背景技术
目前市场上的各种可擦写的纸制品,所使用的膜,都是不能自然降解或很难降解的化学膜,尽管能在节约纸张上起到节约、节能的作用,但回收处理难度大,还存在一定的环境污染问题。
技术问题
目前市场上有以“一种可反复使用的纸”(中国专利号:200720001010.2)技术的制造的各种可擦写的纸制品,采用的是不可降解的石油化学膜与纸制成的产品。该产品在纸的正反两面都粘合一层不可自然降解的石油化学膜,很难回收或根本不能回收。尽管此种技术所制成的各种产品能为节能、节约起到一定作用,但造成了一定的环境污染。为解决此种技术带来的遗憾,本可擦写的纸制品采用的是不渗水的、可自然降解的印刷用化学膜与纸制成。本发明属于一种实用新型技术,是利用成熟的原材料和成熟的印刷加工技术制作成的制品,不仅解决了可擦写、可反复使用的节约、节能问题,还可以回收再利用。
技术解决方案
可擦写的纸制品主要含两类原材料:印刷用的原纸和可自然降解的印刷品用化学膜。其中:胶版纸、铜版纸、牛皮纸、卡纸等印刷用纸都可以作为原材料使用;可自然降解的印刷品用化学膜都可以作为另一种主要原材料使用。准备好以上两种主要原材料后,将相关原纸印刷后的半成品或相关原纸通过覆膜机(覆膜机最好采用双面覆膜机)将可自然降解的印刷用化学膜黏压在其正反两面,再通过裁剪、装订等工序,可擦写的纸制品就制成了。
有益效果
这种可擦写的纸制品,在使用配套的墨水(油墨、墨粉)书写或印刷后,可轻松地利用用含水的工具(如毛巾等)擦干净,以达到反复使用、节约、节能的目的。另外,因正反面各覆有一层化学膜,这种可擦写在纸制品比传统纸张更美观,更实用。这种可擦写的纸制品,在表面的化学膜降解完后可以回收再利用,无二次污染。
本发明的实施方式
一种可反复擦写的纸制品,包括一纸质基层1,在纸质基层1的正反两面均有一层粘合在纸质基层1上的不渗水、可自然降解的印刷品用化学膜2。该化学膜是通过滚压加热的形式牢固的粘在纸质基层1上。该化学膜的厚度为15-150微米(µm),如15、18、25、28、35、150微米(µm)等均可以选用,本实施示例选择的降解化学膜的厚度为35微米(µm)。由于在纸质基层上粘合了此化学膜,通过配套的墨水(油墨、墨粉)使用后,如需修改或更新内容时,只要用含水的工具(毛巾等)轻轻擦拭,便可将原有的墨迹清除,不留任何墨迹,环保节约,使用方便。而且,同一纸制品,可以在1-10年时间里,反复使用数百次,能节约大量的造纸材料、能源与水,另外,因其使用的是可自然降解的化学膜,纸质基层上的化学膜降解完后,很容易回收再利用。
工业实用性
本发明是利用现有市场上成熟的原材料和成熟的加工技术加工成的制品,不存在技术上的任何问题,可以大规模生产、服务社会、造福人类。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的可反复擦写的纸制品,其特征在于:所述的纸质基层(1)为使用胶版纸、铜版纸、牛皮纸、卡纸等印刷好内容的半成品或没有印刷的原纸。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的可反复擦写的纸制品,其特征在于:所述的化学膜(2)为不渗水、可在1-10年自然降解的印刷品用化学膜。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的可反复擦写的纸制品。其特征在于:所述的化学膜(2)的厚度为15—150微米(µm)。
