Abstract

一种门窗内平开侧悬装置，包括固定于窗框上的限位块和座、铆接在座上的支撑杆、插入窗扇槽内直接与传动执手连接的连接杆，连接杆两端连接传动杆，连接杆一侧上设有开口向内的开口直槽，开口直槽内设有异性弹簧，另一侧上设有与传动执手的拨叉配合的配合部件；所述支撑杆一端与座铆接，另一端是设有可与开口直槽配合铆钉滑动件，铆钉滑动件的头部直径比中间直径大，支撑杆可通过限位块卡紧固定在门窗框上。最后所述的铆钉滑动件为蘑菇头形。本实用新型通过连杆被限位块固定在窗框上，呈平开状态；通过连杆上的铆钉滑动件进入连接杆的开口直槽内，呈侧悬状态，分别实现内平开和侧悬的功能。且其结构简单，安装方便快捷。

本实用新型涉及一种门窗上的五金配件，尤其涉及内平开侧悬窗门窗上用五金配件。 
背景技术
普通的平开窗，窗扇通过合页与窗框相连接。执手和传动杆在扇上相对于合页的另一侧，窗框上有锁座与传动杆上的锁点相对应。开启方式是单一的，安全防盗性能差。。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、安装方便快捷的内平开侧悬装置。 
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种门窗内平开侧悬装置，包括固定于窗框上的限位块和座、铆接在座上的支撑杆、插入窗扇槽内直接与传动执手连接的连接杆，连接杆两端连接传动杆，连接杆一侧上设有开口向内的开口直槽，开口直槽内设有异形弹簧，另一侧上设有与传动执手的拨叉配合的配合部件；所述支撑杆一端与座铆接，另一端是设有可与开口直槽配合铆钉滑动件，铆钉滑动件的头部直径比中间直径大，支撑杆可通过限位块卡紧固定在门窗框上。最后所述的铆钉滑动件为蘑菇头形。 
采用上述技术方案的门窗内平开侧悬装置，通过连杆被限位块固定在窗框上，呈平开状态；通过连杆上的铆钉滑动件进入连接杆的开口直槽内，呈侧悬状态， 分别实现内平开和侧悬的功能。且其结构简单，安装方便快捷。 
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示，本实用新型门窗内平开侧悬装置的一种实施例，包括固定于窗框上的限位块2和座1、铆接在座1上的支撑杆3和插入窗扇槽内直接与传动执手连接的连接杆4。座1、限位块2直接用内六角紧定螺钉安装在窗框上，无需破坏型材平面，安装方便快捷。连接杆4两端连接传动杆，本实施例通过连接杆4两端的连接柱与传动杆连接；连接杆4一侧上设有开口向内的开口直槽9，开口直槽9内设有异形弹簧8，另一侧上设有与传动执手的拨叉配合的配合部件10。所述支撑杆3一端与座1铆接，另一端是设有可与开口直槽9配合的铆钉滑动件7，铆钉滑动件7的头部直径比中间直径大，使得铆钉滑动件7可稳固的在开口直槽9内滑动，而不脱槽。本实施例采用蘑菇头防盗形的铆钉滑动件。本实用新型的门窗内平开侧悬装置实现的是先平开后侧悬的开启顺序。 
其工作原理是：在传动执手转到90°时，支撑杆3被限位块2固定在窗框上，连接杆4的开口直槽于铆钉滑动件7未交叉接触，窗扇呈平开状态，如图2所示；在传动执手转到180°时，传动执手带动连接杆4移动，并让支撑杆3上的铆钉滑动件进入连接杆4的开口直槽9内，门窗开启至铆钉滑动件7通过异形弹簧8被定位，窗扇呈侧悬状态。异形弹簧8的位置可调整至侧悬时窗扇开启的空间距离为一般成人的手无法从窗外伸入的距离，使得在保持通风的同时起到很好的防盗目的。 
其工作原理是：在传动执手转到90°时，支撑杆3被限位块2固定在窗框上，连接杆4的开口直槽于柳钉滑动件7未交叉接触，窗扇呈平开状态，如图2所示；在传动执手转到180°时，传动执手带动连接杆4移动，并让支撑杆3上的柳钉滑动件进入连接杆4的开口直槽9内，门窗开启至柳钉滑动件7通过异形弹簧8被定位，窗扇呈侧悬状态。异形弹簧8的位置可调整至侧悬时窗扇开启的空间距离为一般成人的手无法从窗外伸入的距离，使得在保持通风的同时起到很好的防盗目的。

1.一种门窗内平开侧悬装置，其特征在于：包括固定于窗框上的限位块（2）和座（1）、铆接在座（1）上的支撑杆（3）、插入窗扇槽内直接与传动执手连接的连接杆（4），连接杆（4）两端连接传动杆，连接杆（4）一侧上设有开口向内的开口直槽（9），开口直槽（9）内设有异形弹簧（8），另一侧上设有与传动执手的拨叉配合的配合部件（10）；所述支撑杆（3）一端与座（1）铆接，另一端是设有可与开口直槽（9）配合的铆钉滑动件（7），铆钉滑动件（7）的头部直径比中间直径大，支撑杆（3）可通过限位块（2）卡紧固定在门窗框上。
