技术领域
本发明涉及平板电脑、笔记本电脑、智能电视等智能终端设备领域,尤其涉及的是一种用户在没有免费的WIFI网络资源环境下可更换3G或LTE等无线通信装置的智能终端。
背景技术
如今,随着平板电脑的迅速普及和发展,相比手机上网而言,或许因为平板电脑具有更大的屏幕,越来越多消费者更愿意选择使用平板电脑来上网。
但是,现有平板电脑的厚度都比较薄,而且出于成本、厚度和结构等原因通常难以在机身内部内置除支持WIFI(wireless fidelity,无线局域网)上网功能以外的无线上网功能模块。
而当使用者从一个具有WIFI网络资源的环境,转换到另一个没有WIFI网络资源的环境时,或者,当使用者从一个具有4G网络的环境,转换到另一个没有4G网络的环境时,所持有的平板电脑产品就无法使用无线通信的网络连接,由此平板电脑产品的实用性就大打折扣。
因此,亟待需要一种超薄的无线通信装置,作为平板电脑的可选配件之一,以安装到其超薄厚度的机身中,使平板电脑可以具备除支持WIFI功能以外的无线上网功能。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,可增加产品使用时的随意性和可靠度。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,包括智能终端本体和无线通信装置,在所述无线通信装置上安装有SIM卡,其中:在所述智能终端本体的一侧设置有适配插入所述无线通信装置的插槽,所述无线通信装置可拆卸地安装在所述插槽内,并通过接口与所述智能终端本体相连接,且所述无线通信装置的外表面与所述智能终端本体的外表面相适配。
所述的用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,其中:所述插槽开口一侧的边沿局部向内延伸至所述智能终端本体的底面,形成适配装卸所述SIM卡的第一缺口。

以下将结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式和实施例加以详细说明,所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的具体实施方式。
本发明的智能终端包括平板电脑、智能电视等已具有支持免费WIFI上网功能的超薄智能终端,如图1所示,图1是本发明智能终端在无后壳状态下的背面示意图,具体的,所述智能终端包括智能终端本体100和无线通信装置200,在所述无线通信装置200上安装有SIM(Subscriber Identity Module,用户身份识别模块)卡300,在所述智能终端本体100的侧面设有插槽110,以适配插入所述无线通信装置200,所述无线通信装置200通过接口与所述智能终端本体100相连接,所述无线通信装置200的外表面与所述智能终端本体100的外表面相适配,如两者的外表面相齐平,所述无线通信装置200的外表面参与组成所述智能终端本体100部分的侧面甚至部分的底面,或者所述无线通信装置200的外表面部超出所述智能终端本体100的外表面等。
当使用者从一个具有WIFI网络资源的环境,转换到另一个没有WIFI网络资源的环境时,或者,当使用者从一个具有4G网络的环境,转换到另一个没有4G网络的环境时,所持有的平板电脑产品在所述无线通信装置200的连接下,就可以使用无线通信的网络连接,由此大大增加了平板电脑产品的实用性。
与现有技术中的平板电脑相比,本发明所提供的一种用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,由于采用了外表面与智能终端本体外表面相适配的无线通信装置,不仅使平板电脑等超薄智能终端具备了在没有WIFI或4G网络资源时的无线上网功能,同时又避免了外置式无线上网装置凸出设备表面容易被外界所撞击并导致接口处损坏,大大增加了产品使用时的随意性和可靠度,而且拆卸式的无线通信装置也便于用户自由选择不同类型的无线上网装置。
在本发明智能终端的优选实施方式中,结合图2所示,图2是本发明智能终端的分解示意图,所述智能终端还包括套装在该智能终端本体100底部的后壳400,所述后壳400的边沿覆盖所述无线通信装置200的外表面。而有了所述后壳400的保护,来自外界的碰撞就更加不容易碰伤损坏所述无线通信装置200,从而彻底保证了产品使用时的随意性和可靠度。
进一步地,所述插槽110开口一侧的边沿局部向内延伸至所述智能终端本体100的底面,形成适配装卸所述SIM卡300的第一缺口120,以使所述SIM卡300露出所述智能终端本体100的表面,便于在不取下所述无线通信装置200就可装卸所述SIM卡300,同时又可以避免经常插拔接口,延长了产品的使用寿命。

优选地,所述顶盖240和底盖260均可采用0.1-0.4mm厚的不锈钢片材或卷材通过冲压成型,优选厚度0.2mm。之所以采用金属的顶盖240和底盖260作为所述无线通信装置200外壳的一部分,不仅因为金属的顶盖240可以当作芯片的屏蔽罩使用,而且还因为塑胶材质的壁厚一般情况下最小也得有0.8mm,但是金属材质的壁厚却可以做到0.1-0.4mm,均以厚度0.2mm为例,这样所述顶盖240和底盖260可以为整个产品降低1.2mm的厚度。
如图3所示,在所述中框250前端的外壁上设有接入所述印刷电路板210的天线270,所述天线270朝外设置,有利于更好地接收上网的信号;而且所述天线270还能够充分利用塑胶中框250与金属顶盖240相互隔离的关系,可以最大限度地降低不锈钢外壳部分对所述天线270性能造成的影响。
较好的是,该天线270包括但不限于设置成通过激光雕刻以及化学镀方法制作出位于所述中框250前端外壁上的LDS天线,所述天线270还可以设置成FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit board,柔性印刷电路板)天线等。所谓的LDS天线,即LDS(Laser Direct Structure,激光镭射成型)天线,是指在注塑成型的塑料壳体表面上,通过激光雕刻以及化学镀等金属化方法,制作出具有电气功能的三维立体电路的天线。
如图4所示,所述无线通信装置200可内置3G芯片或LTE芯片(图未示),所述无线通信装置200与所述智能终端本体相连接的接口230均可设置为Mini PCI E接口,由此可使不同类型的无线通信装置200使用统一类型的接口230与所述智能终端相连接,便于用户自由选择不同类型的无线上网装置。
较好的是,所述无线通信装置200前端的底部设有高出其底面的凸台225,以便于从所述智能终端本体的插槽中取出该超薄无线通信装置200,同时所述凸台225还可以为LDS天线的设计争取更大布置空间,使无线上网获得更好的信号效果。
应当理解的是,以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不足以限制本发明的技术方案,对本领域普通技术人员来说,在本发明的精神和原则之内,可以根据上述说明加以增减、替换、变换或改进,而所有这些增减、替换、变换或改进后的技术方案,都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,包括:智能终端本体和无线通信装置,在所述无线通信装置上安装有SIM卡,其特征在于:
    在所述智能终端本体的一侧设置有适配插入所述无线通信装置的插槽;
    所述无线通信装置可拆卸地安装在所述插槽内,并通过接口与所述智能终端本体相连接;
    所述无线通信装置的外表面与所述智能终端本体的外表面相适配;
    所述插槽开口一侧的边沿局部向内延伸至所述智能终端本体的底面,形成适配装卸所述SIM卡的第一缺口;
    所述无线通信装置包括用于固定所述SIM卡的支架,该支架设置为桥式固定卡座;
    所述无线通信装置前端的侧壁上设有第二缺口,用于在与所述智能终端本体相连接的状态下,从所述无线通信装置的侧面插拔所述SIM卡;
    所述第一缺口的长度适配所述SIM卡的长度,所述第一缺口的宽度适配所述支架的长度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,其特征在于:所述无线通信装置包括金属的顶盖、塑胶的中框、金属的底盖和内部的印刷电路板,所述顶盖作为屏蔽罩覆盖除所述SIM卡及其支架以外所述印刷电路板上的其他区域,并经由接地弹片或导电泡棉与该印刷电路板的地相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,其特征在于:所述顶盖和底盖均采用0.1-0.4mm厚的不锈钢卷材并通过冲压成型。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,其特征在于:所述中框前端的外壁上设有接入所述印刷电路板组件的天线。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,其特征在于:所述智能终端还包括套装在该智能终端本体底部的后壳,所述后壳的边沿覆盖所述无线通信装置的外表面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,其特征在于:所述无线通信装置内置3G芯片或LTE芯片,所述无线通信装置与所述智能终端本体相连接的接口均设置为Mini PCI E接口。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,其特征在于:所述智能终端包括平板电脑。
  8. 一种用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,包括:智能终端本体和无线通信装置,在所述无线通信装置上安装有SIM卡,其特征在于:
    在所述智能终端本体的一侧设置有适配插入所述无线通信装置的插槽;
    所述无线通信装置可拆卸地安装在所述插槽内,并通过接口与所述智能终端本体相连接;
    所述无线通信装置的外表面与所述智能终端本体的外表面相适配。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,其特征在于:所述插槽开口一侧的边沿局部向内延伸至所述智能终端本体的底面,形成适配装卸所述SIM卡的第一缺口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,其特征在于:所述无线通信装置包括用于固定所述SIM卡的支架,该支架设置为桥式固定卡座;所述无线通信装置前端的侧壁上设有第二缺口,用于在与所述智能终端本体相连接的状态下,从所述无线通信装置的侧面插拔所述SIM卡。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,其特征在于:所述无线通信装置包括金属的顶盖、塑胶的中框、金属的底盖和内部的印刷电路板,所述顶盖作为屏蔽罩覆盖除所述SIM卡及其支架以外所述印刷电路板上的其他区域,并经由接地弹片或导电泡棉与该印刷电路板的地相连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,其特征在于:所述顶盖和底盖均采用0.1-0.4mm厚的不锈钢卷材并通过冲压成型。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,其特征在于:所述中框前端的外壁上设有接入所述印刷电路板组件的天线。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,其特征在于:所述智能终端还包括套装在该智能终端本体底部的后壳,所述后壳的边沿覆盖所述无线通信装置的外表面。
  15. 根据权利要求8所述的用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,其特征在于:所述无线通信装置内置3G芯片或LTE芯片,所述无线通信装置与所述智能终端本体相连接的接口均设置为Mini PCI E接口。
  16. 根据权利要求8所述的用户可更换无线通信装置的智能终端,其特征在于:所述智能终端包括平板电脑。
