本发明涉及液晶显示领域, 尤其涉及一种液晶显示模组保护膜的贴附 方法及该液晶显示模组保护膜。 背景技术
液晶显示装置(LCD, Liquid Crystal Display )具有机身薄、 省电、 无 辐射等众多优点, 得到了广泛的应用。 现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分 为背光型液晶显示器, 其包括液晶显示面板(Panel ) 、 前框(Bezel )及 背光模组(Backlight module ) , 液晶显示面板包括两片平行的玻璃、 设于 该两片平行的玻璃之间的液晶及分别贴附于该两片玻璃的偏光板, 前框罩 设于液晶显示面板上, 用于将液晶显示面板固定安装于背光模组上。 所述 背光模组为液晶显示面板提供光照均匀的面光源。
由于液晶显示面板设于液晶显示模组的最上层, 在搬运、 仓储叠放时 容易刮花, 所以现有的液晶显示模组上均贴附有液晶显示模组保护膜, 现 有的液晶显示模组保护膜贴附方式是作业员一手将液晶显示模组保护膜固 定在其上方合适位置, 一手从胶带切割机上取胶带, 然后用胶带将该液晶 显示模组保护膜固定在液晶显示模组上。 而这种贴附方式存在以下缺陷: 1、 人员作业不顺手, 单手固定液晶显示模组保护膜较难做到对位整 齐。
2、 从胶带切割机取出胶带再进行贴附会增加工时。
3、 胶带和胶带切割机会增加液晶显示模组生产成本。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶显示模组保护膜的贴附方法, 采用具 有贴合胶层的保护膜直接通过贴合胶层将保护膜本体贴附于液晶显示模组 上以对其进行保护, 操作筒单, 有利于降低生产成本且节省工时。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种液晶显示模组保护膜, 通过在保护膜 本体边缘设置贴合胶层, 使得该液晶显示模组保护膜使用方便, 易操作。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种液晶显示模组保护膜的贴附方法, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 1、 提供液晶显示模组保护膜及液晶显示模组, 所述液晶显示模
组保护膜包括保护膜本体、 及设于保护膜本体边缘的贴合胶层, 所述液晶 显示模组包括背光模组、 设于背光模组上的液晶显示面板及设于液晶显示 面板上的前才匡;
步骤 2、 将液晶显示模组保护膜对位所述液晶显示模组的前框; 步骤 3、 将液晶显示模组保护膜的贴合胶层贴附于所述液晶显示模组 的前框上, 从而将液晶显示面板覆盖保护起来。
所述液晶显示模组保护膜还包括贴附于该贴合胶层上的隔离纸, 所述 步骤 3 包括先将贴附于贴合胶层上的隔离纸撕起, 然后将液晶显示模组保 护膜的贴合胶层贴附于所述液晶显示模组的前框上。
所述保护膜本体为矩形, 所述贴合胶层设于所述保护膜本体四周边缘 或设于所述保护膜本体相对两侧边靠近两端的边缘。
所述贴合胶层为不干胶层。
所述隔离纸为离型纸。
所述液晶显示面板包括平行设置的第一玻璃基板、 第二玻璃基板、 设 于该第一与第二玻璃基板之间的液晶、 及分别设于第一与第二玻璃基板两 侧的第一与第二偏光板, 所述液晶显示模组保护膜通过贴合胶层贴合在前 框上而覆盖第一偏光板。
本发明还提供一种液晶显示模组保护膜, 包括: 保护膜本体、 设于保 护膜本体边缘的贴合胶层及贴附于该贴合胶层上的隔离纸。
所述贴合胶层为不干胶层。
所述保护膜本体为矩形, 所述贴合胶层设于所述保护膜本体四周边缘 或设于所述保护膜本体相对两侧边靠近两端的边缘。
所述隔离纸为离型纸。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明液晶显示模组保护膜的贴附方法, 通过边 缘设有贴合胶层的液晶显示模组保护膜的贴附使用, 保护液晶显示面板, 该贴附方法避免了现有技术中胶带及胶带切割机的使用, 降低了生产成 本, 同时避免了现有技术中由于要取胶带而导致的单手固定保护膜造成的 对位不齐的问题, 进而避免了重新对齐而导致的工时浪费的问题; 本发明 液晶显示模组保护膜, 通过在保护膜本体上设置贴合胶层, 使得该保护膜 使用方便, 易操作。

步骤 1、 提供液晶显示模组保护膜 20及液晶显示模组 40, 所述液晶 显示模组保护膜 20包括保护膜本体 22、 及设于保护膜本体 22边缘的贴合 胶层 24, 所述液晶显示模组 40 包括背光模组 42、 设于背光模组 42上的 液晶显示面板 44及设于液晶显示面板 44上的前框 46;
所述保护膜本体 22为矩形, 所述贴合胶层 24设于所述保护膜本体 22 四周边缘或设于所述保护膜本体 22相对两侧边靠近两端的边缘, 所述贴 合胶层 24为不干胶层。
所述液晶显示模组保护膜 20还包括贴附于该贴合胶层 24上的隔离纸 (未图示) , 所述隔离纸为离型纸, 其将贴合胶层 24保护起来, 使用时 再将隔离纸撕去, 实现贴合胶层 24 的贴合作用。 优选的, 该贴合胶层 24 与隔离纸的组合为贴合于保护膜本体 22 上的双面胶, 方便操作, 成本 低。 所述离型纸也可由离型膜代替。
所述液晶显示面板 44包括平行设置的第一玻璃基板 442、 第二玻璃基 板 444、 设于该第一与第二玻璃基板 442、 444之间的液晶 (未图示) 、 及 分别设于第一与第二玻璃基板 442、 444 两侧的第一与第二偏光板 446、 448。

晶显示模组保护膜 20的贴合胶层 24贴附于所述液晶显示模组 40的前框 46上, 所述液晶显示模组保护膜 20通过贴合胶层 24贴合在前框 46上而 覆盖第一偏光板 446 , 进而避免在搬运、 仓储叠放时刮花该第一偏光板 446; 同时, 所述贴合胶层 24贴附于所述前框 46上, 而不直接接触第一 偏光板 446, 避免由于贴合胶层 24粘附于第一偏光板 446, 而导致的需对 该第一偏光板 446进行清洁的问题, 进一步避免了在对该第一偏光板 446 清洁时可能刮花该第一偏光板 446 的问题, 且, 在贴附时, 由于不需要现 有技术中的 "取胶带" 工序, 进而操作员可以双手操作, 有利于液晶显示 模组保护膜 20与液晶显示模组 40的平整对齐。
请参阅图 2, 本发明还提供一种液晶显示模组保护膜 20, 包括保护膜 本体 22、 设于保护膜本体 22边缘的贴合胶层 24及贴附于该贴合胶层 24 上的隔离纸(未图示) 。
所述保护膜本体 22为矩形, 所述贴合胶层 24设于所述保护膜本体 22 四周边缘或设于所述保护膜本体 22相对两侧边靠近两端的边缘, 所述贴 合胶层 24为不干胶层。
所述隔离纸为离型纸, 其将贴合胶层 24保护起来, 使用时再将隔离 纸撕去, 实现贴合胶层 24的贴合作用。 优选的, 该贴合胶层 24与隔离纸 的组合为贴合于保护膜本体 22 上的双面胶, 方便操作, 成本低。 所述离 型纸也可由离型膜代替。
综上所述, 本发明通过在保护膜本体边缘设置贴合胶层, 使得液晶显 示模组保护膜使用方便, 易操作, 避免了现有技术中胶带及胶带切割机的 使用, 降低了生产成本, 同时避免了现有技术中由于要取胶带而导致的单 手固定保护膜造成的对位不齐的问题, 进而避免了重新对齐而导致的工时 浪费的问题。

1、 一种液晶显示模组保护膜的贴附方法, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 1、 提供液晶显示模组保护膜及液晶显示模组, 所述液晶显示模 组保护膜包括保护膜本体、 及设于保护膜本体边缘的贴合胶层, 所述液晶 显示模组包括背光模组、 设于背光模组上的液晶显示面板及设于液晶显示 面板上的前才匡;
步骤 2、 将液晶显示模组保护膜对位所述液晶显示模组的前框; 步骤 3、 将液晶显示模组保护膜的贴合胶层贴附于所述液晶显示模组 的前框上, 从而将液晶显示面板覆盖保护起来。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的液晶显示模组保护膜的贴附方法, 其中, 所 述液晶显示模组保护膜还包括贴附于该贴合胶层上的隔离纸, 所述步骤 3 包括先将贴附于贴合胶层上的隔离纸撕起, 然后将液晶显示模组保护膜的 贴合胶层贴附于所述液晶显示模组的前框上。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的液晶显示模组保护膜的贴附方法, 其中, 所 述保护膜本体为矩形, 所述贴合胶层设于所述保护膜本体四周边缘或设于 所述保护膜本体相对两侧边靠近两端的边缘。

6、 如权利要求 1 所述的液晶显示模组保护膜的贴附方法, 其中, 所 述液晶显示面板包括平行设置的第一玻璃基板、 第二玻璃基板、 设于该第 一与第二玻璃基板之间的液晶、 及分别设于第一与第二玻璃基板两侧的第 一与第二偏光板, 所述液晶显示模组保护膜通过贴合胶层贴合在前框上而 覆盖第一偏光板。
7、 一种液晶显示模组保护膜的贴附方法, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 1、 提供液晶显示模组保护膜及液晶显示模组, 所述液晶显示模 组保护膜包括保护膜本体、 及设于保护膜本体边缘的贴合胶层, 所述液晶 显示模组包括背光模组、 设于背光模组上的液晶显示面板及设于液晶显示 面板上的前才匡;
步骤 2、 将液晶显示模组保护膜对位所述液晶显示模组的前框; 步骤 3、 将液晶显示模组保护膜的贴合胶层贴附于所述液晶显示模组 的前框上, 从而将液晶显示面板覆盖保护起来;
其中, 所述液晶显示模组保护膜还包括贴附于该贴合胶层上的隔离 纸, 所述步骤 3 包括先将贴附于贴合胶层上的隔离纸撕起, 然后将液晶显 示模组保护膜的贴合胶层贴附于所述液晶显示模组的前框上;

8、 一种液晶显示模组保护膜, 包括: 保护膜本体、 设于保护膜本体 边缘的贴合胶层及贴附于该贴合胶层上的隔离纸。
9、 如权利要求 8 所述的液晶显示模组保护膜, 其中, 所述贴合胶层 为不干胶层。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的液晶显示模组保护膜, 其中, 所述保护膜本 体为矩形, 所述贴合胶层设于所述保护膜本体四周边缘或设于所述保护膜 本体相对两侧边靠近两端的边缘。
11、 如权利要求 8所述的液晶显示模组保护膜, 其中, 所述隔离纸为 离型纸。
