Claims (20)
- 경험 분석 서버가 평가 대상 서비스 또는 평가 대상 제품에 대한 사용자의 경험을 실시간으로 분석하는 방법에 있어서,상기 사용자의 단말장치에 대하여 상기 평가 대상 서비스 또는 상기 평가 대상 제품에 대한 경험 평가 지표를 포함한 질문데이터를 전송하는 단계;상기 질문데이터에 대하여 상기 사용자가 상기 단말장치를 통해 입력한 답변데이터를 상기 단말장치로부터 수신하는 단계; 및상기 답변데이터를 기초로 상기 평가 대상 서비스 또는 상기 평가 대상 제품에 대한 평가 결과데이터를 생성하는 단계를 포함하되,상기 질문데이터를 전송하는 단계는 상기 평가 대상 서비스를 구성하는 일련의 세부 행위 또는 상기 평가 대상 제품을 구성하는 세부 특징 별로 상기 질문데이터를 전송하고,상기 평가 결과데이터를 생성하는 단계는 상기 세부 행위 또는 상기 세부 특징 별로 수신된 답변데이터에 기초하여 평가 결과데이터를 생성하는 실시간 경험 분석방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 질문데이터를 전송하는 단계는상기 평가 대상 서비스가 수행되는 공간 내에서의 사용자의 위치 정보를 포함하는 진행 정보에 따라 상기 세부 행위의 진행 상태를 확인하는 단계; 및상기 세부 행위의 종료 시점에 상기 질문데이터를 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 실시간 경험 분석방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 질문데이터는 하나 이상의 경험 평가 지표를 포함하고,상기 평가 결과데이터를 생성하는 단계는상기 세부 행위의 흐름 순서 또는 상기 세부 특징의 연관 관계에 따른 각 경험 평가 지표에 대한 세부 평가 결과데이터가 포함되도록 상기 평가 결과데이터를 생성하는 실시간 경험 분석 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 세부 평가 결과데이터가 사용자에게 출력되도록 상기 세부 평가 결과데이터를 상기 사용자의 단말장치로 전송하는 단계; 및상기 답변데이터가 추가적으로 수신되는 경우 취합 과정을 통해 상기 세부 평가 결과데이터가 업데이트될 수 있도록 상기 세부 행위 또는 상기 세부 특징 별로 상기 세부 평가 결과데이터를 기록하는 단계를 더 포함하는 실시간 경험 분석 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 평가 결과데이터를 생성하는 단계는상기 각 경험 평가 지표에 대한 사용자의 평가 결과에 대한 평균값과 표준 편차 데이터가 포함되도록 상기 평가 결과데이터를 생성하는 실시간 경험 분석 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 평가 결과데이터를 생성하는 단계는상기 세부 행위 또는 상기 세부 특징 별로 상기 세부 평가 결과데이터가 기설정된 기준에 따른 연결선으로 나타나는 스파이더 맵 방식으로 표시되도록 상기 평가 결과데이터를 생성하거나,상기 세부 행위 또는 상기 세부 특징 별로 상기 세부 평가 결과데이터가 기설정된 기준에 따른 색상 차이를 가지는 색상코드 방식으로 표시되도록 상기 평가 결과데이터를 생성하는 실시간 경험 분석 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 평가 결과데이터를 생성하는 단계는상기 답변데이터 중 상기 평가 대상 서비스 또는 상기 평가 대상 제품의 제공자의 단말 장치로부터 수신된 제 1 답변데이터를 기초로 제공자 평가 결과데이터를 생성하는 단계; 및상기 답변데이터 중 상기 평가 대상 서비스 또는 상기 평가 대상 제품의 고객의 단말 장치로부터 수신된 제 2 답변데이터를 기초로 고객 평가 결과데이터를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 실시간 경험 분석 방법.
- 평가 대상 서비스 또는 평가 대상 제품에 대한 경험을 실시간으로 분석하는 서버에 있어서,사용자의 단말장치에 대하여 상기 평가 대상 서비스 또는 상기 평가 대상 제품에 대한 경험 평가 지표를 포함한 질문데이터를 전송하고, 상기 질문데이터에 대하여 상기 사용자가 상기 단말장치를 통해 입력한 답변데이터를 상기 단말장치로부터 수신하는 송수신부; 및상기 답변데이터를 기초로 상기 평가 대상 서비스 또는 상기 평가 대상 제품에 대한 평가 결과데이터를 생성하는 데이터 처리부를 포함하되,상기 송수신부는 상기 평가 대상 서비스를 구성하는 일련의 세부 행위 또는 상기 평가 대상 제품을 구성하는 세부 특징 별로 상기 질문데이터를 전송하고,상기 데이터 처리부는 상기 세부 행위 또는 상기 세부 특징 별로 수신된 답변데이터에 기초하여 평가 결과데이터를 생성하는 실시간 경험 분석서버.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 송수신부는,상기 평가 대상 서비스가 수행되는 공간 내에서의 사용자의 위치 정보를 포함하는 진행 정보에 따라 상기 세부 행위의 진행 상태를 확인하고, 상기 세부 행위의 종료 시점에 상기 질문데이터를 전송하는 실시간 경험 분석 서버.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 질문데이터는 하나 이상의 경험 평가 지표를 포함하고,상기 데이터 처리부는 상기 세부 행위의 흐름 순서 또는 상기 세부 특징의 연관 관계에 따른 각 경험 평가 지표에 대한 세부 평가 결과데이터가 포함되도록 상기 평가 결과데이터를 생성하고,상기 송수신부는 상기 세부 평가 결과데이터가 사용자에게 출력되도록 상기 세부 평가 결과데이터를 상기 사용자의 단말장치로 전송하는 실시간 경험 분석 서버.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 세부 행위 또는 상기 세부 특징 별로 상기 세부 평가 결과데이터를 기록하는 데이터베이스를 더 포함하고,상기 데이터 처리부는 상기 송수신부로부터 수신된 추가적인 답변데이터를 상기 데이터베이스에 기록된 세부 평가 결과데이터와 취합하여 업데이트하는 실시간 경험 분석 서버.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 데이터 처리부는상기 각 경험 평가 지표에 대한 사용자의 평가 결과에 대한 평균값과 표준 편차 데이터가 포함되도록 상기 평가 결과데이터를 생성하는 실시간 경험 분석 서버.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 데이터 처리부는상기 세부 행위 또는 상기 세부 특징 별로 상기 세부 평가 결과데이터가 기설정된 기준에 따른 연결선으로 나타나는 스파이더 맵 방식으로 표시되도록 상기 평가 결과데이터를 생성하거나,상기 세부 행위 또는 상기 세부 특징 별로 상기 세부 평가 결과데이터가 기설정된 기준에 따른 색상 차이를 가지는 색상코드 방식으로 표시되도록 상기 평가 결과데이터를 생성하는 실시간 경험 분석 서버.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 데이터 처리부는상기 답변데이터 중 상기 평가 대상 서비스 또는 상기 평가 대상 제품의 제공자의 단말 장치로부터 수신된 제 1 답변데이터를 기초로 제공자 평가 결과데이터를 생성하는 제 1 데이터 처리부; 및상기 답변데이터 중 상기 평가 대상 서비스 또는 상기 평가 대상 제품의 고객의 단말 장치로부터 수신된 제 2 답변데이터를 기초로 고객 평가 결과데이터를 생성하는 제 2 데이터 처리부를 포함하는 실시간 경험 분석 서버.
- 평가 대상 서비스 또는 평가 대상 제품에 대한 사용자의 경험을 처리하는 단말장치에 있어서,실시간 경험 분석 서버로부터 상기 평가 대상 서비스 또는 상기 평가 대상 제품에 대한 경험 평가 지표를 포함한 질문데이터를 수신하는 수신부;상기 질문데이터에 대하여 상기 사용자가 입력한 답변데이터를 상기 실시간 경험 분석 서버로 송신하는 송신부; 및상기 실시간 경험 분석 서버로부터 상기 수신부를 거쳐 수신된 상기 평가 대상 서비스 또는 상기 평가 대상 제품에 대한 평가 결과데이터를 출력하는 데이터 출력부를 포함하되,상기 송신부는 상기 평가 대상 서비스를 구성하는 일련의 세부 행위 또는 상기 평가 대상 제품을 구성하는 세부 특징 별로 상기 답변데이터를 송신하고,상기 데이터 출력부는 상기 세부 행위 또는 상기 세부 특징 별로 송신된 답변데이터를 기초로 상기 실시간 경험 분석 서버에서 생성된 평가 결과데이터를 출력하는사용자 경험 처리 단말장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 평가 대상 서비스가 수행되는 공간 내에서의 사용자의 위치 정보를 포함하는 진행 정보를 감지하는 진행 감지부를 더 포함하고,상기 송신부는 상기 진행 감지부로부터 전달된 상기 진행 정보를 상기 실시간 경험 분석 서버로 상기 세부 행위마다 송신하는사용자 경험 처리 단말장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 질문데이터는 하나 이상의 경험 평가 지표를 포함하고,상기 평가 결과데이터를 상기 세부 행위 또는 상기 세부 특징 별로 기록하는 데이터 저장부를 더 포함하며,상기 데이터 출력부는 상기 평가 결과데이터 내 상기 세부 행위의 흐름 순서 또는 상기 세부 특징의 연관 관계에 따른 각 경험 평가 지표에 대한 세부 평가 결과데이터를 출력하는 사용자 경험 처리 단말장치.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 데이터 출력부는 상기 평가 결과데이터 내 상기 각 경험 평가 지표에 대한 사용자의 평가 결과에 대한 평균값과 표준 편차 데이터를 출력하는 사용자 경험 처리 단말장치.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 데이터 출력부는 상기 세부 행위 또는 상기 세부 특징 별로 상기 세부 평가 결과데이터를 출력하고,상기 세부 평가 결과데이터는 기설정된 기준에 따른 연결선으로 나타나는 스파이더 맵 방식으로 표시되거나, 기설정된 기준에 따른 색상 차이를 가지는 색상코드 방식으로 표시되는 것인, 사용자 경험 처리 단말장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 송신부는 상기 사용자가 상기 평가 대상 서비스 또는 상기 평가 대상 제품의 제공자인 경우 생성되는 제 1 답변데이터 또는 상기 사용자가 상기 평가 대상 서비스 또는 상기 평가 대상 제품의 고객인 경우 생성되는 제 2 답변데이터를 포함하는 답변데이터를 상기 실시간 경험 분석 서버로 송신하고,상기 데이터 출력부는 상기 제 1 답변데이터를 기초로 생성된 제공자 평가 결과데이터와, 상기 제 2 답변데이터를 기초로 생성된 고객 평가 결과데이터를 구분하여 출력하는 사용자 경험 처리 단말장치.
