Abstract

Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines keramischen Konversionselements (3) umfasst die folgenden Schritte: - Bereitstellen einer ersten Schicht (1) als Grünkörper oder als keramische Schicht, die einen ersten Leuchtstoff aufweist, der elektromagnetische Strahlung eines ersten Wellenlängenbereichs in elektromagnetische Strahlung eines zweiten Wellenlängenbereichs umwandelt, wobei der erste Leuchtstoff, - Aufbringen einer zweiten Schicht (2) auf die erste Schicht (1), wobei die zweite Schicht (2) einen zweiten Leuchtstoff aufweist, der elektromagnetische Strahlung eines ersten Wellenlängenbereichs in elektromagnetische Strahlung eines dritten Wellenlängenbereichs umwandelt. Weiterhin werden ein keramisches Konversionselement und ein optoelektronisches Halbleiterbauelement angegeben.
