发明内容
为了克服现有同类玻璃装饰主体存在不能单独立制造成独立构件, 不利于 客户挑选产品时对主体和外边框式样的自由搭配选择, 且制造麻烦, 难以做到 精细, 金属框架上的连接钉头会从正面可以看见, 影响装饰美观的缺陷, 本实 用新型的目的是提供一种改进的玻璃装饰主体, 可以克服现有技术的缺陷。

1、 一种玻璃装饰主体, 由金属的型材框架和嵌装于其中的玻璃片构成, 型 材框架由两根纵边型材条、 两根横边型材条和中间型材条连接构成, 其特征是: 所述两根纵边型材条或者两根横边型材条釆用 A型材、 形状为前部有一长度方 向的嵌槽其后部中间有一长度方向的孔口, 其他型材条采用 B型材、 形状为前 后部各有一长度方向的嵌槽其中间有一可与螺钉配合的长度方向的开口孔, A型 材与 B型材的连接是由螺钉从 A型材后侧穿过 A型材后、 由长度方向旋进 B型 材的开口孔, B型材与 B型材的连接是由螺钉从一 B型材的一侧嵌槽和其开口孔 的开口缝穿过该 B型材后、 由长度方向旋进另一 B型材的开口孔。
2、 一种玻璃装饰主体, 包括由粘合剂粘固在一起的中间玻璃装饰层和其两 侧外封玻璃层, 中间坡璃装饰层由金属的型材框架和嵌装于其中的玻璃片构成, 型材框架由两根纵边型材条、 两根横边型材条和中间型材条连接构成, 其特征 是: 所述两根纵边型材条或者两根横边型材条采用 A型材、 形状为前部有一长 度方向的嵌槽其后部中间有一长度方向的孔口, 其他型材条采用 B型材、 形状 为前后部各有一长度方向的嵌槽其中间有一可与螺钉配合的长度方向的开口 孔, A型材与 B型材的连接是由螺钉从 A型材后侧穿过 A型材后、 由长度方向旋 进 B型材的开口孔, B型材与 B型材的连接是螺钉从一 B型材的一侧嵌槽和其开 口孔的开口缝穿过该 B型材后、 由长度方向旋进另一 B型材的开口孔。
3、 按杈利要求 1或 2所述的玻璃装饰主体, 其特征是所述玻璃片是由其边 缘嵌装在所述 A型材或 B型材的嵌槽上。
4、 按权利要求 1或 2所述的玻璃装饰主体, 其特征是所述 A型材与 B型材 的连接部位或 B型材与 B型材的连接部位填充或涂抹有胶粘剂。
5、 按权利要求 1或 2所述的玻璃装饰主体, 其特征是所述玻璃片与 A型材 或 B型材的嵌装部位填充或涂抹有胶粘剂。
