棘轮28、29之间轴向受力的大小通常可以通过抵靠在棘轮28、29的其中之一的与其棘齿所在侧面相反的侧面上的弹性组件提供,弹性组件对棘轮对14施加的压力越大,则棘轮对14之间贴合的越紧密,弹性组件可以为单个弹簧,或者根据不同自由高和弹性模量来配置的弹簧组,如图2和图3所示,在本实施例中,该弹性组件为大致同心地套设在六角传动杆5上的弹簧11、12,其中第一弹簧11的自由高H0大于第二弹簧12的自由高H0′,而第二弹簧12的弹性模量E1大于第二弹簧11的弹性模量E2,弹簧11、12的至少其中之一的一端抵靠在棘轮28的侧面,使棘轮28在轴向上受到其弹性力作用,和棘轮29紧密接合,因此输入至棘轮28、29的顺时针方向上扭力需克服该弹簧的弹性力才能使棘轮28、29发生打滑,而弹簧11、12的弹性力与其变形量成正比,因此通过设定弹簧11、12的变形量,即可对棘轮28、29顺时针方向上可输出的最大扭力进行调节控制。
扭力控制组件还包括调节组件,调节组件的主要作用是对弹簧11、12的变形量进行调节,如图2所示,包括在手柄2和六角套4之间套设的法兰盘8,法兰盘8通过位于其凸边上的多个小螺钉9与外罩壳13连接。在本实施例中,外罩壳13也是螺丝批100的头部外罩壳,其开口的一端可转动地套接在手柄2的周沿21内,如图7所示,外罩壳13内侧设有内螺纹40,棘轮28、29和弹簧11、12均位于外罩壳13中。扭力设定组件还包括如图8所示由螺纹配合在外罩壳12内的内圈体10,内圈体10的外侧面上设置有与外罩壳12的内螺纹40配合的外螺纹41,内部还开设有供六角传递杆5穿过的轴向上的第三内六角通孔32和凹台33,见图8(a)和(b),弹簧11、12的一端抵靠在第一棘轮28的侧面上,另一端则抵靠在内圈体10内的凹台33上。当使用者相对手柄2绕螺丝批100的轴线旋转外罩壳13时,内圈10由于其第三内六角通孔32受到六角传动杆5对其在周向上的约束而不能绕螺丝批100的轴线转动,因此只能在螺纹副的作用下,沿六角传动杆5平动,使弹簧11、12变形,从而改变其施加在棘轮28上的轴向力,且由于第一弹簧11的自由高H0大于第二弹簧12的自由高H0′,因此在初始阶段第一弹簧11先受压变形,此时棘轮28仅受到弹簧11施加的压力,而当弹簧11达到一定的变形量后,内圈10的继续平动会使第二弹簧12也开始受压变形,此时棘轮28同时受到弹簧11、12的弹性力作用,且由于第二弹簧12的弹性模量E1大于第二弹簧11的弹性模量E2,因此此时棘轮28所受的弹性力的增速上升。如本实施例中的这种双级弹簧的配置一方面可使扭力的设定范围,尤其是在小扭力区域的设定范围更宽,另一方面也可延长具有较大弹性模量E2的第二弹簧12的使用寿命。可被本领域技术人员理解的是,该弹簧组可以进一步包括多个具有不同自由高和弹性模量的弹簧,从而形成多级配置。
进一步地,如图所示,在手柄2上设置有档位弹簧6和圆珠7,且相应地在法兰盘8上还设置多个圆形凹槽36,当外罩壳13旋转时,法兰盘8随之旋转,于是受到档位弹簧6弹性偏置力作用的圆珠7依次落入法兰盘8上的圆形凹槽36中,另如图所示,在外罩壳13上设有于圆形凹槽36所在位置一一对应的档位标记,在手柄2上则设有指示箭头,这样使用者可以通过转动外罩壳13,将螺丝批100的输出扭力设置在所需档位之上。
扭力输出组件包括扭力输出轴18,扭力输出轴18一端具有六角形轮廓,可插入配合在第二棘轮29内的第二内六角通孔35中,进一步,如图所示,在该端的端面上开设有盲孔,而相应地,在六角传动杆5插入配合第一棘轮28的第一内六角孔34中的一端的端面上延伸有凸台,装配时凸台连接在盲孔中。扭力输出轴另一端通过轴套17和平垫片16、轴用挡圈15自外罩壳13的开口37延伸而出,另一端的端面上开设有安装孔用来安装各种批头。
以上只是具体描述一种扭力传递的方式,其目的是在根据本发明的扭力可调螺丝批100中实现扭力的输出,可被本领域的技术人员理解的是,现有技术中存在的其他很多扭力传递的方式也均适用于本发明,本发明无意对此做出限制。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术人员无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种可调扭力螺丝批,包括扭力输入组件和扭力输出组件,其特征在于,还包括棘轮对,所述棘轮对由各自具有环状棘齿的第一棘轮和第二棘轮组成,所述扭力输入组件将扭力传递至所述第一棘轮,所述第二棘轮则将扭力传递至所述扭力输出组件,所述环状棘齿则被设置为可使所述棘轮对在顺时针或逆时针方向上发生打滑,而在其相反方向上则不能发生打滑,还包括弹性组件和调节组件,所述弹性组件向所述棘轮对施加压力,所述调节组件对所述弹性组件进行加载和卸载,从而调整所述压力的大小以及所述棘轮对互相贴合的紧密程度,进而调整使所述棘轮对发生打滑时扭力的大小。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可调扭力螺丝批,其中所述的弹性组件为弹簧组,所述的弹簧组包括多个大致同心地设置的弹簧,所述弹簧各自具有不同的自由高和弹性模量。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的可调扭力螺丝批,其中所述的弹簧组包括第一弹簧和第二弹簧,所述第一弹簧的自由高大于所述第二弹簧的自由高,而所述第二弹簧的弹性模量大于所述第一弹簧的弹性模量。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的可调扭力螺丝批,其中所述的调节组件为带有内螺纹的外罩壳和带有外螺纹的内圈体,所述内圈体通过螺纹副配合在所述外罩壳内且不可绕所述螺丝批的轴线转动,当所述外罩壳绕所述螺丝批的轴线相对所述内圈体转动时,所述内圈体在螺纹副的作用下相对所述弹性组件平动,从而对所述弹性组件进行加载或卸载。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的可调扭力螺丝批,其中还包括随所述外罩壳一同转动的法兰盘,所述法兰盘上绕其轴线设置有多个圆形凹槽,还配备有与所述圆形凹槽相配合的圆珠和对所述圆珠进行弹性偏置的档位弹簧。
  6. 如权利要求4或5所述的可调扭力螺丝批,其中所述外罩壳位于所述可调扭力螺丝批的头部,所述棘轮对和所述弹性组件位于所述外罩壳之内。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的可调扭力螺丝批,其中所述弹性组件位于邻近所述第一棘轮的一侧。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的可调扭力螺丝批,其中所述外罩壳绕所述螺丝批的轴线可转动地连接在所述可调扭力螺丝批的手柄上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的可调扭力螺丝批,其中所述手柄中具有空腔。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的可调扭力螺丝批,其中所述手柄带有尾盖。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的可调扭力螺丝批,其中在所述外罩壳上设置有档位标记,在所述手柄上设置有指示箭头。
