- 채팅 사용자 간의 채팅의 전개를 만화 스토리 형식으로 디스플레이하는 채팅 애플리케이션이 설치된 모바일 단말기와 상기 채팅 애플리케이션이 설치되지 않은 모바일 단말기를 만화 스토리 형식으로 상호 간에 채팅할 수 있도록 하는 모바일 채팅 시스템에 있어서,상기 채팅 애플리케이션이 설치되어, 상기 채팅 사용자의 채팅 메시지를 송수신하면 상기 채팅 사용자를 만화 캐릭터로 표시하고 상기 채팅 메시지를 상기 만화 캐릭터에 말풍선 형태로 표시하여, 상기 채팅 사용자 간 채팅의 전개를 만화 스토리 형식으로 디스플레이하는 제 1 모바일 단말기;상기 제 1 모바일 단말기로부터 채팅 메시지를 수신하면, 채팅 웹 페이지에 상기 채팅 사용자를 만화 캐릭터로 표시하고 상기 채팅 사용자의 채팅 메시지를 상기 만화 캐릭터에 말풍선 형태로 표시하여 상기 채팅 사용자 간 채팅의 전개를 만화 스토리 형식으로 디스플레이하는 제 2 모바일 단말기;상기 제 1 모바일 단말기 및 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기로부터 상기 채팅 메시지 및 채팅 사용자의 상기 만화 캐릭터를 송수신하여, 상호 채팅하고자 하는 모바일 단말기를 중계하는 채팅 서버; 및상기 채팅 서버를 통해 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기로부터 수신한 상기 채팅 메시지 및 상기 만화 캐릭터를 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기가 접속한 상기 채팅 웹 페이지에 표시하며, 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기로부터 채팅 메시지가 입력되면, 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기로부터 입력된 채팅 메시지 및 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기 사용자의 만화 캐릭터를 상기 채팅 웹 페이지에 표시하고, 상기 채팅 서버를 통해 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기로 송신하는 채팅 웹 서버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 채팅 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모바일 채팅 시스템은,상기 제 1 모바일 단말기가 송수신하는 채팅 메시지를 상기 채팅 서버를 통해 수신하여, 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기가 송수신한 채팅 메시지의 데이터 전송량을 계산하고, 상기 데이터 전송량에 비례하여 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기의 사용자 ID에 소정의 포인트를 부여하는 관리자 서버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 채팅 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기는,상기 제 1 모바일 단말기의 채팅 사용자로부터 채팅 메시지를 입력받는 제 1 메시지 작성부;상기 채팅 메시지를 상기 제 1 메시지 작성부로부터 수신하여 상기 채팅 서버로 송신하고, 상기 채팅 서버로부터 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기가 전송한 채팅 메시지를 수신하는 제 1 메시지 송수신부;상기 제 1 메시지 작성부로부터 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기 사용자에 의해 입력된 채팅 메시지를 수신하여, 상기 채팅 사용자의 만화 캐릭터에 말풍선 형태로 표시하고, 상기 제 1 메시지 송수신부로부터 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기가 송신한 채팅 메시지를 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기의 사용자 만화 캐릭터에 말풍선 형태로 표시하여, 채팅 사용자 간 채팅의 전개를 만화 스토리 형식으로 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기에 디스플레이하는 제 1 이미지 형성부; 및상기 만화 스토리 형식으로 형성된 상기 채팅 사용자 간 채팅의 전개를 만화 이미지로 저장하는 제 1 이미지 저장부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 채팅 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 이미지 형성부는,상기 제 1 모바일 단말기 및 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기의 사용자가 입력하는 채팅 메시지에 포함된 문자를 인식하여, 상기 문자의 성격에 따라 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기 및 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기의 사용자 만화 캐릭터의 표정을 자동으로 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 채팅 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채팅 웹 서버는,상기 제 2 모바일 단말기의 채팅 사용자로부터 채팅 메시지를 입력받는 제 2 메시지 작성부;상기 채팅 메시지를 상기 제 2 메시지 작성부로부터 수신하여 상기 채팅 서버로 송신하고, 상기 채팅 서버로부터 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기가 전송한 채팅 메시지를 수신하는 제 2 메시지 송수신부;상기 제 2 메시지 작성부로부터 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기 사용자에 의해 입력된 채팅 메시지를 수신하여, 상기 채팅 사용자의 만화 캐릭터에 말풍선 형태로 상기 웹 페이지에 표시하고, 상기 제 2 메시지 송수신부로부터 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기가 송신한 채팅 메시지를 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기의 사용자 만화 캐릭터에 말풍선 형태로 표시하여, 채팅 사용자 간 채팅의 전개를 만화 스토리 형식으로 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기의 상기 웹 페이지에 디스플레이하는 제 2 이미지 형성부; 및상기 만화 스토리 형식으로 형성된 상기 채팅 사용자 간 채팅의 전개를 만화 이미지로 저장하는 제 2 이미지 저장부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 채팅 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 이미지 형성부는,상기 제 1 모바일 단말기 및 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기의 사용자가 입력하는 채팅 메시지에 포함된 문자를 인식하여, 상기 문자의 성격에 따라 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기 및 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기의 사용자 만화 캐릭터의 표정을 자동으로 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 채팅 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기는,상기 제 1 모바일 단말기의 채팅 사용자 음성을 인식하는 제 1 음성 인식부;상기 인식된 음성의 음색을 분석하는 제 1 보이스 분석부;상기 제 1 모바일 단말기로 입력되는 채팅 메시지를 음성 정보로 변환시키는 제 1 음성 데이터 변환부;상기 제 1 음성 데이터 변환부로부터 음성 정보를 수신하여, 상기 음성 정보를 상기 제 1 보이스 분석부로부터 분석된 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기의 채팅 사용자의 음색으로 변환시키는 제 1 음색 변환부; 및상기 제 1 음색 변환부로부터 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기 사용자 음색으로 변환된 상기 채팅 메시지의 음성 정보를 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기의 스피커로 출력시키는 제 1 음성 출력부를 더 포함하되,상기 제 1 음성 출력부는,상기 제 1 모바일 단말기 채팅 사용자 음색으로 변환된 상기 채팅 메시지의 음성 정보를 상기 채팅 서버를 통해 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기로 전송되도록 하여, 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기에서도 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기로 입력된 채팅 메시지가 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기 채팅 사용자 음색으로 변환된 상기 채팅 메시지의 음성 정보가 출력되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 채팅 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채팅 웹 서버는,상기 제 2 모바일 단말기의 채팅 사용자 음성을 인식하는 제 2 음성 인식부;상기 인식된 음성의 음색을 분석하는 제 2 보이스 분석부;상기 제 2 모바일 단말기로 입력되는 채팅 메시지를 음성 정보를 변환 시키는 제 2 음성 데이터 변환부;상기 제 2 음성 데이터 변환부로부터 상기 변환된 음성 정보를 수신하여, 상기 음성 정보를 상기 제 2 보이스 분석부로부터 분석된 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기 사용자 음색으로 변환시키는 제 2 음색 변환부; 및상기 제 2 음색 변환부로부터 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기 사용자 음색으로 변환된 상기 채팅 메시지의 음성 정보를 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기의 스피커로 출력시키는 제 2 음성 출력부를 더 포함하되,상기 제 2 음성 출력부는,상기 제 2 모바일 단말기 채팅 사용자 음색으로 변환된 상기 채팅 메시지의 음성 정보를 상기 채팅 서버를 통해 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기로 전송되도록 하여, 상기 제 1 모바일 단말기에서도 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기로 입력된 채팅 메시지가 상기 제 2 모바일 단말기 채팅 사용자 음색으로 변환된 상기 채팅 메시지의 음성 정보가 출력되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 채팅 시스템.
