数据通道例如为 IP通道、 4E1通道等。
步骤 44: 会场终端通过该数据通道, 将未入会会场的与会信息发送给服 务器。 之后可以等待下一次定时器的到来。
服务器通过终端的注册信息可以获取会场的物理信息, 如会场名等, 再 通过数据通道可以得到会场的未入会的会场的与会信息, 如与会人员的个数 和人名等, 服务器根据上述信息对应保存会场的物理信息和未入会的会场的 与会信息。 以未入会的会场的与会信息为会场当前实际与会人数以及会场实际与会 人的名字信息为例, 传输的数据的打包方式可以如图 5所示, 参见图 5 , 数据 头前四个字节 (Byte ) 为特征字标识符, 可以固定为 0XF1F1F1F1 , 用于标识 当前传递信息为会场信息; 紧跟着的四个 Byte表示当前数据的长度, 在图 5 中表示的数据的长度为 12个 Byte; 再下一个 Byte标识当前传输的会场信息 类型, 如: 0表示数据类型为当前与会人数, 1表示数据类型为当前与会人信 息……。 如果数据类型为 0 当前表示与会人数, 则后面一个 Byte为当前会 场与会人数, 在图 5 中为 1表示当前会场有一个人与会; 如果数据类型为 1 当前表示与会人信息, 则后面四个 Byte为当前与会人的名字信息, 整个数据 的最后一个 Byte可以固定为 OxFF标识本段数据结束。 其中, 与会信息可以 包括与会人数和与会人的名字信息中的至少一项, 图 5 中以既包括与会人数 又包括与会人的名字信息为例。
本实施例以会场终端建立与服务器的数据通道传输与会信息为例, 可选 的, 会场终端获取与会信息后, 也可以直接釆用信令方式, 例如釆用注册消 息等将与会信息发送给服务器。
本实施例通过会场终端获取会场的与会信息, 并与服务器建立数据通道, 可以将未入会的会场的与会信息, 如与会人员个数、 人名等信息发送给服务 器, 进而在服务器侧可以实现与会信息的呈现。
图 6 为本发明视频会议中呈现未入会会场信息的方法另一实施例的流程 示意图, 本实施例中, 会场终端获取釆集信息并发送给服务器, 服务器根据 该釆集信息获取与会信息, 本实施例包括:
步骤 61 : 服务器与未入会的会场终端建立数据通道, 通过所述数据通道 接收未入会会场的釆集信息。
其中, 可以如上一实施例所示, 会场终端通过釆集设备, 如摄像机、 指 紋机、 传感器等获取釆集信息。 之后, 会场终端通过数据通道将该釆集信息 传输给服务器。 可选的, 会场终端与服务器之间也可以不建立数据通道, 而 是会场终端通过信令方式, 如注册消息等直接将釆集信息发送给服务器。 步骤 62 : 服务器对所述未入会会场的釆集信息进行数据处理, 得到未入 会会场的与会信息;
服务器根据釆集信息得到与会信息的处理流程可以参见上述终端侧的图 3中的描述。
进一步的, 在得到与会信息后, 由于此时的与会信息和最终所需的呈现 形式可能不一样, 因此还可以进行进一步处理, 例如, 服务器接收的数据为 数据包形式, 而显示时可能需要以表格形式呈现, 此时可以对接收的数据处 理, 以便在呈现时以需要的形式进行呈现。
步骤 63: 服务器将所述未入会会场的与会信息呈现给用户。
例如, 视频会议系统可以如图 7所示, 服务器呈现的信息可以如表 1所 示:

服务器在获取未入会的终端的会场信息后, 会议管理员可以根据服务器 呈现的会场已经入会人数、 关键人物是否已到达等, 决定是否需要呼叫该会 场入会。 例如, 假设对于北京会场关键人物是 Tonny , 那么会议管理员根据服 务器呈现的与会信息确定 Tonny 已到场, 就可以确定关键人物已到达。 可选 的, 也可以在服务器内进行配置, 由服务器自动根据与会信息确定是否呼叫 对应的会场入会。 本实施例通过与会场终端建立数据通道, 并接收会场终端 发送的未入会会场的釆集信息, 并根据未入会会场的釆集信息得到未入会会 场的与会信息, 可以在服务器侧实现未入会会场的与会信息的呈现。 图 8 为本发明视频会议中呈现未入会会场信息的设备一实施例的结构示 意图, 该设备包括第一获取模块 81和第二获取模块 82 ; 第一获取模块 81用 于获取未入会会场的釆集信息; 第二获取模块 82用于根据所述未入会会场的 釆集信息, 获取所述未入会会场的与会信息, 以供服务器呈现所述未入会会 场的与会信息。
可选的, 所述设备为未入会会场的会场终端, 所述第一获取模块 81具体 为用于获取所述未入会会场的釆集信息的釆集设备。 此时的第一获取模块 81 相当于上述描述中的数据釆集单元, 第二获取模块 82相当于上述描述中的数 据处理单元。
此时, 可选的, 参见图 9 , 本实施例还可以包括: 判断模块 91 , 用于判 断是否配置了隐私保护; 第一定时器 92 , 用于在所述判断模块 91判断出未配 置隐私保护时启动; 所述第一获取模块 81具体用于在所述第一定时器 92超 时后, 釆集所述未入会会场的釆集信息。
此时, 可选的, 参见图 10 , 本实施例还可以包括: 数据传输模块 101 , 用于与服务器建立数据通道, 并通过所述数据通道将所述未入会会场的与会 信息发送给所述服务器。
此时, 可选的, 参见图 11 , 本实施例还可以包括: 第二定时器 111 , 用 于在所述第二获取模块 82获取所述未入会会场的与会信息时启动; 所述数据 传输模块 101具体用于在所述第二定时器 111超时后, 向服务器注册会场基 本属性信息, 并与服务器建立数据通道。
可选的, 所述设备为服务器, 所述第一获取模块具体用于接收未入会会 场的会场终端发送的未入会会场的釆集信息。
可选的, 所述第一获取模块具体用于: 与未入会会场的会场终端建立数 据通道, 并通过所述数据通道, 接收未入会会场的会场终端发送的未入会会 场的釆集信息。
此时, 参见图 12 , 本实施例还可以包括: 用户界面模块 121 , 用于呈现 所述第二获取模块 82获取的所述未入会会场的与会信息。
可选的, 不论是会场终端还是服务器, 所述第二获取模块 82可以具体用 于: 对所述未入会会场的釆集信息进行特征提取, 提取出有效信息; 将所述 有效信息与配置的数据库中的信息进行匹配; 对匹配后的数据进行分析, 得 到未入会会场的与会信息。
可选的, 不论是会场终端还是服务器, 所述第一获取模块 81获取的所述 未入会会场的釆集信息包括如下项中的至少一项: 图像、 指紋、 座位的压力; 或者, 所述第二获取模块 82获取的所述未入会会场的与会信息包括如下项中 的至少一项: 与会人员的名字、 个数。 所述未入会的会场的与会信息所在数据包的格式包括:
用于表明传输的信息为会场信息的字段、 用于表明未入会的会场的与会
上述会场终端中的第一获取模块可以具体为摄像机、 指紋机、 传感器等。 本实施例通过釆集未入会会场的釆集信息, 并根据未入会会场的釆集信 息得到未入会会场的与会信息, 可以实现在服务器上呈现未入会会场的与会 信息, 如与会人员个数、 人名等信息。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分步 骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可 读取存储介质中。 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述各方法实施例的步骤; 而 前述的存储介质包括: R0M、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的 介质。
最后应说明的是: 以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对 其限制; 尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通 技术人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并 不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

权 利 要求 书
1、 一种视频会议中呈现未入会会场信息的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 获取未入会会场的釆集信息;
根据所述未入会会场的釆集信息, 获取所述未入会会场的与会信息, 以供 服务器呈现所述未入会会场的与会信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述获取未入会会场的釆集信息, 包括: 未入会会场的会场终端通过釆集 设备获取所述未入会会场的釆集信息;
所述根据所述未入会会场的釆集信息, 获取所述未入会会场的与会信息, 入会会场的与会信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述获取未入会会场的釆集信息, 包括: 服务器接收未入会会场的会场终 端发送的未入会会场的釆集信息;
所述根据所述未入会会场的釆集信息, 获取所述未入会会场的与会信息, 包括: 所述服务器根据所述未入会会场的釆集信息获取所述未入会会场的与会 信息。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
所述未入会会场的会场终端与服务器建立数据通道, 并通过所述数据通道 将所述未入会会场的与会信息发送给所述服务器。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
所述服务器与未入会会场的会场终端建立数据通道; 括: 所述服务器通过所述数据通道, 接收未入会会场的会场终端发送的未入会 会场的釆集信息。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述未入会会场的会场终端 通过釆集设备获取所述未入会会场的釆集信息, 包括:
未入会会场的会场终端判断是否配置了隐私保护;
所述未入会会场的会场终端在判断出未配置隐私保护时, 启动设置的第一 定时器, 并在所述第一定时器超时后, 利用釆集设备获取未入会会场的釆集信 息。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述建立数据通道, 包括: 所述未入会会场的会场终端在所述第二定时器超时后, 向服务器注册会场 基本属性信息, 并与服务器建立数据通道。
8、 根据权利要求 1 -7任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述未入 会会场的釆集信息, 获取所述未入会会场的与会信息, 包括:
对所述未入会会场的釆集信息进行特征提取, 提取出有效信息;
将所述有效信息与配置的数据库中的信息进行匹配;
对匹配后的数据进行分析, 得到未入会会场的与会信息。
9、 根据权利要求 1 -7任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述未入会会场的釆集信息包括如下项中的至少一项: 图像、 指紋、 座位 的压力; 或者,
所述未入会会场的与会信息包括如下项中的至少一项: 与会人员的名字、 个数。
10、 一种视频会议中呈现未入会会场信息的设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 第一获取模块, 用于获取未入会会场的釆集信息;
第二获取模块, 用于根据所述未入会会场的釆集信息, 获取所述未入会会 场的与会信息, 以供服务器呈现所述未入会会场的与会信息。
1 1、 根据权利要求 10所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述设备为未入会会场的 会场终端, 所述第一获取模块具体为用于获取所述未入会会场的釆集信息的釆 集设备。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述设备为服务器, 所述 息。
13、 根据权利要求 1 1所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
数据传输模块, 用于与服务器建立数据通道, 并通过所述数据通道将所述 未入会会场的与会信息发送给所述服务器。
14、 根据权利要求 12所述的设备, 其特征在于,
所述第一获取模块具体用于: 与未入会会场的会场终端建立数据通道, 并 所述设备还包括: 用户界面模块, 用于呈现所述第二获取模块获取的所述 未入会会场的与会信息。
15、 根据权利要求 1 1所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
判断模块, 用于判断是否配置了隐私保护;
第一定时器, 用于在所述判断模块判断出未配置隐私保护时启动; 所述第一获取模块具体用于在所述第一定时器超时后, 釆集所述未入会会 场的釆集信息。
16、 根据权利要求 13所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第二定时器, 用于在所述第二获取模块获取所述未入会会场的与会信息时 启动;
所述数据传输模块具体用于在所述第二定时器超时后, 向服务器注册会场 基本属性信息, 并与服务器建立数据通道。
17、 根据权利要求 10-16任一项所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述第二获取 模块具体用于:
对所述未入会会场的釆集信息进行特征提取, 提取出有效信息;
将所述有效信息与配置的数据库中的信息进行匹配;
对匹配后的数据进行分析, 得到未入会会场的与会信息。
18、 根据权利要求 10-16任一项所述的设备, 其特征在于,
所述第一获取模块获取的所述未入会会场的釆集信息包括如下项中的至少 一项: 图像、 指紋、 座位的压力; 或者,
所述第二获取模块获取的所述未入会会场的与会信息包括如下项中的至少 一项: 与会人员的名字、 个数。
