无棉电子烟的雾化器是无棉的,因此具有环保、卫生的特点。
在一个优选的实施例中,储油杯30包括筒体32,筒体32的内部是储油腔,筒体32的外表面具有用于形成烟道的缺口。当吸烟时,油从储油杯通过过滤组件40流出,受到发热单元50的作用而产生烟气,产生的烟气通过烟道流向吸嘴10。
本实施例中,电源连接组件60包括环状的内电极64和外电极61,内电极64与外电极61之间设置有绝缘层63。本实施例中,外电极61上设置有螺纹62。这样,这嵌套设置有内电极64和外电极61,便可形成电源连接组件。使用时,仅需要将外部电源的插头插入内电极64内,并将外部电源的插头通过螺纹62与外电极61连接起来即可,可以防止供电时的接触不良问题。
本发明的实施方式
如图1和2所示,雾化器还包括支架70,发热单元50支撑在支架70上。支架70使用食品级耐高温硅胶,防止温度过高烧焦储油杯造成焦味现象。
本实施例中,雾化器还包括保护套20,储油杯30、过滤组件40和发热单元50设置在保护套20内,吸嘴10设置在保护套20的第一端,电源连接组件60设置在保护套20的第二端。使用保护套20可以更好地保护雾化器的内部组件。
本实施例中,吸嘴10的内侧设置在收纳槽11,以收缩和存储吸烟时产生的污垢,从而进一步提高了卫生性。

  1. 一种无棉电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,包括:依次设置的吸嘴(10)、储油杯(30)、过滤组件((40)和发热单元(50);所述雾化器还包括电源连接组件(60),所述电源连接组件(60)与所述发热单元(50)电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述无棉电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述储油杯(30)包括筒体(32)),所述筒体(32)的内部是储油腔,所述筒体(32)的外表面具有用于形成烟道的缺口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述无棉电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述过滤组件(40)包括渗油片(42)和过滤片(41)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述无棉电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述电源连接组件(60)包括环状的内电极(64)和外电极(61),所述内电极(64)与所述外电极(61)之间设置有绝缘层(63)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述无棉电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述外电极(61)上设置有螺纹(62)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述无棉电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括支架(70),所述发热单元(50)支撑在所述支架(70)上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述无棉电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括保护套(20),所述储油杯(30)、过滤组件(40)和发热单元(50)设置在所述保护套(20)内,所述吸嘴(10)设置在所述保护套(20)的第一端,所述电源连接组件(60)设置在所述保护套(20)的第二端。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述无棉电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴(10)的内侧设置在收纳槽(11)。
