本发明设计拉链技术领域， 尤其是涉及到拉链的拉链头 背景技术
拉链作为本世纪对人类最为实用的十大发明之一，已被广泛应用到各行各业。 传统拉链的拉链头本体是由上滑板和下滑板组成，上滑板和下滑板之间连接有分 导柱， 由分导柱这一端向另一端悬伸的拉鼻。拉链链牙的啮合和分离都是在拉链 头的上滑板和下滑板所围成的滑道内完成，人们是无法观察到拉链链牙的啮合和 分离状况的， 无法满足人们对其研究和学习的需要， 有时在拉合拉链时， 由于拉 链上止的松脱或用力过度造成的上止松脱而失去限止作用，导致拉链头拉合过头， 此时， 是很难把拉链头往回拉回打牙链带上的。 因为此时整条牙链带已经完全啮 合， 而拉链的两侧布带头又缝合在一起， 无法通过拉住两侧的布带头来吧牙链带 分开， 就算强行拉动两侧的布带头， 亦难以使牙链带分开由分导柱的两侧拉出， 恢复正常状态。 因此， 有必要研发一种拉链头， 既可满足人们对其研究和学习的 需要， 又可在出现拉链头拉合过头时， 方便处理以恢复正常状态。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种上滑板和下滑板的板面镂空的拉链头。 为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案：一种镂空的拉链头，包括有上滑板、 下滑板、连接在上滑板和下滑板之间的分导柱、 以及由上滑板的分导柱这一端向 悬伸的拉鼻， 其特征在于： 所述上滑板和下滑板的其中一滑板的板面镂空， 或两 滑板的板面均镂空。
在上述基础上， 所述拉鼻设成中空的环状。
采用本发明所带来的有益效果：由于本发明将上滑板和下滑板的其中一滑板 的板面镂空， 或两滑板的板面均镂空， 人们可以从镂空部清楚地看到链牙在滑道 内啮合和分离的状况， 以满足人们对拉链研究和学习的需要。在拉链的两侧布带 头缝合在一起的情况下， 当出现拉链头拉合过头时， 还可以从镂空部轻易把啮合 的链牙人工分离，让两侧的牙链带从分导柱的两侧引出，把拉链头拉回牙链带上， 将拉链恢复正常状态， 而镂空的拉链头还可以节省大量的用以生产拉链头的材 附图说明

如图 1-3所示， 一种镂空的拉链头， 包括有上滑板 1、 下滑板 2， 连接在上 滑板 1和下滑板 2之间的分导柱 3、 以及由上滑板 1的分导柱 3这一端向另一端 悬伸在上滑板 1上方的拉鼻 4。 在本实施例中， 上滑板 1的板面镂空 1. 1， 拉鼻 4设成中空 4. 1的环状。 当然， 也可以采用其它的实施方式， 比如在下滑板的板 面镂空， 或者两侧滑板的板面均镂空。环状拉鼻 4的外延端可朝着上滑板 1弯曲 成钩嘴 4. 2, 利用塑形变形将拉片扣装在拉鼻 4和上滑板 1之间。
考虑到拉链头的强度问题，在选材上最好是金属拉链头。而对于那些注塑拉 链头，最好是选用一些高强度塑料，以此来弥补因拉链头的镂空造成的强度缺陷。

1.一种镂空的拉链头， 包括有上滑板、下滑板、连接在上滑板和下滑板之间的分 导柱、 以及由上滑板的分导柱这一端向另一端悬伸在上滑板上方的拉鼻， 其特征 在于： 所述上滑板和下滑板的其中一滑板的板面镂空， 或两滑板的板面均镂空。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的镂空的拉链头，其特征在于：所述拉鼻设成中空的环状。
