本发明涉及一种建材、人造板,特别是涉及一种非承重内墙隔断墙体板材。
背景技术
现有的室内非承重内墙体隔断材料主要有以下几种:(1)普通空心砖,其重量大,韧性不够好,抗震性能不佳;(2)石膏板或者石膏板做的复合结构类,其结构示意图如图1所示,两层石膏板1之间通过设置轻钢或木质的龙骨2来支撑两层石膏板1,在石膏板1之间形成中空的空腔,空腔内可以不填充任何材料,也可以如图1所示填充保温吸音材料3,如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylene terephthalate,简称PET)等,其重量大,韧性不够好,需要加增强层,抗弯强度不高,耐水性不高;(3)水泥纤维板或者水泥刨花板做的复合结构类,其结构示意图如图2所示,两层石膏板1之间通过设置轻钢或木质的龙骨2来支撑两层水泥板4,水泥板4为水泥纤维板或者水泥刨花板,在水泥板4之间形成中空的空腔,空腔内可以不填充任何材料,也可以如图2所示填充保温吸音材料3,其重量大,耐水性不高;(4)定向大片刨花板做的复合结构类,其结构示意图如图3所示,两层定向大片刨花板5之间通过设置轻钢或木质的龙骨2来支撑两层定向大片刨花板5,定向大片刨花板5为欧松板、奥松板,或者替换为建筑用胶合板,在定向大片刨花板5之间形成中空的空腔,空腔内可以不填充任何材料,也可以如图3所示填充保温吸音材料3,在两层定向大片刨花板5的外表面设置一层隔离装饰层6或挂板作为隔离装饰层,在保护定向大片刨花板5的同时起到美观的作用,其防火、防水、耐候等性能不好。

(三)有益效果
上述技术方案所提供的非承重内墙隔断墙体板材,重量轻,密度相当于石膏或者石膏刨花板以及水泥刨花板的四分之一不到,大片定向刨花板的二分之一不到;防火难燃、耐水、具有高的强重比、抗震、隔音消噪;木丝结构板经过防火、防水等处理,防火达到B1级以上,防水达到国家建筑墙体材料的要求;大大的减小了内墙墙体的建筑重量,增加了建筑物的抗震性、防火性、防水性、隔音消噪性等,减少了施工强度和在使用过程中材料的破损。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
图4示出了本实施例的非承重内墙隔断墙体板材的结构示意图,参照图示,其包括两层层叠设置的木丝结构板7和夹在两层木丝结构板7之间对其进行支撑的龙骨2,龙骨2按照一定的规律布置在两层木丝结构板7之间,使得所述木丝结构板7与龙骨2之间形成多个中空腔体,龙骨2与所述木丝结构板7之间通过胶粘连接。所述木丝结构板7由木丝或秸秆丝制成,木丝结构板7为由多根植物纤维随机交织热压胶合而成的板材,植物纤维可选用木丝、麦秆丝、玉米杆丝等中的一种或几种的混合材料制成,具有通透性,密度低,重量轻。木丝结构板7以其重量轻、防水防火性能好的优点,使得所制成的内墙隔断墙体板材达到轻量化、耐火耐水。
为了增加板材的保温吸音功能,可在木丝结构板7与龙骨2之间形成的腔体内填充保温吸音材料,如PET、或珍珠岩、或岩棉、或矿棉等。
为了将木丝结构板7与外界隔离且实现内墙隔断墙体板材在室内使用的美观性,在木丝结构板7外表面还设置有隔离装饰层6或挂板,隔离装饰层6或挂板采用常用的装饰板材即可。隔离装饰层6或挂板与木丝结构板7之间可通过胶粘或螺钉固定连接。
上述结构的板材,利用了木丝结构板7保留植物纤维的顺向性,材质均匀、纵横强度差小、不易开裂,在使用时通过防水防火处理,能够达到优异的耐火耐水性能。
由以上实施例可以看出,本发明通过采用木丝结构板来制成内墙隔断墙体板材,实现了内墙隔断墙体板材的轻量化,密度相当于石膏或者石膏刨花板以及水泥刨花板的四分之一不到,大片定向刨花板的二分之一不到;防火难燃、耐水、具有高的强重比、抗震、隔音消噪;木丝结构板经过防火、防水等处理,防火达到B1级以上,防水达到国家建筑墙体材料的要求;大大的减小了内墙墙体的建筑重量,增加了建筑物的抗震性、防火性、防水性、隔音消噪性等,减少了施工强度和在使用过程中材料的破损。
