技术领域
本发明涉及一种铰链, 尤其涉及一种水平向上开启盖体或门体如 洗衣机门用铰链。
背景技术
现有的水平向上开启门一般包括洗衣机门或者是盖体,在使用的 时候需要先将水平位置的门向上拉起, 大于或等于 90度之后再停住 使机门在这个位置被支撑住, 如中国专利 02109955.3授权文本中公 开的洗涤桶盖用铰链, 其主要是设置有左右铰接座, 分别设置在洗涤 桶的相对应侧的内壁上, 在洗涤桶盖处于关闭, 铰接头的滑动轴位于 铰接座的滑槽低点位, 随着洗涤桶盖的翻转, 滑动轴沿滑槽移动, 当 移动到滑槽的高点位时,可以将洗涤桶盖 掀起来并立在洗涤桶上方。 由于是通过滑动轴在滑槽中高低位置的关系,通过机械的联运来实现 洗涤桶盖的翻转以及在最上方时的立定, 轴在槽内的移动会带来噪 音, 同时, 使用时间过长容易产生机械磨损, 导致位置产生偏移; 另 外不管在开启还是关闭盖体的时候,都需要在任一位置都使用到外界 力量,更甚者,在关闭盖体的时候,速度过快容易压到使用者的手指。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种开启时省力、 关闭时可以起到缓冲作用的水平向上开启门用铰链。 这种水平向上开启盖体用铰链, 包括有固定座(1), 与固定座通 过第一销轴 (3) 活动连接的活动外壳 (7), 在固定座与活动外壳之 间通过第一销轴 (3) 与限位销 (2) 固定铆接的连接件(6), 在活动 外壳中设置有压缩弹簧(10), 该压缩弹簧套设在一弹簧支架(8)上, 所述的弹簧支架一端通过第二销轴 (4)与连接件铰接, 另一端插入安 装在活动外壳 (7) 槽孔中的挡块 (11) 的长方形孔中, 在所述的弹 簧支架(8)的一端还设置有挡块(9);所述的缓冲装置包括扭簧(5), 该扭簧的中间环 (52) 安装在第一销轴 (3) 上, 端部环 (54) 安装 在限位销 (2) 上, 直臂端 (56) 卡在外壳 (7) 的折弯 (74) 上。
所述的外壳(7)设置有向壳体内的折弯 (74), 所述的扭簧(5) 的直臂端 (56) 卡设于该折弯处。
所述的弹簧支架 (8) 上设置有卡位 (82), 在门打开至 100° 位 置时, 卡位卡在销轴 (3) 上, 将门定位。
所述的弹簧支架 (8) 上两端设置有将压缩弹簧 (10) 限制的挡 座 (9) 与挡块 (11)。
所述挡座 (9) 与挡块 (11) 的外径大于弹簧的外径, 所述的挡 块 (11) 的两端卡装在外壳 (7) 的槽孔 (72) 中, 可在槽孔中转动。
所述的槽孔 (72) 为圆弧形。
所述的外壳 (7) —端为圆弧密封形。
弹簧支架(8)上设置有卡位(82), 在门开启到 100度位置时, 卡位卡在第一销轴 (3) 上。 通过上述技术方案, 从而该发明具有下述有益效果: 1. 在向上开启的过程中, 在 60-90度的范围内压缩弹簧的力 及作用点产生的扭矩与门重力产生的扭矩平衡, 从而可以 让门在这个范围内任意位置停止;
2. 在超过 90度之后的范围后, 能够迅速的转动到 100度左 右的位置并停止在该位置上, 方便操作;
3. 同时在关闭门的时候, 扭簧能够起到一个缓冲的作用, 使 门缓慢下降关闭, 下降速度可控制在从 60度至 0度范围 内用时 5-7秒, 防止因为关闭速度过快而夹伤手指。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对该发明作出进一步的说明。
如图 1-图 3所示,一种水平向上开启盖体用铰链,包括有固定座 1, 与固定座通过第一销轴 3活动连接的活动外壳 7, 在固定座与活 动外壳之间通过第一销轴 3与限位销 2固定铆接的连接件 6, 在活动 外壳中设置有压缩弹簧 10, 该压缩弹簧套设在一弹簧支架 8上; 所 述的弹簧支架一端通过第二销轴 4与连接件铰接,另一端插在安装在 外壳 7槽孔 72上的挡块 11的长方形孔中, 可以在此孔内滑动; 所述 轴 3上, 将门定位; 所述的缓冲装置包括扭簧 5, 该扭簧的中间环 52 安装在第一销轴 3上, 端部环 54安装在限位销 2上, 直臂端 56卡在 外壳 7上; 所述的外壳 7设置有向壳体内的折弯 74, 所述的扭簧 5 的直臂端 56卡设于该折弯处; 所述的弹簧支架 8上两端设置有将压 缩弹簧 10限制的挡座 9与挡块 11 ; 所述挡座 9与挡块 11的外径大 于弹簧的外径; 所述的挡块 11的两端插设在外壳 7的圆弧形槽孔 72 中。
1. 在具体使用的时候, 如图 4所示, 由于弹簧支架 8—端通 过第二销轴 4铰接在连接件 6上, 另一端插在挡块 11的 长方形槽孔中, 在盖体开关过程中弹簧支架 8—端绕第二 销轴 4旋转, 另一端在挡块 11 的槽孔内滑动, 并可随挡 块 11 小幅摆动, 对压缩弹簧起压放及导向作用; 在盖体 的开启过程中, 压缩弹簧 10受压后产生的反作用力对盖 体起支撑作用, 盖体在关闭位置时压缩弹簧压缩量最大, 在向上开启过程中, 压缩弹簧的压缩量逐渐变小, 在活动 座与固定座之间的角度达到 60~90° 范围内压缩弹簧的力 及做用点产生的扭矩与盖体重力产生的扭矩平衡, 这时 候, 盖体可以在任意位置停止; 超过 90° 后在压缩弹簧作 用下门会快速转动到 100° 位置; 在 100° 位置时弹簧支 架 8上的卡位 82卡在第一销轴 3上,使门停止在 100° 位 置上, 方便操作; 而扭簧 5的中间环 52安装在第一销轴 3 上, 端部环 54安装在限位销 2上, 直臂端 56卡在外壳 7 上设置的倒钩 74上, 在门开启时会给门一个向上的作用 力, 使门开启力更小; 在门关闭时起缓冲作用。 与现有技术相比, 由于在向上开启的过程中, 在 60-90度的范围 内压缩弹簧的力及作用点产生的扭矩与门重力产生的扭矩平衡,从而 可以让门在这个范围内任意位置停止; 在超过 90度之后的范围后, 能够迅速的转动到 100度左右的位置并停止在该位置上, 方便操作; 同时在关闭门的时候, 扭簧能够起到一个缓冲的作用, 使门缓慢下降 关闭, 下降速度可控制在从 60度至 0度范围内用时 5-7秒, 防止因 为关闭速度过快而夹伤手指; 在门开启过程中, 由于扭簧和压缩弹簧 的作用, 使门开启力更小, 开启更轻松。
当然根据上述原理,设置在不同角度范围内压缩弹簧的力及作用 点产生的扭矩与门重力产生的扭矩平衡,从而可以让门在这个范围内 如 50-80度任意位置或者是 60-90度等任意位置停止, 都应属于本发 明的保护范围。

1. 一种水平向上开启盖体用铰链, 包括有固定座 (1 ), 与固定座通 过第一销轴 (3 ) 活动连接的活动外壳 (7), 在固定座与活动外壳 之间通过第一销轴 (3 ) 与限位销 (2) 固定铆接的连接件 (6 ), 在活动外壳中设置有压缩弹簧(10), 该压缩弹簧套设在一弹簧支 架 (8) 上, 所述的弹簧支架一端通过第二销轴 (4)与连接件铰接, 另一端插在安装在活动外壳上的槽孔 (72) 上的挡块 11的长方形 孔中; 所述的缓冲装置包括扭簧 (5 ), 该扭簧的中间环 (52) 安 装在第一销轴 (3 ) 上, 端部环 (54 ) 安装在限位销 (2) 上, 直 臂端 (56) 卡在外壳 (7) 的折弯 (74) 上。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的水平向上开启盖体用铰链, 其特征在于: 所 述的外壳 (7 ) 设置有向壳体内的折弯 (74), 所述的扭簧 (5 ) 的 直臂端 (56) 卡设于该折弯处。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述的水平向上开启盖体用铰链, 其特征在于: 所 述的弹簧支架(8)上两端设置有将压缩弹簧(10)限制的挡座(9) 与挡块 (11 )。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的水平向上开启盖体用铰链, 其特征在于: 所 述挡座(9)与挡块(11 )的外径大于弹簧的外径,所述的挡块(11 ) 的两端插设在外壳 (7) 的槽孔 (72) 中。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的水平向上开启盖体用铰链, 其特征在于: 所 述的槽孔 (72) 为圆弧形。
6. 如权要求 1 所述水平向上开启盖体用铰链, 其特征在于: 所述活 动外壳的一端为圆弧密封形式。
7. 如权利要求 1 所述水平向上开启盖体用铰链, 其特征在于: 弹簧 支架 (8) 上设置有卡位 (82), 在门开启到 100度位置时, 卡位 卡在第一销轴 (3 ) 上。
