一种双层水封浮动钟罩自洁方法,在现有密封连接的多层水封的上层浮 动钟罩式水封上实现的,在上层水封浮动钟罩与其水封盒之间的环形水流间 隙中设置至少一个能在该间隙中上下浮动的浮体,通过冲水时随水位上下浮 动的浮体对上层水封浮动钟罩外壁和水封盒内壁进行撞击摩擦除垢; 所述上 层水封浮动钟罩通过在其外周底部设置透水栅圏来防止浮体随水流向下冲 走; 所述浮动钟罩与其水封盒之间的环形水流间隙的上方设有盖板, 或所述 浮动钟罩与其水封盒之间的环形水流间隙的上方、或在其上中下部分中的一 部或多部设有环圏, 所述环圏设于浮动钟罩下部时为透水栅圏, 通过在所述 盖板或环圏上设有至少一个由至少三个倾斜孔叶构成的旋流圏的方法用以 加快污水置换的速度。
所述倾斜孔叶采用在盖板或环片上绕圆心在边缘部分均勾的切割出横 向 "U" 型缝隙, 并将切割后的横向 "U" 型部分向下弯曲。
所述上层水封浮动钟罩通过在其外周底部设有透水栅圏来防止浮体随 水流向下冲走; 上下层水封都为浮动钟罩式时, 上下层水封的环槽挡水圏或 者挡水沿的液面高度差大于 1厘米。
所述透水栅圏呈倒命状以防止散状浮体在拆装时掉落, 并在透水栅圏上 设置倾斜孔叶或旋流圈实现旋流功能并消除本身对旋转水流的障碍。
在所述浮动钟罩外侧壁设置限位装置, 所述限位装置采用杆、 管、 条、 架其中一种或多种的方式与便池基坑或遮盖环片周围方向移动配合的方式 以便冲洗。
如图 1、 2所示, 本发明具体实施例 1所述的一种双层水封浮动钟罩自 洁装置, 包括二层密封连接的上下水封, 且上层水封为浮动钟罩式, 上层水 封浮动钟罩包括上层水封浮动钟罩 1 以及与之对应的水封盒 2 , 上层水封浮 动钟罩 1与其水封盒 2之间有环形水流间隙, 所述上层水封浮动钟罩 1外周 与其水封盒 2内周之间的环形水流间隙中置有多个能在该间隙中在冲水时随 水位上下浮动的浮体 3 , 更确切为浮球; 所述上层水封浮动钟罩 1在其外周 底部设置至少一个防止浮体随水流向下冲走的透水栅圏 11 ; 所述浮动钟罩 1 与其水封盒 2之间的环形水流间隙的上方设有盖板 21 , 所述盖板 11上设有 至少三个倾斜孔叶 41。
所述至少三个倾斜孔叶 41均勾设于盖板 21上绕圓心在边缘部分并呈横 向 "U" 型, 并且 "U" 型开口处与盖板 21相连接, "U" 型底部向下倾斜。
所述盖板 21中部制有的密布小漏水孔 40径相应缩小, 以利于长时间保 持留存在小漏水孔 40上的泡沫,利用泡沫阻隔盖板 21下面气味的向上 。
如图 3、 4所示, 本发明具体实施例 1所述的一种双层水封浮动钟罩自 洁装置, 包括二层密封连接的上下水封, 且上层水封为浮动钟罩式, 上层水 封浮动钟罩包括上层水封浮动钟罩 1以及与之对应的水封盒 2 , 上层水封浮 动钟罩 1与其水封盒 2之间有环形水流间隙, 所述上层水封浮动钟罩 1外周 与其水封盒 2内周之间的环形水流间隙中置有多个能在该间隙中在冲水时随 水位上下浮动的浮体 3 , 更确切为浮球; 所述上层水封浮动钟罩 1在其外周 底部设置至少一个防止浮体随水流向下冲走的透水栅圏 11 ; 所述浮动钟罩 1 与其水封盒 1之间的环形水流间隙的上方、或在其上中下部分中的一部或多 部的环片 22上设有至少三个倾斜孔叶 41。
所述至少三个倾斜孔叶 41均勾设于环片 22上绕圓心在边缘部分并呈横 向 "U" 型, 并且 "U" 型开口处与环片 22相连接, "U" 型底部向下倾斜。
所述浮动钟罩 1外周底部设有栅圏 11 ;所述浮体 3为至少一层若干空心 或实体的轻质浮体; 上下层水封都为浮动钟罩式时, 上下层水封的环槽挡水 圈 6或者挡水沿的液面高度差大于 1厘米。
所述浮体 3直径大于栅圏 11外周与水封盒 1之间的间隙; 所述浮体为 珠串时,浮动钟罩 1顶部制有珠串的限位装置 5 ;所述栅圏 1 1与钟罩 1固定 连接或者与钟罩通过限位装置 5活动连接, 其位置在钟罩 1底部。 所述珠串 可由圓珠和 /或柱珠构成, 柱珠可凸腰或凹腰或兼有, 凸腰柱珠与水封盒 1 内周壁吻合, 凹腰柱珠与浮动钟罩 1外周壁吻合。
所述透水栅圏 11设于浮动钟罩底沿以上部位并呈倒伞状用于防止至少 两个散状浮体 3在拆装时掉落。
所述上层水封中、 上部位处于局部或全部敞露状态。
所述限位装置 5采用杆、 管、 条、 架其中一种或多种的方式与更池基坑 或遮盖环片 22周围方向移动。
所述限位装置 5为两端平齐或扁或尖, 空心或实心, 或周向偏重的杆。 如图 5、 6所示, 本发明具体实施例 3所述的一种双层水封浮动钟罩自 洁装置, 包括二层密封连接的上下水封, 且上层水封为浮动钟罩式, 上层水 封浮动钟罩包括上层水封浮动钟罩 1以及与之对应的水封盒 2 , 上层水封浮 动钟罩 1与其水封盒 2之间有环形水流间隙, 所述上层水封浮动钟罩 1外周 与其水封盒 2内周之间的环形水流间隙中置有多个能在该间隙中在冲水时随 水位上下浮动的浮体 3 , 更确切为浮球; 所述上层水封浮动钟罩 1在其外周 底部或者外周环形水流间隙设置至少一个防止浮体随水流向下沖走的透水 栅圏 11 ; 所述浮动钟罩 1与其水封盒 2之间的环形水流间隙的上方、或在其 上中下部分中的一部或多部的盖板 21上设有至少三个倾斜孔叶 41。
所述至少三个倾斜孔叶 41均勾设于盖板 21上绕圓心在边缘部分并呈横 向 "U" 型, 并且 "U" 型开口处与盖板 21相连接, "U" 型底部向下倾斜。
所述盖板 21中部制有的密布小漏水孔 40径相应缩小, 以利于长时间保 持留存在小漏水孔 40上的泡沫,利用泡沫阻隔盖板 21下面气味的向上^^。
所述浮动钟罩 1外周底部设有栅圏 11 ;所述浮体 3为至少一层若干空心 或实体的轻质浮体; 上下层水封都为浮动钟罩式时, 上下层水封的环槽挡水 圏 6或者挡水沿的液面高度差大于 1厘米。
所述浮体 3直径大于栅圏 11外周与水封盒 1之间的间隙; 所述浮体为 珠串时,浮动钟罩 1顶部制有珠串的限位装置 5 ;所述栅圏 1 1与钟罩 1固定 连接或者与钟罩通过限位装置 5活动连接, 其位置在钟罩 1底部。 所述珠串 可由圓珠和 /或柱珠构成, 柱珠可凸腰或凹腰或兼有, 凸腰柱珠与水封盒 2 内周壁吻合, 凹腰柱珠与浮动钟罩 1外周壁吻合。
所述透水栅圈 11设于浮动钟罩底沿以上部位并呈倒伞状用于防止至少 两个散状浮体 3在拆装时掉落; 所述透水栅圏 11上还设有至少两个倾斜孔 叶或旋流圏,所述倾斜孔叶或旋流圏用于实现旋流功能并消除透水栅圈对旋 转水流的障碍。
所述限位装置 5采用限位条架的方式与遮盖环片 22周围方向移动。 所述限位装置 5为两端平齐或扁或尖, 空心或实心, 或周向偏重的杆。 所述双层水封都为钟罩式且连体同步或异步联体浮动时, 其下层钟罩顶 部与上层钟罩腔室顶部留有高度间隔。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种默层水封浮动钟罩自洁方法, 其特征在于, 在上层水封浮动钟 罩与其水封盒之间的环形水流间隙中设置至少一个能在该间隙中上下浮动 的浮体,通过冲氷时随水位上下浮动的浮体对上层水封浮动钟罩外壁和水封 盒内壁进行撞击摩擦除垢;
所述上层水封浮动钟罩通过在其外周底部设置透水栅圏来防止浮体随 水流向下冲走。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的双层水封浮动钟罩自洁方法, 其特征在于, 所述浮动钟罩与其水封盒之间的环形水流间隙的上方设有盖板,或所述浮动 钟罩与其水封盒之间的环形水流间隙的上方、或在其上中下部分中的一部或 多部设有环圏。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的双层水封浮动钟罩自洁方法, 其特征在于, 通过在所述盖板或环圏上设有至少一个由至少三个倾斜孔叶构成的旋流圏 的方法用以加快污水置换的速度。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的双层水封浮动钟罩自洁方法, 其特征在于, 所述倾斜孔叶采用在盖板或环片上绕圓心在边缘部分均匀的切割出横向 "U" 型缝隙, 并将切割后的横向 "U" 型部分向下弯曲。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的双层水封浮动钟罩自洁方法, 其特征在于, 所述上层水封浮动钟罩通过在其外周底部设有透水栅圏来防止浮体随水流 向下冲走; 上下层水封都为浮动钟罩式时, 上下层水封的环槽挡水圏或者挡 水沿的液面高度差大于 1厘米。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的双层水封浮动钟罩自洁方法, 其特征在于, 所述透水栅圏呈倒伞状以防止散状浮体在拆装时掉落。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的双层水封浮动钟罩自洁方法, 其特征在于, 在透水栅圏上设置倾斜孔叶或旋流圏实现旋流功能并消除本身对旋转水流 的障碍。
8. 根据权利要求 1至 7任一项所述的双层水封浮动钟罩自洁方法, 其 特征在于,在所述浮动钟罩外侧壁设置限位装置,所述限位装置采用杆、管、 条、架其中一种或多种的方式与便池基坑或遮盖环片周围方向移动配合的方 式以便冲洗。
9. 一种双层水封浮动钟罩自洁装置, 其特征在于, 包括至少二层密封 连接的水封, 且至少上层水封为浮动钟罩式, 上层水封浮动钟罩包括上层水 封浮动钟罩以及与之对应的水封盒,上层水封浮动钟罩与其水封盒之间有环 形水流间隙,所述上层水封浮动钟罩与其水封盒之间的环形水流间隙中置有 至少一个能在该间隙中在冲水时随水位上下浮动的浮体;
所述上层水封浮动钟罩在其外周底部设置至少一个防止浮体随水流向 下冲走的透水栅圏;
所述浮动钟罩与其水封盒之间的环形水流间隙的上方设有盖板, 或所述 浮动钟罩与其水封盒之间的环形水流间隙的上方、或在其上中下部分中的一 部或多部设有环圏, 所述盖板或环圏上设有至少三个倾斜孔叶。
10.根据权利要求 9所述的双层水封浮动钟罩自洁装置, 其特征在于, 所述至少三个倾斜孔叶均勾设于盖板或环片上绕圓心在边缘部分并呈横向
"U" 型, 并且 "U" 型开口处与盖板或环片相连接, "U" 型底部向下倾斜。
11.根据权利要求 10所述的双层水封浮动钟罩自洁装置, 其特征在于, 所述浮动钟罩外周设有栅圏; 所述浮体为至少一层若干空心或实体的轻质浮 体; 上下层水封都为浮动钟罩式时, 上下层水封的环槽挡水圏或者挡水沿的 液面高度差大于 1厘米。
12.根据权利要求 11所述的双层水封浮动钟罩自洁装置, 其特征在于, 所述浮体直径大于栅圏外周与水封盒之间的间隙; 所述浮体为珠串时, 浮动 钟罩顶部制有珠串的限位装置; 所述栅圏与钟罩固定连接或者与钟罩通过限 位装置活动连接, 其位置在钟罩底部或者腰部或者兼而有之。 所述珠串可由 圆珠和 /或柱珠构成, 柱珠可凸腰或 ω腰或兼有, 凸腰柱珠与水封盒内周壁 吻合, 凹腰柱珠与浮动钟罩外周壁吻合。
13.根据权利要求 12所述的默层水封浮动钟罩自洁装置, 其特征在于, 所述透水栅圏设于浮动钟罩靠近底沿的部位并呈倒伞状用于防止至少两个 散状浮体在拆装时掉落; 所述透水栅圏上还设有至少两个倾斜孔叶或旋流 圏,所述倾斜孔叶或旋流圏用于实现旋流功能并消除透水栅圏对旋转水流的 障碍。
14.根据权利要求 1 3所述的双层水封浮动钟罩自洁装置, 其特征在于, 所述上层水封中、 上部位处于局部或全部敞露状态。
15.根据权利要求 14所述的双层水封浮动钟罩自洁装置, 其特征在于, 所述限位装置采用杆、 管、 条、 架其中一种或多种的方式与便池基坑或遮盖 环片周围方向移动。
16.根据权利要求 15所述的双层水封浮动钟罩自洁装置, 其特征在于, 所述限位装置为两端平齐或扁或尖, 空心或实心, 或周向偏重的杆。
17.根据权利要求 8至 16任一项所述的双层水封浮动钟罩自洁装置, 其 特征在于, 所述双层水封都为钟罩式且连体同步或异步联体浮动时, 其下层 钟罩顶部与上层钟罩腔室顶部留有高度间隔。
