本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够给烤箱门体提供一个较大角 度内的平衡力和缓冲力以及在关闭时可以具有一定保压力且结构简单 的铰链, 同时还具有烤箱门与烤箱主体拆卸容易的优点。

如图 3、 图 4所示, 在使用的时候, 拉动烤箱门, 即将带动铰接底座 1绕着铰链臂 2转动, 卡位 21的高点原本是置于滚轮 61的下方, 当铰链臂 与铰接底座之间的角度达到一定程度时, 卡位 21的高点从滚轮 61的下方 跳脱, 铰链臂的侧面 23与滚轮的侧面抵接达成一个新的平衡; 在此过程 中, 由于铰接底座的转动, 带动支架、 摇杆、 弹簧连杆的连动, 使得作 为压力弹簧的第一弹簧从压缩状态再回复到原状, 具体的范围为铰链臂 转动 25°到 85°之间均可; 同时由于该铰链通过转动铰接底座, 压缩作为 压力弹簧的第二弹簧, 通过支架给铰链臂提供支撑力, 在 25°~85°之间, 铰链臂和门体可以在任意角度停顿; 而当门体关闭时, 门体带动铰接底 座转动, 第一拉簧的张力通过摇杆给滚轮提供压力, 滚轮压住铰链臂的 侧面, 使得门体在 25°以内关闭, 并同时使得门体有一定的保压力, 从 而可以将门体快速的关闭; 又由于铰接底座上设置有椭圆形长槽 12, 可 以便于第二弹簧通过支架拉伸调整各个角度的力度; 而与该长槽配合设 置有长轴 53, 便于长轴在该长槽内滚动, 从而可以提高接触件的耐磨性 能。
如图 5所示, 安装烤箱门体时, 先将支撑架转动到铰链臂圆形凸台 27处, 再转到铰链臂, 将支撑架支撑到铰接底座的限位槽 16处, 将铰链 臂 2插入烤箱主体内, 将支撑架转动到铰链臂卡位 21相对于其侧面 23的 另一处长侧面 26处, 转动支撑架的位置, 可以快速安装烤箱门体或快速 将烤箱门体与烤箱主体拆卸。

Claims

权利要求书
1.一种铰链, 包括有铰接底座 (1 ) , 与该铰接底座活动设置的铰链臂 (2) , 设置于铰接底座与活动臂之间的支撑架 (3) 和支架 (5) , 所 述的支撑架 (3) 与支架 (5) 都包括有两平行设置有夹片, 与支架配合 设置有摇杆 (6) 、 弹簧连杆 (8) , 在摇杆与支架之间设置有第一弹簧 (7) , 在弹簧连杆上套设有第二弹簧 (9) , 其特征在于: 所述的摇杆 (6) 本体包括有两平行设置的夹片, 在摇杆本体上第一端孔 (66) , 一摇杆铆钉 (62) 穿过摇杆的第一端孔 (66) , 一滚轮 (61 ) 套设于摇 杆铆钉上并夹持于摇杆本体的两平行设置的夹片中, 配合该滚轮在铰链 臂上设置有当摇杆与铰链臂处于第一极限位置时相互卡合的卡位(21 ), 以及当摇杆与铰链臂处于第二极限位置时相互抵触的铰链臂侧面(23)。
2.如权利要求 1所述的铰链,其特征在于:在所述的摇杆本体上还设置有 中孔 (65) , 相应支架 (5) 的本体上设置有中部槽孔 (54) , 铰接座
( 1 ) 上设置有固定孔 (14) , 一轴 (63 ) 穿过中孔、 中部槽孔以及固 定孔将摇杆、 支架、 铰接座同轴连接。
3.如权利要求 1所述的铰链,其特征在于:在所述的摇杆本体的另一端设 置有第二端孔 (67) , 一连接轴 (64) 穿过该第二端孔, 第一弹簧 (7) 的第一端挂钩挂设于该连接轴上并被摇杆本体的两平行设置的夹片夹 持。
4.如权利要求 1所述的铰链, 其特征在于: 所述的连接座 (1 ) 的第一端 上设置有第一座孔 (13 ) , 对应所述的铰链臂 (2) 的第一端上设置有 第一连接孔 (24) , 所述的铰链臂与连接座通过一穿过第一座孔 (13 ) 的铰接铆钉 (4) 以及套设于该铰接铆钉上的铰接套 (41 ) 活动连接。
5.如权利要求 1所述的铰链, 其特征在于: 所述的铰接座 (1 ) 顶部端设 置有一卡孔 (15) , 对应设置有一卡接轴 (71 ) , 第一弹簧 (7) 的第 二端挂设于该卡接轴上。
6.如权利要求 1所述的铰链, 其特征在于: 所述的铰接座 (1 ) 的本体上 设置有长槽 (12) , 弹簧连杆 (8) 第一端的设置有一安装孔 (82) , 支架 (5) 的第二端上设置有支架第二孔 (55) , 一长轴 (53) 依次穿 过支架第二孔 (55) 、 安装孔 (82) 以及长槽 (12)将铰接座、 弹簧连 杆、 支架同轴连接。
7.如权利要求 1所述的铰链, 其特征在于: 所述的支架 (5) 的第一端上 设置有支架端孔 (56) , 对应铰链臂 (2) 上设置有铰接孔 (25) , 一 支架铆钉 (51 ) 穿过支架端孔 (56) 以及该铰接孔 (25)将支架与铰接 座同轴连接, 一无油轴承 (52) 套设于支架铆钉 (51 ) 上并设支架的两 平行夹片夹持。
8.如权利要求 1所述的铰链,其特征在于: 所述的铰链臂顶部处设置有顶 部孔 (22) , 所述的支撑架 (3 ) 的第二端上设置有支撑孔 (32) , 一 支撑铆钉 (31 ) 穿过顶部孔 (22)和支撑孔 (32)将铰链臂与支撑架同 轴连接。
9.如权利要求 1所述的铰链, 其特征在于: 所述的弹簧连杆 (8) 的另一 端上设置有一卡槽 (81 ) , 一销轴 (91 ) 穿过该卡槽将第二弹簧 (9) 的另一端限定。
10.如权利要求 1所述的铰链, 其特征在于: 所述的铰链臂上有一圆形凸 台 (27) , 控制支撑架旋转角度。
