技术领域 本发明涉及通讯技术领域, 具体可以涉及一种错误码信息获取方法、装置及系统。 背景技术 随着无线通讯技术的发展,无线移动终端在人们生活中得到了越来越广泛的应用, 与此同时, 全球的移动运营商网络也在迅猛发展, 终端与纷繁复杂的网络之间的接入 及处理, 引发了一系列突出的问题, 特别是移动终端与网络之间接入失败后, 移动终 端的响应和处理方式, 很大程度上决定了移动终端的性能及易用性, 并直观的影响了 用户的使用感受。 对于移动终端来说, 注册网络和拨号连接时, 常常会因为某些原因被网络拒绝, 导致注册或联网失败。 其中, 注册失败的原因有很多, 例如: 网络不允许漫游、 未找 到合适小区、 国际移动用户识别码未存储等等; 并且, 对于无线数据类移动终端来说, 拨号联网更是用途甚广的功能, 在移动终端与网络接入时, 拨号联网失败时有发生, 而原因更是多种多样, P域附着失败、分组数据协议(Packet Data Protocol,简称为 PDP) 激活失败、 端口被占用等等。 而且, 在移动终端正常使用的过程中, 也会因为各种原 因发生网络去附着或者联网断开的事件, 如由于移动终端的移动尝试了注册漫游网络 被拒绝, 或由于网络原因导致 PDP连接断开等, 这些均为移动终端与网络交互的非正 常状态。 目前, 对于上述移动终端与网络交互过程中遇到的非正常状态, 移动终端的处理 是存在很多问题的。 比如, 当移动终端注册网络失败后, 移动终端仅仅通过向用户显示"无服务 "或"无 信号"等提示, 而并不向用户进行具体失败原因的说明, 也不进行下一步操作的提示说 明。 这种情况下, 虽然失败原因往往是由于网络等客观因素导致, 但用户容易造成对 终端功能、 性能方面的误解, 认为终端性能差, 使用不便等印象。 再比如, 移动终端在进行拨号联网发生失败后, 也是仅仅向用户显示"联网失败", 而没有给用户任何提示, 用于下一步执行操作。 这样处理的结果, 除了让用户造成对 移动终端性能的误解之外, 还使得移动终端与用户的互动性降低。 还有, 如果多次因为非功能、 性能原因引起的移动终端无法注册网络, 或连续多 次联网失败, 会给用户带来极大的负面印象, 抱怨不断, 最终影响移动终端的口碑。 另外, 即使在移动终端正常使用的情况下, 由于切换或信号的原因, 终端与网络 断开的事件也会时有发生, 用户对于这种情况的处理毫无方法, 严重影响下一步操作 使用。 那么可见, 现有技术中, 在移动终端与网络交互过程中如果遇到的非正常状态即 接入网络失败, 移动终端均无法提供失败原因的明确信息和响应提示, 而导致移动终 端易用性差、 不利于用户与移动终端交互。 发明内容 本发明提供一种错误码信息获取方法、 装置及系统, 可快捷准确的获取移动终端 接入网络失败原因, 并向用户提供响应提示, 从而可智能快捷的辅助用户与移动终端 进行良好的交互, 提高用户对于移动终端的体验度。 本发明提供方案如下- 本发明实施例提供了一种错误码信息获取方法, 包括: 移动终端接收第一消息, 所述第一消息是当移动终端接入网络失败后, 由网络侧 发送给移动终端的, 所述第一消息中包括错误码信息, 所述错误码信息用于标识移动 终端接入网络失败原因信息; 移动终端获取所述接入网络失败原因信息; 移动终端显示所述接入网络失败原因信息。 优选的, 所述方法在移动终端接收第一消息之前还包括: 当接入网络失败后, 移动终端向网络侧发送查询消息, 查询接入网络失败原因信 息。 优选的, 所述移动终端获取所述接入网络失败原因信息包括: 移动终端解析所述第一消息中的错误码信息, 获取所述第一消息中包括的接入网 络失败原因信息; 移动终端将所述接入网络失败原因信息封装至适于移动终端内部传输的第二消息 中; 移动终端通过内部传输通道, 将所述第二消息进行内部传输; 移动终端对内部传输后的所述第二消息进行解析, 获取所述第二消息中包括的接 入网络失败原因信息。 优选的, 所述第二消息为移动终端当前操作系统和 /或硬件协议所规定的消息类 型; 所述内部传输通道为移动终端当前操作系统和 /或硬件所提供的内部传输通道。 优选的, 所述移动终端显示所述接入网络失败原因信息包括: 显示接入网络失败原因信息应对信息。 本发明实施例还提供了一种错误码信息获取装置, 包括: 接收模块, 设置为接收第一消息, 所述第一消息是当移动终端接入网络失败后, 由网络侧发送给移动终端的, 所述第一消息中包括错误码信息, 所述错误码信息用于 标识移动终端接入网络失败原因信息; 获取模块, 设置为获取所述接入网络失败原因信息; 显示模块, 设置为显示所述接入网络失败原因信息。 优选的, 所述装置, 还包括: 查询模块, 设置为当接入网络失败后, 向网络侧发送查询消息, 查询接入网络失 败原因信息。 优选的, 所述获取模块包括- 第一解析单元, 设置为解析所述第一消息中的错误码信息, 获取所述第一消息中 包括的接入网络失败原因信息; 封装单元, 设置为将所述第一解析单元获取的接入网络失败原因信息封装至适于 移动终端内部传输的第二消息中, 所述第二消息为移动终端当前操作系统和 /或硬件协 议所规定的消息类型; 传输单元, 设置为通过内部传输通道, 将所述第二消息进行移动终端内部传输, 所述内部传输通道为移动终端当前操作系统和 /或硬件所提供的内部传输通道; 第二解析单元, 设置为接收传输单元通过内部传输通道所传输的所述第二消息, 并解析所述第二消息, 获取所述第二消息中包括的接入网络失败原因信息, 以便所述 显示模块进行显示。 优选的, 所述显示模块显示的信息中, 还包括接入网络失败原因信息应对信息。 本发明实施例还提供了一种错误码信息获取系统, 包括网络侧设备和移动终端; 所述网络侧设备, 设置为当所述移动终端接入网络失败时, 向所述移动终端发送 第一消息, 所述第一消息中包括错误码信息, 所述错误码信息用于标识移动终端接入 网络失败原因信息; 所述移动终端, 设置为接收所述第一消息, 获取并显示所述接入网络失败原因信 息。 从以上所述可以看出, 本发明实施例提供的错误码信息获取方法、 装置及系统, 通过移动终端接收第一消息, 所述第一消息是当移动终端接入网络失败后, 由网络侧 发送给移动终端的, 所述第一消息中包括错误码信息, 所述错误码信息用于标识移动 终端接入网络失败原因信息; 移动终端获取所述接入网络失败原因信息; 移动终端显 示所述接入网络失败原因信息。 从而可快捷准确的获取移动终端接入网络失败原因, 并向用户提供响应提示, 从而可智能快捷的辅助用户与移动终端进行良好的交互, 提 高用户对于移动终端的体验度。 附图说明 图 1为本发明实施例提供的错误码信息获取方法流程示意图一; 图 2为本发明实施例提供的错误码信息获取方法中所涉及的 ClassDriver系统功能 架构图; 图 3为本发明实施例提供的错误码信息获取方法流程示意图二; 图 4为本发明实施例提供的错误码信息获取方法流程示意图三; 图 5为本发明实施例提供的错误码信息获取方法流程示意图四; 图 6为本发明实施例提供的错误码信息获取装置结构示意图; 图 7为本发明实施例提供的错误码信息获取系统结构示意图。 具体实施方式 为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图及具体实施例对 本发明进行详细描述。 本发明实施例提供了一种错误码信息获取方法, 如附图 1所示, 包括: 步骤 101, 移动终端接收第一消息, 所述第一消息是当移动终端接入网络失败后, 由网络侧发送给移动终端的, 所述第一消息中包括错误码信息, 所述错误码信息用于 标识移动终端接入网络失败原因信息; 步骤 102, 移动终端获取所述接入网络失败原因信息; 步骤 103, 移动终端显示所述接入网络失败原因信息。 本发明实施例提供的错误码信息获取方法的实现, 可快捷准确的获取移动终端接 入网络失败原因, 从而可智能快捷的辅助用户与移动终端进行良好的交互, 提高用户 对于移动终端的体验度。 本发明实施例中, 当移动终端在进行接入网络操作例如注册、 附着或拨号联网失 败后, 可向网络侧发送一查询信息, 用于查询此次接入网络失败的具体原因。 当网络 侧接收到该查询信息后, 可根据第三代合作伙伴项目 (the 3rd Generation Partnership Project, 简称为 3GPP)等协议中的具体描述, 将错误码信息即移动终端接入网络失败 原因信息进行收集解析, 并通过空口消息发往移动终端。 当然, 网络侧也可在移动终端接入网络失败后, 自动向移动终端发送错误码信息, 而无需移动终端向网络侧发送查询信息。 当移动终端接收到网络侧发送的、 包含接入网络失败原因信息的消息后, 移动终 端可通过解析获取该接入网络失败原因信息。 然后, 移动终端可重新将获取的接入网 络失败原因信息,封装至适于移动终端内部传输的消息类型中, 并通过内部传输通道, 将内部传输消息进行内部传输 (例如可由无线网卡传输至移动终端内部的其他功能模 块), 由移动终端内部的其他功能模块 (软件或硬件功能模块), 再次对内部传输消息 进行解析, 获取其中包括的接入网络失败原因信息, 并最终将接入网络失败原因信息 由显示模块显示给用户。 本发明实施例中, 内部传输通道具体可为移动终端当前操作系统、 硬件等所提供 的内部传输通道, 而内部传输消息具体可为移动终端当前操作系统、 硬件协议等所规 定的消息类型。 在一具体实施例中, 本发明实施例所涉及的移动终端内部传输通道可为移动终端 当前安装的 Win8操作系统中所提供的类驱动(ClassDriver)通路, 而本发明实施例所 涉及的移动终端内部传输消息类型可为 Win8操作系统中所规定的命令封装包 (CID) 命令。 所述 ClassDriver通路, 是指微软开发的 Windows8系统下的基于通信设备类规范
(CDC: Communications Devices Class specification) 网络控制模型 (NCM: Network Control Model) 开发的一种网卡管理模型, 是网络驱动程序接口规范 6.2 (NDIS6.2)、 远程网络驱动接口规范 (RNDIS) 的进一步发展, 在 Windows8系统上, 无线网卡设 备支持 ClassDriver驱动, 就可以自动安装操作系统自带的驱动, 并可以由操作系统自 带的用户界面 (UI) 进行联网、 短信、 电话本的管理, 同时, 由于是基于 CDC NCM 网络数据管理, 在数据包传输理论速度上, 要优于 RNDIS、 以太网控制模型 (ECM) 等模型。 所述 CID 命令, 是指微软协议规范中的 ClassDriver 命令封装包 (Command Identifier), Windows8系统为设备提供了驱动与管理程序, 原始设备制造商 (OEM) 需要按照微软规定的协议进行适配, 能够处理系统下发的控制命令, 从而实现设备在 系统上的安装和使用。 CID命令即是 Win8系统可识别的、 微软协议规定的具有明确 格式要求和字段长度要求的控制命令, Win8系统通过下发 CID命令来实现和移动终 端间的交互, 获取移动终端中设备的参数和相关信息。 在具体实现时, 移动终端的操作系统自动下发 CID 控制命令, 通过 ClassDriver 通路将控制字段按照操作系统规定的格式传给移动终端,再由移动终端对其进行处理, 完成后将获取到的结果和状态按照操作系统规定的格式进行填充和封装, 然后通过 ClassDriver通路传输给操作系统。 例如, 如果移动终端发生网络注册、 附着或拨号联网失败, 相关错误码信息可按 照 3GPP协议的具体内容在非接入层进行获取, 再按照 CID命令格式要求进行封装, 然后通过 ClassDriver通路发给操作系统, 操作系统中的对应功能模块(如 UI)将对应 字段中的内容读取并进行解析、 响应, 最后给用户做出提示, 从而智能快捷的辅助用 户与终端进行良好的交互。 通过上述技术方案, 可以实现网络交互失败后的错误码识别和解析, 并可直接运 用操作系统 ClassDriver通路截取结果, 提供给 UI, 快捷准确, 实时性强, 适用于 Windows8系统下开发的所有免驱终端产品。 Windows 8的推出必将带来大量市场份额。 因此, 开发适应于 Windows 8系统的移动终端, 基于 ClassDriver驱动进行终端与微软 协议规范之间的命令适配, 并最终实现终端在 Windows 8系统上的免驱应用, 具有重 要意义。 本发明实施例所涉及的 ClassDriver系统功能架构图可如附图 2所示, 具体可以包 含五大功能模块-
ClassDriver模块 201, 是 Windows8系统下的命令控制通路, 设置为传输 OS系统 下发和接收的控制命令; 设备侧驱动模块 202, 负责接收 ClassDriver模块传输的控制命令, 再发送到 CID 管理模块 203, 并负责接收 CID管理模块 203发送过来的 CID处理结果, 并将结果发 送给 ClassDriver模块 21;
CID管理模块 203, 对接收到的 CID命令和 CID响应进行管理, 同时负责对设备 侧驱动模块 202传递过来的 CID包进行解析、对业务层模块 204传递过来的 CID结果 进行封装; 业务层模块 204, 负责处理具体的 CID业务, 由 CID管理模块 203进行请求的分 发调用, 同时, 业务层模块 204可调用 CID管理模块 203的结果, 将处理信息、 主动 上报内容发送给 CID管理模块 203; 显示模块 205, 具体可如 UI等面向用户的应用模块, 设置为实时向用户显示终端 状态和做出信息提示, 以及 CID管理模块 203最终获取的接入网络失败原因信息。 而业务层模块 204具体可以包括移动终端常用的四类业务, 如 PhoneBook (电话 本)、 SMS (短消息)、 Register (网络注册)、 Data (拨号联网)。 而在另一具体实施例中, 本发明实施例所涉及的移动终端内部传输通道也可为移 动终端硬件设备间所提供的信息传输通道, 例如 I/O总线、 主板信息传输通道等等, 而内部传输信息类型也可以为硬件协议所规定的任一消息类型。 并最终可由移动终端 内置处理模块如 CPU等, 对内部传输消息再次进行解析, 从而获取接入网络失败原因 信息。 当然, 本发明实施例所涉及的移动终端内部传输通道也可是移动终端当前操作和 移动终端硬件共同提供的, 而内部传输的消息类型, 也可是移动终端当前操作和移动 终端硬件协议均适应的消息类型。 另外, 在移动终端向用户显示接入网络失败原因信息的同时, 还可向用户显示对 于接入网络失败原因信息的对应提示, 例如, 如果是网络不畅而导致的无法注册、 联 网, 则可提示用户稍后再试、 更改当前位置、 致电服务商等等。 从而进一步增加用户 与移动终端间的互动, 提高用户对于移动终端的体验度。 下面, 对本发明实施例提供的错误码信息获取方法的具体应用实施例, 分别进行 描述。 下述实施例中, 均以移动终端内部传输信息为 CID控制命令, 移动终端内部传输 通道为 ClassDriver通道为例 (仅为举例)。 如附图 3所示, 网络注册失败错误码信息获取流程具体可以包含如下几个步骤: 步骤 301 : 移动终端开机, 进行一系列初始化行为,读取用户识别卡(SIM)信息、 电话本信息, 并尝试驻扎到网络上。 步骤 302: 查询注册状态。 操作系统对设备识别后, 自动下发 CID 控制命令, 进行注册状态的查询, 通过 ClassDriver模块 201提供的通路将控制字段按照系统规定的格式传给移动终端, 等待 移动终端返回结果; 步骤 303: 判决网络注册与附着是否成功。 如果注册成功, 则获取相关信息后不做处理; 如果注册失败, 则按照本方案中的说明进行下一步处理。 步骤 304: 获取网络注册失败原因。 移动终端通过业务层模块 204的 Register子模块进行错误码信息查询, 具体内容 可按照 3GPP协议 24.008中的描述从网络接入服务 (NAS) 层获取。 步骤 305: 移动终端接收到网络侧发送的错误码信息后, 进行原因解析, 获取接 入网络失败原因信息, 并按照微软规定的 CID命令格式要求重新进行信息封装。 步骤 306: 错误码信息封装为 CID命令格式后, 通过 ClassDriver模块 201通道传 输给 CID管理模块 203。 步骤 307: CID管理模块 203收到控制命令后, 进行解析, 获取接入网络失败原 因信息, 并根据定制需要, 通过显示模块 205, 呈现在用户界面上, 并给出相应的应 对提示。 步骤 308: 用户根据移动终端显示的内容, 对移动终端进行相关操作。 上述流程, 即实现了终端从开机上电, 到尝试注册网络失败时, 对错误码信息的 查询、 获取、 传输、 解析及显示, 并指导用户进行互动操作。 如附图 4所示, 拨号联网失败错误码获取流程具体可以包含如下几个步骤: 步骤 401:终端上电且成功注册网络,完成 SIM初始化,公共陆地移动网络 (PLMN) 选择、 小区选择及驻扎、 位置更新及附着等一系列过程。 步骤 402: 进行拨号联网操作。 该步骤可由用户手动进行, 也可通过设置"自动拨号", 从而由移动终端自行发起 执行, 根据数据卡不同功能决定。 步骤 403: 判决是否拨号联网成功。 如果成功, 则获取相关信息后不做处理; 如果拨号联网失败, 则按照本方案中的说明进行下一步处理。 步骤 404: 获取拨号联网失败原因。 移动终端可通过业务层模块 204的 Data子模块进行错误码信息查询,具体内容按 照 3GPP协议 24.008中的描述从 NAS层获取。 步骤 405: 移动终端收到错误码信息后, 进行原因解析, 获取接入网络失败原因 信息, 并按照微软规定的 CID命令格式要求进行信息封装。 步骤 406: 错误码信息封装为 CID命令格式后, 通过 ClassDriver模块 201提供的 通道传输给 CID管理模块 203。 步骤 407: CID管理模块 203收到控制命令后, 进行解析, 获取接入网络失败原 因信息, 并根据定制需要, 通过显示模块 205, 呈现在用户界面上, 并给出相应的应 对提示。 步骤 408: 用户根据移动终端显示的内容, 对移动终端进行相关操作。 上述流程, 即实现了终端开机且注册网络成功时, 进行拨号联网发生失败后, 对 错误码信息的查询、 获取、 传输、 解析及显示, 并指导用户进行互动操作。 如附图 5所示, 移动终端正常使用下的错误码获取及主动上报流程可包含如下几 个步骤: 步骤 501 : 移动终端注册及联网情况均正常, 用户正常使用。 步骤 502: 在移动终端正常使用情况下, 发生网络去附着或者数据连接断开, 数 据卡无法正常上网使用的事件。 步骤 503: CID管理模块 203按照运营商定制要求,每隔一段时间通过 ClassDriver 模块 201提供的通道进行网络状态的查询, 如果发现网络去附着或者数据连接断开等 失败事件, 则实时进行错误码信息的收集; 步骤 504: 移动终端将收集到的错误码信息进行解析, 并按照微软协议规范中的 CID格式要求进行封装, 再通过 ClassDriver通道传输给 CID管理模块 203件; 步骤 505: CID管理模块 203收到 CID控制命令后, 进行解析, 并根据定制需要, 呈现在用户界面上, 并给出进一步提示。 上述流程, 即实现了终端正常使用情况下, 发生网络去附着或者数据连接断开等 事件时, 对错误码信息的实时查询和主动上报, 并进一步传输、 解析及显示, 最终指 导用户进行互动操作。 本发明实施例还提供了一种错误码信息获取装置, 如附图 6所示, 包括: 接收模块 601, 设置为接收第一消息, 所述第一消息是当移动终端接入网络失败 后, 由网络侧发送给移动终端的, 所述第一消息中包括错误码信息, 所述错误码信息 用于标识移动终端接入网络失败原因信息; 获取模块 602, 设置为获取所述接入网络失败原因信息; 显示模块 603, 设置为显示所述接入网络失败原因信息。 在一个可选实施例中, 所述装置还可以包括: 查询模块, 设置为当接入网络失败后, 向网络侧发送查询消息, 查询接入网络失 败原因信息。 在一个可选实施例中, 获取模块 602包括: 第一解析单元, 设置为解析所述第一消息中的错误码信息, 获取所述第一消息中 包括的接入网络失败原因信息; 封装单元, 设置为将所述第一解析单元获取的接入网络失败原因信息封装至适于 移动终端内部传输的第二消息中, 所述第二消息为移动终端当前操作系统和 /或硬件协 议所规定的消息类型; 传输单元, 设置为通过内部传输通道, 将所述第二消息进行移动终端内部传输, 所述内部传输通道为移动终端当前操作系统和 /或硬件所提供的内部传输通道; 第二解析单元, 设置为接收传输单元通过内部传输通道所传输的所述第二消息, 并解析所述第二消息, 获取所述第二消息中包括的接入网络失败原因信息, 以便所述 显示模块进行显示。 另外, 显示模块 603显示的信息中, 还包括接入网络失败原因信息应对信息。 本发明实施例还提供了一种错误码信息获取系统, 如附图 7所示, 该系统具体可 以包括网络侧设备 701和移动终端 702; 所述网络侧设备 701, 设置为当移动终端 702接入网络失败时, 向移动终端 702 发送第一消息, 第一消息中包括错误码信息, 该错误码信息用于标识移动终端 702接 入网络失败原因信息。 移动终端 702, 设置为接收网络侧设备 701发送的第一消息, 获取并显示接入网 络失败原因信息。 此实施例中移动终端的具体操作过程以及功能结构, 请参照上述本发明实施例提 供的错误码信息获取方法及装置的修改描述。 从以上所述可以看出, 本发明实施例提供的错误码信息获取方法、 装置及系统, 通过移动终端接收第一消息, 所述第一消息是当移动终端接入网络失败后, 由网络侧 发送给移动终端的, 所述第一消息中包括错误码信息, 所述错误码信息用于标识移动 终端接入网络失败原因信息; 移动终端获取所述接入网络失败原因信息; 移动终端显 示所述接入网络失败原因信息。 从而可快捷准确的获取移动终端接入网络失败原因, 并向用户提供响应提示, 从而可智能快捷的辅助用户与移动终端进行良好的交互, 提 高用户对于移动终端的体验度。 以上所述仅是本发明的实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来 说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也 应视为本发明的保护范围。
