- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 슬러지 탈수세트를 복수의 층으로 구성하기 위하여 복수의 슬러지 챔버, 가압용 튜브, 롤러, 여과벨트 및 물받이를 고정 설치할 수 있도록 가이드 및 지지대를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 복수의 층으로 구성된 슬러지 탈수 장치.

- 복수의 층을 가진 슬러지 탈수장치에 있어서,여과벨트 하부에 위치하여 여과벨트가 압력에 휘거나 늘어나지 아니하도록 받쳐줌과 동시에 탈수된 물이 하부로 이동하도록 스틸메쉬 형태의 그물 망 또는 매트릭스 형태로 수많은 구멍이 형성된 구조물;스틸메쉬 형태의 그물 망 또는 매트릭스 형태로 수많은 구멍이 형성된 구조물 하부에 설치되어 탈수된 물을 모우는 집수부;집수부 하부에 설치되며, 액체 또는 공기를 주입하여 슬러지에 압력을 가하기 위한 액체 또는 공기주입부;액체 또는 공기주입부의 하단에 설치되며, 탄성을 가지고 액체, 공기 및 슬러지가 서로 통과하지 못하도록 밀폐되도록 구성되어 액체 또는 공기주입부로 주입되는 액체 또는 공기의 압력에 의하여 하부의 슬러지에 압력을 가하는 멤브레인;멤브레인의 하부에 설치되며, 탈수하기 위한 슬러지가 주입되는 슬러지주입부; 및슬러지 주입부 하부에 설치되며, 공기주입부에서 가하는 압력으로 슬러지주입부에 주입된 슬러지를 탈수하기 위하여 챔버 하부 양측 가장자리에 설치된 롤러에 의하여 팽팽하게 유지되는 여과벨트로 구성된 슬러지 탈수세트를 구비하고,상기 슬러지 탈수세트를 복수의 층으로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 복수의 층을 가진 슬러지 탈수장치.
- 청구항 18에 있어서,슬러지 탈수장치는 최상단 챔버와 유압 또는 공기압 실린더를 연결하여 탈수된 슬러지 배출을 위하여 복수의 챔버를 상부로 이동시키고, 슬러지 탈수를 할 때 상부에서 유압 또는 공기압 실린더를 이용하여 복수의 챕버를 여과벨트에 밀착시키도록 구성된 복수의 층을 가진 슬러지 탈수장치.
- 청구항 18에 있어서,슬러지 탈수장치는 복수의 챔버 슬러지 주입구와 병렬로 슬러지 주입배관을 연결 설치하여 동시에 설정된 슬러지 량을 슬러지주입부로 주입하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 복수의 층을 가진 슬러지 탈수장치.
- 청구항 18에 있어서,슬러지 탈수장치는 복수 챔버의 액체 또는 공기주입구와 병렬로 액체 또는 공기 주입배관 또는 호스를 설치하여 동시에 설정된 압력으로 액체 또는 공기를 액체 또는 공기주입부로 주입함을 특징으로 하는 복수의 층을 가진 슬러지 탈수장치.
- 청구항 18에 있어서,챕버 전면 및 뒷면에는 상부와 하부 챔버가 서로 이탈하거나 분리되지 아니하도록 챔버 전면과 뒷면에 가이드 홈이 형성된 부재를 설치하고, 상부 가이드 홈과 하부 가이드 홈을 서로 연결하여 챔버를 잡아주는 일정길이를 가진 가이드 부재로 체결 구성하되,가이드 홈이 형성된 부재를 좌측 및 우측에 각각 2 개씩 설치하여 체결 시 가이드 부재가 서로 부딪히지 아니하도록 내측 2개를 상부 챔버와 연결하는데 사용하고, 외측 2개는 하부 챔버와 연결할 때 사용할 수 있도록 가이드 홈이 형성되고,가이드 부재의 상부 및 하부에는 가이드 홈으로부터 가이드 부재가 이탈하지 아니하도록 걸림부재가 체결됨을 특징으로 하는 복수의 층을 가진 슬러지 탈수장치.
