Description

架空裸导线绝缘化喷涂装置 技术领域 本发明涉及一种对电力系统的输电线路的裸导线进行绝缘化喷涂的装置。 背景技术
城乡电网架空线路一般多采用裸导线作为电力输送的载体, 但在一些农村 地区普遍存在用户违法私自在裸导线上挂接电线进行窃电现象, 同时, 当输电 线路走廊通过树林时, 存在树线矛盾问题。 现有技术是通过将裸导线更换成绝 缘导线以解决上述问题, 但此种办法存在投资大且施工周期长、 线路改造工程 施工受阻等问题。
发明内容 本发明提供了一种架空裸导线绝缘化喷涂装置, 解决了现有技术通过将裸 导线更换成绝缘导线, 投资大且施工周期长、 线路改造工程施工受阻等问题。 本发明是通过以下方案解决以上问题的: 一种架空裸导线绝缘化喷涂装置, 包括架空裸导线和行走吊架, 在行走吊 架中分别设置有蓄电池、 牵引电机、 电控气泵和绝缘涂料罐, 在行走吊架的前 端固定设置有前吊杆, 在前吊杆的顶端固定设置有前轴承座, 在前轴承座中活 动设置有前轮轴, 在前轮轴上固定设置有前主动行走轮, 前主动行走轮通过轮 面上的行走凹槽活动行走在架空裸导线上, 牵引电机的输出轴与齿轮传动机构 的输入端机械连接, 齿轮传动机构的输出端与固定设置在前轮轴上的动齿轮啮 合, 在行走吊架的后端固定设置有后吊杆, 在后吊杆的顶端固定设置有后轴承 座, 在后轴承座中活动设置有后轮轴, 在后轮轴上设置有后从动行走轮, 后从 动行走轮通过轮面上的行走凹槽活动行走在架空裸导线上, 在行走吊架的后端 固定设置有燕尾形支架, 在燕尾形支架的两末端均设置有绝缘涂料喷嘴, 两绝 缘涂料喷嘴设置在架空裸导线的两侧, 在绝缘涂料喷嘴上设置有 V形防护罩, 绝缘涂料喷嘴通过涂料输送管与绝缘涂料罐连通。 在行走吊架的中部设置有除垢轮支架, 在除垢轮支架上设置有一对除垢 轮, 一对除垢轮活动夹持在架空裸导线上。 在架空裸导线的下方的地面上设置有遥控器, 该遥控器实现对设置在行走 吊架中的牵引电机和电控气泵的遥控。 本发明实现了机电一体化, 利用气动机构很好的把绝缘涂料均勾喷涂在架 空裸导线上, 喷涂效果好, 解决了线树矛盾, 避免了窃电现象的发生。

具体实施方式 一种架空裸导线绝缘化喷涂装置, 包括架空裸导线 1和行走吊架 6, 在行 走吊架 6中分别设置有蓄电池 7、 牵引电机 8、 电控气泵 14和绝缘涂料罐 15, 在行走吊架 6的前端固定设置有前吊杆 5,在前吊杆 5的顶端固定设置有前轴承 座 3, 在前轴承座 3中活动设置有前轮轴 4, 在前轮轴 4上固定设置有前主动行 走轮 2,前主动行走轮 2通过轮面上的行走凹槽活动行走在架空裸导线 1上,牵 引电机 8的输出轴与齿轮传动机构 9的输入端机械连接, 齿轮传动机构 9的输 出端与固定设置在前轮轴 4上的驱动齿轮啮合, 在行走吊架 6的后端固定设置 有后吊杆,在后吊杆的顶端固定设置有后轴承座 13,在后轴承座 13中活动设置 有后轮轴,在后轮轴上设置有后从动行走轮 12, 后从动行走轮 12通过轮面上的 行走凹槽活动行走在架空裸导线 1上, 在行走吊架 6的后端固定设置有燕尾形 支架 17, 在燕尾形支架 17的两末端均设置有绝缘涂料喷嘴 18, 两绝缘涂料喷 嘴 18设置在架空裸导线 1的两侧,在绝缘涂料喷嘴 18上设置有 V形防护罩 19, 绝缘涂料喷嘴 18通过涂料输送管 16与绝缘涂料罐 15连通。 在行走吊架 6的中部设置有除垢轮支架 10,在除垢轮支架 10上设置有一 对除垢轮 11 , 一对除垢轮 11活动夹持在架空裸导线 1上, 使喷涂装置在边行走 边清洁输电裸导线, 之后在进行喷涂。 在架空裸导线 1的下方的地面上设置有遥控器, 该遥控器实现对设置在行 走吊架 6中的牵引电机 8和电控气泵 14的遥控。 在重点地段, 如: 线路窃电严重和树线矛盾严重的地段, 运用复合髙分子 树脂涂料对架空导线喷涂一层 2-3毫米厚的弹性密封材料, 使导线与其接触的 任何外部物体绝缘; 提高喷涂的效率和完成性; 能够进行远程控制喷涂增加操 作人员的安全。 通过 PLC中的程序和红外线遥感电路控制, 实现对牵引电机 8、 电控气泵 14的远程控制, 最终实现预期的绝缘喷涂效果。

1、一种架空裸导线绝缘化喷涂装置,包括架空裸导线(1 )和行走吊架(6), 在行走吊架 (6) 中分别设置有蓄电池 (7)、 牵引电机(8)、 电控气泵(14)和 绝缘涂料罐(15),其特征在于,在行走吊架(6)的前端固定设置有前吊杆(5), 在前吊杆 (5) 的顶端固定设置有前轴承座 (3), 在前轴承座(3) 中活动设置 有前轮轴(4), 在前轮轴 (4)上固定设置有前主动行走轮(2), 前主动行走轮 (2)通过轮面上的行走凹槽活动行走在架空裸导线 (1 )上, 牵引电机(8) 的 输出轴与齿轮传动机构 (9) 的输入端机械连接, 齿轮传动机构 (9) 的输出端 与固定设置在前轮轴 (4) 上的驱动齿轮啮合, 在行走吊架 (6) 的后端固定设 置有后吊杆, 在后吊杆的顶端固定设置有后轴承座(13), 在后轴承座(13) 中 活动设置有后轮轴, 在后轮轴上设置有后从动行走轮(12), 后从动行走轮(12) 通过轮面上的行走凹槽活动行走在架空裸导线 (1 ) 上, 在行走吊架 (6) 的后 端固定设置有燕尾形支架(17), 在燕尾形支架(17) 的两末端均设置有绝缘涂 料喷嘴 (18), 两绝缘涂料喷嘴(18) 设置在架空裸导线 (1 ) 的两侧, 在绝缘 涂料喷嘴(18)上设置有 V形防护罩(19), 绝缘涂料喷嘴(18)通过涂料输送 管 (16)与绝缘涂料罐(15)连通。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的一种架空裸导线绝缘化喷涂装置,其特征在于, 在行走吊架 (6) 的中部设置有除垢轮支架 (10), 在除垢轮支架 (10) 上设置 有一对除垢轮(11 ), 一对除垢轮(11 )活动夹持在架空裸导线 (1 ) 上。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种架空裸导线绝缘化喷涂装置,其特征在 于, 在架空裸导线(1) 的下方的地面上设置有遥控器, 该遥控器实现对设置在 行走吊架 (6) 中的牵引电机(8)和电控气泵 (14) 的遥控。
