IC卡芯片 503内置安全单元(SE) 507 (相当于安全芯片 105 ),所述安全单元 507 设置为控制 NFC芯片 501与外界 NFC设备进行交互, 完成刷卡、 鉴权等特定功能。 如图 6所示, 本实施例还提供一种移动终端 60, 包括金融 IC卡卡槽 601, 所述金 融 IC卡 50放置在所述金融 IC卡卡槽 601上,并通过相关接触通道与移动终端进行通 信连接。 如图 7所示, 可选地, 移动终端 60还可包含手机后盖 603, 所述手机后盖 603上 缠绕着带有触点 P2的 NFC天线 6031, 触点 P2与金融 IC卡 50的触点 P1对应连接。 参见图 8,移动终端的主控芯片 605与金融 IC卡 50的连接即可以在 NFC芯片 501 上, 也可以在 IC卡芯片 503上。 若金融 IC卡 50与主控芯片 605的连接在所述 IC卡芯片 503上, 主控芯片 605 可通过传统 IC卡的 L2、 L3接口 (例如 IS07816接口)与所述金融 IC卡 50进行信息 交互, 当然亦可采用高速通信接口, 如 IC-USB、 MMC、 SPI等, 提高接口的通信效 率。 所述金融 IC卡 50的 IC卡芯片 503与 NFC芯片 501间通过 SWP协议通信。 若所述金融 IC卡 50与主控芯片 605的连接在 NFC芯片 501上,主控芯片 605可 通过 IC-USB、 MMC等连接方式与所述金融 IC卡 50进行信息交互。 所述金融 IC卡 50的 IC芯片 503与 NFC芯片 501间仍然通过 SWP协议通信。 由此可见, 本实施例提供的金融 IC卡包含 NFC芯片和 IC卡芯片, IC卡芯片内 嵌安全芯片, NFC芯片与安全芯片通过 SWP协议通信。 金融 IC卡通过另外的接触通 道与手机主控芯片连接, 从而进行信息交互。 综上所述,本实施例提供的金融卡芯片实现了以下有益效果: 金融 IC卡可以设计 成 SIM卡样式,可以复用 SIM卡的读卡器,减少开发成本;金融 IC卡具有 NFC芯片, 除支持卡模式, 还可以支持读卡器、 P2P模式; 金融 IC卡与手机有通讯接口, 既支持 近场也支持远程支付; 金融 IC卡可灵活搭配不同运营商的资费套餐,使用不同类型的 手机时, 相比 NFC-SWP卡方案, 无需更换 NFC-SIM卡, 通用性好。 以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技术人 员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何 修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书 一种金融卡, 包括: 基板和用于进行金融支付功能的 IC卡芯片, 所述 IC卡芯 片设置于所述基板上, 所述金融卡还包括- 近场通信模块, 设置于所述基板上, 与所述 IC卡芯片耦合连接, 设置为将 所述 IC卡芯片与外界阅读器进行交易时产生的支付信息发送至移动终端。 根据权利要求 1所述的金融卡, 其中, 还包括:
安全芯片, 与所述近场通信模块进行连接, 设置为将所述支付信息进行加 密, 并将加密后的所述支付信息发送至所述移动终端。 根据权利要求 1所述的金融卡, 其中, 所述基板的形状与所述移动终端中的指 定卡槽相适应。 根据权利要求 1所述的金融卡,其中,所述基板的形状与所述移动终端中的 SIM 卡形状相同。 根据权利要求 4所述的金融卡, 其中, 所述金融卡还包括: SIM卡模块, 设置 于所述基板上。 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的金融卡, 其中, 所述金融卡包括以下之一: 公交卡、 门禁卡、 银联卡。 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的金融卡, 其中, 还包括:
NFC天线或与所述移动终端中 NFC天线接触连接的 NFC触点。 一种移动终端, 包括:
卡槽, 设置为安装权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的金融卡;
主控芯片,设置为接收所述 IC卡芯片与外界阅读器进行通信时产生的支付 信息, 并对该支付信息进行验证。 根据权利要求 7所述的移动终端, 其中, 所述卡槽包括: 用户识别模块 SIM卡 卡槽。 根据权利要求 7所述的移动终端, 其中, 所述 SIM卡卡槽至少为两个。
11. 根据权利要求 7所述的移动终端, 其中, 还包括:
NFC天线, 与所述金融卡中的近场通信模块连接; 或者,
NFC触点, 与所述金融卡中的 NFC天线连接。
12. 一种移动支付系统,包括:权利要求 1至 7任一项所述的金融卡、权利要求 8-11 任一项所述的移动终端、 银联支付系统; 其中, 所述移动终端将所述金融卡与 外界阅读器进行通信时产生的支付信息转发至所述银联支付系统进行支付。
