具体地, 所述激活模块 201 通过激活触屏终端上的物理按键, 激活所 述紧急处理来电功能, 其中, 所述物理按键包括用于接听来电的紧急接听 快捷键和用于拒接来电的拒接来电快捷键。
例如, 所述激活模块 201 通过向所述紧急接听快捷键和所述拒接来电 快捷键发送使能信号, 激活所述紧急接听快捷键和所述拒接来电快捷键, 从而激活所述紧急处理来电功能。
检测模块 202,配置为检测用户通过所述正常处理来电功能或所述紧急 处理来电功能进行的来电响应操作; 具体地, 所述检测模块 202 包括用于在触屏终端激活所述正常处理来 电功能和所述紧急处理来电功能后启动计时器的计时器子模块和用于在所 述计时器的计时时间内检测用户的来电响应操作的检测子模块。 其中, 所 述计时时间可根据需要设定, 例如, 设定为 10S、 15S、 20S等。
来电处理模块 203, 配置为根据检测的来电响应操作结果,对所述来电 事件进行相应处理。
具体地, 所述来电处理模块 203 包括紧急处理来电子模块和正常处理 来电子模块; 其中,
所述紧急处理来电子模块, 配置为在所述计时时间内检测到用户通过 触发所述紧急接听快捷键进行的来电响应操作时接听所述来电, 或者, 在 所述计时时间内检测到用户通过触发所述拒接来电快捷键进行的来电响应 操作时或在所述计时时间内未检测到用户的来电响应操作时, 拒接所述来 电, 并将预先设置的通知信息发送至主叫方;
所述正常处理来电子模块, 配置为在所述计时时间内检测到用户通过 触发用于正常处理来电的触摸区域进行的来电响应操作时, 按照被触发的 触摸区域, 接听或拒接来电。
进一步地, 本发明还提供了一种开车时处理来电的触屏终端, 所述触 屏终端包括上述开车时处理来电的装置。
图 3为本发明实施例开车模式设置示意图, 如图 3所示。
本发明实施例在触屏终端内设置一种开车模式, 通过打开第一级界面 "情景模式", 并选择其中的 "开车模式", 进入第二级界面 "开车模式下"。
在所述第二级界面 "开车模式下", 用户可以通过 "激活" 选项, 启用 "开车模式", 也可以在对 "开车模式" 进行自定义设置后, 再启用 "开车 模式"。
具体地, 对开车模式进行的自定义设置, 主要包括以下内容: 1、 来电提醒铃声方式, 推荐采用播报来电者姓名和 /或来电号码;
2、 通话音量, 推荐用免提方式;
3、 紧急接听快捷键, 推荐用上侧键;
4、 拒接来电快捷键, 推荐用下侧键。
进一步地, 所述 "开车模式" 在 "正常模式" 的基础上增设两个物理 快捷键, 分别是用于实现紧急接听的紧急接听快捷键和用于快速拒接来电 的拒接来电快捷键。
这样, 在 "开车模式" 下, 由于触屏终端处于最方便接听或拒接来电 的状态, 因此, 当用户在开车期间收到来电时, 可以更快捷、 有效地接听 或拒绝来电。
上述触屏终端可以为触摸屏手机。
在开车模式下, 本发明实施例对来电呼叫的处理方式进行优化, 如图 4 所示, 处理步骤包括:
步骤 401 : 启用开车模式。
这里, 开车模式可按照图 3进行设置。
步骤 402: 接收到来电呼叫信号时, 激活正常处理来电功能和紧急处理 来电功能。
也就是说, 触屏终端激活了正常呼叫提示界面, 并激活了设定的紧急 接听快捷键和拒接来电快捷键。 所述触屏终端及紧急接听快捷键和拒接来 电快捷键的示意图如图 5 所示。 在触摸屏的正常呼叫提示界面中包括来电 号码或联系人名字的触摸区域、 向左滑动接听电话的触摸区域、 向右滑动 拒接电话的触摸区域, 所述正常呼叫提示界面与现有技术提供的正常呼叫 提示界面相同, 如图 6所示。 所述紧急接听快捷键和所述拒接来电快捷键 可以在触屏终端上单独设置, 也可以使用现有的其他物理按键, 在本实施 例中, 所述紧急接听快捷键使用触屏终端现有的上侧键, 所述拒接来电快 捷键使用触屏终端现有的下侧键。
在开车模式下, 所述正常呼叫提示界面可以在用户虽然已启用开车模 式但来电时不在开车状态的情况下使用, 也可以在用户开车期间副驾驶位 有人员帮忙接听的情况下使用。
进一步地, 激活所述正常处理来电功能和所述紧急处理来电功能后, 启动计时器计时, 以便判断用户是否在所述计时器的计时时间内进行响应。
步骤 403: 播放开车模式设置的来电铃声, 显示正常呼叫提示界面。 这里, 所述正常呼叫提示界面如图 5所示。
步骤 404: 判断在来电提醒周期(计时时间) 内用户是否响应来电, 若 用户响应所述来电, 则执行步骤 406, 否则, 执行步骤 405。
步骤 405: 自动向主叫方发送通知信息。
如果用户让铃声一直响着不处理来电, 即用户在来电提醒周期内无任 何响应, 触屏终端自动向主叫方发送通知信息, 例如通过短信方式回复并 提示主叫方: "用户在开车中, 不方便接听电话"。
步骤 406: 判断用户来电响应方式, 若用户通过触发用于正常处理来电 的触摸区域进行来电响应操作, 则执行步骤 407, 若用户通过触发所述紧急 接听快捷键进行来电响应操作, 则执行步骤 408, 若用户通过触发所述拒接 来电快捷键进行来电响应操作, 则执行步骤 409。
步骤 407: 按照被触发的触摸区域接通或拒接来电。
若用户通过触发用于正常处理来电的触摸区域进行来电响应操作, 即 若触屏终端检测到用户通过按触摸屏响应来电, 则按照被触发的触摸区域 接通或拒接来电, 也就是说, 按照现有方式正常处理来电。
步骤 408: 按开车模式设置的状态接通电话。
若用户通过触发所述紧急接听快捷键进行来电响应操作, 即若触屏终 端检测到用户按紧急接听快捷键, 则触屏终端按开车模式设置的状态接通 电话, 然后通话结束正常挂断。
步骤 409: 挂断来电, 然后自动向主叫方发送通知信息。
若用户通过触发所述拒接来电快捷键进行来电响应操作, 即若触屏终 端检测到用户按拒接来电快捷键, 则触屏终端挂断来电, 然后自动向主叫 方发送通知信息。
例如, 通过短信方式回复并提示主叫方: "用户在开车中, 不方便接听 电话,,。
综上所述, 本发明实施例使触屏终端持有者在开车过程中收到来电时, 在执行接听或拒接动作及紧急接听过程中更加方便, 从而提高了驾驶员开 车过程中处理来电的安全性。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。 凡在本发明的精神和范围之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进 等, 均包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 工业实用性
本发明实施例中, 当触屏终端收到来电事件时, 激活正常处理来电功 能和紧急处理来电功能; 检测用户通过所述正常处理来电功能或所述紧急 处理来电功能进行的来电响应操作; 根据检测的来电响应操作结果, 对所 述来电事件进行相应处理; 从而使触屏终端持有者在开车过程中收到来电 时, 在执行接听或拒接动作及紧急接听过程中更加方便, 提高了驾驶员开 车过程中处理来电的安全性。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种开车时处理来电的方法, 所述方法包括:
当触屏终端收到来电事件时, 激活正常处理来电功能和紧急处理来电 功能;
检测用户通过所述正常处理来电功能或所述紧急处理来电功能进行的 来电响应操作;
根据检测的来电响应操作结果, 对所述来电事件进行相应处理。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 触屏终端通过激活触屏终端上 的物理按键, 激活所述紧急处理来电功能, 其中, 所述物理按键包括用于 接听来电的紧急接听快捷键和用于拒接来电的拒接来电快捷键。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 触屏终端激活所述正常处理来 电功能和所述紧急处理来电功能后, 启动计时器, 并在所述计时器的计时 时间内检测用户的来电响应操作。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 在所述计时时间内, 若检测到 用户通过触发所述紧急接听快捷键进行的来电响应操作, 则接听所述来电。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 在所述计时时间内, 若检测到 用户通过触发所述拒接来电快捷键进行的来电响应操作, 则拒接所述来电, 并将预先设置的通知信息发送至主叫方。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 在所述计时时间内, 若检测到 用户通过触发用于正常处理来电的触摸区域进行的来电响应操作, 则按照 被触发的触摸区域, 接听或拒接来电。
7、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 在所述计时时间内, 若未检测 到用户的来电响应操作, 则拒接所述来电, 并将预先设置的通知信息发送 至主叫方。
8、 一种开车时处理来电的装置, 所述装置包括: 激活模块, 配置为当触屏终端收到来电事件时, 激活正常处理来电功 能和紧急处理来电功能;
检测模块, 配置为检测用户通过所述正常处理来电功能或所述紧急处 理来电功能进行的来电响应操作;
来电处理模块, 配置为根据检测的来电响应操作结果, 对所述来电事 件进行相应处理。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述激活模块通过激活触屏终 端上的物理按键, 激活所述紧急处理来电功能, 其中, 所述物理按键包括 用于接听来电的紧急接听快捷键和用于拒接来电的拒接来电快捷键。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中, 所述检测模块包括: 计时器子模块, 配置为在触屏终端激活所述正常处理来电功能和所述 紧急处理来电功能后, 启动计时器;
检测子模块, 配置为在所述计时器的计时时间内检测用户的来电响应 操作。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其中, 所述来电处理模块包括: 紧急处理来电子模块, 配置为在所述计时时间内检测到用户通过触发 所述紧急接听快捷键进行的来电响应操作时接听所述来电, 或者, 在所述 计时时间内检测到用户通过触发所述拒接来电快捷键进行的来电响应操作 时或在所述计时时间内未检测到用户的来电响应操作时, 拒接所述来电, 并将预先设置的通知信息发送至主叫方;
正常处理来电子模块, 配置为在所述计时时间内检测到用户通过触发 用于正常处理来电的触摸区域进行的来电响应操作时, 按照被触发的触摸 区域, 接听或拒接来电。
12、 一种开车时处理来电的触屏终端, 所述触屏终端包括上述权利要 求 8-11任一项所述的开车时处理来电的装置。
