본 발명에 있어서 포장커튼은 다수개의 칸막이(31)로 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이(31)의 하부가 연결부(32)로 연결되어 있고, 칸막이의 상부에 걸림홀(36)이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼(30); 다수개의 칸막이(31-1)로 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이(31-1)의 하부 양쪽 연결부(32-1, 32-1')와 연결받침부(200)가 벨크로테이프(210)로 연결된 상태로 다수개의 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이의 상부에 걸림홀(36)이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼(30-1); 다수개의 칸막이(31-2)로 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이(31-2)의 하부 양쪽 연결부(32-2)가 벨크로테이프(210)로 연결된 상태로 다수개의 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이의 상부에 걸림홀(36)이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼(30-2); 다수개의 칸막이(31-3)로 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이(31-3)의 하부 양쪽에 벨크로테이프(210)가 부착되어 있고, 연결받침부(200)가 양쪽 벨크로테이프(210)로 결합되어 있는 상태로 다수개의 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이의 상부에 걸림홀(36)이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼(30-3); 및 상기 포장커튼은 2장의 칸막이(31-4, 31-4')가 하부 연결부(32-4)로 일체형으로 연결되어 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 다수개의 일체형 칸막이(31-4, 31-4')가 연결되어 있고, 칸막이의 상부에 걸림홀(36)이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼(30-4); 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 있어서 칸막이는 중앙부위에 투명창(50)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 본 발명의 커튼형 기능성 포장대차에 있어서 커튼고리 롤러(40-1)는 내부에 스프링(60)이 내장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 본 발명의 커튼형 기능성 포장대차에 있어서 포장대차는 측면에 고정벨트(70)가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 커튼형 기능성 포장대차에 있어서 포장대차는 측면에 포장커버(80)가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 하부에 바퀴(11)가 부착된 사각형 형태의 하부지지대(112) 상부에 측면지지대(114)가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 측면지지대(114)의 상부에 상부지지대(116)가 설치되어 있고, 상기 측면지지대(114)의 중앙에 중앙지지대(118)가 설치되어 상하 2단으로 구성된 포장대차(110); 상기 포장대차(110)의 상부지지대(116)에 다수개의 레일이 동일한 방향으로 설치되어 있으며, 상기 레일의 양측이 하부방향 "ㄷ"자 형태로 절곡되어 양쪽에 삽입홈(22, 22')이 형성되어 있는 상부 레일(20-1, 20'-1); T자 형태로 형성되어 있으며, 상부 레일(20-1, 20'-1)의 삽입홈(22, 22')에 삽입되어 레일(20-1, 20'-1)에서 좌우 방향으로 이동될 수 있도록 상단 양쪽에 돌기부(42)가 형성되어 있고, 하단에 걸림부(44)와 잠금부(46)가 형성되어 있는 커튼고리 롤러(40); 다수개의 칸막이(31)가 하부의 연결부(32)로 연결된 상태로 다수개의 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이(31)의 상부에 걸림홀(36)이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼(30); 상기 포장대차(110)의 중앙지지대(118)에 다수개의 레일이 동일한 방향으로 설치되어 있으며, 상기 레일의 양측이 하부방향 "ㄷ"자 형태로 절곡되어 양쪽에 삽입홈(22, 22')이 형성되어 있는 중앙부 레일(20-2, 20'-2); 및 T자 형태로 형성되어 있으며, 상부 레일(20-1, 20'-1)의 삽입홈(22, 22')에 삽입되어 레일(20-1, 20'-1)에서 좌우 방향으로 이동될 수 있도록 상단 양쪽에 돌기부(42)가 형성되어 있고, 하단에 걸림부(44)와 잠금부(46)가 형성되어 있는 커튼고리 롤러(40); 다수개의 칸막이(31)가 하부의 연결부(32)로 연결된 상태로 다수개의 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이(31)의 상부에 걸림홀(36)이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼(30)으로 이루어져 포장커튼이 상하 2단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 커튼형 기능성 포장대차에 관한 것이다.
도 1 내지 도 2와 같이 본 발명의 커튼형 기능성 포장대차는 포장커튼을 1단으로 구성하여 1단형 포장대차로 제작할 수 있으며, 도 4와 같이 포장커튼을 2단으로 구성하여 2단형 포장대차를 제작할 수 있고, 더 나아가서 포장커튼을 다단으로 구성하여 다단형 포장대차를 제작할 수 있다.
도 1 내지 도 2와 같이 본 발명의 커튼형 기능성 포장대차에서 1단형 포장대차(10)는 하부에 바퀴(11)가 부착되어 있어 용이하게 운반 또는 이동할 수 있고, 사각형 형태의 하부지지대(12) 상부에 측면지지대(14)가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 측면지지대(14)의 상부에 상부지지대(16)가 설치되어 있어 포장커튼을 1단으로 구성하여 1단형 포장대차로 제작할 수 있다.
도 1 내지 도 2와 같이 1단형 포장대차로 제작된 1단형 커튼형 기능성 포장대차는 포장대차(10)의 상부지지대(16)에 다수개의 레일(20, 20')이 동일한 방향으로 설치되어 있으며, 상기 레일(20, 20')의 양측이 하부방향 "ㄷ"자 형태로 절곡되어 양쪽에 삽입홈(22, 22')이 형성되어 있고, 레일(20, 20')에 다수개의 커튼고리 롤러(40)가 롤러 형태로 설치되어 있다.
도 1 내지 도 2와 같이 1단형 포장대차로 제작된 1단형 커튼형 기능성 포장대차에서 커튼고리 롤러(40)는 레일의 내부에 유동성 형태로 장착되어 있어 레일의 내부에서 좌우 방향으로 이동시킬 수 있고, T자 형태 고리로 형성되어 있으며, 레일(20, 20')의 삽입홈(22, 22')에 삽입되어 레일(20, 20')에서 좌우 방향으로 이동될 수 있도록 상단 양쪽에 돌기부(42)가 형성되어 있고, 하단에 걸림부(44)와 잠금부(46)가 형성되어 있어 포장커튼(30)을 고정할 수 있다.
도 1 내지 도 2와 같이 1단형 포장대차로 제작된 1단형 커튼형 기능성 포장대차에서 포장커튼(30)은 다수개의 칸막이(31)가 하부의 연결부(32)로 연결된 상태로 다수개의 "U"자 그네 형태 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이(31)의 상부에 걸림홀(36)이 형성되어 있어 포장커튼(30)의 "U"자 그네 형태 삽입공간부(34)에 부품(100) 또는 반제품을 삽입하여 포장된 상태로 운반할 수 있다. 본 발명에서 포장커튼(30)은 원단, 나이론, 제전 처리된 천, 면, 모 및 마직류 중에서 선택된 어느 하나로 제작할 수 있다. 본 발명에서 포장커튼(30)은 쿠션이 있는 재질로 제작하여 포장된 부품(100) 또는 반제품이 손상되는 포장품질의 사고를 방지할 수 있다.
도 1 내지 도 2와 같이 본 발명에 있어서 칸막이는 중앙부위에 투명창(50)이 형성되어 있어 포장커튼(30)의 삽입공간부(34)에 포장되어 있는 부품(100) 또는 반제품의 종류를 판단할 수 있다. 또한 도 3과 같이 본 발명의 커튼형 기능성 포장대차에 있어서 커튼고리 롤러(40-1)는 내부에 스프링(60)이 내장되어 있어 고리를 단단하게 고정할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명의 커튼형 기능성 포장대차에 있어서 포장대차는 도 5와 같이 측면에 고정벨트(70)가 장착되어 있어 부품(100) 또는 반제품을 단단하게 고정된 상태로 포장된 상태로 운반할 수 있다. 본 발명의 커튼형 기능성 포장대차에 있어서 도 6과 같이 포장대차는 측면에 포장커버(80)가 장착되어 있어 부품(100) 또는 반제품을 외부 측면에서 포장된 상태로 운반할 수 있다.
도 4에 도시한 레일의 다른 실시예로 레일(20)은 내부에는 고리(20-3)를 이동시키기 편리하도록 고리(20-3)의 상부에 바퀴(20-1)를 형성되고, 상기 바퀴(20-1)의 받침면(20-2)을 형성하여 일정하게 이동할 수 있도록 내부를 형성하였다.
본 발명에 있어서 포장커튼은 도 2와 같이 다수개의 칸막이(31)로 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이(31)의 하부가 연결부(32)로 연결되어 있고, 칸막이의 상부에 걸림홀(36)이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼(30)으로 제작할 수 있다.
또한 도 8 내지 도 10과 같이 본 발명에 있어서 포장커튼은 다수개의 칸막이(31-1)로 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이(31-1)의 하부 양쪽 연결부(32-1, 32-1')와 연결받침부(200)가 벨크로테이프(210)로 연결된 상태로 다수개의 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이의 상부에 걸림홀(36)이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼(30-1)으로 제작할 수 있다.
또한 도 11 내지 도 13과 같이 본 발명에 있어서 포장커튼은 다수개의 칸막이(31-2)로 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이(31-2)의 하부 양쪽 연결부(32-2)가 벨크로테이프(210)로 연결된 상태로 다수개의 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이의 상부에 걸림홀(36)이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼(30-2)으로 제작할 수 있다.
또한 도 14 내지 도 16과 같이 본 발명에 있어서 포장커튼은 다수개의 칸막이(31-3)로 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이(31-3)의 하부 양쪽에 벨크로테이프(210)가 부착되어 있고, 연결받침부(200)가 양쪽 벨크로테이프(210)로 결합되어 있는 상태로 다수개의 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이의 상부에 걸림홀(36)이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼(30-3)으로 제작할 수 있다.
또한 도 17 내지 도 18과 같이 본 발명에 있어서 포장커튼은 2장의 칸막이(31-4, 31-4')가 하부 연결부(32-4)로 일체형으로 연결되어 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 다수개의 일체형 칸막이(31-4, 31-4')가 연결되어 있고, 칸막이의 상부에 걸림홀(36)이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼(30-4)으로 제작할 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 하부에 바퀴(11)가 부착된 사각형 형태의 하부지지대(12) 상부에 측면지지대(14)가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 측면지지대(14)의 상부에 상부지지대(16)가 설치되어 있는 포장대차(10);
    상기 포장대차(10)의 상부지지대(16)에 다수개의 레일이 동일한 방향으로 설치되어 있으며, 상기 레일의 양측이 하부방향 "ㄷ"자 형태로 절곡되어 양쪽에 삽입홈(22, 22')이 형성되어 있는 레일(20, 20');
    T자 형태로 형성되어 있으며, 레일(20, 20')의 삽입홈(22, 22')에 삽입되어 레일(20, 20')에서 좌우 방향으로 이동될 수 있도록 하단에 걸림부(44)와 잠금부(46)가 형성되어 있는 커튼고리 롤러(40); 및
    다수개의 칸막이가 하부의 연결부로 연결된 상태로 다수개의 삽입공간부가 형성되어 있는 포장커튼으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 커튼형 기능성 포장대차.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 포장커튼은 다수개의 칸막이(31)로 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이(31)의 하부가 연결부(32)로 연결되어 있고, 칸막이의 상부에 걸림홀(36)이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼(30);
    다수개의 칸막이(31-1)로 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이(31-1)의 하부 양쪽 연결부(32-1, 32-1')와 연결받침부(200)가 벨크로테이프(210)로 연결된 상태로 다수개의 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이의 상부에 걸림홀(36)이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼(30-1);
    다수개의 칸막이(31-2)로 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이(31-2)의 하부 양쪽 연결부(32-2)가 벨크로테이프(210)로 연결된 상태로 다수개의 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이의 상부에 걸림홀(36)이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼(30-2);
    다수개의 칸막이(31-3)로 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이(31-3)의 하부 양쪽에 벨크로테이프(210)가 부착되어 있고, 연결받침부(200)가 양쪽 벨크로테이프(210)로 결합되어 있는 상태로 다수개의 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이의 상부에 걸림홀(36)이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼(30-3); 및
    상기 포장커튼은 2장의 칸막이(31-4, 31-4')가 하부 연결부(32-4)로 일체형으로 연결되어 삽입공간부(34)가 형성되어 있으며, 다수개의 일체형 칸막이(31-4, 31-4')가 연결되어 있고, 칸막이의 상부에 걸림홀(36)이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼(30-4); 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 커튼형 기능성 포장대차.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 칸막이는 중앙부위에 투명창(50)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커튼형 기능성 포장대차.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 커튼고리 롤러는 레일 내부의 상부와 하부가 밀착되도록 스프링(60)이 내장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커튼형 기능성 포장대차.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 포장대차는 측면에 고정벨트(70)와 측면에 포장커버(80)가 장착되어 외부로 이탈되지 않도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 커튼형 기능성 포장대차.
  6. 하부에 바퀴(11)가 부착된 사각형 형태의 하부지지대(112) 상부에 측면지지대(114)가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 측면지지대(114)의 상부에 상부지지대(116)가 설치되어 있고, 상기 측면지지대(114)의 중앙에 중앙지지대(118)가 설치되어 상하 2단으로 구성된 포장대차(110);
    상기 포장대차(110)의 상부지지대(116)에 다수개의 레일이 동일한 방향으로 설치되어 있으며, 상기 레일의 양측이 하부방향 "ㄷ"자 형태로 절곡되어 양쪽에 삽입홈(22, 22')이 형성되어 있는 상부 레일(20-1, 20'-1);
    T자 형태로 형성되어 있으며, 상부 레일(20-1, 20'-1)의 삽입홈(22, 22')에 삽입되어 레일(20-1, 20'-1)에서 좌우 방향으로 이동될 수 있도록 상단 양쪽에 돌기부(42)가 형성되어 있고, 하단에 걸림부(44)와 잠금부(46)가 형성되어 있는 커튼고리 롤러(40); 다수개의 칸막이가 하부의 연결부로 연결된 상태로 다수개의 삽입공간부가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이의 상부에 걸림홀이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼(30);
    상기 포장대차(110)의 중앙지지대(118)에 다수개의 레일이 동일한 방향으로 설치되어 있으며, 상기 레일의 양측이 하부방향 "ㄷ"자 형태로 절곡되어 양쪽에 삽입홈(22, 22')이 형성되어 있는 중앙부 레일(20-2, 20'-2); 및 T자 형태로 형성되어 있으며, 상부 레일(20-1, 20'-1)의 삽입홈(22, 22')에 삽입되어 레일(20-1, 20'-1)에서 좌우 방향으로 이동될 수 있도록 상단 양쪽에 돌기부(42)가 형성되어 있고, 하단에 걸림부(44)와 잠금부(46)가 형성되어 있는 커튼고리 롤러(40); 다수개의 칸막이가 하부의 연결부로 연결된 상태로 다수개의 삽입공간부가 형성되어 있으며, 칸막이의 상부에 걸림홀이 형성되어 있는 포장커튼으로 이루어져 포장커튼이 상하 2단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 커튼형 기능성 포장대차.
