一种家禽槽式喂料器,包括输料管(1)和喂料槽(5),输料管(1)管腔内设有饲料输送机构,喂料槽(5)沿输料管(1)延伸方向相对称的设置于输料管(1)二侧,输料管(1)对应二侧的喂料槽(5)设有均匀排列的排料孔(2),排料孔(2)设有排料调节挡板(7),排料调节挡板(7)具有与排料孔(2)相对应的通孔(8)。喂料槽(5)在输料管(1)下方,由排料孔(2)排出的饲料可顺畅地流到喂料槽(5)内。该喂料器的输料与喂料相隔离,避免了输料机构对鸡的磕碰。排料孔(2)布料均匀,避免挤压争食,提高养殖效益。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及家禽饲养设备,主要指家禽喂料器,特别是指家禽槽式喂料器。
背景技术:
现有的家禽槽式喂料器(主要是鸡用槽式喂料器),是由一个平底喂料槽和槽内刮板输送链构成,刮板输送链上相间隔的固定有倾斜角度的刮料板,传动过程将饲料刮送,布送到喂料槽各处,供站立在喂料槽二侧的鸡啄食。实际应用时是将喂料槽布置成长环状,由主机驱动刮板输送链作闭环循环运转,由加料装置向槽内加料,直至将定量的料加完、并刮送到各处为止,停止运转。该刮板链槽式喂料器的优点是较之较先进的螺旋输料管挂接喂料盘喂料器构造简单、造价省、价格便宜,因此,尽管该刮板链槽式喂料器存在诸多缺陷,因价格便宜仍有较大的市场和用户。该刮板链槽式喂料器已应用多年,暴露出的诸多缺陷和不足是:一,刮板输送链直接设置在喂料槽内,无遮盖的暴露在喂料槽内刮料运行,输送链刮板时常碰击到啄食的鸡嘴,影响鸡的安心啄食、进食;二,较长的刮板输送链及其张紧程度的不断变化,使刮料板离喂料槽槽底间之间隙高度产生动态变化,致使槽内刮料、布料不均。特别是当鸡龄小、一天定量饲料少时,此时,刮料不均的缺陷及其影响边更加突现出来,为避免此时的布料不均引起饲喂不均,甚至不开启设备,采用人工加料,需到鸡龄大、一天的定量饲料多时,才开启使用,造成设备的闲置浪费,加大了人工投入;三,因刮、布料的不均,直接导致鸡的争食现象厉害,饲喂不均致使强者越强,弱者越弱,时常有因挤压争食被踩死现象的发生。四,该槽式喂料器必须固定于地面上,不能定时整体吊起,既影响鸡的场地活动,又影响对场地的清理。
发明内容:
本发明之目的,在于针对现有刮板链槽式喂料器的诸多缺陷加以重大改进,提供一种家禽槽式喂料器,它具有输料管和喂料槽构造形式,由输料管排料孔向二侧喂料槽布料,彻底克服了现有喂料器特别是刮板链槽式喂料器的诸多弊端,加料、布料均匀,有利于饲养,养殖效益可极大提高。
本发明是如此实施:一种家禽槽式喂料器,包括输料装置和喂料槽。输料装置为输料管 1
,输料管管腔内设有饲料输送机构,输料管管壁具有向喂料槽排料的排料孔 2 ,喂料槽 5 沿输料管延伸方向设置,由输料管排料孔 2
排出的饲料可顺畅的流淌到二侧喂料槽 5 内。
本发明之实施方案优选的是,所述输料管排料孔设有可左右移动的排料调节挡板 7
,排料调节挡板具有与输料管排料孔相对应的通孔 8 ,排料调节挡板内表面与输料管外表面相配合。
本发明之实施方案优选的是,当其横剖面轮廓为方形的输料管 1

本发明所产生的有益效果是,由输料管输料,输料与喂料相隔离,避免了输料机构对鸡的磕碰。由输料管输料、排料孔布料,加料、布料均匀,达到了均衡饲养,避免饲喂过程的争食挤压,避免因争食造成饲料污染。也避免了因鸡龄小时的设备闲置,设备利用率高。该槽式喂料器可整体起降,场地利用率高,利于限饲和鸡的活动,利于鸡舍卫生清理。养殖效果好,可极大的提高养殖效益。

- 根据权利要求 1 所述一种家禽槽式喂料器,其特征是,所述输料管排料孔设有可左右移动的排料调节挡板( 7 ),排料调节挡板具有与输料管排料孔相对应的通孔( 8 ),排料调节挡板内表面与输料管外表面相配合。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述一种家禽槽式喂料器,其特征是,横剖面轮廓为方形的输料管' 1 '',其管壁排料孔设有可上下移动的排料调节挡板( 7 ') , 排料调节挡板内表面具有凸棱 10 ,与其对应的管壁表面具有凹槽 11 。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3所述一种家禽槽式喂料器,其特征是,所述喂料槽(5)为二个,沿输料管延伸方向相对称的设置于输料管二侧;所述输料管排料孔有二排,与二侧喂料槽相对应;二侧喂料槽(5)与输料管相衔接的槽边之间构成纵向隆凸(9),所述输料管处于所述纵向隆突(9)上。
- 根据权利要求 4 所述家禽槽式喂料器,其特征是,所述喂料槽( 5 )设有家禽啄食隔栅( 6 )。
- 根据权利要求 4 所述一种家禽槽式喂料器,其特征是,所述输料管管腔内饲料输送机构,为塞盘输送链机构,或者,为输料螺旋机构。
