본원은 가발 프레임의 외부로 돌출되는 식모라인 보강 구조를 갖는 가발에 관한 것이다.
본원의 기술사상으로 제공되는 가발은 가발프레임의 전면으로는 스킨컬러베이스부와 모노필라멘트부와 이들의 겹침부를 포함하여 제공되고, 가발 프레임의 후면으로는 가발모가 식재된 식모라인이 전면부를 ∪자형이나 타원형으로 감싸는 구성으로 제공되는 가발구조에서, 가발 프레임의 스킨컬러베이스부 외연을 이루는 겹침부에서 스킨컬러베이스부 외측으로 식모라인 보강부를 돌출시켜 곁대는 구조를 이루어서 볼륨-업 기능을 높이도록 제공되는 가발에 대한 기술사상의 발명이다.
종래의 가발제품은 가발베이스로 전체 가발 틀을 구성하여 고정되고 정형화된 형상을 가짐으로써, 헤어스타일의 연출에 한계를 갖고 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 출원인은 선 등록특허 제0844139호 기술에서 가발 캡을 이루는 전면 베이스부는 스킨컬러베이스부와 모노필라멘트부와 이들의 겹침부를 포함하여 제공되고, 식모라인부는 가발모가 식재된 식모라인이 전면 베이스부를 자형이나 타원형으로 감싸지는 구조를 이루되, 전면 베이스부를 식모라인 2 ~ 10 개가 자형으로 또는 타원형으로 감싸서 부착되는 구성을 이루어 부착 및 제공됨으로 통풍성과 자모와의 섞임 효과를 높이며 볼륨-업 효과를 갖는 가발상품을 개발하여 전국 백화점에서 인기리에 판매하고 있다.
또한, 출원인의 선출원 특허로서 2009년 제76428호 특허에서는 기존의 반 가발 제품에 비하여 보다 가볍고 보다 통풍성이 우수한 반 가발을 제공하기 위해, 가발의 전면부를 형성하는 가발 띠와 가발 띠의 중앙으로 베이스부나 레이스부가 위치하고 베이스부나 레이스부를 자형으로 감싸 식모라인부를 갖고 가발 띠의 양단부로는 신축밴드부를 갖고 두부에 탈, 부착하도록 기능하는 반 가발 구조가 제공되어 사용자의 자모가 식모라인 사이로 인출되어 자모와 가발모 사이의 섞임 효과를 높임과 동시 통풍성을 높이도록 제공되는 반 가발구조가 제시되어 있다.
또 다른 출원인의 선출원 특허로서 2009년 제82983호 특허에서는 기존의 가발구조에 비하여 보다 가볍고 보다 통풍성이 우수하여 가능한 한 땀 배출을 적게 하면서도 착용자의 자모와 가발모가 자연스럽게 어울림을 연출할 수 있고 가발을 착용하고 있는 동안의 불편함을 개선하는 가발구조가 제공되어 독립구조의 식모라인 사이로 자모를 빼기 쉬운 인출효과, 자모와의 섞임효과, 통풍성 개선효과를 얻도록 제공되는 통가발 구조가 제시되어 있다.
그러나 상기의 등록특허 제0844139호 가발제품, 상기의 2009-76428호의 반 가발 제품, 상기의 2009-82983호의 통가발 제품의 구조에서도 처음 사용시에는 볼륨감을 살리고 통풍성을 확보할 수 있으나, 사용 후 1~2개월 시간이 지남에 따라 가발모가 자모에 밀착되어 볼륨감을 상실하게 되는 문제점으로 다시 미장원을 찾아가서 볼륨 업을 시켜줘야 하는 불편함을 호소하고, 또한 모자를 쓰거나 머풀러 등을 이용했을 때 가발의 특정부위가 눌려서 가라앉은 상황이 발생하는 경우 보완/조절해주는 기능이 없으므로 이의 개선 대책이 요구되었다.
특히 가발 구입 당시에는 사용자에게 적합한 가발을 선택하여 사용할 수 있지만, 시간이 지나면서 사용자의 가발 정수리부가 자연스레 낮아져서 볼륨감을 상실하고 가라앉는 결과로 인해서 볼륨-업이 필요한 정수리부분이나 관자놀이 부분에 증모를 해줘서 두상 스타일을 볼륨-업시키는 효과를 얻기 위해 미장원을 찾아야 하는 번거롭고 인위적인 작업과정을 거쳐서 볼륨감을 살려야 하는 불편함을 해소하기 위한 방안이 필요하였다.
본원은 가발 착용시 시간이 지나면서 사용자의 가발 정수리부가 자연스럽게 낮아져서 볼륨감을 상실하게 되므로 미장원에 찾아가서 다시 볼륨을 업(up) 시키는 수단을 동원해야만 수요자가 원하는 헤어스타일을 구현할 수 있는 가발 사용상의 문제점을 해소하고자 하는 과제를 갖고 시작된 발명이다.
본원은 가발프레임의 전면베이스부가 스킨컬러베이스부나 모노필라멘트부나 이들의 겹침부를 포함하여 제공되고, 가발프레임 후면으로는 가발모가 식재된 식모라인이 ∪자형이나 타원형으로 전면베이스부를 감싸는 구성의 가발에서, 가발 프레임의 전면베이스부의 정수리 부위에서 전면베이스부 외측으로 식모라인보강부를 돌출시켜 곁 대는 구조를 이루면서 동시에 또는 선택적으로 식모라인 외측으로 식모라인보강부를 돌출시키는 구조를 이루어서 볼륨-업 기능을 높인 가발을 제공하고자 하는 목적을 갖는 발명이다.
본원의 기술사상이 적용되는 가발제품은 기본적으로 인공 또는 천연모발이 가발의 베이스나 식모라인에 식모되어 탈모, 흉터, 화상 등의 부위를 캄프러치 하여 보완하고, 자모에 탈, 부착이 가능하도록 제공되는 가발제품에 적용될 수 있다.
본원에서 제공되는 가발제품은 가발프레임 전면으로는 스킨컬러베이스부와 모노필라멘트부와 이들의 겹침부를 포함하여 전면베이스부를 형성하도록 제공되고, 가발 프레임의 후면으로는 가발모가 식재된 식모라인이 전면부를 ∪자형이나 타원형으로 감싸는 구성으로 제공되는 가발에서, 상기 가발 프레임의 전면베이스부의 정수리 부위에서 전면베이스부 외측 상부로 식모라인보강부를 돌출시켜 곁 대는 구조를 이루면서 동시에 또는 선택적으로 식모라인 외연으로도 식모라인보강부를 돌출시키는 구조를 이루어서 볼륨-업 기능을 높인 가발을 통하여 상기 목적을 달성하고자 하는 기술사상의 발명이다.
상기 가발 프레임은 전면베이스부로 중앙에 스킨컬러베이스부를 갖고 스킨컬러베이스부의 양 측면으로 모노필라멘트부를 가지며, 양 측면의 모노필라멘트부는 후면모노필라멘트부와 연결되는 구성으로 가발 프레임을 형성하는 구조로 제공될 수 있으며, 또한 본원의 가발프레임 겹침부, 측면 및 후면의 모노필라멘트부에는 가느다란 철심이 부착되어 가발캡이 정형(定形)을 유지하도록 제공하고자 하는 기술사상도 포함한다.

본원의 기술사상이 구체적으로 구현되는 실시양태는 하기의 '발명을 실시하기 위한 구체적인 내용'란 기재에서 도면을 참조하여 구체적으로 설명하기로 한다.
본원은 인공 또는 천연모발이 식모되어 머리부위에 탈, 부착이 가능하도록 구성되어 탈모, 흉터, 화상 등의 부위를 캄프러치시켜 보완하는 가발 구조뿐 아니라 정상적인 모발을 가진 사람도 자신의 두개골 유형을 보완하기 위하여, 또는 부분적으로 처진 헤어부에 볼륨감을 주는 가발제품을 제공하는 효과를 갖는다.

본원의 기술사상을 구현하기 위한 발명의 실시내용을 실시예로 기재하기에 앞서, 본 출원의 명세서나 청구범위에 사용된 용어나 단어는 통상적이거나 사전적인 의미로 한정해서 해석되어서는 아니 될 것이며, 본원의 보호범위는 본원발명의 기술적 사상에 부합하는 의미와 개념으로 해석되어야만 할 것이며, 본 명세서에 기재된 예시는 본 발명의 가장 바람직한 일 실시예에 불과할 뿐이고 본원의 기술사상을 모두 대변하는 것은 아니므로, 본 출원시점에 있어서 이들을 대체할 수 있는 다양한 균등물과 변형 예들이 있을 수 있음을 이해하여야 할 것이다.
이하, 본 발명을 제시되는 도면에 의하여 본원의 기술사상이 적용되는 예를 상세하게 설명하고자 하는바, 본원의 가발구조를 가발 틀에 모발이 식모되기 이전 상태의 전면 베이스부와 식모라인만을 갖고 설명하는 것이 더욱 명확하게 본원 가발구조의 기술적 특징부를 설명할 수 있을 것으로 판단되어 가발모가 식재되지 않은 상태의 가발프레임(가발 틀) 구조를 갖고 설명하고자 하며, 본원의 가발프레임을 이루는 베이스부나 식모라인에는 인공모나 천연모가 심겨져서 가발을 형성하여 제공됨은 물론이다.
도 1은 본원의 기술사상이 적용되어 일 적용예 형태로 구현된 가발 캡 구조(설리번 타입)를 나타내고자 한 것으로, 가발 캡의 전체구조를 나타내기 위해 상부에서 바라본 상부평면도를 도시한 것이다.
본원의 기술사상으로 제공되는 가발제품(100)을 이해를 돕기 위해 편의상으로 전면베이스부와 후면으로 식모라인부(50)을 갖는 구조로 설명할 수 있는바, 전면베이스부는 중앙으로 스킨컬러베이스부(10)를 갖고 스킨컬러베이스부(10)를 중앙으로 하여 양측으로 측면모노필라멘트부(20,20')를 가지며 스킨컬러베이스부(10)와 모노필라멘트부(20)가 겹치는 부분에 중첩부(30,30')를 갖는 구성으로 이루어지고, 상기의 스킨컬러베이스부(10) 및 측면모노필라멘트부(20,20')으로 이루어지는 전면의 후면 쪽으로는 인공모나 천연모가 심겨져서 제공되는 식모라인부(50)가 ∪자형이나 타원형으로 감싸는 구성으로 제공되는 가발에서, 도 1에서는 전면부를 이루는 스킨컬러베이스부가 정수리 부위로 3개의 돌출부(10a, 10b, 10c)를 갖는 구조를 이루고 그 외연을 이루는 중첩부(30,30')에서 중앙의 스킨컬러베이스부 외측 상부로 식모라인 보강부(41,42)를 평행으로 돌출시켜 평행복층 구조를 이루도록 곁대어진 형태를 나타낸 것이고, 후면으로는 식모라인 51, 52는 스킨컬러베이스부의 중첩부(30,30')에 크로스겹침부를 갖도록 연결되고, 식모라인 53, 54, 55, 56 등은 측면모노필라멘트부에 연결되는 구성으로 제공될 수 있음을 나타낸 것이다 .
상기 도 1에 제시된 제품을 종래 가발제품과 비교할 때 가장 큰 차별성은 스킨컬러베이스부 외측 상부로 식모라인 보강부(41,42)를 돌출시켜 곁 대는 구조를 이룸으로서 가발을 착용했을 때 스킨컬러베이스부의 정수리 부위가 하부로 쳐지는 현상이 발생되는 경우에도 돌출시켜 곁 댄 구조의 식모라인 보강부(41,42)가 여전히 일정 높이를 유지하여 주는 효과로 인하여 볼륨-업 기능을 항상 유지하는 가발을 제공하고자 하는 기술사상의 발명이다.
도 2에서 제시되는 가발도 동일한 기술사상이 적용되어 구현된 가발 캡 구조(앤휴 타입)를 상부에서 바라본 상부평면도로 도시한 것으로, 전면의 베이스부가 중앙으로 스킨컬러베이스부(10)를 갖고 스킨컬러베이스부(10)를 중앙으로 하여 양측으로 측면모노필라멘트부(20,20')를 가지며 스킨컬러베이스부(10)와 모노필라멘트부(20)가 겹치는 부분에 중첩부(30,30')를 갖는 구성으로 이루어지고, 상기의 스킨컬러베이스부(10) 및 측면모노필라멘트부(20,20')으로 이루어지는 전면부에 인공모나 천연모가 심겨져서 제공되는 식모라인부(50)가 ∪자형이나 타원형으로 감싸는 구성으로 제공되는 가발에서, 상기 전면부를 이루는 스킨컬러베이스부(10)의 외연을 이루는 중첩부(30,30')에서 중앙의 스킨컬러베이스부 외부 상측으로 식모라인 보강부(41,42)가 타원형으로 크로스 겹침부를 형성하여 크로스복층구조를 이루도록 제공된 것을 특징으로 하고, 또 하나의 식모라인 보강부(43)는 타원형으로 돌출시켜 곁 대는 구조를 이루어서 스킨컬러베이스부가 하부로 쳐지는 현상이 발생하는 경우에도 식모라인 보강부(41,42,43)가 여전히 일정 높이를 유지하며 볼륨-업 기능을 유지하도록 제공될 수 있음을 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본원에서 제공되는 가발의 부차적 특징부로 측면 및 후면의 연결구조를 나타내기 위하여 가발 틀의 측면부 및 후면부를 중심으로 바라본 사시도를 나타낸 것으로, 전면의 스킨컬러베이스부(10)를 중심으로 양 측면으로 측면모노필라멘트부(20,20')를 가지며, 양 측면의 모노필라멘트부(20,20')사이에는 후면모노필라멘트부(60)와 연결되는 구성으로 가발 프레임을 형성하여 제공될 수 있음을 나타내고자 한 것으로, 상기 가발 틀의 중첩부(30,30') 및 측면모노필라멘트부(20,20')와 후면모노필라멘트부(60)의 겹침부(61)까지 가느다란 철심이 부착되어 가발캡이 정형(定形)을 유지하도록 제공될 수 있는바, 가발 틀의 중첩부(30,30')에는 철심(31)이 부착된 구조를 이루고, 측면모노필라멘트부(20,20')에는 측면 보강철심(21)이 하단부를 거쳐 후면모노필라멘트부(60)의 겹침부(61)를 지나 다시 측면모노필라멘트부(20)의 상부를 거쳐 가발 틀의 중첩부(30)에 있는 중첩부 보강철심(31)까지 연결되는 구성으로 제공되어 가발 캡이 일정 형태를 장기적으로 유지하는 정형(定形)효과를 갖는 가발로 적용될 수 있음을 나타낸 것이다.
또한, 본원에서 제공되는 가발틀의 측면모노필라멘트부(20)와 후면모노필라멘트부(60)의 겹침부(61)나 또는 후면모노필라멘트부의 일부(1~3개소)에 고무줄이나 탄성밴드 등의 탄성이음부(62)를 갖도록 제공되어 사용자의 가발이 두부에서 쉽게 벗겨지지 않고 밀착도를 높이도록 제공되는 구성으로 제공될 수 있음을 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 도 3에 제시된 가발 틀의 후면부를 중심으로 바라본 사시도를 나타낸 것으로, 본원에서 제공되는 가발틀의 측면모노필라멘트부(20)와 후면모노필라멘트부(60)의 겹침부(61)의 내측에서 후면모노필라멘트부(60)에 2개의 탄성이음부(62a, 62b)를 갖는 구성으로 제공되어 사용자의 가발이 두부에서 쉽게 벗겨지지 않고 밀착도를 높이는 구성으로 제공될 수 있음을 나타낸 것이다.
본원의 상기 도 1 내지 도 4에 제시되는 가발 프레임 구조는 본래 인공 또는 천연모발이 식모되어 머리부위에 탈, 부착이 가능하도록 제공되는 가발제품으로 표현되는 경우 본원의 가발 프레임 구조의 기술적 특징부를 설명할 수 없으므로 가발모가 식재되지 않은 상태의 가발프레임(가발 틀) 구조를 갖고 설명하였으나 실제 가발제품에서는 본원에서 설명되는 부분은 대부분 외부에 노출되지 않는 부분이다.
도 5는 본원의 기술사상이 적용되어 제공되는 가발제품에 적용하기 위한 실시양태로 제공되는 가발프레임의 전면베이스부 정수리부위의 겹침부 사이에서 스킨컬러베이스부 외측으로 식모라인 보강부를 돌출시켜 곁 대는 구조를 이루면서 동시에 식모라인 외연으로도 보강부를 돌출시키는 구조를 이루어서 볼륨-업 기능을 높이도록 적용되는 실시양태의 사진도를 나타낸 것으로, 도 5a에 제시되는 좌측헤드부 사진도에서 보강대 1(41a), 보강대 3(43a), 보강대 4(44a)은 평행한 구조로 도 5b에 제시되는 우측헤드부 사진도에서 동일 위치에서 보강대 1(41b),보강대 3(43b), 보강대 4(44b)에 연결되는 구성으로 적용되고, 도 5a에 제시되는 사진도에서 보강대 2(42a)는 경사면을 이루며 다른 보강대와 크로스부를 형성하면서 도 5b에 제시되는 우측헤드부 사진도에 나타나듯이 보강대 2(42b)가 후미에 연결되는 구성으로 적용되고 도 5a에 제시되는 사진도에서 보강대 5(45a)는 경사면을 이루며 다른 보강대와 크로스부를 형성하며 도 5b에 제시되는 사진도에서와 같이 보강대 5(45b)가 보강대 1(41b)과 보강대 3(43b) 사이의 위치에 연결되는 구성으로 적용되는 실시양태의 사진도를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 가발 프레임의 전면으로는 스킨컬러베이스부와 모노필라멘트부와 이들의 겹침부를 포함하여 제공되고, 가발 프레임의 후면으로는 가발모가 식재된 식모라인이 전면부를 U자형이나 타원형으로 감싸는 구성으로 제공되는 가발에 있어서,
    상기 가발 프레임의 스킨컬러베이스부 외연을 감싸는 겹침부나 모노필라멘트부에서 스킨컬러베이스부나 식모라인부의 외측으로 식모라인보강부를 돌출시켜 평행복층구조를 이루거나 크로스복층구조를 이루어서 볼륨-업 기능을 높이도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가발.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 가발 프레임은 전면 중앙으로 스킨컬러베이스부를 갖고 스킨컬러베이스부의 양 측면으로 모노필라멘트부를 가지며, 양 측면의 모노필라멘트부는 후면모노필라멘트부와 연결되는 구성으로 가발 프레임을 형성하여 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가발.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 가발 프레임의 겹침부, 측면 및 후면의 모노필라멘트부에는 가느다란 철심이 부착되어 가발캡이 정형(定形)을 유지하도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가발.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 가발 프레임의 측면모노필라멘트부와 후면모노필라멘트부의 연결부나 후면모노필라멘트부의 1~3개소에 탄성이음부를 갖도록 제공되어 사용자의 두부에 가발의 밀착도를 높이도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가발.
  5. 가발 프레임의 전면으로는 스킨컬러베이스부와 모노필라멘트부와 이들의 겹침부를 포함하고, 가발 프레임의 후면으로는 가발모가 식재된 식모라인이 전면부를 U자형이나 타원형으로 감싸는 구성으로 제공되는 가발의 이용방법에 있어서,
    상기 가발 프레임의 스킨컬러베이스부 외연을 이루는 겹침부나 모노필라멘트부에서 스킨컬러베이스부나 식모라인부의 외측으로 식모라인보강부를 돌출시켜 평행복층구조를 이루거나 크로스복층구조를 이루어서 볼륨-업 기능을 높이도록 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가발의 이용방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 가발 프레임의 측면모노필라멘트부와 후면모노필라멘트부의 연결부나 후면모노필라멘트부의 1~3개소에 탄성이음부를 갖도록 제공되어 사용자의 두부에 가발의 밀착도를 높이도록 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가발의 이용방법.
