- - 一种自行车耐重胎 技术领域
本发明涉及一种自行车轮胎,具体是自行车耐重胎。
背景技术
目前,市售自行车载重时,轮胎因刚性不好无法承受过大重量产生的 压力导致其从中心重叠处爆裂;或防刺能力差在行驶途中遭尖利异物刺入 爆胎,或轮胎胎唇与轮毂摩擦导致车胎烧边等, 因现有技术生产的自行车 耐重胎抗外力的能力有限导致轮胎损坏率很高, 更换轮胎增加使用成本。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种自行车耐重胎抗外力能力强 的自行车耐重胎。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明采取的技术方案为: 所提供的
一种自行车耐重胎,包括包括轮胎本体,所述的轮胎本体由里向外依次由 高密度层、强化层和胎面层组成,所述的高密度层和强化层依次环绕形成 圆周,所述的强化层置于所述高密度层的外周,所述的胎面层置于所述强 化层的外周, 所述的胎面层为 68SA胶料层, 厚度增加 5mm, 其表面设 有花纹。
优选的胎面层表面对称设有多组块状花纹,每组块状花纹由四个条状 凸筋及六個多角花纹块组成。
优选的相邻的多角花纹块之间形成凹槽。
优选的强化层为尼龙交织帘纱层。
优选的高密度层为折叠后于中心重叠。
采用本发明的技术方案, 胎面层为 68SA胶料层, 厚度增加 5mm, 避免了路面的异物如玻璃、 尖锐的石片将其刺穿;轮胎加强层采用尼龙交 织帘纱来覆盖整条轮胎, 不仅分散轮胎本体承受的重量压力, 同时增强了 自行车车胎胎面层防刺能力,避免了胎唇的摩擦烧边,增强了轮胎抗外力 的能力; 轮胎胎面层设有块状花纹块, 雨天防滑效果好, 也增加了其外观 的美感。

图 1为本发明一种自行车耐重胎剖视图; 如图所示的本发明一种自 行车耐重胎, 包括包括轮胎本体, 轮胎本体由里向外依次由高密度层 3、 强化层 2和胎面层 1组成,高密度层 3和强化层 2依次环绕形成圆周,强 化层 2置于所述高密度层 3的外周,胎面 1置于所述强化层 2的外周,胎
面层 1为 68SA胶料层, 厚度增加 5mm; 强化层 2为尼龙交织帘纱层; 高密度层 3折叠后于中心重叠;采用本发明的技术方案,胎面层 1为 68SA 胶料层, 厚度增加 5mm, 避免了路面的异物如玻璃、 尖锐的石片将其刺 穿;轮胎加强层 2采用尼龙交织帘纱来覆盖整条轮胎, 不仅分散轮胎本体 承受的重量压力, 同时增强了自行车车胎胎面层 1防刺能力,避免了胎唇 的摩擦烧边, 增强了轮胎抗外力的能力;。
实施例 2
图 2为图 1所示的本发明一种自行车耐重胎胎面层的局部示意图,轮 胎本体胎面层 1表面对称设有多组块状花纹,每组块状花纹由四个条状凸 筋 4及六個多角花纹块 5组成; 相邻的多角花纹块 5之间形成凹槽 6。 轮 胎胎面层 1设有多角花纹块 5,雨天防滑效果好,也增加了其外观的美感。

1、 一种自行车耐重胎, 包括包括轮胎本体, 其特征在于: 所述的轮胎 本体由里向外依次由高密度层、强化层和胎面层组成,所述的高密度层和 强化层依次环绕形成圆周,所述的强化层置于所述高密度层的外周,所述 的胎面层置于所述强化层的外周, 所述的胎面层为 68SA胶料层, 厚度增 加 5mm, 其表面设有花纹。
2、 按照权利要求 1所述的自行车耐重胎, 其特征在于: 所述的胎面 层表面对称设有多组块状花纹,所述的每组块状花纹由四个条状凸筋及六 个多角花纹块组成。
3、 按照权利要求 2所述的自行车耐重胎, 其特征在于: 所述的相邻 的多角花纹块之间形成凹槽。
4、 按照权利要求 1所述的自行车耐重胎, 其特征在于: 所述的强化 层为尼龙交织帘纱层。
5、 按照权利要求 1所述的自行车耐重胎, 其特征在于: 所述的高密 度层折叠后于中心重叠。
