1. 一种水平向上开启门用铰链, 包括有固定座 (1 ), 与固定座活动 连接的活动外壳 (7 ), 活动外壳的一端为圆弧密封形式, 在固定 座与活动外壳之间设置有固定连接的连接件 (11 ), 在活动外壳中 设置有压缩弹簧 (10), 该压缩弹簧套装在一弹簧支架 (8 ) 上, 所述的弹簧支架一端通过第四销轴 (12)与连接件铰接,另一端插入 安装在活动外壳 (7) 上的槽孔 (72) 中的挡块 13的长方形孔中, 其特征在于: 在所述的弹簧支架的一端上设置有液压缓冲装置, 所述的液压缓冲装置包括有通过第三销轴 (6) 与活动外壳 (7 ) 活动连接的液压缸 (5 ), 在液压缸中设置有活塞 (52), 所述的活 塞的自由端通过第二销轴 (4)与连接件铰接。
2. 如权利要求 1所述外壳 7的一端为圆弧密封形。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述的水平向上开启门用铰链, 其特征在于: 所述 的第四销轴 (12) 上设置有第一轴套 (14)。
4. 如权利要求 1 所述的水平向上开启门用铰链, 其特征在于: 所述 的固定座 (1 ) 通过第一销轴 (3)与活动外壳 (7) 活动连接。
5. 如权利要求 1 所述的水平向上开启门用铰链, 其特征在于: 所述 的第一销轴 (3 ) 上设置有第二轴套 (15 )。
6. 如权利要求 1 所述的水平向上开启门用铰链, 其特征在于: 所述 连接件 (11 ) 通过第一销轴 (3)和限位销 (2)固定铆接在固定座 (1 ) 与活动外壳 (7) 之间。
7. 如权利要求 1 所述的水平向上开启门用铰链, 其特征在于: 所述 的弹簧支架 (8 ) 的一端设置有挡块 (13 ), 挡块的外径大于弹簧 的外径, 所述的挡块两端插设在槽孔 (72) 中。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的水平向上开启门用铰链, 其特征在于: 所述的 弹簧支架 (8) 中间套装有挡座 (9), 在挡座 (9) 后弹簧支架为双 叉形, 其两端向前延伸变成平行的两支臂 (80), 所述的两支臂未 端通过销轴 (12) 与连接件 (11 ) 活动连接。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的水平向上开启门用铰链, 其特征在于: 所述 的弹簧支架 (8 ) 上套装的挡座 (9) 与挡块 (13 ) 之间套装有压 缩弹簧, 所述的挡座的外径大于压缩弹簧的外径。
10.如权利要求 1 所述的水平向上开启门用铰链, 其特征在于: 液压 缸(5 ) 的活塞(52) 的自由端通过第二销轴 (4)与弹簧支架(8 ) 铰接, 液压缸 (5 ) 的缸体端通过第三销轴 (6) 与活动壳体 (7) 活动连接。
11.如权利要求 7所述的水平向上开启门用铰链, 其特征在于: 所述 的槽孔 (72) 为圆弧形。
12.如权利要求 5所述的水平向上开启门用铰链, 其特征在于: 弹簧 支架 (8) 上设置有卡位 (82), 在门开启 100度时卡位卡在第二 轴套 (15 ) 上。
